Obama ‘taking Iran’s side’ on damages from ’83 bombing that killed 241 Marines

WASHINGTON — President Barack Hussein Obama, in a bid to reconcile with the
Teheran regime, has blocked legislation that would hold Iran accountable for
the Hizbullah bombing that killed 241 U.S. Marines in 1983.

(Alan Note: just as he has also blocked the Canadian Keystone Pipeline to force our HAVING TO buy oil from his Middle East Islamic buddies).

A survivors group has asserted that the administration is pressuring
Democrats in Congress not to support a bill that would enforce massive
judgements against Iran by the families of the Marines. In 2007, a U.S.
federal district court judge found Iran liable for the Beirut bombing and
ordered Teheran to pay $2.65 billion in damages.

A U.S. Marine searches the rubble on Oct. 31, 1983, after an Oct. 23 attack on the headquarters of the U.S. troops of the multinational force in Beirut, Lebanon. In twin attacks on U.S. and French military installations, suicide bombers driving trucks killed 299 French and Americans, including 241 U.S. service members.

“This administration talks a lot about sanctions, but we know Iran is watching this case closely and, astonishingly, Obama’s people are taking Iran’s side,” Lynn Smith Derbyshire, a lobbyist for the legislation, said.

Ms. Derbyshire, whose brother Marine Capt. Vincent Smith was killed in the 1983 bombing, said survivors and their families were urging Congress to support amendments to the Iran Sanctions Bill, scheduled for mark-up in the Senate Banking Committee on Feb. 2.

But they said committee members were being pressed by the White House not to vote for amendments that would hold Teheran responsible for the 1983 attack and transfer the $2.65 billion awarded in 2007. The Iran Sanctions Bill would enable U.S. sanctions on foreign companies that purchase or ship oil through the Iranian government or sell telecommunications equipment to Teheran.

“We have petitioned Congress to prevent the government of the Islamic republic of Iran from avoiding its obligations to pay judgments awarded to past and future victims and survivors of Iranian terrorism,” Ms. Derbyshire said on Jan. 30. “We’ve spoken with many sympathetic members of Congress but they won’t act while this administration is blocking what we and the American people know is right.”

Over the last decade, the families of Iranian-sponsored attacks have won
billions of dollars in suits against the Tehran regime.

But the federal government, particularly the State Department, has blocked access to Iranian assets or funds in the United States.

Ms. Derbyshire said she represents more than 1,000 families across the
United States in the campaign to target Teheran and its finances. The group
has also lobbied Congress to strengthen the U.S. law that bans Iran from
laundering money in the United States to finance Hizbullah and other
insurgency proxies.

“We can show that international banks have moved billions of dollars of
funds from Bank Markazi, Iran’s central bank, through banks in the U.S.,”
Ms. Derbyshire said. “So far that money has been untouchable. We believe
that is wrong. We are confident that most Americans would agree. Yet, the
Obama administration is thwarting our efforts.”

January 29 through the 31st, 5% of the sheriffs in America are in Las Vegas Nevada, learning how to tell the Federal government agents to pack sand and get out of town. 20% of the 50 United States of America have been presented with lawsuits and or legal filings challenging the eligibility of Barack Obama to be on the ballot for the 2012 election.

Congressional representative Allen West summed up the American people's feelings for the Obama administration today when he told Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid to, "Get the hell out of The United States of America!". His talk can be seen here.

Ten people will be murdered today in Mexico with guns provided to drug cartels by Eric Holder, the United States Attorney General. Politicians are calling for him to resign. Resign??

There is enough evidence presented to Congress to arrest him and prosecute him for an Act of War against the nation of Mexico, accessory to murder of thousands of innocent citizens in Mexico and America as well as the murder of United States Border Patrol agent Brian Terry. Resign?? Besides sending illegal guns to Mexico, Holder and his associates sold guns to criminal street gangs inside the United States where the guns will be used inside the United States. It will take years to find the thousands of guns these criminals sold to killers.

Eric Holder and his criminal operatives in his office and the Department of Justice need to be dragged out in handcuffs, jailed with no bail and put on trial with a jury of American citizens who are not federal government employees.

Like a dead chicken being plucked, Obama has lost his power and his support. Six months or so ago, French President Sarkozy called Obama, "Insane". Other world leaders have publicly called him incompetent and other derogatory names.

Since then, major news in America has been slowly, quietly, as if testing the waters, pointing out Obama's faults and crimes. Little by little they are feeding America, and the World, the truth about the man they fought so hard to cover up for these past four years. Feather by feather, the chicken known as Obama, is being plucked. The most hated psychopath on Earth and his administration are going to be thoroughly plucked, gutted, tossed in an oven, cooked and devoured. And like any dead carcass with no use, Obama and his faithful supporters will be thrown onto a garbage heap until they rot to nothing.

The thing known as Obama is committing one large theft after another of the American people's money, work and trust. He is the most disgusting example of human life we have ever witnessed.

Like all stupid people, he thinks everyone else is stupider than he is. There is, however, one thing he has done well. Every facet of American life and business has gone down considerably, except for foreclosures, unemployment, bankruptcies and business closures.

The mistake he made was to think that We the People, would just sit back and take his arrogant insulting crap.

Pamela Barnett was a plaintiff in a case brought by Orly Taiz demanding proof that Obama was eligible to be President. That court arrogantly and illegally refused to hear their complaint. Pamela Barnett's character reflects that of most Americans: When you treat her like a dog, she'll jump up and bite you. And it is working. Obama has been denied to be on the primary ballot in Alabama until he proves he is eligible. Georgia has a ruling pending in 3 weeks to keep Obama off the ballot until he can prove he is eligible.

The amazingly tenacious, Carl Swensson, fighting to get Obama out of the office of the President, by knocking on every official's door he could find for four years, finally found two government employees who were not traitors and took their Oath of Office seriously: The Georgia Secretary of State, Brian Kemp and Deputy Chief Judge Michael Malihi of the Georgia Office of Administrative Hearings.

Only a Natural Born Citizen can be President. There are at least three US Supreme Court cases defining Natural Born Citizen. The Us Constitution refers to "The Law of Nations", which defines Natural Born Citizen. There are dozens of letters of correspondence from the signers of the Declaration of Independence and creators of the US Constitution defining Natural Born Citizen. The United States Congress, in the past nine years has made eight unsuccessful attempts to change the wording of the US Constitution to say that foreign born or children of foreign born parents can be the President of the United States of America. These elected employees have repeatedly proven that they know damn well what a Natural Born Citizen is. The record is clearly established, through over 250 years of acknowledged definition that Natural Born Citizen is a person born on American soil, to PARENTS plural. For liberals and democrats and other traitors, that means that in order for a person to be our President, the stork has to deliver him inside America and both his mommy and daddy must be citizens of the United States of America.

So, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, California, Hawaii and Arizona have either lawsuits filed or ballot challenges filed to keep Obama off the ballot until he can prove he is eligible to run for election. Activities are going on in 26 other states, with the same goal in mind, to keep Obama off the ballot, unless he can prove he is eligible to run. This is further proof that it is the states that control the federal government and not the other way around. The federal government is a group of full time employees managing certain pertinent affairs concerning the states. These permanent employees are managed by part-time employees called politicians, which are periodically elected by the People. They are all expendable. It is these temporary employees who we accuse of committing treason and other High Crimes against the citizens of America as well as other Nations of the World..

In New Hampshire, Orly Taitz appeared before election officials asking them to take Obama off the ballot because he is not eligible. Their response was basically, "Well, we don't have to look at any evidence. We take the man for his word."

The crowd attending, We the People, erupted with shouts of "Traitors!....Treason!!". The sissy boy assistant attorney General got so scared he ran into another room, locked the door and called the State police to protect him. (The police are "investigating". Which, in New Hampshire, means "You get what you pay for.")

This is a good place to learn how people are fighting Obama across the USA.

In business, we realize that the Internet was invented to destroy your competition. And it works in politics too. As seen in Greece, Italy and across North Africa. Obama is such an IDIOT!

When his eligibility problem came up in 2008, because of a phony Birth Certificate he presented, he said, "Ah, people will forget about that in two weeks." Since then, millions of people have tried countless ways to get a case into court to compel Obama to prove he is eligible to hold the office of President.

Until Carl Swensson's case, not one of 40 or so lawsuits against Obama has been able to make it to court. Judges from coast to coast muttered the terminology of, "You don't have standing." Telling the American People that they do not have a right to question if someone is eligible under our constitution to hold the office of President. We believe these judges are guilty of Treason against the American People and should be arrested and put on trail for it.

I can not scream loud enough to express the absolute RAGE that the American People have against the criminal syndicates, known as the Federal Government and Republican and Democratic political parties.

Only because of the Internet have we been able to inform the World of the criminal activities of the Obama administration. Major news has been overwhelmingly vicious in their attempts to keep the Obama administration crimes secret. They have done everything they could to ridicule, insult, vilify and harass any person they invited on their shows to "discuss this issue". We the People, believe they also are complicit in committing Treason against the American People.

Because of their traitorous actions, they have lost huge numbers of TV viewers and newspaper readers. Newspapers across the country are going broke and they are too stupid to figure out why. Here's a clue: People are not stupid and they do not like being lied to and played for suckers.

We the People, with the Internet news sites we own, are bigger than major news. We have more investigators, more reporters, more audience and much more news produced every month. What we don't have, that major news does have, is the financial support from large corporations. Maybe because large corporations are profiting so well from a fascist government.

We the People, are bigger than the Federal government. We have more people and more guns. If the Federal government was not afraid of us, they would already have tanks in the streets and fighter jets and bombers in the air, as they did in Libya and countless other countries.

Most people in control of the armaments of the Federal government know that We the People do not want war with our government. We just want them to get their policies the hell out of the United States of America. We the People, would prefer they be put in prison for the rest of their twisted rotten lives. Myself, I would prefer to see the male traitors put in a 50 foot deep hole, the size of a football field, fill a horse trough with water once a week and send down a live cow once a month. Punishment for the female traitors, including Nancy Pelosi and Hillary Clinton, I would send them to a bordello in Bolivia, Mogadishu or some other hell hole.

We don't need no stinkin' commies, Marxists, fascists or socialists. And we sure as Hell, don't want some criminally insane imitation of a man making orders, thinking he can murder anyone, anywhere on Earth, or put American citizens in secret prisons, even if he does have a phony birth certificate.

Unless he can PROVE he is eligible to hold the office of President, which he can't under his own admissions, every law, treaty, agreement or promise he has made are null and void. An incredible amount of criminal charges, including fraud for every donation he took, up to Sedition (creating contempt for your government) to Treason as well as a myriad of criminal charges against every Congressman who supported him, the managers of the Republican National Party and the Democratic National party, every one of the 50 Secretaries of State who allowed him on the ballot, Hawaii Department of Health employees who lied about his Birth Certificate and the list goes on and on.

