OBAMA WILL NOT TAKE AWAY YOUR GUNS - HE WILL TAKE AWAY YOUR AMMUNITION

Ammunition Accountability Act Heads up all of you who swore to defend the Constitution of the UnitedStates against all enemies, foreign AND domestic. Alan Note: the Ammunition Accountability Act shall easily evolve into Obama's Civil Defense Force becoming the only ones to legally possess more than a few rounds of ammunition and as your Civil Security Organization ACT ON YOUR BEHALF - thus you would not need to have ammunition or guns. Since as one interpretation of the Constitution contends only civil militia has the right to carry and own guns. So there it is and you are suddenly disenfranchised from possessing guns or ammunition because there now exists a civil militia to "protect" you! No, it's not far fetched. Fits exactly with Obama's viftually disarming our MILITARY, preventing it from acquiring new technology weapons, creating his brainwashed ONE MILLION person Youth Civil Security Force to rule our neighborhoods (like Khomeini's neighborhood Committees headed by a cleric with powers to order arrests). Khomeini used the Communist playbook (directed tactic by tactic by the Soviet Embassy in Tehran to install his islamic revolution). For a preview of what is happening to us here under Obama, study the structure and policies of Khomeini's revolution and compare them to what Obama proclaims fairly openly. The only difference is the amount or extent of violence he can use to implement his aims - both restricted by American basic mindsets - (no, NOT LAWS, which can be changed quickly in a Democrat controlled Legistrature to suit his aims) and inciting a counter-revolution or civil war. Again not so far fetched if you can think outside the box. All you politicians get to work DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN!!! Ok, lets get out there and let our state Legislature know that we do notwant this bill passed, and petition them to vote no on this bill. We should keep after thim untill the bill is closed. By bombarding them with e-mails,phone calls, and letters. Remember how Obama said that he wasn't going to take your guns? Well, it seems that his minions and allies in the anti-gun world have no problem with taking your ammo! The bill that is being pushed in 18 states (including Illinois and Indiana) requires all ammunition to be encoded by the manufacture of a database of all ammunition sales. So they will know how much you buy and what calibers. Nobody can sell any ammunition after June 30, 2009 unless the ammunition is coded. Any privately held uncoded ammunition must be destroyed by July 1, 2011. (Including handloaded ammo.) They will also charge a .05 cent tax on every round so every box of ammo you buy will go up at least $2.50 or more! If they can deprive you of ammo they do not need to take your gun! This legislation is currently pending in 18 states: Alabama, Arizona,California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland,Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island,South Carolina, Tennessee, and Washington. To find more about the anti-gun group that is sponsoring this legislationand the specific legislation for each state, go to: http://ammunitionaccountability.org/Legislation.htm Ammunition Accountability Act SAMPLE LEGISLATION An ACT relating to firearms and ammunition; requiring [AGENCY] to establish a statewide database to track coded ammunition manufactured and sold for handguns and assault rifles. Section 1. Legislative Findings. The State Legislature hereby finds the following: Each year in the United States, more than 30% of all homicides that involve a gun go unsolved. Handgun ammunition accounts for 80% of all ammunition sold in the United States. Bullet coding is a new and effective way for law enforcement to quickly identify persons of interest in gun crime investigations. Section 2. Definitions. For purposes of this chapter, "coded ammunition" means a bullet carrying a unique identifier that has been applied by etching onto the base of the bullet projectile. Section 3. The unique identifier of all handgun ammunition or bullets transferred. f. All other information prescribed by [AGENCY]. iii. Any person who willfully destroys, obliterates, or otherwise renders unreadable, theserialization required pursuant to this bill, on any bullet or assembled ammunition ispunishable by imprisonment not to exceed one year, and a fine of $1,000. Moneys in the fund, upon appropriation, shall be available to the [AGENCY] for infrastructure, implementation, operational, enforcement, and future development costs of this chapter. 3. Ammunition manufacturers based within this state may submit a one-time taxcredit application for cost of purchasing ammunition coding equipment. All applications must be submitted by January 1, 2009.-- END -- NOTE: To view a more detailed version of Ammunition Coding Database legislation that was proposed in other states, visit http://www.ammunitionaccountability.org/ . May I respectfully suggest that the webmaster select one set of facts or another, but not both?

The cost is quoted as $.005 or 1/2 of 1 cent in the main body of the model legislation.

It is quote as $.05 or 5 cents per bullet in the commentary portion.

You need to have your facts straight and clear in order to persuade people.
