Two lawyers have joined forces to assemble a case challenging in U.S. bankruptcy court the federal government's use of Troubled Asset Relief Program funds to bail out Chrysler and in doing so may have created a scenario that finally will bring to a head the issue of Barack Obama's eligibility to be president.
The attorneys are Leo Donofrio, who has launched cases directly challenging Obama's eligibility, and Stephen Pidgeon, who also has worked on the issue.
Their new case questions the authority by which the federal government and administration officials intervened in the auto industry, specifically allocating some $8 billion-plus to Chrysler, which later was forgiven.
Pidgeon told WND the clients in the case are former Chrysler dealers who lost their businesses as part of the "restructuring" of the automobile company. They have been damaged with the loss of their businesses, and the case alleges the Obama administration, through its use of TARP money, influenced Chrysler's outcome.
Donofrio told WND the core issue is the disbursement of TARP funds to the auto maker that were intended to help banks and financial institutions . The previous Treasury secretary had indicated such expenditures were not appropriate, and, in fact, a congressional effort to authorize the expenditures failed, he said.
So, along with a bankruptcy court challenge, a "quo warranto" case is being filed in Washington, D.C., demanding to know by what authority administration officials set up the financial arrangements with Chrysler and handed out taxpayer money.

Khamenei was initially lodged in the VIP box section of a stadium in West Tehran, surrounded by crack riot troops/police. This is withing easy striking distance of the new international airport where he had a passenger jet with engines always running and armored vehicles to get him there from the nearby stadium. And a helicopter on standby, too, in the stadium.
Suddenly unable to trust anyone, including members of the Bassiji Suppression forces nor the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps., loyal to Ahmadi-Nejad and the obese Commander of the IRGC, nicknamed Porky, he has now probably gone to ground (literally)in one of the nuclear sites, hundreds of feet underground. (Shades of Hitler’s bunker).
Alterantively, he is in Mashhad City area (his home town) in a nearby bunker of other sorts. Rats run for their most familiar hidey holes, though I doubt if he can really rely on anyone any more.
His middle son Mojtaba, in charge of special security, suppression and riot forces, who imported ARAB Palestinian felons as a special mercenary guard for his family and to act as hit-men against Persian (not-Arab) Iranians for whom they have no love, has certainly several bolt holes ready, guarded by such terrorists.
Khamenei’s fear is likely more from the IRGC than the populace, though being captured by the latter right now would almost certainly lead to a lynching.
Ahmadi-Nejad is also not likely to be anywhere to be found. His first (eventual) bolt hole is Russia, where he travelled urgently during the previous demonstrations. Venuezela would follow if the Russians decided not to shelter him once his usefulness was over.
Reading the writing on the wall, quite a few of the middle to upper (not top drawer) level clerics from around the country have already fled and gone to ground in Iraq’s Shia neighborhoods.
With the 18 Billion dollars confiscated by Turkey after Ahmadi-Nejad exported it in a couple of container trucks, the Turd’s slush fund should he need to flee the country has become unavailable. He lamely said this amount, more than national budgets of many countries, was to provide funds for the 12th Imam (who disappeared down the Jamkaran well some 1300 years ago) when he returnd to redeem teh world an dturn it into a global Caliphate!
Khamenei and his family, a bit like deceased Yasser Arafart and Saddam Hussein, has billions salted away in Islamic Far East countries like Brunei, Malaysia and Indonesia and would be negotiating a safe haven in the region.
The current situation appears to point to secular “green movement” leader Moussavi becoming temporary caretaker of Islamic Iran (Karroubi, as a cleric is less likely to be handed the reins,though will be in a leadership position).
The blood of tens of thousands Moussavi has on his hands as Ayatollah Khomeni’s Prime Minister back in 1980 disqualifies him in the eyes of the protesters.
The new non-clerical, new regime of Republic of Iran (no Islamic tag) desired by the populace should definitely demand that the new Constitution NOT have ANY specific religion as the official one of Iran.
UNLESS it is a pro-forma Zorostrianism, the pre-Islamic official religion in Iran, which is fonded on this tripod that everyone of any religion can actually accept:
Think good thoughts. Speak Good words. Perform good deeds/actions.
This should be made into a thin end of the wedge slogan as the way to replace the clerics and Islam as the official religion in Iran. And a rallying political cry aimed at the populace.
Based on ancient tradition to which even the simplest and least educated of superstitious people can relate, it can be presented as a patriotic tenet to overcome embedded Islamic brainwashing.
This strategy may prove the only viable one to block outside or internal Islamic influence creating segmentation and chaos.
Other factors need attention but this should be a root tactic to achieve the regime change needed.
One visible form could be to change the “green” movement into a “blue” (Zoroastrian) movement, “gold” would have been a better one but this has been pre-empted by the Mojaheddineh Khalgh (MEK) which has also participated in anti-clerical demonstrations in the West.