Americans are finally understanding why, in many countries in the World, when new people take power, they have a purge of the old system by getting rid of the old regime through murder or imprisonment. In America, we would need to purge a minimum of 600,000 people from our elementary, junior and high schools, universities, city, county, state and federal government, newscasters, news station owners, newspaper writers, newspaper owners and the list can be huge to get rid of the anti-American traitorous degenerates.

When Obama and his associates are removed from American society, as We the People want to, We are ready to and We will gladly, extend our friendship to the many nations in this home we call Earth.

Until then, to the many world leaders who did not bother to ask the one simple question: "Who is Barack Hussein Obama?" I have this to say: "Congratulations smart guy. How's it feel to be played for a sucker?" We saw you laughing your butts off, knowing Obama was going to strip us dry and give the money to your gangster banker friends. We don't see you in your elevated shoes with your botched plastic surgery face's wives, laughing too much now. We see your cities falling like dominoes to Islamic immigrants. We see your cities burning on the nightly news. We see your cities as residence of the most raped women on Earth. Family fortunes, intact for centuries, evaporated like a drop of water on a red hot skillet. Chaos, ruin, destruction. All because your pea brained minds were too drunk with power and you were mesmerized with an insatiable greed. You saw the biggest fraud in history standing right in front of you and were so stupid, you actually thought you were the bird and not the worm.

To the People of this world, who are suffering from the policies of Obama, I say to you all: "So do something about it. That is the least that any honest person can do."

The Romney campaign has been hitting Newt Gingrich hard over the 1990s ethics case that resulted in the former Speaker being reprimanded and paying a $300,000 penalty. Before the Iowa caucuses, Romney and his supporting super PAC did serious damage to Gingrich with an ad attacking Gingrich's ethics past. Since then, Romney has made other ads and web videos focusing on the ethics matter, and at the Republican debate in Tampa Monday night, Romney said Gingrich "had to resign in disgrace."

In private conversations, Romney aides often mention the ethics case as part of their larger argument that Gingrich would be unelectable in a race against President Obama.

Given all the attention to the ethics matter, it's worth asking what actually happened back in 1995, 1996, and 1997. The Gingrich case was extraordinarily complex, intensely partisan, and driven in no small way by a personal vendetta on the part of one of Gingrich's former political opponents. It received saturation coverage in the press; a database search of major media outlets revealed more than 10,000 references to Gingrich's ethics problems during the six months leading to his reprimand.

It ended with a special counsel hired by the House Ethics Committee holding Gingrich to an astonishingly strict standard of behavior, after which Gingrich in essence pled guilty to two minor offenses.

Afterwards, the case was referred to the Internal Revenue Service, which conducted an exhaustive investigation into the matter. And then, after it was all over and Gingrich was out of office, the IRS concluded that Gingrich did nothing wrong. After all the struggle, Gingrich was exonerated.

I wrote about the matter at the time, first in a 1995 article about Gingrich's accusers and then in a 1999 piece on the Internal Revenue Service report that cleared Gingrich. (Both pieces were for The American Spectator; I'm drawing on them extensively, but unfortunately neither is available online.)

PELOSI AND KEY DEMOCRATS WERE DELIGHTED
AT RAILROADING GINGRICH

At the center of the controversy was a course Gingrich taught from 1993 to 1995 at two small Georgia colleges. The wide-ranging class, called "Renewing American Civilization," was conceived by Gingrich and financed by a tax-exempt organization called the Progress and Freedom Foundation. Gingrich maintained that the course was a legitimate educational enterprise; his critics contended that it had little to do with learning and was in fact a political exercise in which Gingrich abused a tax-exempt foundation to spread his own partisan message.

The Gingrich case was driven in significant part by a man named Ben Jones. An actor and recovered alcoholic who became famous for playing the dim-witted Cooter in the popular 1980s TV show The Dukes of Hazzard, Jones ran for Congress as a Democrat from Georgia in 1988. He won and served two terms. He lost his bid for re-election after re-districting in 1992, and tried again with a run against Gingrich in 1994. Jones lost decisively, and after that, it is fair to say he became obsessed with bringing Gingrich down.

Two days before Election Day 1994, with defeat in sight, Jones hand-delivered a complaint to the House ethics committee (the complaint was printed on "Ben Jones for Congress" stationery). Jones asked the committee to investigate the college course, alleging that Gingrich "fabricated a 'college course' intended, in fact, to meet certain political, not educational, objectives." Three weeks later, Jones sent the committee 450 pages of supporting documents obtained through the Georgia Open Records Act.

That was the beginning of the investigation. Stunned by their loss of control of the House -- a loss engineered by Gingrich -- House Democrats began pushing a variety of ethics complaints against the new Speaker. Jones' complaint was just what they were looking for.

There's no doubt the complaint was rooted in the intense personal animus Jones felt toward Gingrich. In 1995, I sat down with Jones for a talk about Gingrich, and without provocation, Jones simply went off on the Speaker. "He's just full of s--t," Jones told me. "He is. I mean, the guy's never done a damn thing, he's never worked a day in his life, he's never hit a lick at a snake. He's just a bulls--t artist. I mean, think about it. What has this guy ever done in his life?…Gingrich has never worked. He's never had any life experience. He's very gifted in his way at a sort of rhetorical terrorism, and he's gifted in his way at being a career politician, someone who understands how that system works and how to get ahead in it, which is everything that he has derided for all these years. So I think he's a hypocrite, and I think he's a wuss, and I don't mind saying that to him or whoever. To his mother -- I don't care."

At that point, Jones leaned over to speak directly into my recorder. Raising his voice, he declared: "HE'S THE BIGGEST A--HOLE IN AMERICA!"

Jones and his partner in the Gingrich crusade, Democratic Rep. David Bonior -- they had been basketball buddies in the House gym -- pushed the case ceaselessly. Under public pressure, the Ethics Committee -- made up of equal numbers of Republicans and Democrats -- took up the case and hired an outside counsel, Washington lawyer James Cole, to conduct the investigation.

Cole developed a theory of the case in which Gingrich, looking for a way to spread his political views, came up with the idea of creating a college course and then devised a way to use a tax-exempt foundation to pay the bills. "The idea to develop the message and disseminate it for partisan political use came first," Cole told the Ethics Committee. "The use of the [the Progress and Freedom Foundation] came second as a source of funding." Thus, Cole concluded, the course was "motivated, at least in part, by political goals." Cole argued that even a hint of a political motive, was enough to taint the tax-exempt project, "regardless of the number or importance of truly exempt purposes that are present."

Cole did not argue that the case was not educational. It plainly was. But Cole suggested that the standard for determining wrongdoing was whether any unclean intent lurked in the heart of the creator of the course, even if it was unquestionably educational.

Meanwhile, Democrats kept pushing to raise the stakes against Gingrich. "Anyone who has engaged in seven years of tax fraud to further his own personal and political benefits is not deserving of the speakership," Bonior said just before Christmas 1996. "Mr. Gingrich has engaged in a pattern of tax fraud, lies, and cover-ups in paving his road to the second highest office in the land…I would expect the Justice Department, the FBI, a grand jury, and other appropriate entities to investigate."

With the charges against Gingrich megaphoned in the press, Gingrich and Republicans were under intense pressure to end the ordeal. In January, 1997, Gingrich agreed to make a limited confession of wrongdoing in which he pleaded guilty to the previously unknown offense of failing to seek sufficiently detailed advice from a tax lawyer before proceeding with the course. (Gingrich had in fact sought advice from two such lawyers in relation to the course.) Gingrich also admitted that he had provided "inaccurate, incomplete, and unreliable" information to Ethics Committee investigators. That "inaccurate" information was Gingrich's contention that the course was not political -- a claim Cole and the committee did not accept, but the IRS later would.

In return for those admissions, the House reprimanded Gingrich and levied an unprecedented $300,000 fine. The size of the penalty was not so much about the misdeed itself but the fact that the Speaker was involved in it.

Why did Gingrich admit wrongdoing? "The atmosphere at the time was so rancorous, partisan, and personal that everyone, including Newt, was desperately seeking a way to end the whole thing," Gingrich attorney Jan Baran told me in 1999. "He was admitting to whatever he could to get the case over with."

It was a huge victory for Democrats. They had deeply wounded the Speaker. But they hadn't brought him down. So, as Bonior suggested, they sought to push law enforcement to begin a criminal investigation of Gingrich.

Nothing happened with the Justice Department and the FBI, but the IRS began an investigation that would stretch over three years. Unlike many in Congress -- and journalists, too -- IRS investigators obtained tapes and transcripts of each session during the two years the course was taught at Kennesaw State College in Georgia, as well as videotapes of the third year of the course, taught at nearby Reinhardt College. IRS officials examined every word Gingrich spoke in every class; before investigating the financing and administration of the course, they first sought to determine whether it was in fact educational and whether it served to the political benefit of Gingrich, his political organization, GOPAC, or the Republican Party as a whole. They then carefully examined the role of the Progress and Freedom Foundation and how it related to Gingrich's political network.

In the end, in 1999, the IRS released a densely written, highly detailed 74-page report. The course was, in fact, educational, the IRS said. "The overwhelming number of positions advocated in the course were very broad in nature and often more applicable to individual behavior or behavioral changes in society as a whole than to any 'political' action," investigators wrote.

"For example, the lecture on quality was much more directly applicable to individual behavior than political action and would be difficult to attempt to categorize in political terms. Another example is the lecture on personal strength where again the focus was on individual behavior. In fact, this lecture placed some focus on the personal strength of individual Democrats who likely would not agree with Mr. Gingrich on his political views expressed in forums outside his Renewing American Civilization course teaching. Even in the lectures that had a partial focus on broadly defined changes in political activity, such as less government and government regulation, there was also a strong emphasis on changes in personal behavior and non-political changes in society as a whole."

The IRS also checked out the evaluations written by students who completed the course. The overwhelming majority of students, according to the report, believed that Gingrich knew his material, was an interesting speaker, and was open to alternate points of view. None seemed to perceive a particular political message. "Most students," the IRS noted, "said that they would apply the course material to improve their own lives in such areas as family, friendships, career, and citizenship."

Alan Note: no wonder Gingrich is rising and the Democrats are scared witless of his becoming President! He actually does something positive!

The IRS concluded the course simply was not political. "The central problem in arguing that the Progress and Freedom Foundation provided more than incidental private benefit to Mr. Gingrich, GOPAC, and other Republican entities," the IRS wrote, "was that the content of the 'Renewing American Civilization' course was educational...and not biased toward any of those who were supposed to be benefited."

The bottom line: Gingrich acted properly and violated no laws. There was no tax fraud scheme. Of course, by that time, Gingrich was out of office, widely presumed to be guilty of something, and his career in politics was (seemingly) over.

Back in January 1997, the day after Cole presented his damning report to the Ethics Committee, the Washington Post's front-page LYING banner headline was "Gingrich Actions 'Intentional' or 'Reckless'; Counsel Concludes That Speaker's Course Funding Was 'Clear Violation' of Tax Laws."

That same day, the New York Times ran eleven stories on the Gingrich matter, four of them on the front page (one inside story was headlined, "Report Describes How Gingrich Used Taxpayers' Money for Partisan Politics"). On television, Dan Rather began the CBS Evening News by telling viewers that "only now is the evidence of Newt Gingrich's ethics violations and tax problems being disclosed in detail."

