And if voting by free will and not ACORN thug coercion is still around in a couple of years, we may still have a way out. But of what? Mousavi and Rafsanjani, faced with the probablity of being brought to justice for the rivers of blood they spilled while in office - both are really bad guys - not real reformists, Mousavi as Prime Minister for Khomeini and Rafsanjani as President of the islamic republic. While their beef with Khamenei and Ahmadi-Nejad led to an intermural strife, neither of them were pleased by the result of their protest against the rigged votes turning into an anti-islamic regime movement, which while bringing real change to Iran would end with any new regime hanging them along with other clerics. Including the tens of thousands uselesly killed when Rafsanjani prolonged the Iran-Iraq war for several years to make more money from his arms deal. Over the 30-years of the Khomeini revolt, he has become one of the richest men in the world. Former beggar Supreme Ruler Khamenei has hidden $2 Billion in the Far East and the $1.2 Billion the British confiscated recently belongs to his son Mojtabah, the son of a penniless beggar - whose fagther now takes 10% of Iran's oil reveneus as his income. And allows $Billions to disappear from the national budget, siphoned off by Ahamdi0Nejad for the most part and go overseas in suitcases full of cash. Much of it destined to Hezbollah, HAMAS, Syria and terrorist leaders in Iraq.

While the Central Bank has indentified teh mising money, none of it has been accounted by the Ahmadi-Nejad administration.

But back to the rigged votes:

The dog and pony show in front of TV cameras to prove the election valid was hoist with its own petard!

To drop their votes in a ballot box, teh voters had to fold the ballot into four for it to fit in the slot. MOst of the recount votes were FLAT without any creases! Clearly preloaded into the ballot boxes.

Closer examination showed that about 70% of the recounted ballots were all written by one person with the same handwriting over an over. Not that it really matters as the chain of custody makes the recount of only a few ballot boxes totally invalid and irrelevant. And even that does not really matter either as the Khamenei son and Ahmadi-Nejad coup planned and still does to remove the word "republic" from the name they have adopted, change it to Islamic Iran and rule under the Khomeini Velayat Faghih concepts according to Koranic and Sharia laws where voting is a non-existent concept and the will and commands of Allah and character traits of prophet Mohammad run the country. Through the edicts of selected or self-imposed clergy in power.

Communism and Islam have very similar administrative philosophies and control formulas differing only in who rules at the top, the Communist elite bosses or Allah and his clerics.

The birth of the Khamenei son - Ahmadi-Nejad coup originates with Hugo Chavez of Venezuela taking over as Communist dictator, who took control of all power i the country. Originally, through somewhat dubious elections, followed by an even more dubious one and then total power grab.

There is still a huge fly in the Khamenei ointment. He has little or no respect nor standing among the true religious Shia hierarchy and has found himself facing a backlash.

Ayatollahs around the country (and most likely the Grand Ayatollah Ali Sistani from Iraq, currently the most senior Shia leader in the world, are opposing Khamenei.

One powerful Ayatollah from Shiraz, named Tehrani, has even issued a fatwa/edict delcaring the election a fraud and invalid. The head Ayatollah in the holy city of Mashhad (Khamenei's home town) his name escapes my late night, tired brain right now but I believe it is Shirazi) has come out in strong opposition to Khamenei.

With a declaration of invalidity of the election from such a powerful cleric like Ayatollah Tehrani, other reputable Ayatollahs will take heart and are likely to follow suit creating a possibly unbridgeable rift among the clerics.

Rafsanjani, in reality a middle level Hojat-ol-Eslam but now a self-appointed ayatollah knows he has too much to lose, including his life, having already spent about $100 million funding opposition to Khamenei and Ahmadi-Nejad has capitulated and declared the election valis and lawful.

In the Khamenei camp, faced with an increasingly untenable position of having to kill even more than the 500 or so already murdered by his son's mercenary hit squads plus some of the riot police and the THOUSANDS wounded and being made to disappear to leave no traces, has decided to snuf out all opposition in one fell swoop.

WAIT FOR IT.

Tehran, a city of some 12 million people, currently with daytime temperatures of at least or over 100F degrees IN THE SHADE and nightime ones not much cooler, generally uses water evaporation air conditioner units to cool homes and apartments.

Expensive electricity runs refrigerators, lighting and televisions, while in better homes also electronics and computers.

Imagine what happens if ALL city WATER and ELECTRICITY gets cut off?

How many of the 12 million will die from heat stroke when the cooler units no longer have water and buildings turn into ovens.

Imagine the ensuing starvation when food in refrigerators goes bad in a matter of a day or two? Apart from disease from the tons of rotting food dumped out, the populace as a whole does NOT HAVE THE MONEY to replace perishable food stocks.

And with WATER gone, cannot even boil tea or prepare rice! Oh! Nor have water to drink. They cannot, with the exception of a wealthy upper city few, afford to buy soft drinks or bottled water to replace the body liquid they sweat out in the ovens they now call home. Nor is there cool shade anywhere in which they can hide or find relief.

SO WHAT?

Khamenei has announced that if the demonstrationd continue he will close down all WATER AND ELECTRICITY to the city of Tehran.

Even it kills millions, he will no longer put up with the opposition to his rule. Deaths will be swift and could number as many as the holocaust Ahmadi-Nejad denies.

Touch and go situation, turning water and electricity back on after only a few days might not cowe the populace into submission but leaving it off would as masses die. But cause an immediate armed revolution by the Revolutionary guards and other government agents who have families and relatives who would also suffer .

BUT the Oba-Hussein regime not only refuses to step away from negotiations with this unimaginably horrifying regime but bans news of Iranian support demonstrations inside the USA from being broadcast by government run Voice of America (VOA) or Radio Farda, including last Sunday's march in Los Angeles, estimated at 50,000 demonstrators and even CNN, which always downplays numbers reported there were 35,000 anti-mullah regime Iranians in the demonstration.