IRAN STUDENT PROTESTS UPDATED EVERY FIVE MINUTES
This site has comments from Islamic Iran updated every five minutes starting at 9:00 a.m. this morning (Tehran Time)
The top video is an old one but scroll down a bit to where the paragraph starts with "Dedicated to...... (and names of some protesters)" and then a bit lower down you will see "9:00" followed by Farsi font texts and English translations of them.
"Dedicated to glowing sky of the student movement of Shariat Razavi, Ghandchi, and Bozorgnia; dedicated to the always remembered memories of Akbar Mohammadi, Ezzat Ebrahim Nejad, Kianoosh Asa, Amir Javadifar and Neda Agha Sultan and all of whom gave their lives for freedom".
and"In honour of the bloodied generation of Khavaran,Farzad Kamangar, Mohammad Pour Abdullah, and all students who have become the proud new guests of Evin prison".
Nothing we at AntiMullah can do would surpass this superb reporting effort and in our aim to inform and educate, we happily point to the site for your reading and edification.
Reports reaching AntiMullah described the streets in Tehran as resembling the result of a "military invasion" which took over the streets with enormous military show of force.
The Mullah regime Suppression forces also "curtained off" areas surrounding Universities with plain cloth and pro-regime banners to prevent bystanders seeing what was happening inside or communicating signals. One of the photos at the above site shows one such effort at an university gate.
This isolation was in addition to cutting down Internet and cell phone communications to a very slow, bare minimum to prevent co-ordination of efforts or back and forth encouragement among the various groups.
Anyone seen with a cell phone or camera had their equipment/phone confiscated and the owners were often arrested or beaten up on the spot.
(Alan note: this kind of "suppression mentality" is increasingly coming about in America under the Oba-Hussein Marxist-Islamist presidency where as of today "breathing out" is technically creating a polluting health hazard (CO2 gas) and has to be regulated by his government - not joking - read the announcement made today)!
Initial reports also claimed dozens of protesters were killed or injured when the Bassiji Suppression forces began firing into the crowds. This was apparently triggered when the demonstrators fought back and charged at the Bassiji and Revolutionary Guard para-military forces, on occasion putting them to flight.
Reports from other sources have provided confirmations of this bloodshed. Adding, the demonstrations have focused not only on the current presidency but on the change and removal of the Islamic regime. Slogans of "Death to dictators" and to the "Supreme Ruler Ali Khamenei" indicate this though some "green" supporters of "president elect Moussavi both inside and outside the country have been seen posed with the Islamic version of the national flag.
Meanwhile, another indicator of the anti-Mullah regime not just anti-Ahmadi-Nejad government focus of the protesters comes from the increasing number of tri-color (red, white and green) national flags being carried by demonstrators - without the Islamic emblem (added by Khomeini) in the center.
So far, the Sword, Lion and Sun emblem which was in the center for centuries has not made a noticeable appearance. When it does, it will be a huge leap forward of the AntiMullah popular revolt and renouncing of the current Islamic "velayat faghih" (theocratic governance) constitution .
When will American policy also change from Oba-Hussein supporting the thuggery of the blood-thirsty Mullah regime to supporting the people's struggle to win their freedom?
Or is this contrary to his own view of how he wants to rule America?
More will emerge in days to follow as censorship barriers begin to leak information to us.

During the previous wave of anti-regime demonstrations in November, the anti-riot squads, known as Basijis, virtually deserted, leading Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei to send them to barracks without arms.
“They had to hire 3,500 people, paying them $400 each per day, in order to crack down on the November demonstrations,” Sazegara told Newsmax. “We have succeeded in destroying the Basij force as it has been known until now. Today, it is only a name.”
A senior Revolutionary Guards commander for Tehran announced on Saturday that he had ordered his troops to give flowers to student demonstrators on Monday.

Monday is Students Day and protesters are expected in the streets all over Iran
Mullah Bassiji (Suppression) forces have threatened even harsher methods of confrontation with students and demonstrators

IN MEMORIAM
Prince Shahriahr
He was assassinated in the South of France not long after the revolution by a Mullah motorcyclist, and allegedly drawn to the target location by a turncoat Staff Sergeant, personal bodyguard of His Imperial Majesty, the late-Shah.
Poudzi was probably the only initial survivor in the military who, despite his relative youth, commanded such deep respect and admiration among the troops that he could easily have led a counter-revolution and freed Iran from the Mullahs.
As a close friend of mine at one point of time (as was his young sister Azadeh, Dodi to her friends and family) his death struck me deeply on a personal level and perhaps as hard or harder with the disappearance of the hope to take Iran back.
HIs Imperial Highness Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi, who does not have extensive military training, could have used his cousin's skills and together they could have done what is becoming more and more difficult with the obstacles put in the way of those trying to change the regime in Islamic Iran by Obama. Not just the royalists but anyone trying to restore freedoms in the Mullah pestilence ridden, once proud country.
In support of the Mullahs, Obama, or Oba-Hussein-Khomeini as he is more aptly named, cut off funds for anti-Mullah activity and political and social freedom activity. And every signal he has sent the blood-thirsty Mullahs in response to their suppression of dissent and striving for freedom has been to "not worry" about America under Oba-Hussein making life difficult for the oppressive regime or doing anything to prevent them acquiring nuclear weapon capability.
As a good Islamist with Marxist underpinnings, Oba-Hussein owes primary allegiance to Allah and not to freedom or even the USA.
In fact his administration is removing our Constitutional freedoms as fast as they can and placing fervent Moslems in key security policy making decisions and running protective interference for horrible actions by Moslems in the USA like Major Hasan.
President Jimmuh the idiot Carter set up the Islamic power grab in Iran and now Oba-Hussein ensures it reaches nculear power status without interference. No matter how much Persian blood is spilled or how much torture takes place.

