OBAMA FULLY SUPPORTS BUILDING OF 9/11 MOSQUE

After openly stated full support and backing for the 9/11 "Ground Zero" mosque project, our undeniably Moslem occupant of the White House had to backtrack and  try to defend his Islam Supremacist  pronouncement by referring his statement to the meaning of the Constitutional right to build it but not that it should be built.

Also trying to evade and hide the fact that as per Oba-Hussein's instructions the State Department is financing a trip throughout the Middle East for this terrorist approving Imam to facilitate obtaining funding from those countries for this despicable project. Trying  to make up a current shortfall of some $100 million! Nor does he own all the land they need for the project!

Taxpayer funds are being used here to promote Oba-Hussein's Islamic upbringing and predelictions, which like so many of his policies are AGAINST the will of the majority (70%) of "we the people".

And, as in the past, misuses our dollars to promote his personal political preferences (Islamic-Marxist supremacy!) to where he is not "president" of all the people but of his priviliged sectors like socialists and Islamists and weird radicals or American terrorists like Ayers.

However, while side stepping the main problem of this Imam's claim to bridging the gap of America by angering some 70% of Americans who find it very bad taste to build an Islamic  VICTORY symbol - as is the Moslem custom for centuries - and which the name Cordoba House (Google Cordoba for details) openly represents historically, Oba-Abdullah-Hussein our Moslem in Chief failed to DISCOURAGE this insult to our nation's families who lost their loved ones.

Three people among the invited company in which President Obama chose to make his announcement in support the Ground Zero mosque:



Ingrid Mattson, the head of a Muslim Brotherhood satellite organization, the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), that was identified by the Justice Department as an unindicted coconspirator in a terrorism financing case (and was proved, in fact, to have sent money to Hamas);


Salam al-Marayati, a self-described supporter of Hezbollah (and one Steve Emerson aptly describes as an anti-anti-terrorist); and


Dalia Mogahed, an apologist for sharia’s subjugation of women who has embraced ISNA, CAIR and other Islamist groups in her role as an Obama appointee to the President’s Council on Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships.


The president has long been governing against the will of the American people.

It’s good to see, concretely, whose will his governance favors. Given the choice between the 9/11 Families for a Safe & Strong America and ISNA, Obama chooses ISNA.

WASHINGTON - Elias Abuelazam, the former Israeli suspected in five murders and 13 stabbing attacks in three states in the US, agreed to be extradited from Georgia to the state of Michigan, where he is charged with one murder and suspected of four others.


The 33-year-old Abuelazam appeared in the Atlanta courtroom for the first time since he was arrested on board a Delta flight to Tel Aviv.

Abuelazam's killing spree allegedly began on May 24, and ended on August 7. In Michigan, he is suspected of 14 stabbing incidents including the murder of David Motley on May 24, Emmanuel Dent on June 21, Darwin Marshall on July 26, Frank Kellybrew on July 30 and Arnold Minor on August 7.

'Serial killer' not linked to terrorism / Yitzhak Benhorin

Palestinian-Arab Israeli Elias Abuelazam caught after anonymous caller, identifying him as 'Elijah', tells police he did not show up for work at liquor store


He is also suspected of three stabbings in the town of Leesburg, Virginia and another attack in Toledo, Ohio. At least 16 of his victims were African-American.


The suspect entered the courtroom in handcuffs and without an attorney. He seemed flustered and did not understand the meaning of the extradition order.


Abuelazam initially said he would rather remain in Georgia, but when Justice Richard Hicks explained to him his rights and clarified that he would eventually be extradited at the end of a 90 day period, Abuelazam waived his right to require the governor of Michigan to send an extradition order to Atlanta.


"It sounds more logical to go right now than to wait three months," Abuelazam told the judge.


It should be noted that the suspect's attorney only arrived in Atlanta after the hearing, and he may request another hearing.


