While cynics jest Obama had a remote control for a teleprompter surgically inserted into his head or a receiver to hear orders from his masters, others speculate more seriously that he was bled under Moslem custom as a child.
However, the scar looks much more like a residue of a blow or more likely two blows to the head by a narrowish, thick edged metal object. Something like a tire iron, though a sickle shaped scar is what it seems to have been left behind.
Or surgical removal of a large external tumor at the crown of the head with further removal of a long root from which it grew.