THE GOLD FALLACY - ANOTHER CON!
I have yet to figure out the "buy gold" as a hedge or investment logic,
while stating it is a better investment than the Dollar. I have difficulty with that statement.
If the Dollar crashes - as it well might with the huge shove off the cliff Oba-Hussein is giving it with his insane fiscal and financial policies and actions,(too many to list here) with WHAT will people buy your gold?
With worthless Dollars? Which you can then use to paper your walls? You won't be able to buy much with it and a wheel barrow of currency might still buy you a load of bread. (As was the case with the Wehrmacht Germany, which started printing only one side of a banknote to save printing time and enough to meet demand and distribute enough currency on a DAILY basis).
So! You have bits of yellow metal you cannot eat, maybe trade perhaps at a small fraction of the amount you paid for it, so what is the true value of your gold?
And for the most part, you do not even have the little yellow chunks or yellow coins. You have “ownership” of a mythical metal that if everyone who had this piece of paper asked to receive the gold they “own” the companies which sold it to them could not find enough metal to provide they buyers with what they have bought!
In practical terms (other than gold jewelry or actual bullion or coins you have on hand) you are exchanging a potentially worthless piece of “cloth” paper (US currency being printed on a cloth hybrid) for a phantom piece of equally worthless paper you cannot cash in for the gold it supposedly represents.
Advertising states gold has never been worth nothing.
That would not be true if the Dollar crashes. Gold would (on paper) be worth huge amounts of then WORTHLESS Dollars. With which you could not buy anything, pay your mortgage or rent, nor buy food or goods you need.
It will not be much use as a barter item. Why would anyone in their right mind give you anything in return for the bits of yellow metal, they will not be able to use for anything? (Industries needing gold to manufacture items would have long gone out of business).
By that time (Dollar crash) BARTER will become the only stable form of trade. You might be able to exchange a warm sweater for something you need much more readily than a piece of “useless” (by then) piece of yellow metal.
Or to barter your skills and services for something or service you may need.
The other likely interim step (already started in one township) is to print local Scrip (money equivalent) that represents the barterable services or items. This local money will ONLY be usable in the very local area and among local merchants.
If you want a good over view of this situation, go back to Roman times and see how money/coins were minted and how some were worth more than others and often only in a small local area.
Crooks would shave precious metal off coins (as they have in the USA from silver and copper coins), others (including local rulers) would contaminate the purity of coins they put out, to save money from their treasuries etc., etc.
Our crooks would print copies of local Scrip and put the value of this local trade into turmoil very quickly.

Thursday, the Obama Administration announced that it will rescind rules requiring the disclosure of financial information for Big Labor slush funds and front groups. And, the Obama Administration is giving you only 11 (eleven) days to comment!
At least they are consistent! Just as they did for union conflict-of-interest disclosure reporting that SEIU’s Andy Stern may be ignoring and just as it rescinded union-boss perk disclosures, the Obama Administration continues to rollback union financial disclosures.
It is not surprising that Obama’s Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis would rescind these financial disclosure rules since she is the former treasurer of the Big Labor funded American Rights at Work (ARAW) lobbying and political group. These disclosures would reveal much about the group’s expenditures on behalf Big Labor’s agenda; the very types of expenditures Solis would have signed-off on as ARAW Treasurer.
Union officials have fought these financial disclosures since 2003. One of the AFL-CIO lawyers involved in opposing these disclosure requirements was Deborah Greenfield. Now, Greenfield is the Obama Administration’s Acting Deputy Solicitor of Labor and Director of the Office of the Secretariat. As Deputy Solicitor, Greenfield oversees these regulations.
This looks like the same old Washington insider influence that Presidential Candidate Obama, President-Elect Obama, and President Obama promised that he would not allow.
But, there is more. Not only are Solis and lawyer Greenfield potentially violating President Obama’s declared prohibition against conflicts-of-interest, there are many more union insiders at the Department. The Senior Advisor to Department of Labor Secretary Hilda Solis, Mary Beth Maxwell, greatly benefits from this rescission because she was the Executive Director of ARAW. ARAW’s financial activities while Maxwell was in charge are currently due to be disclosed.
However, in eleven days these ARAW financial disclosures will be lost forever. (And prosecutions will become impossible)

With worthless Dollars? Which you can then use to paper your walls? You won't be able to buy much with it and a wheel barrow of currency might still buy you a load of bread. (As was the case with the Wehrmacht Germany, which started printing only one side of a banknote to save printing time and enough to meet demand and distribute enough currency on a DAILY basis).
So! You have bits of yellow metal you cannot eat, maybe trade perhaps at a small fraction of the amount you paid for it, so what is the true value of your gold?
And for the most part, you do not even have the little yellow chunks or yellow coins. You have “ownership” of a mythical metal that if everyone who had this piece of paper asked to receive the gold they “own” the companies which sold it to them could not find enough metal to provide they buyers with what they have bought!
In practical terms (other than gold jewelry or actual bullion or coins you have on hand) you are exchanging a potentially worthless piece of “cloth” paper (US currency being printed on a cloth hybrid) for a phantom piece of equally worthless paper you cannot cash in for the gold it supposedly represents.
Advertising states gold has never been worth nothing.
That would not be true if the Dollar crashes. Gold would (on paper) be worth huge amounts of then WORTHLESS Dollars. With which you could not buy anything, pay your mortgage or rent, nor buy food or goods you need.
It will not be much use as a barter item. Why would anyone in their right mind give you anything in return for the bits of yellow metal, they will not be able to use for anything? (Industries needing gold to manufacture items would have long gone out of business).
By that time (Dollar crash) BARTER will become the only stable form of trade. You might be able to exchange a warm sweater for something you need much more readily than a piece of “useless” (by then) piece of yellow metal.
Or to barter your skills and services for something or service you may need.
The other likely interim step (already started in one township) is to print local Scrip (money equivalent) that represents the barterable services or items. This local money will ONLY be usable in the very local area and among local merchants.
If you want a good over view of this situation, go back to Roman times and see how money/coins were minted and how some were worth more than others and often only in a small local area.
Crooks would shave precious metal off coins (as they have in the USA from silver and copper coins), others (including local rulers) would contaminate the purity of coins they put out, to save money from their treasuries etc., etc.
Our crooks would print copies of local Scrip and put the value of this local trade into turmoil very quickly.

