MORE EVIDENCE OBAMA IS NOT AN NBC!
"VITAL RECORDS INDICATE OBAMA NOT BORN IN HAWAII HOSPITAL (PART 3)
DIRTY LITTLE SECRET: Historical evidence provided by the National Center for Health Statistics and the U.S. Reference Library System now confirms the information appearing within the image of Obama’s alleged 1961 “Certificate of Live Birth” disregards his actual foreign birthplace while, instead, providing a statistically based “geographic allocation” which is a result of a widely misunderstood natality data reporting policy which began in 1950. Stalling for four years since Obama announced his candidacy in February of 2007, under mounting political pressures and legal challenges, the White House unveiled a lone scrap of counterfeit information in the form of a desolate internet image which, after a six month criminal investigation, now confirms that Obama’s presidency is the single greatest hoax ever perpetrated on the American people.

NEW YORK, NY – Barack Obama has misled millions into believing he is eligible to hold the office of the U.S. presidency by exploiting a little known secret about his Hawaiian-based natal records which were issued in conjunction with a commonly used, but publicly misunderstood, vital statistics reporting anomaly used to allocate birthplace according to residency by the State of Hawaii in 1961.
As early as 1934, this arbitrary, but necessary method was enacted by the U.S. Census Bureau and later written into law with the passage of the Model State Vital Statistics Act of 1942. It was then fully adopted by all state-level vital records agencies, including those within the then territory of Hawaii, in 1950 in order to improve the collaborative accuracy of data harvested by America’s decadal census and statistics reported annually by state vital records agencies.
The birthplace shown on a birth certificate is entered as the result of the mother’s place of residence, not the location of the occurrence of the birth.
As discussed previously in parts one and two of this report, the combination of Hawaii’s unique culture, isolated geographic characteristics, unfettered immigration policy and municipal development challenges in the 1960s prompted the use of vital records registration protocols by the State of Hawaii’s Department of Health which undermine the reliability of birth certificate information as a means of determining the natural-born citizenship of any individual.
However, it is now clear that Obama exploited the existence of a widely misunderstood natal data reporting method implemented by the federal government, 11 years before his birth certificate was issued, based on an arbitrary statistical application which classifies the actual place of birth by allocating it as occurring in the same location as the mother’s “place of residence”. This allocation is made regardless of the actual location of the birth because the data provided about the birth to the Census Bureau is used for calculating the impact of natality on resident population and, therefore, must be recorded by the registrar using the same criteria used to count those defined as residents by the Census.

Veterans gathered Tuesday afternoon to protest in front of the Lake County Democratic Party headquarters, where the flag — featuring Obama’s face in the blue section where the stars normally go — was flying beneath a traditional American flag.
The confrontation ended after party chairwoman Nancy Hurlbert took the flag down, according to the Sentinel.
The protest started after Don Van Beck, a Korean war veteran and executive director of the Veterans Memorial at Fountain Park in Leesburg, Fla., snapped several pictures of the flag and distributed them to others. He told WFTV-TV seeing it made his blood boil.“I can‘t describe how upset he was because you just don’t do that to the American flag,” he told the station.

Iran Elections: an acquaintance who returned from Iran a few days ago closely monitored three nearby polling booths, a mosque and two schools. A total of THREE old men entered the mosque during the whole day (unclear whether to vote or to pray) and ZERO people went to the schools to cast their votes!
The Supreme Ruler's son-in-law Haddad Adel was declared the winner of Tehran with well over a million votes! This created a challenge for the election officials who could only muster less than 150,000 votes for him throughout the city of some 12 million residents. (Includes duplicates from multiple bussed voters).
Opposition groups boycotted the elections.
Reportedly, when the Supreme Ruler was approached about this problem, he or his staff responded that they should do what they did for Larejani (the Speaker) the last time when they encountered the same problem and stuffed ballot boxes beyond belief.
One mathematics problem is that the individual ballot numbers declared by individual polling booths DO NOT ADD UP to the totals election officials have claimed for the candidates at those locations.
Opposition groups in Europe have obtained copies of the statistic sheets as proof.
Estimates say that less than 18% of eligible voters participated and this number only reached that level when small towns and villages fielded around 30% of eligible voters. Major cities may thus have had under 8% of their eligible residents come to polling stations.
Another comment was that the regime has FILLED major prisons like Evin or Kahrizak to way beyond capacity with higher level opponents, so that less important protestors in the streets get harshly beaten up but rarely arrested as there is nowhere to hold them.

