Alan GENERAL Foreword: APPARENTLY HOLDER REFUSED TO BE PLACED UNDER OATH! To avoid any charge of perjury.

This is in keeping with the treacherous administration under Obama, who preferred to deny to allow rescue or destruction of our unmanned stealth vehicle and offend Iran or most likely China which willl received the unit.

Reports out of Iran say that it did not crash nor was brought down by Iran but landed  as programmed after a technical problem and was taken by warlord Gulbudin Hekmatyar, head and founder of Hezb-Islami (Party of Islam) and given to Iran as a present and sign of co-operation with the Islamic regime.

On the other hand, there has been talk about the control signals that guide these units, often from very long distances, even Stateside, being interrupted and being vulnerable to interference. So there is till the possibility that the Iranians managed to hack the guide signals but it came down on the other side of the Afghan border and had to be recuperated. With Hekmatyar's assistance.

About the video below:

Watch the DOJ guy behind Holder's right shoulder after the Sandy Adams asks Holder about his PERSONAL e-mail about Fast & Furious at the 4:50 mark.

Soon after the 5 minute mark that DOJ guy becomes incredibly agitated to the point of rocking back and forth and even jumping off his seat.

If one didn't know better, one would think he had dropped a load in his pants. The video then cuts away from Holder but when it comes back you can see the DOJ guy had AGAIN completely left his seat and was plopping back down into it. Also notice later in the video when he is first grabbing his thumb and then nervously rubbing his hand.

I've seen this DOJ guy at all of Holder's appearances before the Congressional Committee. Until now he has seemed very impervious and calm. This moment recorded here was a STARK contrast to his previous demeanor.

He literally JUMPED out of his seat when Congresswoman Adams asked Holder about his PERSONAL emails to Lanny Brueuer and another DOJ person.

And WHO is that DOJ guy behind Holder who looked like he was in dire need of a Depends when Adams asked her question?
