Dear Alan,
That socialism is antithetic to God is evident for much more elementary and immediate reasons that the presenter mentions. Namely, whereas God commands that one "must not covet one's neighbour's wife or his goods"; socialism preaches exactly the opposite and encourages the person to usurp other people's property and even their dignity.
