SCOTUS DECISION OF MONDAY ON OBAMA BC

SCOTUS MONDAY OBAMA DECISION STATUS FROM PHIL BERG'S OFFICE Here is a very brief explanation of what today's ruling means to us... What today's ruling means is that WE'RE STILL ALIVE in the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals. Phil filed a Petition for Writ of Cert BEFORE JUDGEMENT (in the 3rd Circuit) with SCOTUS. They denied the petition for Writ before judgement under Rule 11 because the case before the 3rd Circuit is still pending and there is still a legal remedy available to our case in the lower courts. If this case is denied at the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals THEN Phil can once again go back to SCOTUS for remedy. The SCOTUS may yet grant the motion for emergency injunction against counting the votes for Soetoro/Obama - in effect preventing the Inauguration on the 20th. As I understand it then Biden would serve until this is resolved in some fashion. And Roberts COULD REFUSE to swear in Soetoro/Obama if this isn't resolved. If it comes to that then Roberts could state that Barry needs to cough up the documents proving he is eligible or he won't be sworn in. We just don't know what might happen next. In the meantime Bill Anderson's motion for "permission" to file his case as a friend of the court was granted. Anderson is an Electoral Voter from Arizona. WE ARE NOT DEAD YET!!! AND OBAMA'S PRESIDENCY BID MAY BE. IN FACT: Here's the LAST paragraph of Anderson's amicus: § 16-3503. Refusal of Attorney General or UnitedStates attorney to act; procedure. If the Attorney General or United States attorneyrefuses to institute a quo warranto proceeding on therequest of a person interested, the interested personmay apply to the court by certified petition for leaveto have the writ issued. When, in the opinion of thecourt, the reasons set forth in the petition are sufficient in law, the writ shall be allowed to be issued by any attorney, in the name of the United States, on the relation of the interested person on his compliancewith the condition prescribed by section 16-3502 as tosecurity for costs. Obama would be be ordered by the SCOTUS to produce his qualification to the US Attorney General or they would grant Anderson's request for a halt to the inauguration. AND Berg's Petition was denied, true. But the case is still open, to be listened to in Conference on Jan. 16. Obviously, the SCOTUS doesn't like Berg's other writs; SCOTUS denied his first writ to stop the election, and his second to stop the Electoral College vote, probably because of Constitutional standing among other things. Furthermore, Arizona, from where the amicus is filing, is unique in its election laws: Within the job description and state statutes, there's a step that is required after the Secretary of State has certified the candidates and formatted the ballots. Once this step is complete, the ballot is transmitted to the Attorney General of Arizona, Solicitor General, TO BE CHECKED FOR IT’S LEGALITY. THIS is the authority that allows and forces a sworn duty to perform the real investigation into the legality of candidates and referendums. Bill Anderson, being an Elector with his vote now counted by the US Senate, operating under Arizona state law, can compel the Solicitor General to make the required investigation to insure the legality of the candidates and ballot, INCLUDING THE SUBPOENA OF A BIRTH CERTIFICATE THROUGH THE THIRD CIRCUIT COURT! This is why the SCOTUS is "kicking it down to the lower court." In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if the Arizona AG is not already coordinating with the US AG to pull Hawaii BC records at this moment! The words "The motion of Bill Anderson for leave to file a brief as amicus curiae is granted" make more sense in this context! Berg's same docket (#08-570) is being heard again on Friday, if you're losing track of the cases... It almost explains Cheney’s tersely-scripted remarks after the votes were officially counted on Jan. 8 in the Senate, and that canary-eating feline grin of his as he dissolved the special Senate committee. The Queen and I --- selected for competition Real ReelIt recently announced that Nahid Persson Sarvestani new documentary The Queen and I, about Farah Diba, has been selected to compete in January's Sundance Film festival. This marks the first time ever that a Swedish documentary is in competition at Sundance. Representatives for the festival ploughed their way through 1,623 documentaries from around the world, selecting 