Mainstream media in Germany and other European countries reported on this event BUT the Oba-Hussein-Khomeini radio programs beaming into Iran were blanked out on this in case this would encourage anti-islamic regime fervor inside Iran and spoil the Moslem Oba-Hussein mindset to be nice to the islamic regime. Or to any islamic country, including large loans to Israel's neighbor Jordan. (Asking what in return?) Our State Department's response on behalf of the Administration to the brutality, genocidal murders and enmity of the islamic republic of iran, has been a wishy-washiy hold back from confirming that Ahmadi-Nejad was in fact legitimately elected as president, pending more information. Reports reaching us from inside Iran indicate the Khamenei regime has obtained a signed letter or created it, from Mir Hossein Mousavi stating the election to which he was opposed was in fact FAIR AND LEGAL and he has withdrawn his objections. Currently under house arrrest with regime law enforcement thugs surrounding his home and the homes of close relatives, ostensibly to "protect him and ensure his safety" but in reality to hamper his movements will create disbelief for the authenticity f the letter. Iran's increasingly isolated opposition leader effectively ended his role in street protests, saying he'll seek permits for future rallies. A leading cleric demanded in a nationally broadcast sermon Friday that leaders of the unrest be punished harshly and that some are "worthy of execution." Iran's ruling clergy has widened its clampdown on the opposition and scattered protests have replaced the initial mass rallies. The official Web site of opposition leader Mir Hossein Mousavi, his main tool of communicating with his supporters, was hacked Friday, leaving it blank, an aide said. In Friday's central Muslim sermon at Tehran University, a senior cleric, Ayatollah Ahmed Khatami, (NOT the "reformist" and Mousavi ally Mohammad Khatami) called for harsh retribution for dissent. "Anybody who fights against the Islamic system or the leader of Islamic society, fight him until complete destruction," he said in the nationally broadcast speech. The cleric claimed some involved in the unrest had used firearms.(Disinformation to incite hate against the demonstrators and to explain why innocents are being shot in cold blood) "Anyone who takes up arms to fight with the people, they are worthy of execution," he said. "We ask that the judiciary confront the leaders of the protests, leaders of the violations, and those who are supported by the United States and Israel strongly, and without mercy to provide a lesson for all." Khatami said those who disturbed the peace and destroyed public property were "at war with God," and said they should be "dealt with without mercy." He reminded worshippers that Iran's supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, rules by God's design and must not be defied. (Does Oba-Hussein get his messiah attitude from Khamenei or is it the other way round? Both seem cut from the same cloth and YES they are both "Moslems"). The "reformist" Khatami, who disappointed his ardent followers who elected him President in the past and went to the streets for him and he let them all down, suggested that if the bazaaris did not have the guts to go on strike and lose their business permits "forever" as was threatened, the demonstrators should jam up the bazaar with their presence and bring it to a standstill. Again, reports reaching us say that the anti-regime, yes, anti-regime movement (no longer simply anti-election vote or as followers of Mousavi) are saying "no more Mr. Nice Guy and killing us will be met with retaliation killing of Mullahs. Easier said than done but as weapons trickle into the students' hands, as explosives reach them, retaliation will take place. Reportedly the bazaar may be one of the main targets. Once the bazaar closes down a major part of the country's trade, import and export, etc., grinds to a halt. Note, possibly with this in mind,Ahmadi-Nejad already changed numerous employees of the Customs department in the southern city of Ahvaz in the oil province of Khuzestan. A civil war could well erupt and if the Revolutionary Guards split in half with one part rising in sympathy with the demonstrators, it could become very bloody. The anti-mullah regime movement has "tea-partied" all over the USA and through out Europe. Today, a demonstration outside the islamic republic embassy in Sweden ratcheted up and demonstrators entered the premises and though they were met with knives and machetes, several badly wounded, at the hands of the embassy guards, they raised the traditional Iranian Lion and Sun Persian flag over the building, to fly there for the first time in 30-years. Embassy pesonnel all possess or carry side arms but did not dare use them. Swedish police evacuated the embassy staff and even lobbed som etear gas at the Excitement led to various embassy cars and windows being broken. Reports reaching us about these incidents highlight one example of the attack described by the woman in the video. What she failed to clarify is that these black clad riot police, drive the demonstrators into side strets to be dealt with by the mostly Arab mercenary Bassiji forces. Three youths in the street driven into the hands of Bassiji thugs who descended on them (under orders from Khamenei's middle son Mojtaba, who engineered and commanded the election "coup") and after pouncing on them, threw them down on the ground - and consequently had their heads repeatedly slammed onto the edge of the curb till their heads split and spilled brains into the blood, which had already splashed the multiple