The state of Michigan does not have the death penalty, meaning it would be in Abuelazam's favor to be extradited there. However, if turns out he was behind a murder in the State of Virginia, where the death penalty exists, the prosecution may wish to try him there. Virginia police are looking into Abuelazam's possible involvement in the murder of a citizen by the name of Jamie Lynn inside the state's boundaries about a year-and-a-half ago.


Meanwhile, a police investigation revealed that a line of failures prevented Abuelazam from being arrested sooner. For example, Virginia police found a knife and hammer in Abuelazam's car during a routine traffic stop last week. The vehicle was confiscated, but Abuelazam was released.


When he returned to collect his vehicle in Arlington, he was not arrested because his sketch had not been distributed. Since the day, Abuelazam allegedly managed to attack three more people and commit his last murder.

Sorry, Mr. Obama, but there were no Muslims among the passengers on the Mayflower or the settlers at Jamestown. Muslims were conspicuously absent from the ranks of George Washington’s Army of the Revolution and played no role in the creation of the American republic - - save for the fact that the new country’s first declaration of war was against the forces of Islam in the form of the Barbary pirates.1

Despite popular folklore, few Muslims numbered among the 12 million black Africans who were shipped to the New World from the 17th to 19th centuries. The Muslims, in fact, were not the slaves but the slave traders. Senegalese educator Amadou-Mahtar M’Bow has written that in 1587 a shipload of Moriscos (Spanish Moors) landed in a coastal area of South Carolina. The Moors, he contends, migrated to the mountains of eastern Tennessee and western North Carolina where they established colonies.2

In reality, this is pure speculation. There is not a scintilla of archival or archaeological evidence to support this claim.

This is not to say that no Muslim slaves were transported to the colonies. Two such slaves - - Ayuiba Suleiman Diallo and Omar ibn Said - - were brought to America in 1731 but both were returned to Africa in 1734.3 In a Herculean effort to materialize at least one Muslim living in America before the Civil War, Muslims in America, an Islamic website, points to the name of Mahomet, the great grandson of Uncas, the founder of the Mohegan tribe, on a gravestone in Norwich, Connecticut.4 The name of this Native America, they argue, resembles that of the prophet, and, therefore, he must have been a convert to Islam.

In a similar example of straining at gnats, the compilers of The Collections and Stories of American Muslims, a non-profit organization, claim that Peter Salem, a former slave who fought at the Battle of Bunker Hill, must have been a Muslim since “Salem” bears an etymological resemblance to “Salaam,” the Arabic word for peace.5

For additional proof, the compilers turn to folklore, such as the story of Old Tom, a slave at a plantation in Georgia, who allegedly uttered, “Allah is God and Mohammed his Prophet” on his death-bed - - and the apocryphal tale of “Old Lizzy,” a slave from Edgefield County, who reportedly said, “Christ built His first church in Mecca.”6

Surprisingly, there is no record of any Islamic American among the enlisted and conscripted forces of World War I, let alone among the blue and grey armies of the Civil War. The great migrations that lasted from 1865 to 1925 brought 35,000,000 people to the New World: 4,500,000 from Ireland, 4,000,000 from Great Britain, 6,000,000 from central Europe, 2,000,000 from the Scandinavian countries, 5,000,000 from Italy, 8,000,000 from Eastern Europe, and 3,000,000 from the Balkans. But the number of Muslims who came here from the Middle East was statistically nil.7

In 1960, aside from the temples of the Nation of Islam, the only mosques in the United States were in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Dearborn, Michigan, and Washington DC (which opened in 1957) - - and all three professed less than 200 active members. Four other cities contained miniature mosques with less than fifty members.8

Thomas Jefferson did possess a copy of the Koran which Keith Ellison, America’s first Muslim Congressman, used to make his oath of office.

But what was Jefferson opinion of Islam? Did he believe the Muslim religion represented a salubrious influence in world affairs? Far from it. In 1786 Thomas Jefferson, then US ambassador to France, and John Adams, then US Ambassador to Britain, met in London with Sidi Haji Abdul Rahman Adja, the Dey’s ambassador to Britain, in an attempt to negotiate a peace treaty with the Barbary Pirates based on Congress’ vote of funding. To the US Congress these two future Presidents later reported the reasons for the Muslims’ hostility towards America, a nation with which they had no previous contacts.

