This definition is perfect for Spanish PM, Mr. Zapatero, champion in procrastrinate and lie. He believes that, by closing his eyes and wishful thinking, the Islamofascist frog will turn into a lovely princess. Wait till the pricess smites your neck with the sword, while chanting Allah akhbar and all that shit. He has sold the country to the muslims, obviously with some social support, equally coward and stupid like him.