impact spots and preceded the contents of these young students' skulls splattering out. No thought of any consequences for these hands on murders - because these vicious imports from the Arab world have been selected for their sadistic lust to kill Persians - do NOT face any consequences - on the contrary are offered rewards for such terrorism. By a regime which calls the students terrorists not the thugs. Almost as sad is the not clearly American, Oba-Hussein-Khomeini REFUSING to withdraw the invitation for the diplomats of such as savage regime to attend July 4th celebrations at American Embassies, Consulates and Diplomatic Missions around the world. Instead of rejecting the representatives of this bloody regime Obama INSISTS on receiving them in our "overseas homes" onto our pieces of the USA which our diplomatic locations represent. The video at the end was posted some hours ago and is a recent view of a Tehran demonstration. With that said let me take offense at the talking heads, mostly on CNN, who insist the Iran protesters are NOT against the regime but want a "vote recount"! But then again, even Fox News has little clue who they bring on to give opinion, including Mullah shill Trita Parsi, known for his bias to the islamic regime and long practised disinformation skills that flavor words with Mullah talking points. What vote recount? From already opened ballot boxes? Boxes already compromised in advance by being sealed outside any witnesses from the other candidates, whose representatives were supposed to witness their being empty and not preloaded. Any wonder why Supreme leader Khamenei has asked a 5-day truce and then he will order a recount? The video toward the end of the article has clear chants of slogans, one of which is a clear "death to the islamic republic". Listen for yourselves: "Marg bar..." means "death to". "jomhoori eslami" means "islamic republic" So: "marg bar jomhoori eslami" means "death to the islamic republic" Bye, bye talking heads deflecting the fact that the protesters do not want a regime change. Other chants in the video include: "I will kill the one who kills my brother (protester)" "Tonight it is revolution" "Woe! Wait till we are armed" (as were the pro-Khomeini supporters in 1979 when they broke into armories after the military went neutral). Some of those weapons were buried and even asphalted over for future use and calls are going out to bring them out and give them to the students to defend themselves. One Revolutionary Guard General, Ali Fazli, was arrested for disobeying the regime order to shoot on the populace. He has since been taken to a place unknown and has disappeared. A whole bunch of clerics are also opposing the regime and have issued fatwas (religious commands) to the Revolutionary Guard not to shoot demonstrators or suffer the consequences of going to hell instead of paradise. Whether as a result or independently, about HALF of the Revolutionary Guard Commanders are sympathising with the demonstrators and their troops are turning a blind eye to demonstrators as much as they can. One of these fell to his knees in tears begging the protesters to disperse. " I have a family, a wife and four children. I do NOT want to hit you or hurt but if I do not they will arrest me and execute me. Please, please go home or you will end up killing me for not hurting you." As you can see I am free flowing the facts as there is too much information coming in to sort out tidily. Other chants are: "Death to Bassijis" (easy to hear and understand) A voice says: "an ambulance is coming", another states "killing and more killing", another shouts: "move over, move over", another says: "get up here, come up here", another complains: "don't hit, don't hit!" The "death to " chants repeat. Now some of the shifting underfoot ground which indicates there will be a regime change - not completely perhaps, unless the current plan gets out of hand. Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei (pronounced kha-men-ey-ee not anything like Khomeini, Kho-mey-nee - wrong person) was a beggar at Mashhad (North-East Iran city) cemeteries begging for alms from those accompanying coffins being taken for burial. The Imam Reza (Saint of miracles) Shrine gave him monthly "care packages" to help him feed himself and his wife at the location on the "wrong side of the tracks" in the poorest part of the city. Still without two coins to rub together, he jumped on Khomeini's revolution bandwagon and because of his cousin Mir Hossein Moussavi (the current Green movement), who became Khomeini's Prime Minister, he found a favored place until Moussavi began to oppose Khamenei's ambitions. Bad blood came about and when Khamenei, still a low grade cleric, conspired with Khomeini's current Grave Keeper Ansari, and the sick Ayatollah Khomeini's son Ahmad Khomeini, while Ayatollah Khomeini was in a coma in hospital, to prevent Ayatollah Montazeri, previously chosen to succeed the dying ayatollah from attaining that position. And for Khamenei to take up that position. Moussavi, still Prime Minister opposed Khamenei, who after having Ahmad Khomeini suffocated at the hospital to have no witnesses, was given the Supreme Leader position based on second hand edict reputedly from the perhaps already dead or dying Khomeini (visitors forbidden) promptly eradicated the Prime Minister position and became sole 'head of state". To be given this post, already illegally despite Khomeini purported edict, he had to be not just an ayatollah (which he was not) but a Grand Ayatollah, as is Shia Ali Sistani of Iraq and as was Ayatollah Sadr of Iran, a firm critic of Khomeini before he disappeared strangely in Libya.