The story was much different when Gingrich was exonerated. The Washington Post ran a brief story on page five.

The Times ran an equally brief story on page 23.

And the evening newscasts of CBS, NBC, and ABC -- which together had devoted hours of coverage to the question of Gingrich's ethics -- did not report the story at all. Not a word.

Gingrich himself, not wanting to dredge up the whole ugly tale, said little about his exoneration. "I consider this a full and complete vindication," he wrote in a brief statement. "I urge my colleagues to go back and read their statements and watch how they said them, with no facts, based on nothing more than a desire to politically destroy a colleague."

(As Mitt Romney, despite knowing the truth, is doing all again.

Now, Gingrich is saying much the same thing in the face of Romney's accusations. And despite the prominence of the matter in the GOP race, few outsiders seem inclined to dive back into the ethics matter to determine whether Gingrich deserves the criticism or not. But if Gingrich is to have any hope of climbing out from under the allegations, he'll have to find some way of letting people know what really happened.

The Iranian regime released details of Barack Obama’s letter to the Islamic state. Obama told the regime that the US will not take hostile against against Iran. Iranian Mehr News reported:

A number of Iranian officials have released the details of the letter that U.S. President Barack Obama recently sent to Tehran. The New York Times, citing U.S. government officials, wrote on January 12 that the Obama administration had sent a message to Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei warning that closing the Strait of Hormuz is a “red line” that would provoke a response by the United States.

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ramin Mehmanparast said on January 15 that U.S. officials had sent a message on the Strait of Hormuz to the Islamic Republic through three officials, noting, “Susan Rice, the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, delivered a letter to Mohammad Khazaii, the Islamic Republic of Iran’s ambassador (to the UN). The Swiss ambassador to Tehran (Livia Leu Agosti) also conveyed the message, and Jalal Talabani, the Iraqi president, conveyed the message to officials of the Islamic Republic of Iran as well.”

Dumb-ass Obama has called for negotiations!! The Koran, of which he speaks so highly, states muslims shouldn’t raise their swords against one another.

Obama's First TV Advertisement!!!

Energy: In his very first TV ad of the 2012 campaign, the president is feeding the public false information about America's dependence on foreign fuels. His twisted statistics actually celebrate the Obama recession.

The Obama re-election campaign is already shaping up as the most deceitful in American electoral history. "For the first time in 13 years our dependence on foreign oil is below 50%," the commercial declares, accompanied by goose-bumpy music.

Major economic downturns, in fact, unfailingly produce declines in oil imports. And so do higher gas prices — which went from an average of less than $2 a gallon at the time Obama took office to nearly $4 in the middle of last year and remain well above $3 today.

How could gasoline demand not drop with so many people out of work, businesses dying and jittery investors sitting on a trillion dollars?

Obama's ad dishonestly suggests he's been engineering an alternative energy economic renaissance in America. As hard-hatted workers are shown assembling solar panels, the ad says, "America's clean energy industry? 2.7 million jobs and expanding rapidly."

It's saying Obama created — or "saved" — 2.7 million new clean energy jobs, right? Uh-uh. Turns out that the Brookings Institution report that the ad cites as its source on the 2.7 million was referring to already-existing green jobs.

You'd never know from the Obama commercial that what Brookings actually said was: "Overall, today's clean economy establishments added half a million jobs between 2003 and 2010, expanding at an annual rate of 3.4 %" — a half-million over eight years being a tiny gain. And that "this performance lagged the growth in the national economy, which grew by 4.2% annually over the period."

You wouldn't know, Brookings said, that "many longer-standing companies in the clean economy — especially those involved in housing- and building-related segments — laid off large numbers of workers during the real estate crash of 2007 and 2008, while sectors unrelated to the clean economy (mainly health care) created many more new jobs nationally."

And Brookings' assessment that the green economy is "expanding rapidly"? Its report's conclusion actually warns "against excessive hopes for large-scale, near-term job-creation from the sector" because "the U.S. clean economy remains small where it is fast-growing and relatively slow-growing on balance ... their status as major employers remains a few years off."

In truth, Obama's energy policy is a disaster as to reducing foreign energy dependence. As the Institute for Energy Research points out, "oil production on federal lands has fallen by 43% over the past nine years, according to the Obama administration's Energy Information Administration. And it has dropped rapidly on President Obama's watch."

Dan Simmons, IER's director of regulatory and state affairs, told IBD he's convinced "President Obama is afraid of charges of crony capitalism regarding Solyndra," the solar panel company that got $535 million in taxpayer-funded stimulus loan funds from the administration, then soon went bankrupt.

That's why the Obama re-election campaign's first big lie is that he is the energy president.

Judge Michael Malihi has denied a Motion to Quash Subpoenas submitted by Barack Hussein Obama's attorney, Michael Jablonski

(Jan. 20, 2012) — 11:45 a.m., ET – Atty. Orly Taitz informed The Post & Email moments ago that Georgia Administrative Hearings Judge Michael Malihi has denied Obama counsel’s request to quash subpoenas requesting original documentation of Obama’s birth, aliases and social security number application, school records, and other records.

Taitz had written an Opposition to Obama counsel Michael Jablonski’s Motion to Quash the subpoenas she issued as a result of Malihi’s denial of Jablonski’s Motion to Dismiss in the challenge to the eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to run for president in 2012.

Jablonski had claimed that the hearing scheduled for January 26, 2012 would cause Obama to “interrupt [his] duties as President of the United States” and that the subpoena was, “on its face, unreasonable.”

However, last night (very unpresidentially) Obama publicly sang a solo at The Apollo Theater in New York City.

The order from Judge Malihi reads, in part:

Defendant, President Barack Obama, a candidate seeking the Democratic nomination for the office of the President of the United States, has filed a motion to quash the subpoena compelling his attendance at the hearing on January 26, 2012.

In support of his motion, Defendant argues that “if enforced, [the subpoena] requires him to interrupt duties as President of the United States” to attend a hearing in Atlanta, Georgia. However, Defendant fails to provide any legal authority to support his motion to quash the subpoena to attend. Defendant’s motion suggests that no President should be compelled to attend a Court hearing. This may be correct. But Defendant has failed to cite to any legal authority evidencing why his attendance is “unreasonable or oppressive, or that the testimony…[is] irrelevant, immaterial, or cumulative and unnecessary to a party’s preparation or presentation in the hearing, or that basic fairness dictates that the subpoena should not be enforced…

On her website, Taitz stated:

I feel extremely proud to be a part of this historic moment. I guess an American dream is still alive, as this subpoena was issued by an immigrant, who was raised in a communist dictatorship of the Soviet Union and came here with one suitcase with a couple of dresses, who had to study English, to study law at night, while working as a dentist and raising a family with 3 children. Get one thing straight and get it right!

Americans are not revolting against the Federal government and we are not planning a revolution against the Federal Government of The United States of America. Nor promoting any such thing.

The Federal government revolted against us. They are the ones constantly violating our Constitution, from the street punk who calls himself President, right on down to local government employees.

The Federal government has set a tone in this country where they murder us with impunity. Federal and local cops murder unarmed citizens with mace, tasers and guns. And they get away with it, thanks to the help of corrupt higher ups.

They drug our kids, with mind altering "anti-depressants" and all manner of pharmaceuticals and vaccines. They harass and arrest people (for) growing wholesome food. They prohibit citizens from going on "public" lands that have been used for centuries.

They have created enormous amounts of laws to criminalize normal behavior. Over 40,000 laws were passed in the United States of America last year alone.

They invade our homes in the middle of the night with armed psychopaths, to arrest people for minor "crimes": Hint: If they know enough to believe that a criminal is at home sleeping, wouldn't they also know enough to just wait outside until he comes out?

They shoot our dogs, they shoot mentally handicapped people, they shoot physically handicapped people, they shoot our kids, they shoot our mothers and shoot our grand parents, when there is no apparent threat to their own safety.

Without mercy, they beat those same people to the ground and hospitalize them or beat them to death when there is no apparent threat to their own safety. They do it for fun and laugh about it afterwards.

There are cops on permanent duty in schools, arresting kids on criminal charges, for things as non-threatening as using perfume in class or farting in class. Rather than call the parents for a misbehaving child in a school for problem children, they arrest them, mace them, taser them and even shoot them.

They rape, they kill, they deal in drugs, they steal, they frame people for fictitious crimes and get away with it. They even rape other men.

They stop people on public roadways, for no apparent reason, search the passengers and the car and when they find cash, they confiscate it, with no charges being filed. They intercept drug dealers and make deals with them: "Give us the cash and you can walk away from here."

They have run guns to Mexico and other countries in order to make a case for gun control in America. Approximately 50,000 people have been murdered in Mexico in the past 6 years that we know about. Based on the proven facts that mass graves are occasionally found and the well known fact that the Mexican government lies, that figure in all likelihood could be twice as high.

In the first nine months of 2011, an average of one person was murdered every 30 minutes.

Over 2,000 guns have been sold to criminals in America, under the permission and direction of the American Federal government, knowing they were being taken to Mexican drug cartels. Based on the fact that Attorney General Eric Holder and his government agents have been consistently lying and withholding evidence of this international gun running operation, that figure may be 10 times higher. They have also been caught selling illegal guns to gang members inside America to be used inside America.

It would be difficult to find one line of text in our Constitution that they have not violated. It would be difficult to name one of the 50 States where they have not murdered, robbed, framed, imprisoned or sexually raped its citizens.

Then why else do they secretly hurry through a Federal law to pick up and imprison any American citizen without charges, without trial, without legal counsel, without evidence and put them under military dominance in a secret location?

Why else would they be trying to pass another Federal law that strips the citizenship away from anyone who opposes their ongoing criminal behavior?

There is one group of people, one authority that has privilege above and beyond the Federal government, that has the authority and the power to obstruct, detain and arrest Federal employees, including FBI, DEA, BATF, IRS, Federal Judges, politicians and anyone else who is an employee of the American people. It's a no brainer. So simple that it was right in front of our noses and we didn't even see it.

In 1773, a group of people boarded some ships in Boston Harbor and tossed over the cargo, to protest unjust taxes. That "Boston Tea Party" started a firestorm of aggression against the British Empire. In 1775, the American people went to war against the British. In 1776, we declared our Independence as a free Nation. In 1787, out Constitution was written by some of the most brilliant men in the history of humanity. They knew government has a quest to be tyrannical. They knew government would use force to enslave its citizens. They knew government was corrupt.

They knew that government was not the answer to the world's ills. Government is the problem. They decided to let men govern themselves.

"We the People" of America are the government of this Country.

The people of the previous British colonies formed individual free States.

Those States later formed a national government with strict and defined limits on what they could or could not do. The Federal government did not form us. We formed it. No different than a man and a woman who create a child, "We the People" created the Federal government.

Does it make any sense to anyone that a five year old child tells his parents how to live, what to eat, where they can or cannot go? What they can or cannot do? Does it make more sense that a 15 year old child can tell his parents how to live? Does a 40 year old son tell his parents what they can or cannot read?