MICHELLE OBAMA GOES BERSERK OVER FORGED BIRTH CERTIFICATE
Michelle Obama Goes Beserk Over Birth Certificate Findings
(ACN Staff) When Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Cold Case Posse released its findings and announced that there is "probable cause" to believe that the "birth certificate" released by Team Obama in April is a "computer generated forgery," the liberal media yawned, but allegations are now surfacing that at least one person in the White House, namely First Lady Michelle Obama, is frantic and in a beserk frenzy over the Cold Case Posse's findings.
According to a report released by the supermarket tabloid, The Globe, Michele Obama "went beserk when she learned the results of the investigation." According to an inside source: "Michelle stormed into the Oval Office and blasted" Obama for not knocking down the scandal long ago. The report goes on to state that while she is furious with Arpaio, she is "even more burned up at Barack" and the incident has "thrown their marriage into chaos."
Of course, insiders have long speculated that the marriage has been in chaos for quite some time. As reported back in December, allegations also surfaced that Michelle Obama is having a secret affair with an unnamed Secret Service agent; and accusations by Larry Sinclair that he smoked crack cocaine and had an affair with Barack Obama in the back of a limo, some years back, refuse to go away.
Understandably, the media does not typically report on unsubstantiated claims from anonymous sources, but that standard has become fuzzy as of late. We all remember the media feeding frenzy over unsubstantiated allegations against businessman Herman Cain, which literally sank his candidacy, and the reluctance of the media to report any credible claims that bolstered the contention that Cain was innocent of the unsubstantiated charges.
Why is the liberal media refusing to even investigate these claims? Where is Sean Hannity and Bill O'Reilly and the rest of the conservative media? Such inconsistent standards of reporting leave the question open: will the media pursue, or even bother to investigate what should be the story of the century?
Unsubstantiated claims are one thing. Cold hard evidence is another and it should go without saying that the findings of the Cold Case Posse should be a game changer.
A legitimate and duly constituted law enforcement investigation, that obtained sworn affidavits and testimony from graphics experts, law enforcement experts and private citizens, has uncovered compelling evidence that the "birth certificate" released by Team Obama is a computer generated forgery and that the man who is presently occupying the Oval Office is potentially occupying that office as a result of fraud and forgery.
While the liberal media is doing everything in its power to ignore the findings of Arpaio's Cold Case Posse, Obama can't ignore the findings; and if Mike Zullo, the lead investigator for Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Cold Case Posse, is correct, not only is Team Obama not ignoring the findings, but the media's see-no-evil attitude may not simply be the result of liberal bias.

Author Jerome Corsi added more fuel to this growing fire when he recently stated: "Testimony is being developed that the White House is intimidating, in a systematic way, the mainstream media and if any broadcasters dare go into this birther story, they're going to risk FCC investigations... people are going to have careers ruined... thrown off the air."
Obviously, there is more going on than meets the eye and hopefully, more information will be forthcoming. (ACN Staff) When Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Cold Case Posse released its findings and announced that there is "probable cause" to believe that the "birth certificate" released by Team Obama in April is a "computer generated forgery," the liberal media yawned, but allegations are now surfacing that at least one person in the White House, namely First Lady Michelle Obama, is frantic and in a beserk frenzy over the Cold Case Posse's findings.
According to a report released by the supermarket tabloid, The Globe, Michele Obama "went beserk when she learned the results of the investigation." According to an inside source: "Michelle stormed into the Oval Office and blasted" Obama for not knocking down the scandal long ago. The report goes on to state that while she is furious with Arpaio, she is "even more burned up at Barack" and the incident has "thrown their marriage into chaos."
Of course, insiders have long speculated that the marriage has been in chaos for quite some time. As reported back in December, allegations also surfaced that Michelle Obama is having a secret affair with an unnamed Secret Service agent; and accusations by Larry Sinclair that he smoked crack cocaine and had an affair with Barack Obama in the back of a limo, some years back, refuse to go away.
Understandably, the media does not typically report on unsubstantiated claims from anonymous sources, but that standard has become fuzzy as of late. We all remember the media feeding frenzy over unsubstantiated allegations against businessman Herman Cain, which literally sank his candidacy, and the reluctance of the media to report any credible claims that bolstered the contention that Cain was innocent of the unsubstantiated charges.
Why is the liberal media refusing to even investigate these claims? Where is Sean Hannity and Bill O'Reilly and the rest of the conservative media? Such inconsistent standards of reporting leave the question open: will the media pursue, or even bother to investigate what should be the story of the century?
Unsubstantiated claims are one thing. Cold hard evidence is another and it should go without saying that the findings of the Cold Case Posse should be a game changer.
A legitimate and duly constituted law enforcement investigation, that obtained sworn affidavits and testimony from graphics experts, law enforcement experts and private citizens, has uncovered compelling evidence that the "birth certificate" released by Team Obama is a computer generated forgery and that the man who is presently occupying the Oval Office is potentially occupying that office as a result of fraud and forgery.