Note: Ali Sistani's personal representative Shahrestani is in Qom representing the Grand Ayatollah who has been approached to consider issuing a fatwa To be named a grand ayatollah, requires two other ayatollahs to proclaim you their spiritual mentor and guide. Hard to swallow for other senior clerics who knew his lowly status but two ayatollahs, Mesbah Yazdi ( who was considered a loony by Khomeini and told not to promote his Hojatieh 12th Imam philosophy, to which Ahmadi-Nejad is a fervent acolyte) and an Iraqi national, exiled inside Iran, Mahmoud Shahroudi (currently Chief Executive of the Judicial System - like Minister of Justice). Another Khamenei supporter at the time was Akbar Hashem-Rafsanjani, who at his peak was a middle level Hojat-ol-Eslam and now a self-proclaimed ayatollah. He became islamic iran's President and for personal gain (buying arms, oil revenues etc.,) prolonged the war with Iraq long after Iraq had asked for a truce and the Arab world had offered $400 million in reparations. None of which would go into Rafsanjani's personal pocket so he refused. .....Cut to today! Rafsanjani has budgeted some $100 million to keep the revolution going, not to change the regime completely but to remove Khamenei - preferably to hang him as a murderer but mostly to remove the Khomeini created "Velayate Faghih (Rule by religious jurisprudence), under which a Supreme Ruler functions and gains validity. Rafsanjani has been a busy bee and has acquired the written votes of 40 senior clerics aimed at removing the position of Supreme Leader and replacing with a five (5) member ruling Junta, not necessarily of clerics. As head of two major councils (Experts and also Guardians) Rafsanjani, not eligible by lowly clerical status to be a Supreme Ruler under Velayate Faghih sees himself as becoming the head honcho. Mousavi would certainly be one of the five members of the Ruling Council/Junta. Khamenei suddenly found himself in danger and allied himself with former Revolutionary Guard commander Ahmadi-Nejad, who has filled every government position during the past few years with former Revolutionary Guard officers. From the very top positions down to mid-low level posts. Nationwide. Cutting to the chase, believing the former colleagues of his choice for President would prevent/suppress any opposition, he blatantly rigged the election, gave it his holy blessing as a result approved by Allah -- and met the Iranian people! Who disagreed. On Sunday, Khamenei in total disbelief of the strength of the resistance to his plans and aware of his peril moved tanks into the Freedom Square and turned a nearby 100,000 capacity stadium into the anti-revolt operations center and moved there himself with about 12 family and entourage members. He has good reason to try to stay in power, receiving about 10% of isalmic iran's oil revenues as his "income". He has populated the area selectively with ruthless crack riot police, who will kill on his command and the worst of the worst Bassijis. From there he can make a quick getaway to a relatively close-by international airport and has a a bullet proof SUV standing by, engine running and reportedly an aircraft fueled with a crew on board on standby status. Engines will be running by the time he gets there. How far he and his family get depends on Rafsanjani, already a powerful antagonist but even more so if his junta gets approved. He appears to be planning to have Khamenei arrested and tried after being "decertified" as Supreme Ruler for his lack of clerical eligibility and killing of demonstrators. Here we come to the Revolutionary Guard (Passdar) and Bassiji difference. The paramilitary Revolutionary Guard came about under Khomeini's orders to replace the regular military forces he did not trust and though the structure remained till the present, they have been disarmed over the past year or two and are no longer a fighting force. The regular Army is now a sad step-sister and not a fighting force and the officer loyalty by no means points to the regime. Recently the Passdar has become increasingly disenchanted with Ahamdi-Nejad in particular and the regime in general as they see how bad the economy has become. Remember, they are not highly paid and have family and relatives who also suffer the horrible economy, already staggeringly high prices of goods which sometimes double overnight for dairy products, rice and eggs, on which much of the average Iranian lives. A tomato omelet, long a poor person's staple food is now out of reach with the current prices of tomatoes and eggs. To get votes, Ahmadi-Nejad travelled throughout the provinces buying support by giving away small gold coins and SACKS OF POTATOES to a hungry populace. Yes, potatoes they could not buy. Now on to the Bassiji. They originally consisted of the most naive, uneducated and gullible youths from the remotest villages, who would believe anything Khomeini decreed and trust he was the messenger of Allah and spoke for Allah. The knew nothing of the outside world and would kill if ordered to do so, though their main task was more as gophers with some military training. Gradually as the need to control the populace grew their number grew to about a million, scattered all over the country at some minimal rate of pay. Then last year, with discontent rising and the elections on the horizon a MILLION new conscripts were "hired", trained in crowd control and they were introduced into the "street control hit squads", who found which of them were likely to be tough on their fellow countrymen. The backbone of the Bassiji were mercenaries from surrounding Arab countries, from North African countries with jihadists like Algeria, Sudan and some Eastern European tough Moslems from Albania. The twist here is that the rigged election plot and the brutal crowd control and killings are not actually being run by Khamenei Sr., who has colon cancer and should have been dead by now, bu this middle son Mojtaba. He personally controls the mercenary contingents of the Bassiji and very recently imported 5,000 new Hezbollah/Hamas/Palestinian thugs. They are required to have body-builder, heavily muscled physique and be tall to easily intimidate the usually thin, sleight Iranian students who flock into the streets. Those are the main street thugs, generally refered to as the plain clothes agents (lebass shakhsi-ha). But there are some 10,000 mercenary riot hit men with shooting skills. They are the Bassiji shooters and are not required to be heavily built. as you may have seen some of them are snipers who shoot to kill protesters, or bystanders like Neda. They shoot selectively, aiming at the heart and head at targets they think will dishearten, shock or drive fear into others. Our reports put the recent shooting into crowds death toll at 37 for Tuesday bringing the recent total nationwide to over 500! Not the relatively few being reported. In fact reports reaching us from hospitals say that bodies of the dead and wounded are being quickly collected by regime operatives to hide this reality. Also the wounded are arrested and disappear. They are tortured to obtain the names of their friends or fellow resistance movement students, then taken out into the desert and left to die of their wounds or have graver wounds inflicted to make sure they die - eventually - miserably. Control of the Internet you have all heard about is not a gentle, electronic one. One student group which for five years had an internet site up and sharing information with other students nationwide suddenly had their webmaster/editor, a girl, snatched from in front of her house by bassiji agents, tortured and gang raped and her body thrown down in front of her parent's house as a warning. The group lost their safe house and had to move to another. Unfortunately five of their members were captured and under torture, one of who knew the password for their Internet gave it up, so the site was hacked and closed down. All five students were shot and their bodies dumped in the desert Again the safe house had to be abandoned and it's only a few days that the site is back up again. So with the above in mind, it's a matter of plans of mice and men (Rafsanjani et al) running into the wishes of the students and populace that has stood up to them. Mousavi's call for a general strike - now regardless of his being arrested - has not taken root because the regime has threatened any bazaar business that if they went on strike their permits to operate would be permanently cancelled. Former "reformist" president Mohammad Khatami urged the Mousavi demonstrators to simply flood the bazaar with their presence, blocking access to all others and thus putting the bazaar out of business without imposing the strike responsibility on the merchants. Meanwhile in the Kurdish city of Sanandaj there actually was a complete strike and all shops were shuttered. Reports indicate other cities will follow suit on Wednesday and on following days. Albeit with a less fanatical or retrictive theocratic flavor. And, by the way they will hand Ahmadi-Nejad alongside Khamenei for murdering innocent Iranians. PRINCE REZA PAHLAVI WARNS OF NUCLEAR WAR