16 for the World Cinema section and 15 for the American section. "It's fantastic, Sundance is so big. I recently presented the film at IDFA in Amsterdam and was totally bowled over by the reception. The film screened six times to completely full houses," says Nahid Persson Sarvestani. "And since the Sundance announcement I've had emails from several major companies wanting to distribute the film. That's very cool indeed! "Two years ago Nahid Persson Sarvestani travelled to Iran to finish off her film "Four Wives – One Man", which went on cinema release last year. As soon as she landed at Teheran Airport she was arrested and subjected to intense interrogation, culminating in her being forced to sign a declaration that she would make no more films about Iran. And it was during these interrogations that she got the idea for her latest film. Going back thirty years, Nahid took part in the revolution which ousted the Shah and brought down the monarchy in Iran. Yet she has always been fascinated by the Shah's wife, Farah Diba. And it is to this seemingly unlikely subject that she has turned so many years after the revolution and the betrayal she felt at being forced into exile, a fate she shares in common with the former queen. During the two years of filming her former adversary, there were many moments of disagreement, but also of surprise and revelation. PERSIAN FARSI TEXT شورشی و شهبانو - فیلمی با شرکت فرح پهلوی فرح پهلوی در فیلم مستند یک کارگردان کمونیست شرکت کرده است. روزنامه بریتانیایی ایندیپندنت در شماره روز جمعه، 9 ژانویه گزارشی در مورد ساخت یک فیلم مستند در باره زندگی فرح پهلوی، همسر شاه سابق ایران، چاپ کرده است. در این گزارش که با عنوان "شورشی و شهبانو" و به قلم جفری مک ناب انتشار یافته، آمده است که فرح پهلوی، ممکن است به شکلی دور از انتظار یکی از ستارگان فستیوال فیلم ساندنس باشدکه در ماه ژانویه در آمریکا برگزار می شود. در این گزارش آمده است که فرح پهلوی پس از اصرار زیاد، با درخواست های مکرر این روزنامه برای گفتگو پیرامون فیلم مستندی در باره خود موافقت کرده است. گفتگو ی بهمن دارالشفاهی با ناهید پرسون کارگردان فیلم "ملکه و من" این فیلم به کارگردانی ناهید پرسون تهیه شده که از کمونیست های سابق ایران است که در سال های نو جوانی خود برای سرنگونی حکومت شاه مبارزه می کرد. ایندپندنت می نویسد که قاعدتا باید انتظار داشت این دو زن - یعنی همسر یک پادشاه سابق و یک انقلابی سابق - از یکدیگر متنفر باشند اما در واقع، این دو وقتی با یکدیگر روبرو شدند دریافتند که وجوه مشترک آنان به مراتب بیش از آن است که تصور می کردند. هر دو زن مادر هستند، در تبعید (شهبانو فرح در پاریس و پرسون در سوئد) زندگی می کنند، زنانی مصیبت دیده اند (برادر نوجوان پرسون در روزهای اول برقراری حکومت اسلامی در ایران اعدام شد)، هر دو دلتنگ سرزمینی هستند که ترک گفته اند و از شرایط جامعه ایران تحت حکومت محمود احمدی نژاد، سی سال پس از انقلاب و جمهوری اسلامی، احساس یاس می کنند. فرح پهلوی در مصاحبه با گزارشگر ایندیپندنت گفته است که "ناهید پرسون یک ایرانی و یک زن است و اگرچه می دانستم که دیدگاه سیاسی او با من تفاوت دارد، فکر کردم که لازم است در مقطعی با یکدیگر گفتگو کنیم و اختلاف و تلخکامی خود را برای ابد نگاه نداریم و به همین دلیل بود که دعوت او برای شرکت در این فیلم را پذیرفتم." ایندپندنت می نویسد که فرح پهلوی در سال 1979 همراه با همسرش از ایران خارج شد و برای بسیاری از مخالفان حکومت سلطنتی سابق، نماد رژیمی متهم به نقض حقوق بشر و سرکوب آزادی بیان است در حالیکه برای هوادارانش، حلقه ارتباط با نظامی محسوب می شود که امید دارند بار دیگر به ایران بازگردد. به نوشته این روزنامه، در بخش هایی از فیلم، کارگردان از فرح پهلوی تصویری شبیه به یک نوعی ماری آنتوانت معاصر ترسیم می کند و عکس ها و فیلم های مربوط به تاجگذاری را در کنار فیلم های خبری راجع به تبعید اجباری به خارج و تظاهرات خیابانی و به آتش کشیدن تصاویر ملکه سابق ایران قرار می دهد تا به این ترتیب، تغییرات شگفت در زندگی ستاره فیلم را به تصویر بکشد. در ادامه این مطلب آمده است که فرح پهلوی می دانست که به محض موافقت با شرکت در فیلم ناهید پرسون، قادر نخواهد بود چگونگی ارائه تصویری را که از او ساخته می شود کنترل کند و خود او می گوید که کارگردان دوربین و اختیار تدوین فیلم را در دست داشت. تردید اولیه و علاقه متقابل به نوشته ایندیپندنت، فرح پهلوی حتی پس از آغاز فیلمبرداری هم تردیدهایی داشت و در طول این فیلم، گاه به نظر می رسد که مایل است کار را قطع کند و خود در این مورد می گوید "پس از همه این سال ها و فراز و نشیب های زندگی و مصاحبه هایی که داشته ام، بازهم کاملا نسبت به نتیجه فیلم مطمئن نبودم و همانطور که در فیلم هم دیدید، در یک مرحله خسته شده بودم و اطمنیان نداشتم که کار درستی کرده ام اما بعد تصمیم گرفتم به کار ادامه دهم زیرا، در نهایت، من برای بیست سال ملکه کشورم بودم و هرچند سی سال را در خارج زندگی کرده ام، هنوز هم احساسم برای کشورم برجاست." فرح پهلوی می دانست که