GOOGLE COMMENTER (possibly from someone INSIDE GOOGLE)
A comment which was left on the Google article but failed to post stated that "Google is not the Government but a company and implied as such " had the right to filter out and eliminate free speech and opinion if it (anyone in Google) did not agree with those opinions!"
With senior Google operatives oficially working inside the White House, this Clintonesque "what is, is" distinction is fallacious.
The commenter added some less than complimentary, furious adjectives about the AntiMullah opinions and articles! (Those were "allowed" free speech but not ours if we have a similar opinion about others).
There you have a window into the "new" mindset of the "new" thuggery now in charge in America, which only wants things to be available, read and seen with which they agree and to suppress everything (everything) else and applaud suppression of free speech in a public venue like the Internet and opinion elimination is OK if done a by a corporation and not the government - BUT misses the point it is being done by Google on BEHALF of the current government - guided by Google persons INSIDE the Obama House.
The comment cited that it was all Bush's fault and his Patriot Act, (which actually served to protect us and our freedoms) as the epitomy of suppression of free speech(?) - checking out phone calls between terrorists and their local contacts! Rather twisted logic. Specially as Oba-Hussein has retained Patriot Act policies for his own administration!
All angry pro-Obama rhetoric of "how dare anyone OPENLY not revere the Messiah" and thus deserves to be wiped off the face of the earth. Sorry, off the face of the Internet by Google.
What difference is there really beween this THUGGISH mindset of Obamabots and that of Iran's Ahmadi-Nejad the Turd and his postulating the need to wipe Israel off the face of the earth/map. Just by contrast, while it still lasts, do a Google search on the combined word "Oba-Hussein" instead of "AntiMullah" and suddenly view the plethora of AntiMullah articles appear in the still (for now) search result without the same Google filters applied to "antimullah".
Again, I enjoy and appreciate Google Blogger giving me and others a soap box or political pulpit to spout and share our opinions and world views but would hope that once engaged to allow us to "exist" on Blogger across the world, would also stand up for and uphold our inherent right or freedom to be heard and seen without REVERSE censorship and NOT be filtered out based on our political, ethnic or religious views.
We posit our points of view and it is up to the reader or visitor to our site (often from 80 countries in a day) to make up their own minds. We "review", they decide. If we change minds in our favor by advocating facts as we present them, then that is part of the free speech rights.
All this without suppressing the rights of Obamabots or websites that have treated (while he was still in office) and still do treat President Bush with the worst and most demeaning of attributes and adjectives - but will not allow the same freedom toward opponents of their favorites.
If what we say does not suit them (or their curiosity), they stop coming to the site and thus this is the valid limitation that gets imposed on us.
Should NOT be a Google, Obama House, weirdo czar or anybody else's bullying or enforced "elimination" of us. They may have the practical bully power to do this but NOT the right and Google should also do more than simply pay lip service and actualy protect the interests of not simply AntiMullah but about half the USA population or more who:
a) Did not vote for Obama
b) Have buyer's remorse or change of heart if they did.
c) Are proponents of our Constitution and freedoms derived from there.
They have a right to read, view and enjoy opinions that suit them without bowing to Google or Obamabots. Their rights are thus also being trampled by the selective (tbough largely computerized) multifaceted filtering. Obamabots can simply avoid coming to our site and leave our rights in place.
Just as we do not READILY visIt pro-Islamic Mullah sites that preach violence, sedition, overthrow and destruction of the USA.
Those usually violent sites exist with impunity and without censorship, so Google might care to be mindful not to tie our patriotic hands behind our backs when dealing with what is out there by hobbling/crippling us to please a specific faction in the USA.
Or even worse, to please - even inadvertently - our enemies abroad (or those within who have infiltrated us).
People should be allowed to visit us easily and not prevented by filter obstacles.

GOOGLE NOTE
INTERESTING THAT A POP-UP APPEARED WHICH INDICATED THAT THE ARTICLE BEING POSTED WAS SUBJECT TO Google's "AntiMullah - Filter 1" and a very brief. recent easing of the search restrictions which filter/hide AntiMullah articles and posts and "noiri.blogspot.com" are back in force within a day or two!
Do a search with Microsoft's "Live Search" or "Bing" and the AntiMullah Blog name of "noiri.blogspot.com" comes up as "NOT FOUND". Rivalry of search engines can only be partly responsible for the total blackout of "no islamic regime in iran" (noiri).
Just like Obama policy protecting Islam and the Fort Hood situation of major Hasan, note the main Islamic official at Fort Hood (article below) giving the families of the victims a check (blood money) suppressing free speech (or actually reducing access/ability to find it with search engines) is a dirty trick and a poor reflection on Google's higher principles and responsibilities and is simply toe licking of pro-Obamabots by Google.
Similar to Al Qaeda collecting and donating money to the victims of 9/11. What a crock!
Do a Google search under "antimullah" or "antimullah.com" - then compare what little, usually outdated stuff you find compared with what actually exists and has been posted on the AntiMullah site when you visit it and be amazed by how few of the posts appear in the search - though perhaps not astonished - by this method of censorship that has increasingly appeared since Oba-Hussein came to power and added Google personnel to his Obama House.
How sad a commentary on where we have (all) been dragged and how far from our Consititution and freedoms.