The exiled son of the late shah of Iran, Reza Pahlavi, warned Monday of dire consequences for the volatile Middle East and the rest of the world if the popular uprising in Iran is crushed.

The defeat of the movement protesting the outcome of presidential elections 10 days ago would not only threaten global stability but could lead to nuclear war, Pahlavi told a news conference here.

"Their defeat will encourage extremism from the shores of the Levant to the energy jugular of the world," said Pahlavi, who left Iran a year before the ouster of his father, shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, in the 1979 Islamic revolution.

"At worst, fanatical tyrants who know that the future is against them may end their present course on their terms: a nuclear holocaust," Pahlavi told a room packed with reporters at the National Press Club in Washington.

Pahlavi urged Western media to continue to act as "the information artery connecting different parts of the freedom movement in Iran" by globally spreading the messages coming from the protesters inside the country.

The Iranian government has severely clamped down on foreign media coverage of the protests in Iran, which Pahlavi said were happening around the country and involve all walks of life from factory workers to academics.

Skirting the news blackout, Iranians have been sending messages and videos to news outlets or acquaintances outside the country using social networking sites, online video and photo outlets and micro-blogging source, Twitter.

Reza Pahlavi appeared along pro-Freedom Iranians. Nearly 3000 Iranians of various beliefs gathered by the White House (Sunday 2009/Jun/21) at 4pm.

The demonstration voiced support for the pro-Freedom movement in Iran. More than half of the crowd consisted of young Iranians who were chanting: “United Nations pay more attention” and “Democracy for Iran”. The rally lasting for 3 hours was highlighted by H.M. Kourosh Reza Pahlavi appearing along with his wife and daughters to voice unity with the plight of Iranians. He addressed the crowd holding a loud speaker while Yasmine Pahlavi held on to a picture of Neda (the teenager who was shot by Islamist militia). H.M.* Kourosh R. Pahlavi emphasized that despite of difference in opinions, "Freedom" (Azadi) should be the core message in our slogans and demands.

* ALAN NOTE: many royalists already refer to Prince Reza Pahlavi as His Majesty, as the catalyst/ umbrella leader of the new Iran, though he does not insist on a Monarchy unless the people decide that's what they want. Commentary by M. Dodge Thomas" (FR) While I’m very pleased to watch internal political strife undermine the legitimacy of Islamic theocracy in Iran, I think we really need this stop a minute, take a deep breath, and ask ourselves why we should be backing either faction. Neither is friendly to American policy in the Mideast (Mousavi is one of the chief supporters of Hamas in Iran), both support continuation of the Iranian nuclear program, and neither envisions any kind of fundamental reform of the Iranian political system to something closer to western secular democracy. The biggest difference between them is that they represent somewhat different factions of the reigning Iranian political elite: Ahmadinejad represents the portions of the military and clerical establishment who believe that Islamic revolutionary purity mandates massive redistribution of resources toward the poor (you can think of him as sort of a Iranian Chavez in this respect), while Montazeri represents a sort of quasi-fascistic fusion of the most corrupt segments of the Iranian Rich, the massive business interests of Revolutionary Guards, and the worldly segments of the clergy. Both groups are somewhere between political parties and mafias, and neither group has any interest at all in surrendering power to something more close resembling a representative government, in terms of advancing American interests in a very real sense we might as well be trying to choose for example between various factions of Hamas or Hezbollah. All we can be certain of is that if we try to back one faction over the other were are unlikely to be satisfied whatever the outcome, so the smart thing to do is to produce general statements of support for the will of the Iranian people (and indeed, the will of large numbers of Iranians will be thwarted whatever the outcome) without trapping ourselves into appearing to the Iranian people to be backing either faction of their oppressors.

AHMADINEJAD SAYS F*CK YOU TO THE PEOPLE

Ahmadi-Nejad, the islamic iran usurper, as opposed our own Oba-Hussein usurper, holds a sign which says: Bilakh (Farsi "up yours", middle finger) then right to left below it "melat Iran" (Iranian populace).

Cracks are appearing in Ahmadi-Nejad the Turd's support from the Passadar (Revolutionary Guards) senior officer, former colleagues. Sixteen of them have just been arrested for contact with the regular army forces in an effort to oppose the Turd and declare the military and paramilitary.

And his administration has also reportedly arrested Ayatollah Shirazi in Mashhad and a large number of his supporters, which adds to some 1,000 other clerics arrested and imprisoned since Saturday nationwide with many from the holy cty of Ghom among them.

The technically powerful Guardian Council and the Council of Experts have yet to come out with a firm position and may have been frightened by losing clerical colleagues into the regime's bottomless prisons. Nor have they responded to candidate MirHossein Mousavi's request to invalidate the Turd's "false" election victory AND remove the Supreme Leader from office, which they technically can do.

Parliamentary speaker Ali Larijani, a declared enemy of the Turd, has voiced strong criticism of a midnight raid on Tehran University dormitories, wherf he Bassiji and indefinite plain clothes agents broke into teh university (they are formally not alowed to operate on university grounds or campus, breaking down doors and dragging students off to unknown prison destinations.

Remember that the head of Iran's prisons has complained publicly in the recent past that there are over 100 "unofficial" prisons opearted by various "law enforcement" or security organizations, including private militias.

Reports indicate the regime has imported a new strike group of 5,000 Arab Hezbollah mercenaries from Lebanon and Syria. These are all picked for large size and bodybuilder muscular frame similar to picking the biggest and strongest men for a American football team.

Unlike an underlying Persian reluctance to kill fellow Persians, these Arabs take sadistic pleasure in killing and maiming Persians with absolute immunity and even encouragement and reward. Since tney do not speak Persian there is no way to reason with them.

One Isfahani (give away accent) called in to a Farsi radio station in the USA saying he and his friends had captured one of these foreign men and taken him home for questioning but he spoke no language any of them could understand and he was at a loss of what to do with the man.

Possibly an Albanian or similar East European Moslem jihadist mixed in with the Arabs - or he could be an Afghan Taleban talking Pashtu or Tajik.

One female student said with a shiver in her voice that the Bassiji suppression forces did not fighten and she was only afraid of these Hezbollah operatives.