We created the Federal government. We the People are the parent. And it appears as if the child needs to be taken out to the wood shed and given a severe beating with Dad's leather belt.

We the People created something to protect us against a Federal government gone wild.

That something is called a County Sheriff. A County Sheriff can tell Federal agents to get out of town before sun down.

A Sheriff can tell armed Federal agents to leave their guns at the saloon.

A Sheriff can arrest Federal agents and the only thing that agent can do is shut up or draw his pistol.

That is just the way it is.

Federal employees are just beginning to learn that little inconvenient truth of American life.

On January 29, 30 and the 31st of 2012, there will be a Constitutional Sheriffs Convention of over 100 sheriffs from across America, learning what they can do to stop the unconstitutional and criminal behavior of Federal employees in their State.

Future conventions will focus on "Training the Trainers" to instruct citizens to go back to their States and educate their County Sheriffs on how to stop the Feds (from behaving illegally).

Further plans are to form citizen Grand Juries as granted by the US Constitution, to indict corrupt local government employees and have their constitutional minded Sheriff enforce those indictments.

These Sheriffs hold that the Federal government has no authority or jurisdiction over their citizens as per United States Codes 40 USC 255 and 50 USC 175 amended to 40 USC 3111 and 3112.

Accordingly, the United States Supreme Court has ruled many times that the Federal government has no right to tell individual States what to do.

One Supreme Court Justice, wrote, "States are not puppets to a ventriloquist Congress".

On September 23, 1779, Captain John Paul Jones, of the American colony's Continental Navy, when asked by the British Captain he was doing battle with, if he would surrender, is quoted as saying, "I have not yet begun to fight!" That may not be entirely correct.

With this as the re-election playing field, despite the utter disaster Obama has proved to be not just for the USA but around the world, he might be able to force a re-election win for himself.

As in Iran in 1978/79, the populace (as in America) was too greedy and too inexperienced to prevent a take over by the bloodthirsty, no-Persian blood from father or mother, invader called Khomeini. The ayatollah promised free gas, electricity, free water, free housing and a share in the oil revenues of the country. Nobody in Iran had the experience or numbers to calculate that the the TOTAL budget of the world would NOT suffice to implement all this inside Iran!

Free (not so at all) health care and many other benefits to cronies and to welfare families from Obama served a similar false promise to entice supporters.

AND with his recent request a $6.2 TRILLION increase in our debt IN ONE TERM and a hurtle to total bankruptcy of our NATION not just those who are now out of work.

He uses  taxpayer money and money he borrows from other countries to bribe/induce the masses to vote for him.

If you vote for him again, after the disastrous results of his administration "ass-ministration", then you deserve to reap what you are sowing! And it will NOT be pleasant.

SELF-SERVING, FAWNING, CHICAGO/DALEY GANGSTER TRAINED BUT CLUELESS VALERIE JARRETT!

If for nothing else, Jodi Kantor’s The Obamas will be remembered for an anecdote from 2010. After he spent hours disputing an allegation in the French media that Michelle Obama thought life in the White House was “hell,” press secretary Robert Gibbs encountered senior adviser Valerie Jarrett. She told him the first lady was unhappy with his work. Gibbs exploded in a rage, informing Jarrett that she didn’t “know what the f— you’re talking about” and that if Mrs. Obama was displeased, well, “f— her too.” Subsequent relations between the senior adviser and press secretary were strained. Gibbs told Kantor he stopped taking Jarrett seriously “as an adviser to the president of the United States.”

It’s about time. Many have wondered—and the Washington Post asked last year—“What, exactly, does Valerie Jarrett do?” No one has a clear answer. Whatever she does, the U.S. taxpayer pays her $172,200 a year to do it. A confidante of the Obamas for more than two decades, variously described as the president’s “closest adviser” and a member of the “innermost ring” of influence, Jarrett clearly has the first couple’s ears. She seems to function as a sort of third party to the Obama marriage, guarding the president and his wife from bad news and outside influence while meeting with Lady Gaga. Her lack of any national political experience whatsoever—she had never been to Iowa before Obama competed there three years ago—has not prevented her from shaping the White House’s political strategy and influencing economic and foreign policies. One might liken her to Don Corleone’s consigliere Tom Hagen, bedecked in a designer shawl, except Hagen gave better advice.

What Valerie Jarrett does best is represent the Obama administration in microcosm. She embodies its insularity, its cronyism, its cluelessness.

Born in Iran to a prominent African-American family from Chicago, she took degrees at Stanford and Michigan Law. She worked briefly as a corporate lawyer but hated every moment. So she decided to “give back,” which is Chicago code for cashing in. She campaigned for Harold Washington, Chicago’s first black mayor, and worked for him in the corporation counsel’s office. Washington died in 1987, but Jarrett remained in government, working for his successor, Mayor Richard M. “Richie” Daley, son of legendary boss Richard J. Daley. It was all upward from there.

Before long Jarrett stood at the intersection of private interest and public power. She became Daley’s deputy chief of staff and was later appointed to various boards and quasi-governmental agencies that award lucrative contracts—the Chicago Transit Board, the Commission for Planning and Development for the City of Chicago, the University of Chicago Medical Center, and so on. Her social standing, combined with her positions in government and her well-compensated seats on the boards of many companies, magnified Jarrett’s power. She knew everybody. Everybody wanted to know her.

In 1991, another disillusioned attorney, Michelle Robinson, applied for a job in Mayor Daley’s office. Jarrett interviewed her. The two women were instant friends. Before accepting the position, however, Robinson made an unusual request: Would Jarrett mind having dinner with her and her fiancé, Barack Obama? Jarrett accepted, and she has never been far from the couple since.

President Obama, who grew up partly in Indonesia, seems to be drawn to Americans who have spent considerable time abroad, who feel askew in their native land. Jarrett told author David Remnick that the reason she bonded with Barack Obama was that “he and I shared a view of where the United States fit in the world, which is often different from the view people have who have not traveled outside the United States as young children.” Remnick goes on to write that Jarrett viewed America “as one country among many, rather than as the center of all wisdom and experience.” Sounds like the president, all right.

Jarrett was an early supporter of Obama’s political career. From her post at the nexus of Chicago business and politics, she was helpful in introducing the ambitious state senator to rich and well-connected figures. The association was not without embarrassment, however. Jarrett was an occasional collaborator with the developer Antoin Rezko, whose 2006 arrest for public corruption became a shallow pothole in Obama’s road to the White House. And Jarrett herself provided some bad headlines: In addition to her public burdens, she ran Habitat Co., which received taxpayer subsidies to manage low-income housing projects seemingly into the ground. The feds seized one complex in 2006; another, Grove Parc Plaza, was exposed as a decrepit slum by the Boston Globe in 2008.

The Chicago method was on full display after Obama defeated John McCain, when functionaries from across the state of Illinois lobbied for the president-elect’s now vacant Senate seat. Evidence released at the trial of former Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich reveals that Jarrett, who has never been elected to anything, wanted to replace her protégé in the Senate. This was something incoming chief of staff Rahm Emanuel was only too happy to make happen, since he had no desire for Jarrett to join the Obamas at the White House. But the president-elect overruled both advisers. He wanted Jarrett by his side. Later she became mistrustful of Emanuel when she learned that he had tried to sideline her.

The feeling was mutual. One of Obama’s more flowery hagiographers, journalist Richard Wolffe, divides the administration into “revivalists,” who want the president to be true to the spirit of hope and change, and “survivalists,” who believe compromise is necessary in a divided country. Jarrett is the leader of the revivalists, and her fingerprints are on every blunder and boo-boo the White House has ever made.

She bragged to a conference of leftwing bloggers that she had hired noted environmentalist and 9/11 Truther Van Jones, later forced to resign. She campaigned extensively for Obama to travel to Copenhagen and make the case for holding the 2016 summer games in Chicago before the International Olympic Committee. Obama took the trip; the IOC chose Rio.

During this time Jarrett met with George Kaiser, the Obama bundler and investor whose solar-panel manufacturer Solyndra was up for a huge loan guarantee. Jarrett, according to government documents, was warned about Solyndra’s shaky finances on the eve of the president’s visit to the company’s facility in Fremont, California. Obama went anyway.

One could be forgiven for thinking that the president tends to side with the revivalists because they feed his ego. Jarrett’s descriptions of Obama are adoring. “I knew the unique combination of leadership qualities that Barack has would push him to greatness,” she told Richard Wolffe. “They always have. Barack has this kind of a—what’s the way to describe it?—restless spirit.” Obama, she told Remnick, has “been bored to death his whole life. He’s just too talented to do what ordinary people do. He would never be satisfied with what other people do.” Fed a constant diet of words like these, is it any wonder Obama decided to press on with his health care overhaul after Scott Brown won in Massachusetts, refused any meaningful compromise with Republicans during last summer’s debt ceiling fight, and insisted on giving one “major” address after another even though they have done nothing to advance his agenda or salvage his underwater approval rating?

The House is lost, Obama’s reelection looks dicey, but Jarrett is flying high. In one sense she is the most successful Obama courtier of them all: She has outlasted her rivals. Gibbs is gone. Internal clashes led to Emanuel’s sudden discovery that he had always wanted to be mayor of Chicago. Emanuel’s replacement, fellow Chicagoan Bill Daley (brother of Richie), was muscled out last week; word is he fought with Jarrett too. Her persistence is matched only by her tone-deafness. Wolffe describes the president’s first visit to Chicago after his inauguration. From the window of his helicopter Obama could see that his arrival had caused a major traffic jam. “We shouldn’t have come here in rush hour,” he reflected. This was too much for Jarrett. “You know what, Mr. President?” she said. “You may not be enjoying your new life, but I am.”

Better enjoy it while it lasts—which won’t be for long if Obama continues to listen to his inept political fixer.

UPDATE - JUDGE SUBPOENAS OBAMA AND MULTIPLE DOCUMENTS

UPDATE: Attorney Orly Taitz website is reporting that a Georgia Judge has issued a subpoena demanding Barack Obama appear in court January 26 AND produce his original long form birth certificate, passport records, collegeregistration records and more.

Dr. Orly Taitz, attorney for one of the plaintiffs in the Georgia eligibility cases working their way rapidly through the courts, posted a copy of what is reportedly a subpoena, issued by Judge Michael Malihi of Georgia.

The subpoena demands that Barack Obama himself appear in court on January 26, and bring with him a laundry list of official documents that will prove or disprove his eligibility for office.

The list is frankly a "birther's" dream. Unlike previous cases, where only certain documents were requested or discussed, this subpoena issued by Judge Malihi includes every document that serious eligibility experts have been discussing from the beginning. The list requires Obama to produce each of the following:

Any and all certified birth records including a long form birth certificate.

Certified school/university registration records. Certified immigration/naturalization records.

Certified passport records

Redacted certified Social Security card applications for each of the aliases and other legal names used by Barack Obama, including but not limited to his legal surname when adopted by step-father Lolo Soetoro.