”...that it was founded on the Laws of their Prophet, that it was written in their Koran, that all nations who should not have acknowledged their authority were sinners, that it was their right and duty to make war upon them wherever they could be found, and to make slaves of all they could take as Prisoners, and that every Musselman (Muslim) who should be slain in Battle was sure to go to Paradise.”

Jefferson had it right.

Mr. Obama has it wrong.

STOP THE OVERT "STEALTH" JIHAD IN THE USA

It's only stealthy because we are too naive, too politically correct and too ignorant of the real ideology of this bellicose, despotic socio-political movement that hides under the guise of being a religion, which historically kills, rapes and has one aim - TO CREATE A GLOBAL CALIPHATE which then  rules the world, using "sharia" (Islamic religious law) to govern everyone and where being a non-Moslem makes you a second class being, who has to pay the ruling Islamic administration a special "permission to live" tax without which non-Moslems are NOT ALLOWED to exist (stay alive).

While there are millions and millions of wonderful peaceful Moslems, Islam itself is NOT a religion of peace, nor preaches peace, but rather of human body pieces, many of which are cut off as punishment for infractions of Islamic tenets. Often after the victim, specially a woman, has been mercilessly whipped often nearly to death.

Recently a pregnant woman in Afghanistan, accused of adultery (though her husband had long been dead) was condemned according to sharia law to  receiving 200 lashes. No! That horror was not all, She was then shot in the chest and head to complete the religious court's verdict. (Probably happy to die by that point in time).

This barbaric behavior, similar to some Biblical Old Testament edicts from a savage, uncivilized 2,000+ years ago, SHALL appear in a neighborhood near you, probably within your lifetime as Sharia Law gets introduced and even now promoted by our VERY Moslem Oba-Abdullah-Hussein-SOEBARKAH (his new family name which appeared on his mother's passport application ) usurper of the White House.

The seeds of this relentless Jihadi "cancer" have been introduced into the USA and in Londonistan, Eurabia have grown to alarming proportions where it is already killing parts of it's host bodies (European nations).

Again it is not Moslems but the fanatical jihadi leaders who are at fault but for non-Moslems the jihadis are the tail that wags the dog and brings oppression and death and mutilation under the guise of Islam. Even to other Moslems.

Take note that to force women to cover their faces, the Islamic regime in Iran has issued orders to their Morals Police and other Suppression Authorities to arrest and imprison women who have a sun-tanned face!

This is in a country where the sun shines strongly for much of the year and simply being outside the home in daily life leads to getting a tanned face!

Don't expect something less in your country or neighborhood once the cancer finds roots and spreads its deadly tentacles in our western nations.

Just a matter of time, folks, just a matter of time unless you get off your butts and examine, analyse and express your opinions on what is being force fed to us.

Under Obama, Moslems in the USA have become a privileged and protected upper-class above and beyond any Christian and granted a string of immunities from laws and regulations the rest of us are forced to follow.

For example, Moslems in Burkhas are not required to show their faces at airport check points - not even to women employees, who fear official reprimand or termination or being sued if they insist - even though it could be a male terrorist under that garb or fugitive from justice escaping our ability to capture them by using this disguise. (As is often tried by men in Afghanistan or Pakistan trying to escape arrest).

There goes her chance to replace her toxic husband on the November election trail to help endangered Democrats with very disenchanted voters.

With the pressure cooker dissatisfaction with Obama and his weird, mostly corrupt and certainly thuggish Chicago style administration members (and Congress), possibly about to boil over into the streets, how long does Military Court member Driscoll think he can cover up the truth by denying Lt. Federal District Judge David Carter did this nearly a year ago in a parallel case and lost/altered not only his "former" Marine status into an  EX-Marine in our minds (like Jack Murtha) for his actions but also betrayed our country with his bringing on board to his court an intern - a lawyer from the law firm representing Obama - to write his 30-page Motion to Dismiss response in favor of Obama.