Had carbon taxes and cap-and-trade mandates actually gone into effect, the trusts of the 19th century would have rolled in their graves with envy. We refer specifically to:
FACT: Disposal of raw data by the University of East Anglia’s Climate Research Unit, admitted openly by same. This makes it impossible for other scientists to reproduce the CRU’s results independently, so any conclusions from that data are null and void according to the generally accepted standards of scientific research.
FACT: Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) wrote a letter to the Wall Street Journal that says openly that the real purpose of cap and trade is to enrich Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan Chase (both of which bundled more than half a million dollars to elect Barack Obama), along with the Green Exchange and New York Stock Exchange.
CREDIBLE ALLEGATION: A supervisor at Barack Obama’s Environmental Protection Agency allegedly committed scientific misconduct and academic dishonesty by ordering a subordinate to suppress information that did not support Team Obama’s cap and trade agenda. Kimberley Strassel’s column in the Wall Street Journal names the supervisor, who could probably sue the WSJ for libel if the accusation was false and reckless. The WSJ must therefore be sure of its ground to publish something like this.
ALLEGATION: Admittedly stolen (through computer hacking) E-mails suggest a widespread conspiracy to commit academic dishonesty and scientific misconduct by, among other things, suppressing data and findings inconsistent with anthropogenic global warming. We note that much of the climate research is funded by the United Nations’ Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), which has a vested interest in “proving” that American industry and power generation–Chinese industry and power generation is ignored–causes global warming.

Four events during the past two months have exposed anthropogenic climate change as the twenty-first century’s Piltdown Man or Cardiff Giant, the latter being the hoax that led P.T. Barnum or one of his associates to proclaim that a sucker is born every minute. Global warming is probably the biggest junk science scam of all in terms of its ambition to transfer money from working people to speculators and similar parasites, manufacturing firms in China and India, and the United Nations. Had carbon taxes and cap-and-trade mandates actually gone into effect, the trusts of the 19th century would have rolled in their graves with envy. We refer specifically to:
FACT: Disposal of raw data by the University of East Anglia’s Climate Research Unit, admitted openly by same. This makes it impossible for other scientists to reproduce the CRU’s results independently, so any conclusions from that data are null and void according to the generally accepted standards of scientific research.
FACT: Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) wrote a letter to the Wall Street Journal that says openly that the real purpose of cap and trade is to enrich Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan Chase (both of which bundled more than half a million dollars to elect Barack Obama), along with the Green Exchange and New York Stock Exchange.
CREDIBLE ALLEGATION: A supervisor at Barack Obama’s Environmental Protection Agency allegedly committed scientific misconduct and academic dishonesty by ordering a subordinate to suppress information that did not support Team Obama’s cap and trade agenda. Kimberley Strassel’s column in the Wall Street Journal names the supervisor, who could probably sue the WSJ for libel if the accusation was false and reckless. The WSJ must therefore be sure of its ground to publish something like this.
ALLEGATION: Admittedly stolen (through computer hacking) E-mails suggest a widespread conspiracy to commit academic dishonesty and scientific misconduct by, among other things, suppressing data and findings inconsistent with anthropogenic global warming. We note that much of the climate research is funded by the United Nations’ Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), which has a vested interest in “proving” that American industry and power generation–Chinese industry and power generation is ignored–causes global warming.

When President Obama spoke to troops at Alaska's Elmendorf Air Force Base last month, the unit there parked a shiny new F-22 fighter plane in the hanger. But according to multiple sources, White House aides demanded the plane be changed to an older F-15 fighter because they didn't want Obama speaking in front of the F-22, a controversial program he fought hard to end.
"White House aides actually made them remove the F-22-said they would not allow POTUS to be pictured with the F-22 in any way, shape, or form," one source close to the unit relayed.
Stephen Lee, a public affairs officer at Elmendorf, confirmed to The Cable that the F-22 was parked in the hanger and then was replaced by an F-15 at the White House's behest.

BALTIMORE - Baltimore’s first African-American mayor was convicted yesterday on a single charge she "took" gift cards intended for the city’s poor. Although Sheila Dixon was acquitted of felony theft charges, her misdemeanor conviction could force her from office.
Jurors deliberated more than six days after hearing accusations that the Democrat improperly used or kept $630 worth of gift cards.
She was accused of soliciting most of the cards from a developer and buying electronics at Best Buy, clothes at Old Navy, and knickknacks at Target. The jury convicted her on one count of fraudulent misappropriation by a fiduciary and acquitted her on two counts of felony theft and one count of misconduct in office.
Jurors failed to reach a verdict on another count of fraudulent misappropriation by a fiduciary. The conviction carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison, but prosecutors have not decided whether they will seek jail time. They also haven’t decided whether to seek a retrial on the undecided charge.
Prosecutors painted a picture of a corrupt official going on shopping sprees and described a collection of electronics found during a raid of her home, including an Xbox, a PlayStation 2, and a video camera. Dixon’s lawyers blamed the case on developer Ronald Lipscomb, a married man who they said lavished her with gifts, including gift cards sent anonymously. Dixon thought gift cards delivered anonymously by another developer also came from Lipscomb, the defense argued.

In my opinion, the muslims are all getting very brave now, since they have one of their own in the White House. Read Tedd's story below. Can you imagine, our own news media are so politically correct now that they are afraid to report that these were all muslims. Unbelievable! Thank God for people like Tedd Petruna.