In addition, Judge Malihi has reportedly also subpoenaed Hawaii Health Department officials and commanded them to produce an original certified copy of Obama's long form birth certificate.

While we take a moment to rejoice in a court finally willing to examine the Constitutional status of Obama, who evidence supports as being not a lawful president but a Usurper-in-Chief, we cannot rest upon our laurels.

While we may hope that Georgia will be the beginning of the end of the line for the Obama campaign, motions to quash and vicious legal push back by Team Obama are a given. We must work MUCH harder now to open battle on many more fronts, and compel the rest of the States to do their due diligence and demand Obama provide PROOF POSITIVE evidence of eligibility to appear on our ballots!

NO MAN IS ABOVE THE LAW; GEORGIA JUDGE RULES OBAMA MUST PROVE ELIGIBILITY!

Georgia Judge Michael Malihi has ordered Obama's attorneys to appear in court January 26 holding that, according to state law, every federal and state candidate must prove eligibility for office â€“ including Barack Obama.

Barack Hussein Obama II, has some of the highest-rent attorneys in the country working tirelessly to keep the question of his eligibility for office out of court. And no wonder, because whether he was born in Hawaii or not, it can be compellingly argued under law that according to binding precedents laid out by the Supreme Court, Barack Hussein Obama II does not qualify as a natural born Citizen.

The U.S. Constitution very clearly requires, in a unique usage and application of the term, that the president must be a "natural born Citizen" to be eligible for the nation's highest office. "Natural born Citizen" is demonstrably held by the Founders in Article II, Section 1 as distinct and different than "Citizen" and even "native born Citizen" â€“ that is, born under jus soli, on native soil.

Documentary evidence shows that in the Founding era, the common law view was that a natural born Citizen was that person born within United States territory to parents who were themselves United States Citizens.

KEEP INELIGIBLE OBAMA OFF 2012 ELECTION BALLOTS â€“ FAX THE STATES NOW!

Nearly one hundred years after the Constitution was ratified, in the 1875 unanimous Supreme Court ruling of Minor v. Happerset, the Supreme Court explicitly held a "natural born Citizen" to be a Citizen whose parents were both U.S. Citizens at the time of the person's birth.

This finding was, and continues to be, fully consistent with U.S. history in Supreme Court case decisions, and law enacted and enforced by the United States Congress.

This time-honored historical record stands against the strenuous lying, dissembling and countless other Alinsky-esque strategies deployed to discredit the legitimacy and derail the legal efforts of all those Citizens who are raising objections to Obama's eligibility for office.

By Barak Obama's own admission, his father was a native of Kenya and was NEVER a U.S. Citizen. Therefore, Barack Hussein Obama II would, under long-standing custom, common law, and Supreme Court precedent, automatically be INELIGIBLE to hold the office of President of the United States.

It is no wonder Barack Hussein Obama II has spent millions of dollars in an attempt to keep the matter of his qualifications for eligibility out of court. But even the most expensive attorneys are no match for a judge who understands the Constitution and the rule of law.

As we reported earlier, a number of Georgia voters filed lawsuits questioning Barack Hussein Obama's eligibility to appear on the Georgia Presidential ballot. Obama's lawyers attempted to get the case thrown out, but Georgia Judge Malihi responded with a resounding NO.

In an order written January 3, 2012, Malihi ruled that Georgia state law is very clear â€“ any candidate for federal or state office must meet the qualifications of that office and that Georgia electors have the right to challenge those qualifications in court. As a result, Malihi flatly denied Obama's motion to dismiss and scheduled a hearing for January 26.

The January 26th hearing should be a blockbuster, as it is the first in the nation that proposes to consider on the merits whether Barack Hussein Obama II is eligible to be President of the United States of America.

But we CANNOT rest now and hope the Georgia case is permitted to hear REAL evidence, and settles all large questions in this murky mess of Obama's eligibility for office. Even if Obama is ultimately kept off Georgia's presidential ballot, Obama will only lose 16 electoral votes. While this is an important precedent, and not an insignificant number, we must fight to ensure that many other states follow Georgia's lead.

Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp's office is pursuing FIVE separate ineligibility complaints filed by Georgia residents. Each complaint argues that Barack Hussein Obama II is ineligible to appear on the 2012 Georgia Presidential ballot. Secretary Kemp has assigned 5 different hearings under five different judges, so that the complaints can move forward.

The White House's badly forged "birth certificate" has not ended the debate on Barack Obama's eligibility. Rather, it has opened the door for further allegations of fraud and ineligibility. Georgia resident Kevin R. Powell wrote in his complaint, "Barack Hussein Obama II has publicly admitted his father Barack Obama Sr. was a Kenyan native and a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. Barack Obama Sr. never became a U.S. citizen. Therefore, Barack Hussein Obama II is not now and never can be a natural born citizen of the United Statesâ€¦"

Citizen Powell is correct that the legal question of natural born citizenship is unresolved in American jurisprudence, and in the nefarious case of Barack Hussein Obama sits as a gaping wound to the Constitution's integrity, and to our ordered liberty. A note on 'intolerance': I don't doubt, in spite of what their religion attempts to teach them, that there are decent individuals who happen to be Muslims, but as a unique theocratic doctrine, Islam has proven to be among the world's most uncompromisingly hostile, violent, xenophobic, intolerant, misogynistic, regressive and imperialistic ideologies.

A battle of more than 1,400 years has been waged by imperial Islam against Christianity, and all those ideologies that differ from this Bedouin mythology, and much of the cradle of Christianity has been conquered.

I am cognizant, and have great respect for the American tradition of free religious expression, but I also understand its limits - neither it, nor Christianity, is a suicide pact.

I absolutely don't advocate any kind of violence against peaceful Muslims, but neither do I believe that the rest of us are required to surrender our faiths, our culture, or our lives in pursuit of an illusory pluralism that exists nowhere in the Islamic world.

Striking a balance between the freedoms enshrined in the Constitution and their application to theocratic Islam is a problem that will plague us indefinitely.

UPDATE: An Alabama Court has announced that it will hear arguments as to whether Barack Hussein Obama II is in fact eligible to appear on the State Presidential Primary Ballot.

Several Alabama citizens have filed a lawsuit within the Alabama Circuit Court to "prevent certification of President Barack Obama for 2012 Alabama ballot access pending final hearing based on factual evidentiary hearings."

The deadline for any candidate to register to appear on the Alabama Presidential Primary ballot is just days away, but by agreeing to hear the case, the Alabama Courts have effectively stalled any efforts by the Democratic Party to place Obama on the ballot.

Just as important is the fact that the Court did indeed accept the case. By agreeing to hear the case, the Court appears to have recognized that the applicants, ordinary Alabama citizens, do in fact have standing. In many previous eligibility cases, courts have ruled that ordinary citizens did not have standing, in other words were not sufficiently harmed by the actions of the defendant and therefore had no legal right to bring their case before the courts.

The actions of this Alabama Court is a game changer in that the legal system has finally recognized that ordinary citizens CAN be harmed and DO have the right to protest unconstitutional actions committed at the highest levels of Federal government.

This case could revolutionize the legal system AND return the judiciary to the duty our Founding Fathers intended - protecting the citizenry from Federal power mongering.

As we have said for so long, the power to defeat the Usurper in Chief lies with the STATES.

We MUST continue to push all the other states to DEMAND PROOF POSITIVE evidence of eligibility from any Presidential candidate who desires to appear on State ballots.

Georgia becomes the first state to pursue Obama ineligibility complaints and the end result may keep Barack Obama OFF the Georgia 2012 ballot!

Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp's office is pursuing FIVE separate ineligibility complaints filed by Georgia residents.

Each complaint argues that Barack Hussein Obama II is ineligible to appear on the 2012 Georgia Presidential ballot. Secretary Kemp has assigned 5 different hearings under five different judges, so that the complaints can move forward.

FAILURE TO APPEAR ON THE GEORGIA BALLOT WOULD COST OBAMA DEVASTATING MEDIA, AND 15 ELECTORAL VOTES!

As our Founding Fathers intended, it is the States which protect us from all out tyranny. The federal election in 2012 and the constitutional eligibility of the candidates is no different. The White House's badly forged "birth certificate" has not ended the debate on Barack Obama's eligibility.

Rather, it has opened the door for further allegations of fraud and ineligibility.

Why doesn't Barack Obama just submit proof like everybody else? Why does he have a team of lawyers trying to avoid showing the proper paperwork?

I think we know the answer - HE DOESN'T HAVE THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND HE DOES NOT MEET THE CONSTITUTIONAL REQUIREMENTS TO BE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.

Kudos to Alabama, Georgia, Arizona and a few other courageous states that are defending the constitution.

Surprise! Half a million union workers get Obamacare waiver since June

The Daily Caller:

Labor unions continued to receive the overwhelming majority of waivers from the president's health care reform law since the Obama administration tightened application rules last summer.

Documents released in a classic Friday afternoon news dump show that labor unions representing 543,812 workers received waivers from President Barack Obama's signature legislation since June 17, 2011.

By contrast, private employers with a total of 69,813 employees, many of whom work for small businesses, were granted waivers.

The Department of Health and Human Services revised the rules governing applications for health reform waivers June 17, 2011, amid a steady stream of controversial news reports, including The Daily Caller's story that nearly 20 percent of last May's waivers went to businesses in House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi's district in California.

The labor unions receiving waivers include those that are monitored under the 1947 Taft-Hartley Act, and those that are not. The waivers granted since June 17 are valid until 2013, but recipients must make sure their employees understand the "limits of their coverage," according to HHS documents.

HHS granted waivers on a year-by-year basis under its initial application process, but waivers granted after June 17 are valid for a maximum of two-and-a-half years.

I don't know how you can argue with a straight face that the waiver process isn't rigged to benefit Obama political supporters.

The real pain inflicted by the health care boondoggle will fall on small businesses - and yet they appear to be mostly frozen out of the process.

Will the entire issue be moot after the Supreme Court rules next July? We can only hope.

AP: "An Iranian court has convicted an American man of working for the CIA and sentenced him to death, state radio reported Monday.

Iran charges that as a former U.S. Marine, Amir Mirzaei Hekmati received special training and served at U.S. military bases in Iraq and Afghanistan before heading to Iran for his alleged intelligence mission.

The radio report did not say when the verdict was issued. Under Iranian law, he has 20 days to appeal.

Hekmati, 28, was born in Arizona. His family is of Iranian origin. His father, who lives in Michigan, said his son is not a CIA spy and was visiting his grandmothers in Iran when he was arrested.

The U.S. State Department has demanded his release."

MPAC's 2012 Agenda - Using "Islamophobia" As A Bludgeon

December 26, 2011 - San Francisco, CA - PipeLineNews.org - On Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011, the anti-American Muslim Public Affairs Council [MPAC, an Islamist pressure group] convened its 11th annual convention at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

ALAN NOTE: Using American freedoms to spout their misleading, rather poisonous opinions! Something they could not, cannot, do in the Islamic countries and the Sharia they espouse.