ناهید پرسون به شدت با رژیم شاه مخالف بود اما می گوید که کارگردان در زمان انقلاب تنها یک نوجوان بود و می افزاید که پرسون "از یک خانواده بسیار فقیر است و جوانان در آن سن و سال، معتقد بودند که کمونیسم به آنان خوشبختی و برابری می دهد و به همین دلیل من هنوز هم نسبت به جوانان در ایران احساس همدردی می کنم." ایندیپندنت می افزاید که فرح پهلوی همچنان به خاطره همسرش وفادار است و در نظر ندارد برای آنچه که برخی زیاده روی های رژیم شاه دانسته اند عذرخواهی کند اما در این فیلم، ناهید پرسون مردی را نشان می دهد که در زندان های زمان شاه شکنجه شده بود و می گوید "اگر کسانی که فریاد زنده باد فرح سر داده اند واقعیت را بدانند، چنین شعاری نخواهند داد." کارگردان فیلم همچنین مصاحبه مطبوعاتی ملکه سابق ایران در برلین را در فیلم گنجانده است که می پذیرد که در زمان شاه، در ایران فقر وجود داشت و می گوید که "زندگی در ایران آن زمان بی عیب و نقص نبود" اما هم او و هم کارگردان تایید می کنند که نقض حقوق بشر در ایران امروز به مراتب بدتر از زمان شاه است. نویسنده گزارش ایندیپندنت می نویسد که آنچه که فیلم "ملکه و من" را به اثری تاثیر گذار تبدیل می کند دوستی غیر متعارفی است که در جریان ساخت آن، بین این دو زن فیلم شکل می گیرد، و هرچند فیلم ساز نگران آن بود که تحت تاثیر حسن سلوک فرح پهلوی قرار گیرد و در مقابل، فرح پهلوی نیز می دانست که این فیلم به سادگی می توانست به یک وسیله تخریبی مبدل شود، اما هر دو نفر بر سوء ظن متقابل خود غلبه می کنند و هنگامی که رو در رو قرار می گیرند، نمی توانند از احساس علاقه متقابل بگریزند. پرسون در جریان ساخت فیلم دریافت که فرح پهلوی از آثار قبلی او (از جمله مستندهایی مانند "خودفروشی در پشت حجاب" و "یک مرد - Another misconception is created when we see six-foot plus tall Charlton Heston descend from the mountain in the movie Moses with the 10 Commandments. Tall, blond, handsome, right? Well the human race in those days were anthropologically about four feet tall on average, very HAIRY and to some degree resembled a slightly larger chimpanzee. Take old Elizabethan era houses in England as an indicator. The doorways are too low for most of us to enter easily, even the shorter ones. One reason was to keep as much heat in as possible, the other, they did not need to make them higher. THEY, only our feet tall, came and went easily. BTW a stranger who was FIVE FEET tall would be considered a GIANT and feared to the extent of being driven away from a village with stones being thrown to speed his departure. They were totally illiterate and spent all of their lives (except some nomadic tribes such as the Bakhtiari or Qashghai etc., in Iran for example) within a ten mile radius of the village where they were born. (It is interesting that Americans as a whole live and die within a 25-mile radius of where they were born, though they have access to TV and radio and learn a tiny bit about other places and occasionally travel for short trips elsewhere). The ONLY information on ANYTHING outside their village came from travelling troubadours (entertainers) or friars (similar to akhund), who lived off the people and if lucky would be the guests of the village leader (kadkhoda) and get some food and alms (money). The Kings, Princes and nobility of this era (even some 200 years AFTER Mohammad) fought wars and their armies would bring back knowledge of foreign customs etc. – plus they had a handful of literate persons, usually clerics or necromancers but overall the populace were ignorant to the Nth degree. That "ignorance and illiteracy" includes Mohammad and his Arabs and FYI "Allah' was a statue of a Moon God/goddess in Medina and the only one Mohammad did not destroy as the locals worshipped this one above others. NOTE the Koran only mentions animals that Mohammad had seen and none beyond that. If, as fervent Mullahs insist, everything that exists is ALL written in the Koran, and anything outside that is anti-Islam and to be ignored and avoided, then, by this definition, all scientific discoveries, flying to the moon and progress of mankind is anti-Islamic and blasphemous. Yes, the Israelis have declared war and are killing people in Gaza, which happens in war, but what would you do if you lived in Manhattan, New York and for the past year you had some 6,000 rockets fired at you from New Jersey? You never had a sure moment of safety FOR YEARS, never knew if an indiscriminate, un-aimed, random rocket would kill the civilian you, your family or a child? How long would it be before you got your neighbors together and drove to New Jersey and put a stop to it if law enforcement failed to do it? REASONS WHY OBAMA WILL NEITHER PUBLICLY SPEAK ABOUT WHERE HE WAS BORN NOR PRODUCE HIS ORIGINAL BC