A year later, does he still think he served the country well?

Are Marine colleagues in Afghanistan safer or better off in waging the war as per Obama's idiotic Rules of Engagement?

Are the 65 million Americans he ostensibly refused to "disenfrachise" (his excuse for NOT hearing the case on its MERITS) better off - OR HAS HE PLACED ALL OF US, OUR CHILDREN, their CHILDREN and those CHILDREN's children into financial slavery?

Do YOU, Judge Carter,  have the courage/guts/cojones to go back and pick the nation out of the dumpster into which you flung us?

Retrieve the cases brought to your Santa Ana court by Orly Taitz and others? Use existing exceptions to the District of Columbia jurisdiction to bring matters out into the open through Discovery?

To become a hero in the eyes of most of the 65 million you so misjudged and mislabeled, who are drowning in buyer's remorse?

I don't believe the Obama administration, within a few months,  will still be able to give you anything they promised nor carry out any threats they might have made.

Come on Judge, restore your formerly good name and reputation, which your timid caving last year destroyed in so many minds.

Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “Constitutional qualifications” to serve as President of the United States. The Policy of United States Attorney General Eric Holder not to prosecute “blacks” in voting rights cases should be no surprise as A.G. Holder has refused to prosecute Barack Hussein Obama in the False Claims Act [Qui Tam] case of Berg as Relator vs. Obama.

Berg said, “The United States Attorney General, Eric Holder, his offices and staff, including the Department of Justice have a clear Conflict-of-Interest in any type of prosecution against Obama.”

“This type of case is usually utilized in Medicaid and Medicare cases where fraud is alleged. In the case against Obama, I set forth that Obama is not “natural born” or “naturalized” but an “illegal alien” and therefore, his term as a United States Senator from Illinois was fraud and the salary and benefits Obama received must be returned to the United States Treasury, an amount in excess of One [$1] Million Dollars.

I base my claim on the fact that Obama was adopted/acknowledged by his step-father, Lolo Soetoro, in Indonesia and Obama’s legal name became “Barry Soetoro.”

At age ten [10] when he returned to Hawaii, I allege that he did not go through U.S. Immigration on a U.S. Passport, but did so on his Indonesia Passport, therefore, an “illegal alien.”

Also, I allege that “Barry Soetoro” [former Barrack Hussein Obama] has never legally changed his name and therefore, he has committed ongoing fraud by using Barrack Hussein Obama.

“The United States Attorney General, Eric Holder, reports directly to the alleged violator, Soetoro/Obama; gives opinions and legal advice to the alleged violator, Soetoro/Obama; was senior legal advisor to Barack Hussein Obama’s Presidential campaign; and served as one of three [3] members on Obama’s Vice-Presidential Selection Committee and thus a major Conflict-of-Interest existed and still exists with my, Berg’s, False Claim or Qui Tam Case.”

Berg’s False Claims Act [Qui Tam] Case was originally filed in the United States District Court, District of Columbia at the end of 2008.

The U.S. District Court Dismissed the Qui Tam Action and failed to respond to the issue of the Conflict-of- Interest. Berg Appealed to the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, who on June 30, 2010, upheld the District Court’s ruling and in so doing stated that Berg failed to demonstrate that the Department of Justice and the Attorney General, Eric Holder, have a Conflict-of-Interest.

This simply is not the case.

Government employees are required to comply with the Code of Federal Regulations, which clearly spell out the issue of Conflict-of-Interest.