During the event's second session a presentation was made entitled, "The Industry of Hate in the Public Square," with Edina Lekovic [MPAC director of policy and programming] serving as moderator.

Panelists included:
Wajahat Ali [playwright, author of "Domestic Crusaders"]
Aziza Hasan [MPAC So. Cal government relations director] and
Steve Rohde [past president ACLU]. Rohde was a last minute replacement for Mark Potok whose name appeared in the program book.

MPAC's lead mouthpiece and president Salam Al-Marayati lead things off, taking to the podium and asserting that: "Islamophobia (a term created by Moslems to discredit those who are Islam-aware) is a social disease." He then turned things over to the Constitutionaphobe moderator, Edina Lekovic.

Ms. Lekovic said that this is a time when there is a whirlwind of activity, both foreign and domestic, and that MPAC was focusing on the propaganda TLC show All American Muslim and Lowe's legitimate withdrawal of its sponsorship.

The nature of Islamophobia (being Islam-Aware), she said, is changing. Lekovic stressed that the organization needed people on the ground to work the neighborhoods in promoting Islam’s anti-american agenda.

To that end index cards were passed around upon which respondents were asked to share their experiences and challenges along these lines.

Wajahat addressed the assembly stating [facetiously] that Muslims should be congratulated because he claimed that the Muslim agenda has won, in that there are now stealth halal turkeys and a Muslim beauty queen.

He said that many Americans believe that Obama is a Muslim, but a funny one as he eats bacon (It’s actually OK to eat bacon if the action serves to befuddle non-Muslims) and lyingly refers to Jesus as his Savior.

He said it has been a funny year.

Wajahat continued on, stating that the TLC channel created a national and international furor with its propaganda series All American Muslim, which is about five Muslim families living in the US.

Lowe's legitimately withdrew sponsorship under pressure from the Florida Family Association and thousands of other American patriots. He asked those in attendance if they knew what the Florida Family Association is. Then he offered his bigoted opinion.

He said that essentially it's one man, David Canton, with a web site, a rather poor web site, in his opinion. He said David Canton has a history of (expressing his First Amendment rights, something Wajahat condemns) bothering corporations and that Canton stated that All American Muslim presented only phony “normal” Muslims, not terrorists.

Of course, he opined that Pamela Geller and David Horowitz are key players in the apparent conspiracy to spread "Islamophobia (a word coined by Muslims to discredit those knowledgeable people who are increasingly Islam-Aware)."

He continued with the ad-hominem attacks saying that Canton is a fringe character, a harmless kook. Wajahat said that shows what one dedicated person with a web site can do.

He then said that every attendee would be getting a book on Islamophobia - a report six months in the making and sponsored by the [hard left, Soros funded] Center for American Progress.

Steve Rohde, a last minute replacement, spoke next. He recited a parody he had written of the well know work of Reverend Martin Niemoller in which the Reverend attacked the German intelligentsia for not standing up to Hitler because they felt they were safe.

In this version of Niemoller's allegory, Rohde subbed Muslims as the despised minority [instead of the Jews] destined for the ovens.

He said we know of the threat to the Ground Zero mosque, the Qur'an burning and Lowe's withdrawal of sponsorship. We will get through this challenge together, he continued.

He said he was with the Jewish Funds for Justice and the Progressive Jewish Alliance.

He said he was so proud of the report that was passed out. As long as Islam-Aware Islamophobia rears its ugly head, you will have me and others as your friend.

Aziza Hasan took to the podium next. She said we are commanded by the Koran to stand up for truth (actually lies and deceit). We are compelled to speak up and tell all manner of lies.

Really there are not that many people named as leaders/Islamophobes, the rapidly growing numbers of the islam-Aware. How do we break it down?
A. You anticipate
B. You build.
C. You campaign, with MPAC emphasizing the Muslim coined term, Islamophobia and practicing bullying of anyone who opposes the anti-American Islamists.

Hasan assured that Islamophobia (the spread of the truth about Islam) will get worse in 2012 and that MPAC can have a campaign to counter it by building alliances with civilizationophobes. (Anarchists?)

She referenced the time a few years ago that Dr. Maher Hathout was to receive an award. "Islamophobes" (honest people) opposed it, but thanks to our alliances, we prevailed.

Continuing, Hasan said Dr. Maher Hathout has given us the four steps we need to succeed in subduing civilization in America.

First we need to have a noisy, bullying presence; second we need to earn (demand) respect based on our fear mongering and bullying tactics; third we and our lies and deceit need to be accepted without question, and fourth we need to have influence any way that can get it.

You build on what treasonous others have done. Mayor Saleh of Bell will join us at our banquet. He was elected on his second run and ran on an anti-corruption platform. The treasurer of Montebello faced Islamophobia, and using lies and deceit he won.

She also mentioned that MPAC had a pluralism resolution passed by the well bribed and willfully ignorant Los Angeles City Council and that the organization has worked with the defeatist Progressive Jewish Alliance and others. All successful corrupting interfaith work.

Aziza referred to forms given out to the audience. People volunteered to do their part in the campaign. She said there will be training in bullying and befuddling innocent Americans.

She asked her audience to insist:

1. That their (the Muslims, of course) elected officials have on their web sites commentary that speaks out against bullying(?). MPAC will collect or create propaganda videos and send them out.

2. That elected officials should pass legislation to protect (only Muslim) kids that are bullied, not kids bullied by Muslims. We want a law passed so that even if a victim will not identify who bullied him, a policeman will be able to act against the perpetrator, even Muslim terrorists.

3. Regarding Lowe's, 32 members of Congress have spoken out against Lowe's. Join the Lowe's boycott at [MoveOn.org] Also sign their petition there and contact other companies and tell them how much you hate non-Muslims using their First Amendment rights to express their views and concerns.

A question and answer session followed. What are some things we can do asked one person.

Rohde answered; join the city council; go to your neighbors; join reading groups; join interfaith groups and go to elected officials as part of a delegation. Do whatever you can to spread your anti-American and anti-Constitution lies, to bully anyone who knows or understands the truth about Islamofascism.

Hasan advised to take the lead, join social networks and spread your propaganda.

Ali said "We have to tell our stories and lies".

Two major causes of Islamophobia are: 62% of Americans do not know a Muslim.

Ignorance of our propaganda is a problem. What they do know is from the media, and those who are working to spread the truth about the Islamic agenda in America that will create another nation of poverty, ignorance, fear, like Pakistan and 56 other Moslem countries.

Most Americans don't trust the media, especially media that tells the truth about us. Intelligent Americans want to know about Muslims and Islam. Be proactive in spreading our lies and deceit in the media. You can be savvy with legal cases that arise – sue anyone that offends you.

Don't underestimate lawyers.

A member of the audience said that at Chapman University Muslims and stupid Jews worked together after the hate-fest propaganda that tried to discredit legitimate anti-Islamists in Yorba Linda.

The obscene juxtaposition of the first lady on a $4 million (two week) vacation while asking what would have to be middle to low income earners for three bucks – who else would they be targeting with such an appeal? – is yet another example of lack of perspective the Obamas seem to be gaining while in power.

Mrs. Obama takes extravagant vacations to Spain and southern Africa. The president golfs obsessively and is currently dining at Honolulu’s ritziest restaurants. All while asking their fellow Americans to “sacrifice” during this time of not plenty.

And they blow $4 million – mostly taxpayers’ money – on a vacation, while wondering if the small people can come up with $3.

What about renting a beach house next year at the Jersey shore? I mean, if we’re all going to sacrifice.

And NOT have these low class "wannabees" /parasites emulate French history (mostly atttributed to Queen Marie Antoinette) and angrily shout " if they cannot afford BREAD to eat let them eat CAKE!" at the poor in America. While the White House cooks them $120 a pound beef! All the above at taxpayer costs!

Carney Dodges Questions on Michelle’s Hawaii Flight

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney Friday declined to answer questions about whether it is appropriate that First Lady Michelle Obama is travelling separately from the president to her Hawaii vacation, forcing taxpayers to pay for two flights to get the family out there.

Obama had to delay his vacation while Congress wraps up its business. Michelle left anyway.

The price tag for the first lady’s separate travel is likely in excess of $100,000, and quite possibly a lot more.

Carney declined to comment on the wisdom of billing taxpayers for an extra trip. Making matters worse for the West Wing – the first lady’s offices are in the East Wing – Obama only recently issued a directive urging agencies to cut down on miscellaneous costs like travel.

Carney appeared to be obliquely criticizing my story earlier this week on Michelle’s travel, calling the piece “interesting” but not detailing any specific objections.

If anything, I’ve been conservative in my estimate, since the one-way cost of the Air Force jet that ferried her there is in excess of $60,000, and the plane presumably has to be flown back to the mainland. And then there’s security, logistics, and a possible cargo plane flight that often accompanies first ladies on such trips.

Here’s the exchange between Carney and a reporter.

Q Yes. The First Lady is going to be leaving in a few hours for Hawaii. Obviously she isn’t able to go with the President. But I wanted to ask, isn’t it quite an extravagance — four people to go in two jets to Hawaii — particularly given the state of the economy, the state of the budget, and also given the directive that was just put out about limiting air travel by the administration?

MR. CARNEY: Two things, Mike. First of all, I think you ought to check your sourcing on that. I think the original story was an interesting one. But the First Lady and their daughters –

Q — another story, but –

MR. CARNEY: The First Lady and their daughters will be traveling today, as originally planned, for their annual holiday trip to visit their family in the President’s home state of Hawaii. As previous First Ladies have done, they will travel on a military aircraft.

Q But, I mean, couldn’t they wait, everybody go on one — so there’s one jet instead of two.

MR. CARNEY: Well, I think it was that –

Q I mean, Air Force One is $185,000 an hour to operate, and that’s a long flight (to Hawaii).

MR. CARNEY: Again, as previous First Ladies have done, they will travel on a military aircraft. As previous First Ladies have done, they will travel separate from the President on a — and that has been a practice in previous administrations. As you know, the President has made clear for a long time now that he will stay to ensure that Congress gets its work done.

It also seems Carney is trying to suggest that the first lady’s separate travel was routine and pre-planned. NOT SO!

If it was scheduled as a separate flight, this would still be due to the threat of her having to miss a few days of vacation, since the plan in the past has been that they go together. The Obamas traveled to Hawaii together in 2009 and were supposed to in 2010, when Obama was also delayed and she decided to leave on time on a separate flight – also at a cost of tens of thousands to taxpayers.

White House: No Round Trip Excursion for Bo

The White House says First Dog Bo was not flown back from Hawaii to be with the lonely President Obama in Washington and to attend at photo op with him at PetSmart.

Apparently, a report in the Chicago Sun-Times saying Bo had gone to Hawaii with Michelle and the girls last weekend was not correct, and a Bo sighting reported by the Honolulu Star-Advertiser was mistaken.

White House Dossier earlier this week reported that either these stories were wrong or Bo had turned tail and come back home!

Now – this is pretty funny – the man who reported the Bo siting has released a statement saying he made a mistake. Very fancy.