The law and order agents have added to their ranks by giving ardent Ahmadi-Nejad supporters riot helmets and batons or metal pipes and setting them loose on opposition demonstrators.

The direction of events teeter-totters and the final outcome depends on which way it tumbles. For the first time since the 1979 Khomeini mess, Iran could be enjoying enough mmentum to throw out the Mullahs. I wonder if the Iran crisis will wake up Americans to their own VERY SIMILAR Oba-Khomeini status and his power grabbing, nation destroying administration and throw out all the Democrat incumbents in Congress and Senate, who are enabling him. MEANWHILE, H.I.H. Reza Pahlavi's secretariat has had deal with and deny disinformation put out by the Mullahs that he is going to arrive in Iran in two days and join the demonstrators. The action would be suicidal at present but the mullahs want to drag him falsely into the fray this way then claim he was too scared and weaken his influence inside Iran.

As we speak, there is a march by demonstrators in Tehran heading for the infamous Evin prison, which could lead to breaking news. (Pun of "breaking limbs and heads not intentional) Moussavi, in a subtle manner, has put in a formal request to the Ministry of Interior to hold a March/Demonstration on Tuesday. The permit was refused and he was warned that any such activity would be dealt with firmly. Ostensibly with arrests and fines. In reality with violence. Reports say that Khamenei, who has not been seen in public since the rioting, spent the night in fear with Korans on his and his wife's heads for "protection". Sorting out the reports that Rafsanjani and Moussavi have called for special meetings of the Guardians Council and Council of Experts in the holy ciy of Ghom, which certify the eligibility of the Supreme Ruler, to have him declared no longer worthy for his "coup d'etat" and falsehood in declaring Ahmadi-Nejad the winner. Both the likelihood of this and the final result depends on whether Rafsanjani is free or is being held prisoner in the Supreme Leader's home and whether Moussavi is under house arrest as reported. Reports surfacedd that both were arrested as well as Moussavi's wife. This seves t ouse them as leverage-hostages. On the other hand, other reports from the Supreme Ruler's entourage, say that he has called for a meeting with Moussavi and Rafsanjani, Kahrubi and Rezai to discuss his ILL-HEALTH. He has had colon cancer for quite while and was not expected to live this long, so he might be planning to use this as an exit strategy and negotiate his way out of the country to retire somewhere in a Far East country, where he has salted away some TWO BILLION Dollars. (Truly from the rags of a beggar of alms in Mashhad cemeteries to a billionaire in Dollars). In the meantime, other reports from the regime indicate that Khamenei has been frozen out of everything since he congratulated Ahmadi-Nejad and islamic iran is being run by the paramilitary Revolutionary Guard Corps. The regular Army has once again declared their neutrality and refusal to be involved in an Iranian on Iranian bloodshedding. For the record, the islamic Treasury and banks they control indicate Ahmadi-Nejad withdrew FIVE BILLION Dollars to pay for his campaign and buy potatoes and gold coins he handed out liberally throughout the provinces to buy votes. The Opposition candidates, including former Head of Revolutionary Guards Commander Rezai have formed a coalition and alliance against Ahmadi-Nejad, a former Guard officer himself. Meanwhile in a related set of events, Shia Yemen has taken six Germans, one Britisher and one Korean hostage on islamic iran's orders to use as notiating chips, though exactly where and when is still unclear. I am putting this informaton down without any specific order but more as it arrives in dribs and drabs. The Hezbollah mercenaries who arrive on motorcycles and club people in the street with baseball bats and steel pipes are running into a new defence. Two protestors, when they spot one of these motorcyclists walk close to each other then split to either side of the oncoming. They happen to have a longish rope in their hands, which they then stretch tight and suddenly dismount the rider. The riders can then be captured and their motorcycles set on fire. With communications cut off in Iran and phone calls around the country and outside very difficult, requests by phone are coming out for "filter shekan" (filter breakers) which I take to mean proxies which can be used to by pass the regime's Internet blocks and filters. Other calls come from the Moussavi supporters who are giving out his home address so that if things get bad for him, his supporters can rush to his aid. A year or two ago, moderate Ayatollah Boroujerdi, whose father was a Grand Ayatollah and respected by the Shah himself, who would go down to visit him in Ghom instead of calling him in to an audience, went up against the Khamenei Mullahs and ended up putting out desperate calls to his supporters to rush to his aid. About a 100 showd up but were treated with incredible violence, being stabbed, acid poured on them an dteh Ayatollah was eventually dragged out of his house, arrested and beaten up while the Bassiji robbed his house and emptied it o fantynign worth taking. He is currently in prison with a suspended death sentence hanging over him, though it is against the law to execute an Ayatollah in Iran - or used to be). One call from Iran dealt with the claim by Ahmadi-Nejad that One Million people surrounded his raised platform to celebrate his victory party. To my surprise the lady firnly stated that this was impossible and (to my astonishment) quoted the formula for crowd/marchers estimation used by intel or law enforcement based on the area occupied. And a multiplier of six persons per square meter for a packed crowd and only four for spaced out ones. She said that the area where a million people were supposed to have been was one thousand square meters and so even at six per unit, this allowed only six thousand people to occupy/fill that space. All foreign journalists have been ordered out by Monday (our Sunday night) except for a couple whose visas last another day or two and a few who have a permanent presence (like CNN and Reuters, both kiss-ass toward the Mullahs for access). One or two were taken off the street and to the Ministry of Interior cellar and badly beaten. No reason or excuse for this offered to them. They saw over a hundred frightened Iranians sittng on th efloor waiting for a similar fate. Other clerics are not spared either and members of the Combatant Clerics Party have been arrested in droves. Some 1,000 opposition parties members have also been thrown in prison till now and the death toll reportedly hovers at around 30 or so. One girl who was beaten by the Bassiji, says they kicked her and hit her around the head and then pressed her finger nails so hard she was about to faint from the pain. The slogans chanted by these and other marchers are "death to dictators" and often elsewhere "Moussavi get my vote back for me".