One week ago, I went to Ohio on business and to see my father. On Tuesday, November 17, I returned home. If you read the papers, you may have seen a blurb where an AirTran flight was cancelled from Atlanta to Houston due to a man who refused to get off of his cell phone before takeoff. It was on Fox.
That was NOT what happened!
I was in first class coming home. Eleven muslim men got on the plane in full attire. Two sat in first class and the rest peppered themselves throughout the plane all the way to the back. As the plane taxied to the runway, the stewardesses gave the safety spiel we are all so familiar with. At that time, one of the men got on his cell and called one of his companions in the back and proceeded to talk on the phone in Arabic very loudly and very aggressively. This took the first stewardess out of the picture for she repeatedly told the man that cell phones were not permitted at the time. He ignored her as if she wasn't there.
The second man who answered the phone did the same and this took out the second stewardess. In the back of the plane at this time, 2 younger muslims, one in the back aisle, and one in front of him, window, began to show footage of a porno they had taped the night before, and were very loud about it. Now, they are only permitted to do this prior to Jihad. If a Muslim man goes into a strip club, he has to view the woman via mirror with his back to her (don't ask me, I don't make the rules, but I've studied). The third stewardess informed them that they were not to have electronic devices on at this time. To which one of the men said, "Shut up, infidel dog!" She went to take the camcorder and he began to scream in her face in Arabic.
At that exact moment, all 11 of them got up and started to walk to the cabin. This is where I had had enough! I got up and started to the back where I heard a voice behind me from another Texan twice my size say, "I got your back." I grabbed the man who had been on the phone by the arm and said, "you WILL go sit down or you Will be thrown from this plane!" As I led him around me to take his seat, the fellow Texan grabbed him by the back of his neck and his waist and headed out with him. I then grabbed the second man and said, "You WILL do the same!" He protested but adrenaline was flowing now and he was going to go. As I escorted him forward, the plane doors open and 3 TSA agents and 4 police officers entered. Me and my new Texan friend were told to cease and desist for they had this under control. I was happy to oblige actually. There was some commotion in the back, but within moments, all 11 were escorted off the plane. They then unloaded their luggage.
We talked about the occurrence and were in disbelief that it had happened, when suddenly, the door opened again and on walked all eleven!! Stone faced, eyes front and robotic (the only way I can describe it). The stewardess from the back had been in tears and when she saw this, she was having NONE of it! Being that I was up front, I heard and saw the whole ordeal. She told the TSA agent there was NO WAY she was staying on the plane with these men. The agent told her they had searched them and were going to go through their luggage with a fine tooth comb and that they were allowed to proceed to Houston. The captain and co-captain came out and told the agent, "we and our crew will not fly this plane!" After a word or two, the entire crew, luggage in tow, left the plane. Five minutes later, the cabin door opened again and a whole new crew walked on.
Again, this is where I had had enough!! I got up and asked, "What the hell is going on?" I was told to take my seat. They were sorry for the delay and I would be home shortly. I said, "I’m getting off this plane." The stewardess sternly told me that she could not allow me to get off.
Now I'm mad! I said, "I am a grown man who bought this ticket, who's time is mine with a family at home and I am going through that door, or I'm going through that door with you under my arm!! But I am going through that door!!" And I heard a voice behind me say, "So am I." Then everyone behind us started to get up and say the same. Within 2 minutes, I was walking off that plane where I was met with more agents who asked me to write a statement. I had 5 hours to kill at this point so why the hell not. Due to the amount of people who got off that flight, it was cancelled. I was supposed to be in Houston at 6pm. I got here at 12:30am.
Look up the date. Flight 297, Atlanta to Houston.
If this wasn't a dry run, I don't know what one is. They wanted to see how TSA would handle it, how the crew would handle it, and how the passengers would handle it.
I'm telling this to you because I want you to know. The threat is real. I saw it with my own eyes.

FCC (Communication Control) Too Close to Oba-Hussein
Is this part of the reason Google has scrubbed some searches clean, restricted others?
GoogleGate? News and Blogs being Buried AGAIN?
After coming across this Daily Telegraph article below, I tested out how AntiMullah.com and the equivalent Google Blog "noiri.blogspot.com" appear in the Google and other search Engine.
One search engine said "not found" for the "noiri.blogspot.com" which seems to indicate that Google is TOTALLY filtering this Blog from some search engines.
On some search engines, when it did appear or AntiMullah.com does, most of the articles that have been posted in the last several months have been filtered out too and do not appear on various search engines either. You get the occasional here and there article in early November then a jump to September and so on.
And not much else, whereas several articles are posted EVERY day and should show up.
The only recent article to be found was a criticism of Fox News. THAT appeared!
Thinking that Google was respecting the First Amendment and our Free Speech rights (even if my Blog opinions differed from theirs) I recently even posted a thank you to them. Now, I observe that their computers have been set to filter almost everything I post out of search engines and while NOT limiting my right to write and post, simply making it invisible to the public and blogosphere or to anyone doing searches.
When the Google operated blogsite itself fails to appear or spottily at best in search engines, then...... (we report you decide -- what conclusioni you draw).
Why is this censorship needed? Imposing their will and their opinion on what can be written, posted or more importantly seen by others is suppression of free speech, even if it is loudly worded, opposes or mocks the current regime's policies etc., and emulates the Lame Stream Media of hiding anything that reveals flaws in what's going on.
In our opinion, at least, the truth does not change because I say what I say nor Google or the Lame Stream Media hide for those they support. Whether it is the Healthcare bill, Cap and trade or multiple other bills that are not even read but rammed down our throats. Or the horrific events going on in Islamic Iran.
Or, again in our opinion, the various very strange people in positions of power in the Oba-Hussein administration that are unimaginable in any previous "regime".
Voices like AntiMullah.com should be allowed to have their full say on behalf of the far from monolithic American populace, which increasingly is finding itself opposed to what is going on. With what is shovelled at them, with what is being slammed at them in the name of political correctness and misleading aspects of Jihadi Islam and the increasing number of Dhimmis who are trying to fool us on this aspect.
If comparatively small, though broadly read blog, AntiMullah.com wields so much power (negative or positive) at its most critical crescendo of perceived truth so as to derail the Oligarchy that has come to rule us then they are straw men and don't deserve the protection of Google censorship. Regardless of any other consideration of free speech.
I have a strong affinity toward Google for giving me a soapbox to air my opinions and make an effort to educate and inform on world matters where I have in depth experience from "been there, done that" and attribute these "filter" parameters that appear from time to time to some Google employees "doing their own thing" as they feel would make them popular with the powers that be - at Google or at the Obama House, or een among their own colleagues.
I have noted some Google informative "advertising/explanation", triggered by Obama House or Obama supporters' complaints, is taking place to state that the primary mission of search engines should be able to capture all information that exists without judgment of good or bad, or offensive or not to some and present everything as it is.
AntiMullah, AntiMullah.com, etc., and noiri.blogspot.com used to appear prominently even last month, but have been relegated to oblivion by the "new" filters being applied. Putting them back into play would be appropriate and the computerized filtering re-adjusted or relaxed to avoid the kind of comment brought up in the article below.