Alan note: On January 8th the Electoral Votes will be certified by Congress at which time EVERY citizen of the USA will have standing to sue Obama and demand he produce documentation to PROVE he is eligible to be President.

SCOTUS (Supreme Court) has a hearing scheduled on the 9th to review a law suit up before them. If Obama refuses to comply by providing documentation they decide (if they decide) to require, then at a hearing on January 16th they can review another case and declare (if they so wish) the Electoral Vote (retroactively) nullified.

Will SCOTUS have the courage to defend the Constitution as is their role? And risk race riots verging on civil war? Or will they fold and throw our Constitution under Obama's bus.

We know why Obama is not speaking of his BC, what we all want to know is “What are the reasons why SCOTUS, SENATE, AND THE HOUSE will not force him to play his hand and release his real original birth certificate.”

They have the power, what are the actual reasons for not making sure he is a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN. IT’S THE LAW.

Jetxnet posits the following: There appears to be an unprecedented level of collusion between numerous political power brokers on both sides of the political divide, elected and appointed officials on both the federal and state levels, as well as members of the corporate media.

It is interesting if not alarming to take a few steps back in an effort to gain a wider perspective, and finding unusual alliances and political 'bed partners' among various members this group.... Some events... have taken place within the past several years ... that have effectively changed or otherwise had a direct impact on the social and geopolitical landscape of America and its power structure.

A few examples include such things as NAFTA (North America Free Trade Agreement), the SPP (Security and Prosperity Partnership) treaty, border and immigration issues, the PATRIOT Act, the Global Poverty Act of 2007, the management of the oil "crisis," the most recent economic crisis and the remedies enacted, and the recent G-20 economic summit, where President Bush essentially provided economic oversight of U.S. economic institutions to the European Union.

The goal is the North American Union (NAU) by 2010, thus selling out America as we know it.

The NAU is just part of this global geopolitical agenda. The other part, of course, would be to have the other continents condense into Unions, such as Africa, South America, and the Middle East.

Obama is their pick. They believe because of his Arabic name and the color of his skin, he will be able to draw Africa and the Middle East (ME) under Western elitist influence. They surmise this is imperative as both the ME and Africa are engaging China more-so than the West.

Furthermore, Africa and the ME, when combined, account for 2/3 of the world’s energy resources.

The quest for a Middle Eastern and African Union is at the top of the list, and they believe Obama is the best choice to make that happen.

A lot of this information is layed out by the founder of the Council of Foreign Relations and a top foreign policy advisor to Obama - Zbigniew Brzezinski.

