USE REFRESH IF SITE DOES NOT IMMEDIATELY COME UP

There is some intermittent interference with the AntiMullah link and sometimes when I log on, a message comes up "cannot display website......" as the first response. However, if you click "refresh" once or twice, it does come up and by-passes the "discourage visitor block". Be well, be happy,