What is going on at Google? I only ask because last night when I typed “Global Warming” into Google News the top item was Christopher Booker’s superb analysis of the Climategate scandal.
It’s still the most-read article of the Telegraph’s entire online operation – 430 comments and counting – yet mysteriously when you try the same search now it doesn’t even feature. Instead, the top-featured item is a blogger pushing Al Gore’s AGW agenda. Perhaps there’s nothing sinister in this. Perhaps some Google-savvy reader can enlighten me…..

What is going on at Google? I only ask because last night when I typed “Global Warming” into Google News the top item was Christopher Booker’s superb analysis of the Climategate scandal.
It’s still the most-read article of the Telegraph’s entire online operation – 430 comments and counting – yet mysteriously when you try the same search now it doesn’t even feature. Instead, the top-featured item is a blogger pushing Al Gore’s AGW agenda. Perhaps there’s nothing sinister in this. Perhaps some Google-savvy reader can enlighten me…..

On the Oct 27, 2009 O'Reilly Factor, Bill O'Reilly sat stupidly while Lis Wiehl made several conspicuously false statements regarding the facts related to Obama's birth documentation. Referring to the 'birthers', Ms. Wiehl stated that "It's this whole movement that says that Obama was elected from a bad, unconstitutional point of view because he was not born in the United States. That's been litigated. Congress investigated. His birth document from Hawaii was shown."
First, regarding "That's been litigated" this case has never actually been heard in open court (because the plaintiffs have been denied standing).
Alan note: (Judge David Carter, who had decided to hear it and could have saved America but caved - to the extent of even having his 30-page decision apparently written for him by an new clerk he brought in from the Obama legal firm, has failed the Marine Corps, himself and all of us. He mentions not wanting to disenfranchise 69 million who voted for Obama but fails to address fraud perpetrated on the whole nation by an usurper.
Taking this to an extreme, it is as if we had elected Ossama Bin Laden instead of Oba-Hussein Khomeini - had he managed to fool us, fool we the people and buy his election with Saudi and other Jihadi money and Jihadi thuggery - all of which we the people were dissuaded from opposing by the Lame Stream Media and corrupt Democrat Congress and Senate majorities).
Second, regarding "Congress investigated." Does anyone know to what she is referring? Or as that a total fabrication? Does she really think that Barney Frank and Harry Reid have "investigated" this?
Third, regarding "His birth document from Hawaii was shown", Ms. Wiehl fails to mention that what has been shown is purported to be a bona fide copy of Mr. Obama's birth documentation. Furthermore, the validity of that copy is disputed for a number of reasons. (And they never mention the fact that Hawaii issues two types of birth documentation, and that there is an interesting dispute as to which type of birth documentation Mr. Obama has.)
Fox News continues to ridicule people who believe that Mr. Obama's birth records -- that are actually on file in Hawaii -- should be made available to independent document experts for inspection and validation.
O'Reilly is hiding under his desk and refuses to give the head 'birther' time to respond to Lis Wiehl's false statements on the 'O'Reilly Factor' regarding Obama's birth documentation.

Israel, naturally, says you can't have a matter which is a primary subject of negotiations suddenly become a precondition to negotiations, and the whole thing grinds to a halt.