G'day Mate,
I am writing to you because I need your help to get me bloody pilot's licence back. You keep telling me you got all the right contacts. Well now's your chance to make something happen for me because, mate, I'm bloody desperate.
But first, I'd better tell you what happened during my last flight review with the CAA Examiner.
On the phone, Ron (that's the CAA d*#"head), seemed a reasonable sort of a bloke.
He politely reminded me of the need to do a flight review every two years. He even offered to drive out, have a look over my property and let me operate from my own strip. Naturally I agreed to that.
Anyway, Ron turned up last Wednesday. First up, he said he was a bit surprised to see the plane on a small strip outside my homestead because the " ALA "(Authorized Landing Area), is about a mile away. I explained that because this strip was so close to the homestead, it was more convenient than the "ALA," and despite the power lines crossing about midway down the strip, it's really not a problem to land and take-off because at the halfway point down the strip you're usually still on the ground.
For some reason Ron, seemed nervous. So, although I had done the pre-flight inspection only four days earlier, I decided to do it all over again. Because the prick was watching me carefully, I walked around the plane three times instead of my usual two.
My effort was rewarded because the colour finally returned to Ron's cheeks. In fact, they went a bright red.
In view of Ron's obviously better mood, I told him I was going to combine the test flight with some farm work, as I had to deliver three "poddy calves" from the home paddock to the main herd. After a bit of a chase I finally caught the calves and threw them into the back of the ol' Cessna 172.
We climbed aboard but Ron, started getting onto me about weight and balance calculations and all that crap.
Of course I knew that sort of thing was a waste of time because calves, like to move around a bit particularly when they see themselves 500-feet off the ground! So, it's bloody pointless trying to secure them as you know.
However, I did tell Ron that he shouldn't worry as I always keep the trim wheel set on neutral to ensure we remain pretty stable at all stages throughout the flight.
Anyway, I started the engine and cleverly minimized the warm-up time by tramping hard on the brakes and gunning her to 2,500 RPM. I then discovered that Ron has very acute hearing, even though he was wearing a bloody headset. Through all that noise he detected a metallic rattle and demanded I account for it.
Actually it began about a month ago and was caused by a screwdriver that fell down a hole in the floor and lodged in the fuel selector mechanism. The selector can't be moved now but it doesn't matter because it's jammed on "All tanks," so I suppose that's okay.
However, as Ron was obviously a nit-picker, I blamed the noise on vibration from a stainless steel thermos flask which I keep in a beaut little possie between the windshield and the magnetic compass. My explanation seemed to relax Ron, because he slumped back in the seat and kept looking up at the cockpit roof.
I released the brakes to taxi out but unfortunately the plane gave a leap and spun to the right. "Hell" I thought," not the starboard wheel chock again."
The bump jolted Ron back to full alertness. He looked around just in time to see a rock thrown by the prop-wash disappear completely through the windscreen of his brand new Commodore. "Now I'm really in trouble," I thought...
While Ron was busy ranting about his car, I ignored his requirement that we taxi to the " ALA " and instead took off under the power lines. Ron didn't say a word, at least not until the engine started coughing right at the lift off point and then he bloody screamed his head off. "Oh God! Oh God! Oh God!"
"Now take it easy Ron," I told him firmly. "That often happens on take-off and there is a good reason for it." I explained patiently that I usually run the plane on standard MOGAS but one day I accidentally put in a gallon or two of kerosene. To compensate for the low octane of the kerosene, I siphoned in a few gallons of super MOGAS and shook the wings up and down a few times to mix it up. Since then, the engine has been coughing a bit but in general it works just fine, if you know how to coax it properly..
Anyway, at this stage Ron seemed to lose all interest in my test flight. He pulled out some rosary beads, closed his eyes and became lost in prayer. (I didn't think anyone was a Catholic these days) I selected some nice music on the FM radio to help him relax.
Meanwhile, I climbed to my normal cruising altitude of 10,500- feet. I don't normally put in a flight plan or get the weather because, as you know getting FAX access out here is a friggin' joke and the weather is always "8/8 blue" anyway.
But since I had that near miss with a Saab 340, I might have to change me thinking on that.
Anyhow, on levelling out, I noticed some wild camels heading into my improved pasture. I hate bloody camels, and always carry a loaded 303, clipped inside the door of the Cessna just in case I see any of the bastards..
We were too high to hit them but as a matter of principle, I decided to have a go through the open window.
Mate, when I pulled the bloody rifle out, the effect on Ron, was friggin electric. As I fired the first shot his neck lengthened by about six inches and his eyes bulged like a rabbit with myxo. He really looked as if he had been jabbed with an electric cattle prod on full power.
In fact, Ron's reaction was so distracting that I lost concentration for a second and the next shot went straight through the port tyre.
Ron was a bit upset about the shooting (probably one of those pinko animal lovers I guess) so I decided not to tell him about our little problem with the tyre.
Shortly afterwards I located the main herd and decided to do my fighter pilot trick.
Ron had gone back to praying when, in one smooth sequence, I pulled on full flaps, cut the power and started a sideslip from 10,500- feet down to 500-feet at 130, knots indicated (the last time I looked anyway) and the little needle rushed up to the red area on me ASI. What a buzz, mate!
About half way through the descent I looked back in the cabin to see the calves gracefully suspended in mid air and mooing like crazy. I was going to comment to Ron on this unusual sight but he looked a bit green and had rolled himself into the foetal position and was screaming' his 'freakin' head off.
Mate, talk about being in a bloody zoo. You should've been there, it was so bloody funny!
At about 500-feet I levelled out but for some reason we kept sinking. When we reached 50-feet, I applied full power but nothing happened. No noise no nothin. Then, luckily, I heard me instructor's voice in me head saying "carb heat, carb heat." So I pulled carb heat on and that helped quite a lot, with the engine finally regaining full power. Whew, that was really close, let me tell you!
Then mate, you'll never guess what happened next! As luck would have it, at that height we flew into a massive dust cloud caused by the cattle and suddenly went I.F. bloody R, mate. You would have been really proud of me as I didn't panic once, not once but I did make a mental note to consider an instrument rating as soon as me gyro is repaired (something I've been meaning to do for a while now). Suddenly Ron's elongated neck and bulging eyes reappeared. His Mouth opened very wide but no sound emerged. "Take it easy," I told him, "we'll be out of this in a minute." Sure enough, about a minute later we emerged, still straight and level and still at 50- feet.
Admittedly I was surprised to notice that we were upside down and I kept thinking to myself, "I hope Ron didn't notice that I had forgotten to set the QNH when we were taxiing." This minor tribulation forced me to fly to a nearby valley in which I had to do a half roll to get upright again.
By now the main herd had divided into two groups leaving a narrow strip between them.
"Ah!" I thought, "there's an omen. We'll land right there."
Knowing that the tyre problem demanded a slow approach, I flew a couple of steep turns with full flap. Soon the stall warning horn was blaring so loud in me ear that I cut it's circuit breaker to shut it up but by then I knew we were slow enough anyway. I turned steeply onto a 75-foot final and put her down with a real thud.
Strangely enough, I had always thought you could only ground loop in a tail dragger but, as usual, I was proved wrong again!
Halfway through our third loop, Ron at last recovered his sense of humour. Talk about laugh. I've never seen the likes of it. He couldn't stop. We finally rolled to a halt and I released the calves, who bolted out of the aircraft like there was no tomorrow.
I then began picking clumps of dry grass. Between gut wrenching fits of laughter, Ron asked what I was doing.
I explained that we had to stuff the port tyre with grass so we could fly back to the homestead. It was then that Ron, really lost the plot and started running away from the aircraft. Can you believe it? I saw him running off into the distance, arms flailing in the air and still shrieking with laughter. I later heard that he had been confined to a psychiatric institution - poor bugger!
Anyhow mate, that's enough about Ron.
The problem is I got this letter from CASA withdrawing, as they put it, my privileges to fly; until I have undergone a complete pilot training course again and undertaken another flight proficiency test.
Now I admit that I made a mistake in taxiing over the wheel chock and not setting the QNH using strip elevation but I can't see what else I did that was a so bloody bad that they have to withdraw me flamin' license. Can you?