In his book, The Grand Chessboard, Zbigniew states that is imperative to get control of the Middle East and Africa in order to achieve a one-world Western, yet Marxist, dominated government.

His logic is based on the fact that by securing Africa and the ME, Russia and China would have no choice but to go along with the West in terms of facilitating this one world government owned and operated by the Western Elite.

Statements have been made in the public domain that if Obama was not born in Hawaii but rather in Kenya, that he actually committed a crime involving fraud.

That leads me to think that if that were true, then Obama has a Constitutional and state common law right to avoid further self-incrimination and to remain silent.

That could explain why he has neither talked publicly nor wants to talk in any court of law about where he was born.

But his right to remain silent would not extend to withholding his original Certificate of Live Birth.

Disclosure of documents is not testimonial (coming from a person's mouth) and his 5th Amendment and state common law right to remain silent and to not incriminate himself would not prevent such disclosure. This leads me to the main point.

Obama at present finds himself in a trilemma:

(1) Does he state publicly that he was born in Hawaii if he knows he was not and thereby "perjure" himself in the court of public opinion should the truth be eventually discovered? If he so swore under oath before Congress or any court of law, it would be actual perjury.

(2) Will he produce his original birth certificate which may show and will he tell the public the truth that he was not born in Hawaii but rather Kenya and thereby betray his natural instinct of self-preservation and his life-long ambition to be President of the United States? or

(3) Does he remain silent as to where he was born and continue to refuse to release his original birth certificate and thereby earn the contempt of those in the public who believe that he has not convincingly proven that he is a "natural born Citizen" and eligible to be President? I submit that Obama has made the third choice.

The consequences for Obama are the least drastic and he gains the most benefits under the choice involving remaining silent and not producing his original birth certificate which is exactly what he has done to date.

There are at least two reasons for this:

(1) To date, no court of law has been willing to accept any case challenging his "natural born Citizen" status. The courts have dismissed law suits against him for reasons of jurisdiction, standing, political question, justiciability, and for reasons unknown.

These procedural obstacles have allowed him to escape having to defend the underlying merits of the claims against him which would necessarily involve his having to make declarations under oath as part of legal discovery and before the court itself in case of a trial.

He will simply continue to pursue this procedural strategy, as being so successful will allow him to maintain his silence and not produce his original birth certificate with the cost to him personally of only having to pay his team of lawyers.

This strategy explains why he is willing to spend enormous amounts of his own money and resources for his legal defense (maybe not even his own money if he can make a case that he can use his campaign contributions to meet the costs involved) and cause private individual plaintiffs and public institutions (courts and public entity defendants) to spend theirs with no end in sight.

This strategy also provides great impetus to the sales of his past and future books, thereby further filling up his coffers.

This strategy also explains why he is not willing to simply spend less than $100.00 and produce his original birth certificate for the benefit of those Americans who want to see it.

Lastly, this strategy provides an answer to the question of, assuming that Obama in the end simply produces his original birth certificate which shows he was born in Hawaii, why would Obama risk the public then perceiving him as one who played a dirty little game for the sake of aggrandizing his own image and increasing his profits.

(2) Obama wants

(i) people who simply voted for him,

(ii) people who are apathetic to the eligibility issue or because of ignorance, fear, or self-ambition refuse to address it; and

(iii) people who in good faith believe he is eligible to be President (these categories may overlap), to believe that all the law suits and internet chatter questioning eligibility to be President is political sour grapes, racism, or "tinfoil hat" conspiracy nonsense.

These "explanations" for this outcry against him provide great camouflage for his silence and refusal to release his original birth certificate.

This strategy limits any contempt backlash to only those who oppose him on the eligibility issue and to no one else, thereby greatly reducing the price associated with the public contempt component.

The benefits Obama gains from stone-walling compared to the price he has to pay for complete disclosure makes the choice to refuse to speak about where he was born and to produce his original birth certificate most attractive for Obama.

The stakes are high in this game for the Office of President.

Obama has shown that he has the arrogance and audacity to play the game any which way he wants, simply to win that Office and greatly profit thereby.

The question for many concerned Americans who doubt whether he is eligible to be President is what they can do to get the nation’s political, legal, and social institutions to adequately and honestly investigate and decide whether he is indeed qualified to be President.

Obama’s strategy is now preventing these Americans from learning the truth about whether he is eligible to be President. The ball is in the court of those who challenge Him.