Just to name a few, Eric Holder’s placement with Obama through Obama’s campaign are in violation of the Code of Federal Regulations; the fact Eric Holder reports directly to Obama, the violator, spells out a clear Conflict-of-Interest under the Code of Federal Regulations; the fact Eric Holder gives opinions and legal advice to the alleged violator, is a clear Conflict-of-Interest under the Code of Federal Regulations; the fact Eric Holder was the Senior Legal Advisor to Obama’s Presidential campaign violates the Code of Federal Regulations under Conflict-of-Interests; and the fact Eric Holder served as one of three [3] members on Obama’s Vice-Presidential Selection Committee are all clear Conflict-of-Interests in violation of the Code of Federal Regulations.

For this reason, Berg has filed a Petition for Rehearing En Banc with the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.

When a case is brought to the United States Appellate Court, the matter or a three-Judge panel hears matters complained of. When you request a rehearing En Banc, you are asking for the majority of active Circuit Judges to rehear the case En Banc.

Many Appellate Courts, who have a large number of Judges and a large caseload, will divide the Cases (Appeals) into divisions or panels for each case.

For example, three [3] judge panels usually hear United States Appeals Court cases. There are times however, at the request of the panel, or one of the litigants, the case is later reheard by the full court, or, En Banc. En Banc is a French word that means “the full Court”. When a Petition for a Rehearing En Banc is filed, the party filing the Petition is asking for the Full Court to rehear the matter complained of on Appeal.

Berg said, “If a Conflict-of-Interest does not exist in this case, Berg as Relator vs. Obama, then the words ‘Conflict-of-Interest’ must be removed from the Code of Federal Regulations and from all legal and other dictionaries.”

Berg concluded, “If we are denied a rehearing En Banc, then I will take this Case to the U.S. Supreme Court as the issues presented are far too important not to address.”

Knowing they are unlikely to be in office with a Democratic Senate and Congress to play with, they appear to be sucking out everything they can at our cost for their pleasure while they still can. Chicago street style.  She has already taken some SEVEN vacations just this summer!

Sacrifice is something that many Americans are becoming all too familiar with during this economic downturn. It was a key theme in President Obama's inaugural address to the nation, and he's referenced it numerous times when lecturing the country on how to get back on its feet.

But while most of the country is pinching pennies and downsizing summer sojourns - or forgoing them altogether - the Obamas don't seem to be heeding their own advice. While many of us are struggling, the First Lady is spending the next few days in a five-star hotel on the chic Costa del Sol in southern Spain with 40 of her "closest friends."

According to CNN, the group is expected to occupy 60 to 70 rooms, more than a third of the lodgings at the 160-room resort. Not exactly what one would call cutting back in troubled times.

Reports are calling the lodgings of Obama's Spanish fiesta, the Hotel Villa Padierna in Marbella, "luxurious," "posh" and "a millionaires' playground." Estimated room rate per night? Up to a staggering $2,500. Method of transportation? Air Force Two.

To be clear, what the Obamas do with their money is one thing; what they do with ours is another. Transporting and housing the estimated 70 Secret Service agents who will flank the material girl will cost the taxpayers a pretty penny. (Reportedly over $300,000 and closing beaches for them another $500,000 for Spain in loss of tourist revenue).

Perhaps it could be that the Obamas, who seem to fancy themselves more along the lines of international celebrities than actual leaders, espouse a different view of sacrifice.

When Michelle Obama accompanied her husband to Copenhagen along with best buddy Oprah Winfrey, she billed the trip - an ultimately unsuccessful bid to bring the Olympics to Chicago - as follows: "As much of a sacrifice as people say this is for me or Oprah or the President to come for these few days, so many of you in this room have been working for years to bring this bid home."

A quick jaunt to Denmark is a sacrifice? What portraits in courage!

The Obama modus operandi is becoming clear. From lavish trips to Spain to reportedly flying Bo, the President's Portuguese water dog, on a separate aircraft to vacation with them in Maine, to a date night in New York City that perhaps cost nearly $100,000, their idea of austerity is really just the lap of luxury, at least for ordinary folks.

Incredibly, the Obamas have long portrayed themselves as precisely such commoners. Just this month, Obama told ABC the First Couple is "not that far removed from what most Americans are going through." And that "it was just a few years ago that we had high credit card balances, we had two kids, thinking about college. We had our own retirement accounts, wondering if we were going to be able to get enough assets in there."