Horrifically, what I wrote and warned about in 2008 (and since then in multiple columns) would happen if Obama was elected has now occurred.
On 7 March 2012, backed up by Obama sycophant Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Martin Dempsey, the Obama Dictatorship’s Defense Secretary Leon Panetta (defense of and for Obama—only) advised the Senate Armed Services Committee that the Obama Administration had no responsibility to even consult Congress in matters of waging war. Panetta said, however, as a courtesy they would be informed. He further stated that the Obama administration would now seek “international permission” (which he said included NATO and the United Nations) for any of Obama’s war adventures overseas. General Dempsey (apparently looking for a UN job) said that his “authority” for making this determination was to look toward “an international legal basis.”
As Senator Sessions asked both men questions, never once did either Panetta or Dempsey even mention-in-passing the US Constitution as having any bearing—let alone legal basis—in their decisions at all. For those leftist doubters, watch the video cited below in its entirety. As Sen. Sessions said, their comments are truly “breathtaking.”
Since Obama’s inauguration (aka “coronation”), he has been quickly forcing the USA into joblessness, lack, poverty, bondage and submission.
He has already nullified much of our Bill of Rights and US Law in favor of “ObamaLaw.”
Now, the dictator has advised Congress that the 3 co-equal branches of government no longer exist. In fact, with a stroke of his pen or a commandment issuing forth from his forked-tongue mouth, he is essentially saying: ‘You—as do the American people—exist only if I say you do‘!
Obama is now saying that Congress is irrelevant. And if its members don’t like it, he will speak them into non-existence.
For years now, under this tyrant, Congress has been warned over and over again to stop him. They have remained silent. We have told them this would happen. Still, they said and did nothing. Despite Speaker of the House John Boehner’s feeble pretense of being strong, he has consistently voted with the dictator. He hoped to keep his job as Speaker—a job he said he has wanted his entire life! Some members of Congress have now decided that it’s time to create and pass a resolution to make bypassing Congress an impeachable offense. However, now the coup has occurred and it includes the Obama syndicate and the leaders of the US Military—headed up by ‘We’re all international Marxists and UN supplicants now’ “General” Martin Dempsey. Too little—too late from an entirely submissive-to-Obama Congress.

Rep. Walter B. Jones Jr., R-N.C., has introduced a resolution declaring that should the president use offensive military force without authorization of an act of Congress, “it is the sense of Congress” that such an act would be “an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor.”
Specifically, Article I, Section 8, of the Constitution reserves for Congress alone the power to declare war, a restriction that has been sorely tested in recent years, including Obama’s authorization of military force in Libya.
In an exclusive WND column, former U.S. Rep. Tom Tancredo claims that Jones introduced his House Concurrent Resolution 107 in response to startling recent comments from Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta.
“This week it was Secretary of Defense Panetta’s declaration before the Senate Armed Services Committee that he and President Obama look not to the Congress for authorization to bomb Syria but to NATO and the United Nations,” Tancredo writes. “This led to Rep. Walter Jones, R-N.C., introducing an official resolution calling for impeachment should Obama take offensive action based on Panetta’s policy statement, because it would violate the Constitution.”