HOW DEMOCRATS SPIN FACTS TO HIDE REALITY

Judy Wallman, a professional genealogy researcher in southern California, was doing some personal work on her own family tree. She discovered that Harry Reid's great-great uncle, Remus Reid, was hanged for horse stealing and train robbery in Montana in 1889. Both Judy and Harry Reid share this common ancestor. The only known photograph of Remus shows him standing on the gallows in Montana territory. On the back of the picture Judy obtained during her research is this inscription:

'Remus Reid, horse thief, sent to Montana Territorial Prison 1885, escaped 1887, robbed the Montana Flyer six times. Caught by Pinkerton detectives, convicted and hanged in 1889.'

So Judy e-mailed Senator Harry Reid for information about their great-great uncle.

Believe it or not, Harry Reid's staff sent back the following biographical sketch for her genealogy research, DESCRIBING THE UNCLE'S ABOVE EVENTS: 'Remus Reid was a famous cowboy in the Montana Territory. His business empire grew to include acquisition of valuable equestrian assets and intimate dealings with the Montana railroad. Beginning in 1883, he devoted several years of his life to government service, finally taking leave to resume his dealings with the railroad. In 1887, he was a key player in a vital investigation run by the renowned Pinkerton Detective Agency. In 1889, Remus passed away during an important civic function held in his honor when the platform upon which he was standing collapsed.' Try to top that for Spin!

7. Seems an Arkansas guy wanted some beer pretty badly. He decided that he'd just throw a cinder block through a liquor store window, grab some booze, and run. The liquor store window was made of Plexiglas. The whole event was caught on videotape.

8. As a female shopper exited a New York convenience store, a man grabbed her purse and ran. The clerk called 911 immediately, and the woman was able to give them a detailed description of the snatcher. Within minutes, the police apprehended the snatcher. They put him in the car and drove back to the store. The thief was then taken out of the car and told to stand there for a positive ID. To which he replied, 'Yes, officer, that's her. that's the lady I stole the purse from.'

9. The Ann Arbour News crime column reported that a man walked into a Burger King in Ypsilanti , Michigan , at 5 A.M., flashed a gun, and demanded cash. The clerk turned him down because he said he couldn't open the cash register without a food order. When the man ordered onion rings, the clerk said they weren't available for breakfast. 10. When a man attempted to siphon gasoline from a motor home parked on a Seattle street, he got much more than he bargained for.

Police arrived at the scene to find a very sick man curled up next to a motor home near spilled sewage.

A police spokesman said that the man admitted to trying to steal gasoline and plugged his siphon hose into the motor home's sewage tank by mistake.

The owner of the vehicle declined to press charges saying that it was the best laugh he'd ever had.

Gaza rockets put Israel’s nuclear plant in battle zone Growing concern over Hamas’s new arsenal James Hider in Beersheba There were growing fears in Israel last night that Hamas missiles could threaten its top-secret nuclear facility at Dimona. Rocket attacks from Gaza have forced Israelis to flee in ever greater numbers and military chiefs have been shaken by the size and sophistication of the militant group’s arsenal. In Beersheba, until a few days ago a sleepy desert town in southern Israel, there is little sign of the 186,000 inhabitants. Schools are closed and the streets of shuttered shops echo with the howl of sirens warning of incoming rockets. Israeli planes, meanwhile, began a new stage yesterday in their offensive on Gaza, killing Nizar Rayyan, a senior Hamas official. The one-tonne bomb in Jabaliya is also understood to have killed two of his four wives and four of his twelve children. More than 400 Palestinians have been killed in the six days of Israeli attacks. Despite a diplomatic mission by Tzipi Livni, the Israeli Foreign Minister, to Paris, the Israeli army continued to muster thousands of troops and scores of tanks along Gaza’s border for a possible ground offensive. Israel’s airstrikes are designed to blunt Hamas’s capacity to fire its new Grad missiles deep into its territory. The weapons are smuggled in through tunnels and by sea, replacing homemade Qassam rockets. Israeli officials say that Hamas has also acquired dozens of Iranian-made Fajr-3 missiles with an even longer range. Many fear that as the group acquires ever more sophisticated weaponry it is only a matter of time before the nuclear installation at Dimona, 20 miles east of Beersheba, falls within its sights. Dimona houses Israel’s only nuclear reactor and is believed to be where nuclear warheads are stored.
