I don't think Obama, America's Ayatollah Khomeini equivalent, really cares. He already has potentially violent countermeasures in place (buying up HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF ROUNDS OF AMMUNITION among various unlikely organizations like the IRS) or being added rapidly for legalistic reasons by executive order to invalidate election results and declare martial law!
He ALREADY has slush funds embedded in his ObamaCare "health" bill to hire and arm some 250,000 civilian security agents as part of a MILLION person force reporting DIRECTLY to him and swearing allegiance to the "presidency" - NOT the Constitution as soldiers do now.