In response to questions from Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-Ala., over who determines the proper and legal use of the U.S. military, Panetta said, “Our goal would be to seek international permission and we would … come to the Congress and inform you and determine how best to approach this, whether or not we would want to get permission from the Congress – I think those are issues we would have to discuss as we decide what to do here.”
“Well, I’m almost breathless about that,” Sessions responded, “because what I heard you say is, ‘We’re going to seek international approval, and then we’ll come and tell the Congress what we might do, and we might seek congressional approval.’ And I just want to say to you that’s a big [deal].”
Asked again what was the legal basis for U.S. military force, Panetta suggested a NATO coalition or U.N. resolution.

“Well, I’m all for having international support, but I’m really baffled by the idea that somehow an international assembly provides a legal basis for the United States military to be deployed in combat,” Sessions said. “They can provide no legal authority. TWISTED CHILDHOOD PERMANENTLY SHAPED TODAY'S "OBAMA"
Just a few days ago, strong and effective anti-Obama activist, Andrew Breitbart dies suddenly at 43, quite probably murdered. A strong warning from Obama supporters not to dare go against their Oval Office "hero".
Then yesterday, the W. Bush look-alike (who also impersonated Obama) dies suddenly at 48! President Bush killed in effigy?

The text said: "A little boy said to his mother, ‘Mommy, how come I'm black and you're white?' His mother replied, ‘Don't even go there Barack! From what I can remember about that party, you're lucky you don't bark!"
So let's connect some of the real dots that make the usurper in the White House who he is.
He was born to an atheist mother.
A Moslem father from Kenya.
His close mentor, Socialist activist "Uncle" was a black man alleged to have had a close personal, immoral, physical relationship with Obama's mother AND with him, too.
His step-father was also a Moslem from Indonesia.
His maternal grandparents were Communists.
His "nanny" in Islamic Indonesia was a male transvestite trying to be a woman! (see below).
(Note: Hard to find any girls Obama dated at any time). Many consider his marriage to Michelle as one of convenience and similar activist mindsets.
His adult years were formed in Chicago gangland style of survival, cheating, thuggery and politics!
As humans WE ARE A COMPOSITE OF OUR EARLY YEARS' UPBRINGING and later experiences.
With just these "atttributes" Obama had a horribly weird, twisted childhood - physically and mentally and spiritually. Thuggery was a daily part of his "neighborhood" advocacy. Much of it at street level bullying.
Then his wife Michelle, a clear America hater (from her thesis) who was with him at "god damn America" pastor Wright sermons did nothing to dilute the badly scarred soul inside the human mess called Barack Hussein Abdullah Obama-Soetero.
With this "background reality" it is hard not to feel sorry for the man who struggles to handle the world challenges in the Oval Office and reaches out to violent anti-American groups like the Moslem Brotherhood, who are closest to his natural persona AND sadly match his "hate America" mindsets developed from early childhood. And WITHOUT the slighest life experience to provide ANY ability to handle the workload that comes through the White House.
Hard NOT TO FEEL SORRY if he were NOT so intensely bent on DESTROYING AMERICA as we know and cherrish her and turn it into a pseudo Marxist-Islamist, government dependent nation of freeloaders he can then control. Like a Communist Kommisar or an Islamic Mullah.
Other than to whom they "report" there is little real difference, except in fine print detail, between all invasive, control-freak Soviet style Communism and equally dictatorial and controlling intrusion into every detail of daily life and every thought of Moslem Sharia law.

Once, long ago, Evie looked after "Barry" Obama, the kid who would grow up to become the world's most powerful man. Now, his transgender former nanny has given up her tight, flowery dresses, her brocade vest and her bras, and is living in fear on Indonesia's streets.

Indonesia's attitude toward transgenders is complex.
Nobody knows how many of them live in the sprawling archipelagic nation of 240 million, but activists estimate 7 million. "They must learn to accept their nature," says Ichwan Syam, a prominent Muslim cleric at the influential Indonesian Ulema Council. "If they are not willing to cure themselves medically and religiously" they have "to accept their fate to be ridiculed and harassed."
Many transgenders turn to prostitution because jobs are hard to find and because they want to live according to what they believe is their true gender. In doing so, they put themselves at risk of contracting AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases.
Some, like Evie, have decided it's better to hide their feelings. Others are pushing back. Last month, a 50-year-old Indonesian transvestite applied to be the next leader of the national human rights commission, showing up in a borrowed luxury vehicle with paparazzi cameras flashing as she stepped out.
"I'm too ugly to be a prostitute," Yuli Retoblaut said, chuckling. "But I can be their bodyguard."
The threat of violence is very real: Indonesia's National Commission for Human Rights receives about 1,000 reports of abuses per year, ranging from murder and rape to the disruption to group activities. Worldwide, at least one person is killed every other day, according to the Trans Murder Monitoring Project, which collects homicide reports.