Three agents (white arrows) trying to arrest Khatami Students have mentioned they fear the Ansar Hezbollah agents who have appeared in the streets and are mostly Arab mercenaries. Also, police agents now break down the doors of homes when a demonstrator is allowed in to escape them. Meanwhile, Mousavi and the "greens" are using the same tactics used by the pro-Khomeini, anti-Shah, groups to bring the country to a standstill. Strikes, civil disobedience and "peaceful" demonstrations. The difference this time is that the Shah is no longer in charge to prevent helicopter gunships mowing down the demonstrators in the streets, which is the very likely outcome if Khamenei's back gets pinned to the wall by TRUTH and REALITY and like the rat he is, turns to mass murder to eradicate these and scare the populace from ever trying it again.

The validity of the Mullah regime was already in question, now that the corrupt "selection" has been outed, it's a heavy burden, even on our corrupt Oba-Hussein, to deal with you with a straight face. Specially as the groundwork for removal of all American freedoms progresses rapidly here in the creation of the USSA (United Socialist States of America. The Iran situation is still volatile and until Saturday the status was not clear. Now the trend is that Khamenei's "coup d'etat" will likely blow up in his face. Moussavi, while Prime Minister in early days under Khomeini, blocked Khamenei's ambitions so when Khamenei came to power as the Supreme Ruler he abolished that position. A lock down has been made inside Iran and the regime states that if they kill a few hundred people in the streets all the rest will bolt for their rabbit holes. And it appears the decision to kill has been made. Those killed will be labelled as thugs and women of ill repute to excuse their fates. Moussavi seems to be employeeing passive or non-violent resistance as was used against the Shah. There will be strikes, employees will not show up at work (though they have no money reserves they did at the time of the Shah) and cars will be dumped and locked in the middle of streets to bring vehicular traffic to a halt in major cities. And prevent the suppression forces reaching demonstration points. What will happen will be live fire, machine gunning at crowds from Revolutionary Guard helicopters. Meanwhile Khamenei, who holds Rafsanjani under arrest at Khamenei's home has told him to hold a vote in his two Councils he chairs and which regulate/decide the eligibility of the Supreme Ruler to remain in that position. Almost certainly this vote will also be rigged to show the Councils' resoundingly approve of the Supreme Ruler and state he should continue. Remember Rafsanjani is being held at the latter's house and may have a sudden heart attack once the vote passes.

SATURDAY/SUNDAY Reports reaching us from islamic iran now indicate a wave of arrests has taken place creating a very "pregnant" situation where anything can still happen, though the arrests have taken out opposition leadership: 1. Former President Hashem Rafsanjani has been arrested and taken to be held at the house of Supreme Ruler Ali Khamenei, where he was forced to resign as the head of the Expediency Council and Council of Experts. He is being held there until further notice to be at the pleasure of the Supreme Ruler. Rafsanjani not only spent money to oppose Ahmadi-Nejad's re-"selection" but also made a big mistake of threatening the Supreme Ruler with the fact that the councils headed by Rafsanjani were the ones who had to declare the eligibility of the Supreme Ruler and could remove him from office with a quick vote. He is not expected to emerge alive from his detention. 2. Mir Hossein Moussavi is reported to also be under arrest when he was taken at a press conference and being held hostage to prevent his supporters from pouring into the streets. His life for their remaining out of the streets. His wife Zahra Rahnevard, co-campaigner and head of the Al-Zahra College was also arrested. Rapidly fired employees of the Ministry of Interior, responsible for the voting results, reportedly told Moussavi he had won by a large margin and to be prepared to take office, two things happened: a) Ayatollah Mesbah-Yazdi, nicknamed the "crocodile", leader of the fervent, apocalypse preaching Hojatieh 12th Imam followers and Ahmadi-Nejad's mentor, promptly issued a "fatwah" to reverse the vote count results and accord Moussavi's votes to Ahmadi-Nejad and vice versa. A fatwah is a must be obeyed religious decree for devout Moslems. b) Former Tehran mayor Karbassi, head of the Election Committee was quickly arrested. 3. Former Reformist President Khatami's brother, Seyed Mohammad, was also arrested though his more prominent brother is still said to be at liberty. 4. For now reports of 'ayatollah' Mehdi Kahrubi, himself a candidate, having been arrested appear to be unfounded. 5. All reformist newspapers have been invaded and taken over by enforcement agents. Dozens of journalists at those locations have been arrested though Moussavi's Ghalam (pen) reportedly has restarted publishing. Though Kahroubi's "Etemad Melli" (National Confidence) remains shuttered. 6. Various members of the 2nd Khordad Reformist group all around the country have been rounded up and arrested as have a multitude of Student leaders, who have risen in opposition to the Mullah regime as a whole rather than for a specific presidential candidate, though they oppose Ahamdi-Nejad in particular. 7. Another arrested was MirHossein MirDamadi, another oppostion leader. Additionally, friends and family of the above have been gathered up and thrown into prisons around the country. Matters are still volatile and change all the time, so Kahrubi could now have been arrested. Perhaps when his statement of the the declared election results were a farce. During protest rioting in the streets, several law enforcement agents have been killed and a police station was seized by the rioters plus a still undefined number of protestors have died in the clashes. OTHER events: Throughout Saturday and Sunday riots continued and clashes occurred all over Tehran and in major cities like Tabriz, Mashhad, Shiraz and Isfahan. Tehran phones have been disconnected to prevent any concerted or unified action by the oppostion through this kind of communication and limiting all contact around the nation whether by landline or cell phone. Internet sites have been shut down or strongly filtered and foreign radio or TV has been hacked and infested with static noise to prevent broadcasts into Iran reacing listeners. Police in riot gear, Bassiji Suppression forces and plain clothes intelligence and suppression agents have clashed and wounded and killed protestors and several have been killed themselves. (see videos). In their frustration, protestors have ended up smashing bank fronts and windows of government buildings. On the other side of this coin, cars passing through areas where the suppression forces have been on scene have had their windows smashed in by the agents. A strike movement to close down government offices, specially the Ministry of Interior has a general blockade of the city by drivers filling up the streets with theri vehicles and then turning off their engines so that traffic grinds to a city wide halt. In Tehran a bus bringing in suppression forces and agents was set on fire and later exploded. When Bassiji street contrl agents arrived (khaki uniforms) on motorcycles to confront the demonstrators, some were put to flight and their orange colored motorcycles set on fire, adding to the smoke and flames. Shots were heard coming from the Fatemeh Square but at this report it was unclear if these were fired in the air or at the demonstrators. Another person of note who was arrested was Mahtasharipour of the Fighting Clerics Group which is an opposition movement. And as a finale, Jimmuh the idiot Carter, the source for all the misery in Iran, stated that it does not really matter who wins and becomes president since he is sure that the Supreme Leader will listen and take advice from the opposition. The target of Axelrod's churlish remarks was Carrie Prejean, the reigning Miss California. Weeks earlier, Prejean was victimized by a militant homosexual judge who was angry she did not enthusiastically endorse gay marriage in response to his "have-you-stopped-beating-your-wife?" question during the Miss USA competition. A Muslim shot two U.S. Army soldiers outside a Little Rock recruiting station killing one. Days later, the White House quietly faxed a subdued statement to a single Arkansas news outlet while Holder remained silent regarding the act of Islamic terrorism. This antagonistic attitude toward servicemen and women is not surprising. The federal bureaucracy is accepting comments – written only – that must be received by June 21 before its planned changes could become final, but Doug Ritter of KnifeRights.org, said the implications of the decision would be far-reaching, since many state and federal agencies depend on the agency's definitions to determine what is legal in the United States.