From the follow-up Star Advertiser story:

This afternoon, Miscovich released the following statement: “It is now clear my wife saw another black dog walking our neighborhood. We would like to apologize to Bo and the Obama family for any inconvenience this may have caused them. We would also like to wish them a peaceful and Merry Christmas.”

Looks like Bo’s goons got to him.

Iran: Negotiating with the Devil

Iran's mullahs have repeatedly indicated their willingness and ability to help restore order in Iraq, on the condition that the United States pack up and leave the region. And now that U.S. forces have left Iraq, the Islamic regime clearly is one of the strategic winners in this deadly game. The mullahs have also pledged on their Boy Scout's honor, although they have never been Boy Scouts, that their nuclear program is strictly for peaceful purposes. As a further gesture of goodwill, these self-appointed custodians of Allah's Earth are volunteering to serve as unpaid policemen of the entire Persian Gulf region, protecting vital U.S. interests, just like the shah did before them. Sounds like a great gift package from the kindhearted do-gooders of Allah.

(Alan note: little know factlet - they are also trying to get control of elderly patients' minds AND identities by offering Islamic "volunteers"/activists - free of charge - to elderly care homes in the USA , whose care is paid, for the most part, to contracted providers by taxpayer money).

Beware mullahs bearing gifts! The mullahs are diehard adherents of the Islamists' eleventh commandment, "Thou shall not lie or dissimilate (taqqeyh), deceive or cheat (ketman) unless it serves a higher purpose."

And to these devoted faithful, there is no higher purpose in the world than serving Allah's bidding, as they like it and as they interpret it.

Keep in mind that the very name "Islam" means "submission" -- unquestioning submission to the will of Allah.

Qur'an 33:36 "It is NOT for a believing man or a believing woman, when Allah and His Messenger have decided a matter, that they should [thereafter] have any choice about their affair. And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger has certainly strayed into clear error."

And in the Quran itself, Allah gives these fellows their mandate: cleanse the earth from all kefir (infidels), and help usher in the Golden Rule of Islam over a corrupt world. This high-purpose strategic goal of Islamization legitimizes any and all tactics.

Qur'an 8:39 "Fight them until all opposition ends and all submit to Allah."

Allah, in his kindness, leaves a bit of wiggle room for the unbelievers. Those who refuse to convert or whose lives are spared may live under the rule of Islam by paying poll taxes (jizya).

Qur'an 9:29 "Fight those who do not believe until they all surrender, paying the protective tax in submission."

These men of Allah are urged to use every "stratagem of war," to kill and take the disbelievers as captives. The ones they do not kill, mostly women and children, they take as booty of war and slaves. These devotees of Allah have been and continue to be among the most persistent practitioners of slavery.

Qur'an 9:5 "Fight and kill the disbelievers wherever you find them, take them captive, harass them, lie in wait and ambush them using every stratagem of war."

"Every stratagem" means every stratagem.

No heinous act is out of bounds for these savages. They place children, for instance, in the backseat of a car bomb so that it can be waved through checkpoints without inspection. Then, the adults park the car in the midst of a shopping crowd, run out of the car, and detonate it with the children inside. Horrific? Shocking? Barbaric?

These are the same people who used thousands of Iranian children as minesweepers during the Iran-Iraq war to clear a path for their more valued armored vehicles.

* You have savagely beaten and hauled to your dungeons of torture and death over a thousand of the tens of thousands of teachers who had gathered in front of the parliament requesting nothing more than their back pay and living wages.

* In late 2009, you ordered the Basij forces, revolutionary guards, and plainclothes and government forces to massacre thousands of innocent people in a mass popular uprising over the fraudulent presidential election of your puppet, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

* You direct systematic genocidal measures against all non-Shi'a religious minorities, with Baha'is as prime target, and

genocidal actions against political groups;
support of international terrorism;
demolition of religious sites and cemeteries;
for rape, torture, and summary execution of prisoners of conscience;

* You spend a fortune on the nuclear program that you claim is aimed only at peaceful purposes, while turning Iran into little more than a gas-station nation, with its precious oil wealth squandered and its facilities on the verge of collapse through neglect.

* You have created a suffocating social atmosphere that has driven masses of the people to the use of hard drugs as a way of numbing their pain.

Internationally

* You look far and wide to support any and all terrorists. Your delusional theology mandates the creation of horrific conditions in the world so that your Hidden Imam is compelled to appear and establish his rule.

* You interpreted the highly subdued reactions of the coalition to your savage actions as indications of weakness. So you found it in yourself to venture into direct confrontation by capturing lightly armed British sailors and marines in Iraqi waters.

* You are responsible for helping Syrian forces slaughter seekers of freedom.

* You directly orchestrated an attack on the British embassy in Tehran last month and called the action of your "thugs" "student protests."

* You plotted to assassinate the Saudi ambassador, Adel al-Jubeir, on U.S. soil.

To misguided advocates of negotiation with the devil (mullahs), beware. The mullahs are on an Allah-mandated mission. They are intoxicated with petrodollars and aim to settle for nothing less than complete domination of the world under the Islamic ummah.

And to you, the misguided mullah Ali Khamenei, don't be fooled by the sycophants who misinform you. Don't threaten the West by either as-yet-to-be functional nuclear weapons or your fantasized sleeper cells. You will be terribly disappointed when Iranian expatriates everywhere will be among the very first to help the authorities find your sleeper cells, if any actually exist, and put them into permanent sleep.

I also reiterate the words of Prince Reza Pahlavi that Ayatollah Ali Khamenei must be held responsible and tried in the international court for crimes against humanity.

As we enter 2012, the presidential candidates would do well to wrap their minds and messages around these seven mathematical facts:

1. Every day, the U.S. government takes in $6 billion and spends $10 billion. This means that every day the federal government spends $4 billion more dollars than it has.

2. The real unemployment rate is a jaw-dropping 11 percent.

3. Every fifth man you pass on your way to work is now out of work.

4. College graduates are now 34% less likely to find a job under Obama than they were under President George W. Bush.

5. Every seventh person you pass on the sidewalk now relies on food stamps.

6. The ravages of the Obama economy now mean that more Americans live under the federal poverty line than at any time in U.S. history since records have been kept.

7. Under President Barack Obama, every fifth child in America now lives in poverty...

These are not partisan jabs, manufactured statistics, or ideological swipes. These are mathematical facts. And the presidential candidate who can most clearly and credibly articulate them—and their concomitant solutions—is bound to win.

Why? Because these facts point toward the solutions America must implement to avert the kinds of economic and social upheaval seen in Europe and elsewhere.

Start with mathematical fact number one—deficit spending. No person, family, business, or nation can spend more than it takes in and remain sustainable; it defies the simple laws of math and reason. And yet even as Washington hemorrhages $4 billion more than it has each day, citizens have watched as the farce that is “Super Committee” has proven it cannot even shave $1.2 trillion from America’s $15 trillion debt.

The time for carping over the appropriate size of government is over. The laws of math have settled the argument: either we return to limited government or we face economic collapse. Those are the choices. Period. As Robert Samuelson noted yesterday, “We are shifting from ‘give away politics’ to ‘take away politics.’”

Mathematical facts two and three—11% real unemployment and 20% male unemployment rate—focus the nation on the priorities of spurring economic growth, eliminating Obamacare, and adapting to the realities of the digital economy. Why aren’t employers hiring? As a September 2011 report by UBS explained, “arguably the biggest impediment to hiring (particularly hiring of less skilled workers) is healthcare reform.” And lest one forget, Obamacare hasn’t even gone into full effect and won’t until 2014. Even still, under Mr. Obama, the average family’s health insurance premiums have risen $2,393.

As for the male unemployment rate, the problem is threefold. First, male graduation rates continue to lag behind those of women. Second, American manufacturing, which used to be a primary source of male employment, is dying a quick death. Third, incarceration rates of males continue to skyrocket. In 1982, there were 500,000 people in prison (the majority of them males). Today, that figure stands at a towering 2.5 million. And that is to speak nothing of those whose crimes do not warrant jail time but will nonetheless permanently appear on their record when applying for a job.

Once former inmates and those with arrest records attempt to enter the workforce, they will be slapped by the new reality of the digital economy: no longer can people with blights on their record fudge or fib on job applications; employers can and do run national background checks for a few dollars and the click of a mouse.

What this means is that the old days when a kid could mess up and rebound are rapidly evaporating as competition among job applicants becomes fiercer by the minute. Couple this with fact number four—a drop in college graduate employment from 90% under Mr. Bush to 56% under Mr. Obama—and the fierce competition of a digital age comes into sharp relief.

Facts five, six, and seven—1 in 7 Americans on food stamps, 46 million under the poverty line, and historic childhood poverty rates—speak to the failures of Mr. Obama’s entire economic approach.

Again, the argument over whether government should spend more on social programs has already been settled by the laws of math. Mr. Obama has added more to the national debt than all presidents from George Washington through Ronald Reagan–combined. The Keynesian experiment has been a miserable failure. Math doesn’t lie.

These seven facts mean that all presidential candidates must speak to a singular reality: America is a debtor nation. Indeed, America has $15 trillion less than the homeless man you see on the street. Put another way, that homeless man is $15 trillion richer than the United States of America. All the presidential candidates–including Mr. Obama–should stop and ponder that reality for a moment.

After all, it’s a mathematical fact.

Another reality appearing among Republicans, Independents and even Democrats is less focused on who the candidate is who opposes Obama to being given the opportunity to vote AGAINST Obama. Yes, even Democrats are seeing the light that neither they nor the USA can survive another four years of Obama.

Rupert Murdoch and a recipient of $23,000,000 in salary and bonuses last year, you have failed the American public by refusing to report (or allow reporting) the questions regarding the eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to serve as President and Commander-in-Chief of the United States.

One of your recommendations for success is for your staff to “read the U.S. Constitution.” When is the last time you read Article II, Section 1, clause 5, which states:

No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

With your extensive and impressive history in media production, politics, consulting and business, you have steadfastly refused to allow your staff to report on the most pressing matter possibly in the history of the country: whether or not the person currently occupying the White House has a constitutional right to do so according to Article II.

Another of your slogans is reportedly “See things other don’t. Do things others won’t.”

Then why won’t you? Why haven’t you?

During the 2008 presidential campaign, your reporters asked Obama no tough questions. You must have heard that even (Democrat) Chris Mathews of MSNBC stated in 2007 that Obama was born in Indonesia, as did a reporter for a Hawaii newspaper. Did that not make you curious?

Apparently not. The fine investigative journalism which millions of Americans had come to expect from Fox News Channel was glaringly absent. The tough, tenacious questioning of E.D. Hill disappeared, only to be replaced by other blondes with shorter skirts and increasingly lower necklines but no ability to investigate anything.

You allowed a man who has hidden his past completely from the American public to gain a place on the ballot in every state and to actually be elected president without one scrap of evidence that he was constitutionally eligible.

None of your reporters ever performed any in-depth questioning of Obama during the campaign nor gained access to his background. Just when did he go to Indonesia, and what proof did you obtain that he was born in Hawaii?

How many people did you interview who knew him as a child, either in Hawaii or Indonesia?