Then his wife Michelle, a clear America hater (from her thesis) who was with him at "god damn America" pastor Wright sermons did nothing to dilute the badly scarred soul inside the human mess called Barack Hussein Abdullah Obama-Soetero.
With this "background reality" it is hard not to feel sorry for the man who struggles to handle the world challenges in the Oval Office and reaches out to violent anti-American groups like the Moslem Brotherhood, who are closest to his natural persona AND sadly match his "hate America" mindsets developed from early childhood. And WITHOUT the slighest life experience to provide ANY ability to handle the workload that comes through the White House.
Hard NOT TO FEEL SORRY if he were NOT so intensely bent on DESTROYING AMERICA as we know and cherrish her and turn it into a pseudo Marxist-Islamist, government dependent nation of freeloaders he can then control. Like a Communist Kommisar or an Islamic Mullah.
Other than to whom they "report" there is little real difference, except in fine print detail, between all invasive, control-freak Soviet style Communism and equally dictatorial and controlling intrusion into every detail of daily life and every thought of Moslem Sharia law.
Once, long ago, Evie looked after "Barry" Obama, the kid who would grow up to become the world's most powerful man. Now, his transgender former nanny has given up her tight, flowery dresses, her brocade vest and her bras, and is living in fear on Indonesia's streets.
Evie, who was born a man but believes she is really a woman, has endured a lifetime of taunts and beatings because of her identity. She describes how soldiers once shaved her long, black hair to the scalp and smashed out glowing cigarettes onto her hands and arms.

"I knew in my heart I was a woman, but I didn't want to die like that," says Evie, now 66, her lips trembling slightly as the memories flood back. "So I decided to just accept it. ... I've been living like this, a man, ever since."
Indonesia's attitude toward transgenders is complex.
Nobody knows how many of them live in the sprawling archipelagic nation of 240 million, but activists estimate 7 million. Because Indonesia is home to more Muslims than any other country in the world, the pervasiveness of men who live as women and vice versa often catches newcomers by surprise. They hold the occasional pageant, work as singers or at salons and include well-known celebrity talk show host Dorce Gamalama.
However, societal disdain still runs deep — when transgenders act in TV comedies, they are invariably the brunt of the joke. They have taken a much lower profile in recent years, following a series of attacks by Muslim hard-liners. And the country's highest Islamic body has decreed that they are required to live as they were born because each gender has obligations to fulfill, such as reproduction.
"They must learn to accept their nature," says Ichwan Syam, a prominent Muslim cleric at the influential Indonesian Ulema Council. "If they are not willing to cure themselves medically and religiously" they have "to accept their fate to be ridiculed and harassed."
Many transgenders turn to prostitution because jobs are hard to find and because they want to live according to what they believe is their true gender. In doing so, they put themselves at risk of contracting AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases.
Some, like Evie, have decided it's better to hide their feelings. Others are pushing back. Last month, a 50-year-old Indonesian transvestite applied to be the next leader of the national human rights commission, showing up in a borrowed luxury vehicle with paparazzi cameras flashing as she stepped out.
"I'm too ugly to be a prostitute," Yuli Retoblaut said, chuckling. "But I can be their bodyguard."
The threat of violence is very real: Indonesia's National Commission for Human Rights receives about 1,000 reports of abuses per year, ranging from murder and rape to the disruption to group activities. Worldwide, at least one person is killed every other day, according to the Trans Murder Monitoring Project, which collects homicide reports.

TOTAL TERRORIST DEFENSE ATTORNIES IN DEPT. OF JUSTICE NOW NINE OR TEN
Al Qaeda Defense Atty. No. 3 At Obama DOJ (total nine or 10 now)
In a scary development, a major Obama fundraiser who defended a convicted al Qaeda terrorist will become the third highest ranking official at the Department of Justice (DOJ), which, ironically, is charged with defending the interests of the United States.
Northern California lawyer Tony West has been named Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Division, making him the No. 3 guy at the agency.
In 2009 West, who helped Obama raise tens of millions of dollars as finance co-chairman of his first presidential campaign, was appointed to help run the DOJ’s civil division which represents the government, Congress and presidential cabinet officers and handles cases dealing with significant policy issues.
In a statement announcing the promotion this week, Attorney General Eric Holder says West has served the department with “professionalism, integrity and dedication.” Holder also mentions West’s work before coming to the DOJ a few years ago, including a stint as a Special Assistant Attorney General in California and a lengthier career at a large San Francisco law firm.
Conveniently omitted in the press release is that West represented convicted al Qaeda terrorist John Walker Lindh, who is serving a 20-year prison sentence. Lindh was captured in Afghanistan in 2001 while fighting against the U.S.-backed Northern Alliance as a member of the Taliban army.
He actually pleaded guilty to aiding the Taliban and carrying explosives while fighting U.S. troops in the region.
DOJ that Eric Holder is covering up?
A number of lawyers who work on terrorist issues at the Justice Department represented terrorist detainees before joining the Obama administration. The latest count of known terrorist sympathizers is 9, but there may actually be more. Eric Holder is stonewalling Congress as they try and find out the exact number, and names of these “people”. According to the Washington Examiner, at a hearing three months ago, Sen. Charles Grassley raised the possibility of a conflict with Attorney General Eric Holder.
Grassley, a senior Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee, posed three simple questions: Who are they, who did they represent, and what are their duties at the Justice Department today?
At the time, Grassley knew from press reports that two high-ranking department officials now working on detainee issues had previously worked for detainees: Principal Deputy Solicitor General Neal Katyal once represented Osama bin Laden’s driver, and Jennifer Daskal, an official in the National Security Division, worked on behalf of detainees at the liberal organization Human Rights Watch.
“This prior representation, I think, creates a conflict of interest problem for these individuals,” Grassley said, asking Holder to supply the names of all political appointees who had represented or advocated for detainees, the cases they worked on, and their terror-related responsibilities in the Justice Department.
Holder at first blew Grassley off, but later said he would look into it. Later, all GOP senators on the Judiciary Committee joined in Grassley’s request. But November passed with no answer from Holder. Then December went by, with no answer. Then January.
Finally, last week, Grassley and his colleagues got a response — they wouldn’t really call it an answer — from the attorney general. Holder told Grassley that at least nine department officials formerly represented detainees. (It is “at least” because Holder conceded that he did not make a complete survey of DOJ’s political appointees.) Holder confirmed that Katyal and Daskal worked on detainee issues — something Grassley already knew — but did not reveal the names of the other department officials involved. He did say that they are allowed to work on detainee issues.
Holder also assured Grassley that “all department appointees understand that their client is the United States.”
Holder did not give a reason for withholding information. Republicans reading the letter sensed an underlying tone of dismissiveness; they felt Holder was telling Grassley what he could do with his questions.
Chances are, Grassley will keep asking them. As the GOP sees it, there are two issues involved. The first is the nature of the Justice Department lawyers’ work on behalf of detainees. Republicans aren’t questioning whether terrorist detainees are entitled to attorneys; the courts have said they are, so they have attorneys. The question is whether those very lawyers should then turn around and handle detainee issues for the Justice Department.
Private lawyers can choose to take or not take cases. Sometimes they make their decisions based on money, sometimes on principle, sometimes because they are sympathetic to the accused. The lawyers who worked with the terrorist detainees chose to represent people who are making war on the United States. That’s certainly their right, but it’s entirely reasonable to ask whether they should now be working on detainee issues at the Justice Department.
The department’s defenders might say the situation is no different from a lawyer who worked for a corporation joining the department to work on matters affecting big business. But critics say the terrorist detainees are in a special category of client because they are potential threats to the nation’s security.
The second issue is whether lawmakers are entitled to know who is handling detainee issues in the Justice Department. If there are serious questions about the independence of those who make policy, Republicans on the Senate committee, which has oversight responsibility for the Justice Department, feel strongly that they should know about it.
(Majority Democrats, who control the committee, have not been as curious.)
Some of the department’s critics see things this way: There are lawyers who specialize in defending organized crime figures. That’s fine; mafia dons have a right to legal representation. But should the attorney general hire a bunch of those lawyers to staff the department’s organized crime section? And if he does, shouldn’t we know about it?