Navy SEALs have secretly captured one of the most wanted terrorists in
Iraq - the alleged mastermind of the murder and mutilation of four
Blackwater USA security guards in Fallujah in 2004. And three of the
SEALs who captured him are now facing criminal charges, sources told
FoxNews.com.
The three, all members of the Navy's elite commando unit, have refused
non-judicial punishment - called an admiral's mast - and have
requested a trial by court-martial.
Ahmed Hashim Abed, whom the military code-named "Objective Amber,"
told investigators he was punched by his captors - and he had the
bloody lip to prove it. (POOR BABY! OK to murder Americans but not be punched during capture efforts?
He is a murdering terrorist NOT a burglar or other civil type criminal!)
Now, instead of being lauded for bringing to justice a high-value
target, three of the SEAL commandos, all enlisted, face assault
charges and have retained lawyers.
Matthew McCabe, a Special Operations Petty Officer Second Class
(SO-2), is facing three charges: dereliction of performance of duty
for willfully failing to safeguard a detainee, making a false official
statement, and assault.
Petty Officer Jonathan Keefe, SO-2, is facing charges of dereliction
of performance of duty and making a false official statement.
Petty Officer Julio Huertas, SO-1, faces those same charges and an
additional charge of impediment of an investigation.
The three SEALs will be arraigned separately on Dec. 7. Another three
SEALs - two officers and an enlisted sailor - have been identified by
investigators as witnesses but have not been charged.
FoxNews.com obtained the official handwritten statement from one of
the three witnesses given on Sept. 3, hours after Abed was captured
and still being held at the SEAL base at Camp Baharia. He was later
taken to a cell in the U.S.-operated Green Zone in Baghdad.
The SEAL told investigators he had showered after the mission, gone to
the kitchen and then decided to look in on the detainee.
"I gave the detainee a glance over and then left," the SEAL wrote. "I
did not notice anything wrong with the detainee and he appeared in
good health."
Lt. Col. Holly Silkman, spokeswoman for the special operations
component of U.S. Central Command, confirmed Tuesday to FoxNews.com
that three SEALs have been charged in connection with the capture of a
detainee. She said their court martial is scheduled for January.
United States Central Command declined to discuss the detainee, but a
legal source told FoxNews.com that the detainee was turned over to
Iraqi authorities, to whom he made the abuse complaints. He was then
returned to American custody. The SEAL leader reported the charge up
the chain of command, and an investigation ensued.
The source said intelligence briefings provided to the SEALs stated
that "Objective Amber" planned the 2004 Fallujah ambush, and "they had
been tracking this guy for some time."
The Fallujah atrocity came to symbolize the brutality of the enemy in
Iraq and the degree to which a homegrown insurgency was extending its
grip over Iraq.
The four Blackwater agents were transporting supplies for a catering
company when they were ambushed and killed by gunfire and grenades.
Insurgents burned the bodies and dragged them through the city. They
hanged two of the bodies on a bridge over the Euphrates River for the
world press to photograph.
Intelligence sources identified Abed as the ringleader, but he had
evaded capture until September.
The military is sensitive to charges of detainee abuse highlighted in
the Abu Ghraib prison scandal. The Navy charged four SEALs with abuse
in 2004 in connection with detainee treatment.

The military is sensitive to charges of detainee abuse highlighted in
the Abu Ghraib prison scandal. The Navy charged four SEALs with abuse
in 2004 in connection with detainee treatment.
SPOKEN FOR AN INCREASING MAJORITY OF AMERICANS
This venerable and much honored WW II vet is well known in Hawaii for his seventy-plus years of service to patriotic organizations and causes all over the country. A humble man without a political bone in his body, he has never spoken out before about a government official, until now. He dictated this letter to a friend, signed it and mailed it to the president.
Dear President Obama,
My name is Harold Estes, approaching 95 on December 13 of this year. People meeting me for the first time don't believe my age because I remain wrinkle free and pretty much mentally alert.
I enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1934 and served proudly before, during and after WW II retiring as a Master Chief Bos'n Mate. Now I live in a "rest home" located on the western end of Pearl Harbor, allowing me to keep alive the memories of 23 years of service to my country.
One of the benefits of my age, perhaps the only one, is to speak my mind, blunt and direct even to the head man.
So here goes.
I am amazed, angry and determined not to see my country die before I do, but you seem hell bent not to grant me that wish.
I can't figure out what country you are the president of.
You fly around the world telling our friends and enemies despicable lies like:
"We're no longer a Christian nation"
"America is arrogant" - (Your wife even announced to the world ,"America is mean- spirited. "Please tell her to try preaching that nonsense to 23 generations of our war dead buried all over the globe who died for no other reason than to free a whole lot of strangers from tyranny and hopelessness.)
I'd say shame on the both of you, but I don't think you like America, nor do I see an ounce of gratefulness in anything you do, for the obvious gifts this country has given you. To be without shame or gratefulness is a dangerous thing for a man sitting in the White House.
After 9/11 you said," America hasn't lived up to her ideals."
Which ones did you mean? Was it the notion of personal liberty that 11,000 farmers and shopkeepers died for to win independence from the British? Or maybe the ideal that no man should be a slave to another man, that 500,000 men died for in the Civil War? I hope you didn't mean the ideal 470,000 fathers, brothers, husbands, and a lot of fellas I knew personally died for in WWII, because we felt real strongly about not letting any nation push us around, because we stand for freedom.
I don't think you mean the ideal that says equality is better than discrimination. You know the one that a whole lot of white people understood when they helped to get you elected.
Take a little advice from a very old geezer, young man.
Shape up and start acting like an American. If you don't, I'll do what I can to see you get shipped out of that fancy rental on Pennsylvania Avenue. You were elected to lead not to bow, apologize and kiss the hands of murderers and corrupt leaders who still treat their people like slaves.
And just who do you think you are telling the American people not to jump to conclusions and condemn that Muslim major who killed 13 of his fellow soldiers and wounded dozens more. You mean you don't want us to do what you did when that white cop used force to subdue that black college professor in Massachusetts, who was putting up a fight? You don't mind offending the police calling them stupid but you don't want us to offend Muslim fanatics by calling them what they are, terrorists.
One more thing. I realize you never served in the military and never had to defend your country with your life, but you're the Commander-in-Chief now, son. Do your job. When your battle-hardened field General asks you for 40,000 more troops to complete the mission, give them to him. But if you're not in this fight to win, then get out. The life of one American soldier is not worth the best political strategy you're thinking of.
You could be our greatest president because you face the greatest challenge ever presented to any president.
You're not going to restore American greatness by bringing back our bloated economy. That's not our greatest threat. Losing the heart and soul of who we are as Americans is our big fight now.
And I sure as hell don't want to think my president is the enemy in this final battle.