Why did you not subpoena (FOIA?) his Illinois state senate and U.S. Senate records so that they could be open for inspection by the American people?

And your pompous, overrated evening host, Bill O’Reilly, whose slogan is “We’re looking out for you,” lied when he stated on-air that he had “seen” Obama’s original birth certificate.

He never saw any such thing, because no one has, at least not anything issued in this country.

O’Reilly has seen only what the rest of us have seen: an online image which has been widely debunked as a forgery due to its four different versions, alterations (affirmed by the state of Hawaii as invalidating the certificate), and contradictory statements made by two different Hawaii governors unreported by a complicit media, which includes you.

If O’Reilly had seen Obama’s birth certificate, then Donald Trump wouldn’t be calling for it now.

Of all the cable channels, Fox News Channel has refrained the longest to report anything about the question of whether or not Barack Hussein Obama has a U.S. birth certificate.

Only recently have you been forced to allow the airing of this urgent matter because Donald Trump has raised it as an important constitutional issue.

Until now, your anchors nervously laughed off the question posed by Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, a decorated 18-year Army veteran and former flight surgeon, misrepresenting the matter by calling it “a political statement.”

Again, another blonde anchor who, instead of investigating before Lakin’s court-martial was posing, failed to report when Lakin was sentenced to six months at Ft. Leavenworth, having been denied discovery by a complicit, treasonous military as if he were living in the former Soviet Union.

Your reporters remained complicit about this travesty of justice and over more than two years as multiple lawsuits have been filed against Obama and even Congress, as the military ran scared, and now that a citizen is facing criminal charges for publicly exposing Obama’s lack of proof that he is constitutionally eligible to serve.

And what about that alleged Kenyan birth certificate, Mr. Ailes? Did you know that Mr. Smith has publicly stated that he will testify in front of Congress about its authenticity? What if he is telling the truth?

Recently your popular showman, Sean Hannity, has been labeled a traitor by a veteran of the U.S. military.

The fact that Donald Trump has recently released both his short-form and long-form birth certificates proves that O’Reilly was misinforming the public when he stated that he had seen Obama’s.

Why would Trump and millions of Americans still be demanding it if O’Reilly, your all-powerful arrogant media mogul, had seen it and shown it on national TV?

Besides, read the Constitution, Mr. Ailes! Being a “citizen” is not enough to be President!

Several months ago, Fr. Jonathan Morris made the statement on Fox & Friends Weekend that Obama was “born in a Muslim country, Kenya,” after which the three anchors nervously and vehemently denied it.

Rather than asking how Fr. Morris obtain his information, they tried to quell any curiosity about it and correct the record as quickly as they could to state that Obama was born “in this country.”

How do they know? Have they seen the birth certificate and not said anything?

In early 2009, I personally mailed to you presentments from the American Grand Jury charging Obama and others with treason and fraud. You did nothing.

Obama has unconstitutionally taken over the health, banking and automobile industries, and your anchors continue to soft-pedal and smile as they silkily mention “President Obama.” If the man is ineligible to hold the office, is a usurper who has committed massive election and possibly identity fraud against the American people, why are you even referring to him as the “president?”

Because you received the AGJ presentments, you also received a copy of the criminal complaint for treason filed more than two years ago by LCDR Walter Fitzpatrick, a retired Naval commander with 25 years of service. More than 3,100 other citizens have done the same, and the FBI refuses to respond. What do you think that means, Mr. Ailes?

A retired military member accusing a seated “president” of treason should have been arrested, but he has not been. Neither the FBI nor the Secret Service has taken any action; instead, the complaint remains open and unanswered. Why do you think that is, Mr. Ailes?

Now that your obscenely-paid anchors such as Steve Doocy, Brian Kilmeade, Gretchen Carlson, Greta Van Susteren and Geraldo Rivera have had to choke out a few questions about Obama’s birth certificate and therefore his presidential eligibility with Donald Trump, you might as well have them begin reporting the following:

There are multiple ways to obtain a birth document in Hawaii, one of which includes merely a statement from one relative who has resided in Hawaii for a minimum of one year claiming that a birth took place.

Particularly in Obama’s time, no corroborating information was required. Perhaps this is why Obama does not seem to have an original birth certificate from the state of Hawaii and the reason why the state of Hawaii has obfuscated and refused to answer questions for almost three years.

Neil Abercrombie, the new (Democrat) governor, has even gone so far as to say that no original birth certificate exists for Obama, agreeing with former Hawaii elections clerk Tim Adams.

There is more than ample circumstantial evidence that Obama’s birthplace is Kenya, not Hawaii. Kenyan officials such as th[e ambassador to the United States and members of Parliament have stated such on the record. Why would you not report such information to the public? Is that not the purpose of Fox News Channel, or is your real purpose to push an agenda?

While on Monday evening, Greta Van Susteren played dumb when Donald Trump stated that Obama has spent millions of dollars to hide his original birth certificate, if he even has one, and lamely stated that she “hadn’t seen her birth certificate lately,”

Trump truthfully affirmed that Obama has concealed his past, official public service records, and that people “on the internet” are asking legitimate questions.

A follow-up report on his telephone interview with Van Susteren inaccurately stated that Trump “doesn’t want to become a ‘birther.’” He never said any such thing; rather, he said that the term “birther” is a pejorative to marginalize those who are asking justified questions about where Obama was born, whether or not he is eligible to serve, and what he is hiding about his past.

So despite having to now cover the issue, your reporters are still trying to deny that there is a serious question about Obama’s truthfulness, birthplace, qualifications and therefore a constitutional crisis in which every law and treaty he has signed, every appointment made, and every executive order issues, might be subject to invalidation.

Your staff has known about this potential problem for over two years but pretended that it didn’t exist, much to the detriment of your company. Years ago, I and millions of others relied on Fox News for accurate and timely information, but you have lost any credibility you once had.

I am in possession of documentation from the state of Hawaii which shows that the Hawaii Democrat Party changed the required wording on its nomination certificate for Obama and Biden in 2008. I had to prepare to file a lawsuit to obtain this information.

There is also evidence that it sought cover from the Democrat National Committee to certify that Obama and Biden were constitutionally qualified. Therefore, officials in Hawaii would not have been the ones to certify his eligibility if what we are now discovering was uncovered.

Why has your huge news organization not obtained and reported on such documentation which clearly reveals election fraud?

Moreover, why aren’t you reporting that Obama could never have been eligible because he inherited British citizenship from his father?

Even Obama himself admitted it. Why have you let all of this slip by without one report on it?

(Alan note: Why has your British owner not gone into British Kenyan/Protectorate Archive documents at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and examinied and published the birth ledgers? This is obtainable UNclassified information you refuse to obtain and share).

Instead, your anchors make fools of themselves by reporting that the “first celebrity” was “bounced from ‘Dancing with the Stars’” as our country sinks deeper and deeper into a Marxist coup and unparalleled economic crisis under a constitutionally-ineligible de facto chief executive.

And you continue to pay them their outrageous salaries for sitting there and looking good rather than reporting what is really happening.

And how about the accusations and evidence that Obama committed social security fraud? When will you be reporting that to the American people?

Notice how the report states that Col. Hollister could be brought up on charges when Obama is suspected of criminal wrongdoing!

Mr. Ailes, the charade is over. There is no “President Obama.”

There is a man who is foreign-born with a foreign father who no more qualifies as a “natural born Citizen” than the Pope. I

nstead of trying to cover up the truth, why don’t you return to your original mission which included the late Tony Snow and other reputable journalists who sought the truth, regardless of where it led?

Had you done your job in 2007 and 2008, our nation would not be close to destruction due to the election of an ineligible person to the presidency.

Instead, you aided and abetted the usurpation and have masked the many crimes of which there is ample evidence he has committed.

Even if only one or two of these chrges prove to be true, Obama’s crimes against America far outweigh those of President Richard Nixon.

Wouldn’t that be worth reporting to save your $23,000,000 salary, Mr. Ailes?

Could there be any more pressing issue than whether or not the man making decisions to send our servicemen and women into war, sign legislation passed by Congress, appoint Supreme Court justices, signing treaties with foreign governments and invading sovereign countries is legitimate?

And what about his treason, Mr. Ailes?

In a series of interviews, accompanied by about a dozen Iranian journalists who had managed to flee Iran over the mountains and reach Europe, then described the torture, rapes, abuses of not just rights but humanity in Islamic Iranian prisons perpetrated by Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and his middle son Mojtaba (in Iran and Syria), Crown Prince Reza has declared Khamenei should be tried in the Hague International Tribunal for "Crimes against Humanity".

Speaking to various audiences from France, Prince Reza Pahlavi pointed to various leaders of Islamic countries which had been removed for their "brutal" suppression of populist uprisings like Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, Yemen and still in progress in Syria (under Iranian suppression forces) and compared to the slaughter and torture of dissidents in Iran which far exceeded those in the countries the West had "liberated", insisted the Islamic leadership of Iran should be brought to justice in a similar fashion.

Sadly, Prince Reza runs into opposition from Obama and Hillary's obedient and biased State Department, which repeatedly supports the Mullahs against the people of Iran and Syria. And whose thrust in foreign affairs insists on overthrowing opposition to the Moslem Brotherhood and strengthening a potential global Islamic Caliphate in which, based on his Islamic ties and parental background, Obama hopes to hold a senior governing position.

Obama's first step in his megalomaniacal journey is the destruction of America to validate his worth as a future Caliph or with becoming Secretary General of the United Nations (with 57 Islamic nation votes) as a stepping stone to his target "holy grail" of becoming Grand Caliph.

When this self-deluding, empty headed narcissist can arrogantly claim that he is the fourth best American president ever to have lived, his accession to ruler of the world on Islamic chariots seems quite rational and believable to him.

Specially as reportedly he is still gets high on drug use and like his inability to kick his cigarette habit he still has his long time cocaine 'monkey on his back'. The dependency potentially leading him into hallucinations of his own self worth.

Unlike other Presidents before him, his salvation is in Islam not American dreams and he has become less and less careful or concerned in letting his Islamic predilections, policies and preferences appearing openly.

And if he fails to be re-elected he can attach himself to the Islamic movements he has helped establish in the USA, who will support his grab of power alongside his Oval Office based Moslem Brotherhood agents, who run the show.

And his plans include a nuclear powerful Iran, which will grudgingly and disrespectfully go along with him, though already showing signs that they prefer to and intend to work with Saudi Arabia than with Obama.

2. He WILL be re-elected in 2012 and will thus have all the time in the world and without pressures to meet re-election considerations, finish his destruction of America, while taking more and more time to play golf and multi-million Dollar vacations. There will not be enough of America left behind by him to even begin to organize legal retribution.

SIDEBAR: Obama has NEVER governed. He has either worked out ways to embed Moslem Sharia deep into America, implemented huge (multi-billions) fraudulent transfers of money to his cronies and campaigned to try to stick around and do some more of this.

His claim of having killed Osama (strong doubt exists as to HIS role in this - apparently barely any if at all - is offset by HIS LOSS of the unmanned stealth drone technology to our enemies.