ANDREW BREITBART
While we wrestle with the potential assassination, not a natural death, of Andy Breitbart by pro-Obama activists, which include highly trained Iranian terrorists who have infiltrated the USA and recently wanted to murder the Saudi Ambassador:
or terrorist Palestinians he has imported into the USA by the thousands;
or even Union, ACORN or Chicago mafia thugs ;
and let's NOT overlook the Moslem Brotherhood he has ensconced in his White House, who can draw on a huge depth of trained killers, so an assassination is FAR from a conspiracy theory.
And would not be the first if we consider the weird death of someone who had accessed Obama's passport records and was found shot in his car not long afterward.
There are articles appearing about CIA poisoned FROZEN mini-projectiles that can bring on a heart attack, dissolve and leave no trace of themselves nor the poison. And what do we know or can find out about one of the strangers with whom Andrew spent his last hour alive drinking in a bar? And dropping dead in the street before he reached home.
The Soviets/Russia and Eastern Europeans have long had very lethal untraceable poisons and the Bulgarians or was it Romanians or both, who used special umbrellas to inject poison pellets into political dissidents, who died of "apparent" heart attacks.
Governments have long had access/possession of these stealth killers - poisons and trained executioners.
And not just governments. About 35-years ago , as a "private citizen" I was offered a cigarette lighter which could silently fire several spring launched miniature flechettes, coated with a fast disappearing and untraceable, "almost instant death" poison. The European company proffered the gift to invite my efforts in promoting their wares.
I was keeping this for my book but it underlines how easy it is for Obama with his abundant terror connections in many countries to obtain and launch this murder.
Even without children in my home at the time, as a consideration, I did not accept the gift. The colorless, odorless vial of clear poison for dipping more flechettes was far too dangerous even for me, let alone a bevy of servants with lots of curiosity and sometimes, should I be careless and temporarily leave my safe unlocked, perhaps end up dead.
Plus I had no conceivable target in mind thus no need for it but have listed the matter here to add credence that a Breitbart walking at night in the street could well have been targeted with a similar, more modern weapon, leaving only a tiny red spot to point to how he died. But this would be forgetting the strangers with whom he drank.
If as a “private citizen” I came across this, albeit many decades ago when my life was very different, then Obama faced with the Breitbart videos that could unseat him, would have EASY access to chemicals and the supportive persons to carry it out.
What is interesting here is that the "fearful" videos which, in one form or another, triggered the Breitbart death, are reportedly about to become public.