For a long time, those switchblades that have long stiletto blades that are spring-ejected powerfully from the side or end of the handle have been illegal in the United States, but now a review by the agency of its own approval in 2008 of a particular type of knife for import is raising serious alarms.

Ritter said the effect of the proposed change would be that the new design in knives, many of which contain a tiny spring to help the user pull open the blade and lock it into position, would be classified alongside those true weapons where the user just presses a button and the blade is ejected.

"They are saying that any knife that you can open quickly or any knife that you can open with one hand is therefore a switchblade," Ritter told WND.

On his organization's website there are suggested letters for consumers to reproduce and dispatch to both the Customs agency as well as their members of Congress over the issue.

Ritter suggested that up to 80 percent of the pocketknives sold in America today either are one-handed opening knives or so-called assisted opening knives – and they all suddenly would be classified as illegal switchblades.

The agency change came in a case involving a knife called the "VanHoy Assist," whose importers were represented in a request for affirmation of its legality by a San Francisco law firm.

Such determinations are not unusual since an importer does not want to have a shipment of products sitting on a ship waiting for unloading only to have a federal agent call them illegal.

The knives first were approved by the agency in 2008. But only a few weeks ago, Frederick McCray of the agency's Intellectual Property Rights and Restricted Merchandise Branch did a review.

"This is in reference to Headquarters Ruling Letter ('HQ') H032255, dated August 12, 2008, which concerned the admissibility of the 'VanHoy Assist,' a 'release-assisted' knife described below, pursuant to the Switchblade Knife Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1241, et seq. In the referenced ruling, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (hereinafter 'CBP') determined that the knives at issue were admissible into the United States pursuant to the Switchblade Knife Act.

We have reconsidered the rationale of, and the admissibility determination made in HQ H032255 and found both to be in error. For the reasons set forth below, we hereby revoke HQ H032255," the letter said.

That could mean headaches for the knife industry, Ritter said. "Customs," continued Ritter, "is the only place where the switchblade is interpreted in various rulings. Whenever a federal, state, or local jurisdiction is looking at what a switchblade is, whenever there's a court case or whatever … they will look to the feds."

He said the change came after the incoming administration of President Barack Obama reassigned some managers at the agency.

"What we do know is when the incoming administration reshuffled assignments at Customs, it moved the responsibility for knives and switchblades from one organization with Customs to a new organization," he said.

"That group has, as far we can tell, virtually no experiences, background or anything with knives."

Officials with Customs told WND that they do not comment on issues during an open comment period, such as going on for the regulation change right now. "We do not comment on pending proposals for changes in our rulings under 19 USC 1625. We are in the comment period and we will carefully weigh the comments that we receive before deciding whether to proceed to a final decision," the prepared statement e-mailed to WND said.

Ritter said the reason for the change isn't clear, "but certainly this administration is no friend to things like knives and guns," he said.

A successful campaign to change the definition would mean thousands would be out of work in the knife industry, and the impact would have far-reaching effects. For example, if someone would be caught with a newly-illegal "pocketknife," would the resulting charges be structured to allege that person was dangerous or had an illegal weapon, and how would that change the defendant's right to own a firearm, he wondered.

"If this law were to pass and you cross the state line with a folder (pocketknife) in your pocket, it would be a federal felony," he said.

In reality, pocketknives are tools, he said. "Certainly they can be used as a weapon." But so could a screw driver or other hand tools.

He said the proposal, which puts pocketknives in the classification of switchblades – described by a Senate committee as "almost exclusively the weapon of the thug and the delinquent" – isn't fair.

"There are 40 million people in America walking around with pocketknives in their pocket," he said.

Further, the majority of crimes committed with knives are done with the "lowly kitchen knife," he said.

According to Ritter's website, the proposed revocation of the approval for "assisted opening knives," would impact "most other pocketknives, even simple old-fashioned slip-joints."
