It's a race between devastating leaks and a national police force with wide arrest and search power, martial law and total population control by force, by financial hooks/dependency plus conformity laws and regulations making dissent an offense - already in the works - as a misdemeanour and felony!
A law making street demonstrations to protest a law passed by Congress ILLEGAL and punishable by prison has been tabled.
If the country as we know it has been dismantled and destroyed the leak of secrets may not matter so this has become a major factor in the race.