My sources inside Iran tell me that President Obama, seeking to protect the recovering U.S. economy and bolster his chances of being re-elected in November, apparently has entered into an informal agreement with Iran that he believes will defuse the nuclear weapons crisis and keep Israel from attacking the Islamic regime.
The agreement calls for the United States to acknowledge that Iran is not pursuing nuclear weapons, and for Iran to hand over its highly enriched uranium, which is necessary for nuclear weaponization.
Iran, for its part, though engaging Obama, has no intention of abiding by the agreement and is stepping up its nuclear enrichment program clandestinely, even as it prepares for a war it believes it can win.
When Obama took office in 2009, he threw out the Bush administration’s aggressive posture in negotiating with Iran and instead sought a new approach, one of diplomacy and friendship. He had a golden opportunity to support millions of Iranians who took to the streets over Iran’s fraudulent elections that June, but instead turned his back on freedom and democracy while believing that negotiations with the Islamic regime would yield results.
Once the protests had died down, the Iranians, after months of promises, announced that a proposed agreement by the West that limited their nuclear activity was no longer acceptable and that they had successfully enriched uranium to 20 percent, which is nine-tenths of the way to nuclear weaponization.
The Iranians have now expanded their nuclear program to the point where they not only have enough low-enriched uranium for six nuclear bombs but also have doubled their stock of highly enriched uranium of 20 percent. The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) recently reported that Iran has added 3,000 more centrifuges to the Natanz facility, bringing the total to 9,000, and has started enriching to 20 percent at the previous secret site, the Fordow facility, which is deep within a mountain and secure against any attack. Such production could give Iran weapons-grade uranium for nuclear bombs within weeks.
Obama knows that Israel is losing patience with the lack of progress over Iran’s unabated continuation of its illicit nuclear program despite four sets of U.N. sanctions and other sanctions imposed by the U.S. and the European Union. He also knows that any confrontation between Israel and Iran will drag America into an unwanted war and therefore destabilize the American economy and harm his chances of re-election.
Iran knows that its best chance to delay any attack on its nuclear and military facilities and its best opportunity to be in a win-win situation is to once again engage Obama, believing he is weak, that Iran holds the key to his re-election and that a Republican win in November could mean direct confrontation.
As revealed in January, Obama sent a message to the Iranian leaders through three different channels. Part of it, disclosed by the Iranian officials, reflected a message by the U.S. president asking for cooperation and negotiation based on mutual interests, but more importantly, it assured Iran that America will not take any action against the Islamic regime.
Sources within Iran reveal that Khamenei, in a secret meeting with his top officials and military commanders, has issued a directive to push for a step-by-step Russian proposal to defuse the crisis in which Iran would only hand over its 20 percent enrichment stock while keeping all low-enriched uranium stock (enough for six nuclear bombs) and cooperate more with the IAEA (all the while continuing its enrichment activity). In exchange, the West would ease up on the sanctions as each step is taken.
The U.S., for its part, had to announce that Iran is not after the nuclear bomb, backing Israel into a corner and pressuring it not to take any action.
In the same meeting it was decided that if the West did not take the offer, then a limited war in the region could help the Iranian leaders further consolidate power at home, incite further uprisings in the region, become the leader of the Islamic movement by attacking Israel and still save some of its nuclear facilities, which are either at secret locations or deep underground. And that would justify their pursuit of the nuclear bomb.
The Obama administration responded positively. First, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. Martin Dempsy, publicly announced that Iran is a rational actor and that it is not after a nuclear bomb. Then, just as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was to arrive in Washington for talks with Obama over Iran’s nuclear program, the consensus of 16 U.S. intelligence agencies said Iran has already stopped efforts to build a bomb.
This despite the most recent IAEA report clearly indicating the military aspect of the Iranian nuclear program and last week’s announcement by the U.N. nuclear agency that Iran has ramped up by 50 percent its production of highly enriched uranium, well beyond what is normally needed for peaceful nuclear energy.
In response to the Americans meeting Khamenei’s demands, the Iranian supreme leader responded by publicly announcing that Iran has never sought and will never seek nuclear weapons as it regards possession of such weapons a great sin.
Other Iranian officials did their part by announcing that the cooperation with the IAEA will continue to once again show the world that claims of Iran wanting a nuclear bomb are unfounded.
In this high-stakes game, Iranian leaders believe Obama is hamstrung by politics, and even if war comes, ultimately Russia and China will intervene to support Iran, demanding a cease-fire and therefore giving Iran a victory similar to the outcome of the 2006 Hezbollah-Israel war.
Though an election year, Obama must know that radicals ruling Iran, if given time, will obtain nuclear weapons, changing the world as we know it forever, no matter who is in the White House come 2013.

Anger against "foreign" perpetrators can be quickly redirected at the less than popular clerics, who can be easily tagged as Arabic Islamist "foreigners/invaders" with an emerging hint to return to traditional, cultural Persian Zoroastrianism to weaken Islam returning.
In fact the slogan for the anti-mullah movement should be "Think Good thoughts - Speak Good Words - Do Good Deeds"! The basic, universally appealing tenets of Zoroastrianism. Specially for a hurting, abused populace.
Given the means and platform even I could make it stick, so trained PsyOps people addressing a nation that is still mostly under 30-years old and full of hope, specially release from the Mullah inflicted pain - this makes a perfect "replacement" to fill the ensuing "void". Riding in on the back of ancient Persian culture and tradition to bolster it and give it credence.
Sadly, conflicting and opposing factions, including Islamists who want a place at the Persian political table or greedy to be at the Persian oil revenue trough, will strive to self-servingly complicate an otherwise relatively simple mind project.