If that's true, why not select a more appropriate destination like the California coast? The scenery is just as gorgeous as that of Spain, and instead of patronizing a foreign country they would be pumping money into an American economy that desperately needs it.

 Camp David wouldn't exactly be slumming it, either.

A long weekend there would really send a message of responsibility, leadership and compassion. For a couple that has sharply criticized former President George W. Bush so widely, they could stand to follow his example for once and select a more low-key locale, as Bush regularly did in his Texas vacations.

Instead, Michelle Obama seems more like a modern-day Marie Antoinette - the French queen who spent extravagantly on clothes and jewels without a thought for her subjects' plight - than an average mother of two.

 While she's spent her time in the White House telling parents they should relieve their chubby kids' dependency on sugar and stressing the importance of an organic veggie garden, hopping a jet to Europe to meet with Spanish royalty isn't the visual the White House probably wants to project. Perhaps they've forgotten the damning image of John Kerry, on the eve of the 2004 election, windsurfing off the coast of Nantucket?

I don't begrudge anyone rest and relaxation when they work hard.

We all need downtime - the First Family included. It's the extravagance of Michelle Obama's trip and glitzy destination contrasted with President Obama's demonization of the rich that smacks of hypocrisy and perpetuates a disconnect between the country and its leaders.

Toning down the flash would humanize the Obamas and signify that they sympathize with the setbacks of the people they were elected to serve.

In January, President Obama insisted that "everybody in the country is going to have to sacrifice something, accept change for the greater good. Everybody is going to have to give. Everybody is going to have to have some skin in the game."

If sacrifice is the precursor to change, what will the family that ran on change offer up? Elitist doublespeak won't cut it. (Nor $140 a pound Kobe beef in their kitchens).

The Iranian leader is a certifiable Hojatieh nutcase while Oba-Hussein is a street thug without much more in mind than usurping and enjoying the luxury his office has given him (at huge cost to our populace including his wife's seventh vacation just this summer, at a cost of about $350,000 to US taxpayers for her Spain trip alone) while he destroys America.

Look and decide for yourself who has the necessary strength of character.

Ahmadi-Nejad's eyes say it all.

Mir Hossein Mousavi, Iran’s opposition leader has accused the government of the Iranian President Ahmadinejad of suspending government projects believing in the superstition of the arrival of the last Shiite Imam Mohammedi Mehdi, reported by several local and regional Media outlets last week.

“Some government officials have predicted the coming of Mahdi soon. Therefore, the government has halted working on several important projects,” said Mousavi.

Mousavi, leader of Iran's so-called Green Movement, lost last year’s highly disputed presidential elections to Ahmadinejad. Since then, he as well as many others have not recognized Ahmadinejad as president believing that election results where changed by a massive fraud conducted by pro-Ahmadinejad circle including Iran’s supreme Leader Khamenei, who had supported Ahmadinejad.

"Some people believe Mahdi will come in the next six months or next year. That is why the government has stopped working on several industrial, as well as water and energy projects," Mousavi ridiculed. "They paralyze the economy on the pretext of Mahdi's coming".

Mousavi said that superstitious beliefs were growing within the ruling elite. Clearly alluding to Ahmadinejad, Mousavi said “there are some people who use the philosophy of Mahdi's coming for political purposes”.

Mousavi said that his supporters had increased into the military circles including high ranking officials of Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), who suppressed last year's pro-opposition demonstrations. He said that Mahdi Jafferi, general commander of the IRGC, had warned his officers to stop supporting for Mousavi, preferring the current policy of Iran to the use of violence and exiling.

According the reports, Brigadier Jafferi did not comment on the size of the opposition and reformists in the IRGC. Apparently for similar reasons, Iran's supreme leader Khamenei has recently retired 250 high ranking officials in the IRGC. Among the retired commanders there are commanders who had participated in the Iran-Iraq war which lasted 8 years.
