Immigration Enforcement / Illegal Aliens Judge: Gov't must provide records or say why not By NEDRA PICKLER WASHINGTON (AP) — A judge has ordered the federal government to turn over documents related to the shooting of a fleeing drug smuggler or explain why it's withholding them. The shooting led to the imprisonment and presidential commutation of two U.S. Border Patrol agents. Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog group, filed Freedom of Information Act requests two years ago with the departments of State, Justice and Homeland Security for records relating to the drug smuggler, Osvaldo Aldrete Davila. The departments did not provide any records, so the group filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Washington. In response to the lawsuit, the government said the Davila records were "clearly exempt" from Freedom of Information Act requests because they would be an invasion of privacy. Therefore the government did not conduct a search for all relevant records. U.S. District Judge Richard Leon said the three departments must search relevant records and turn over any that are not exempt. It also must list any documents that are withheld and give a reason why so the court can review the decision. Davila, a Mexican, was transporting marijuana when he was shot by agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean near El Paso on the Texas-Mexico border. The agents tried to cover up the shooting, but were eventually prosecuted and served two years before President George W. Bush released them on his final full day in office. Several conservative lawmakers supported Compean and Ramos and took up the men's case, asking Bush for the commutation. Many people considered their case a part of the national debate over illegal immigration. Davila testified against the agents and was granted immunity. Judicial Watch says it wants the government's records to answer questions about the prosecution of the agents and how regularly the Justice Department offers immunity to drug smugglers to help prosecute U.S. law enforcement officers.

Lawmakers in 20 states move to reclaim sovereignty Obama's $1 trillion deficit-spending 'stimulus plan' seen as last straw.

As the Obama administration attempts to push through Congress a nearly $1 trillion deficit spending plan that is weighted heavily toward advancing typically Democratic-supported social welfare programs, a rebellion against the growing dominance of federal control is beginning to spread at the state level.

So far, eight states have introduced resolutions declaring state sovereignty under the Ninth and Tenth Amendment to the Constitution, including Arizona, Hawaii, Montana, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, Oklahoma and Washington.

February 26, 2009 -- WASHINGTON - Congress went on a pork-a-palooza yesterday, approving a massive spending bill with big bucks for Hawaiian canoe trips, research into pig smells, and tattoo removal - all while the nation faces an economic crisis.

Among the recipients of federal largesse is the Polynesian Voyaging Society of Honolulu, which got a $238,000 "earmark" in the bill. The group organizes sea voyages in ancient-style sailing canoes like theones that first brought settlers to Hawaii.

The sailing club has a powerful wind at its back in the person of Sen.Daniel Inouye (D-Hawaii), the chairman of the Senate AppropriationsCommittee. The bill also has a whopping 8 percent increase over last year for the numerous federal agencies it funds.

New York got its share of earmarks, among them $475,000 to "improve and expand" the Italian American Museum in Little Italy. The project was pushed by New York Reps. Gary Ackerman and Jerrold Nadler.

The latter touted it, among other earmarks, on his Web site. Nadler also announced $4.5 million for new park development in Manhattan. Uncle Sam's generosity (with YOUR money) extends upstate, where there's $950,000 to convert a railroad bridge over the Hudson River into a walkway in Poughkeepsie.

Earmarks totaled at least $3.8 billion - a figure used by the House Appropriations Committee. But the watchdog group Taxpayers for Common Sense calculates that there are an astonishing 8,570 earmarks at a cost of $7.7 billion.

The bill, which critics slammed as larded with pork, has big bucks to combat putrid stenches in the heartland, with $1.7 million for "Swine Odor and Manure Management Research." That's on top of $1.9 million in each of the last two years, or nearly $6 million over the last three years. The swine research center, at Iowa State University in Ames, got funds through the Agricultural Research Service, and aims to improve the smell of animals and the lagoons where waste is stored.

There's funding for mosquito trapping in Gainesville, Fla. - requested by Rep. Rosa DeLauro of Connecticut. The research deals with the West Nile virus, and was funded at $1.2 million in each of the last two years.

The House packaged the bill from several spending measures held over from last year. It needs to pass the Senate and be signed into law by President Obama.

Republican Sen. John McCain of Arizona, whom Obama vanquished in November, is calling on the president to veto it. But Democratic leaders say the spending spree was a bipartisan affair, with up to 40 percent of the earmarks coming from Republicans.

Obama has criticized earmarks and insisted they be kept out of stimulus legislation - a suggestion that drew (sarcastic) laughs from Republicans at the president's address to Congress Tuesday night.

Another earmark, by Rep. Howard Berman (D-Calif.) provides $200,000 for a "tattoo-removal violence-outreach program" in Los Angeles. The funds would buy a tattoo-removal machine to help gang members erase signs of their past.

Meanwhile, Obama is set to unveil a proposal today that sets aside $634 billion over the next 10 years for health-care reform. He plans to pay for it, in part, by capping tax deductions for families that earn more than $250,000 a year.

FEEL SORRY FOR US WHO PAY NOT THE ILLEGALS

And not just in HEALTHCARE but in our MORTGAGES and all the other pork rinds that "g*d d*mn America listener", O-Khomeini had in his wealth distribution bill, where we, not him, pay for others who do not deserve it.

Including for his illegal aunt in public housing at our expense and not her millionaire nephew's, who suddenly qualifies her for a formerly refused visa!

AND refreshed and encouraged by our O-Khomeini President, islamic iran has announced its intention to eradicate the Bahai faith, which is not only a work-around to enforce the new apostasy death penalty on Bahais but another strike at Israel, where the Bahai religion is headquartered.

I am neither a Jew nor a Bahai but O-Khomeini's pro-islamic , marxistic and anti-American actions. though pretending he is looking out for us, is turning more and more real Americans to turn to Boston-type "tea parties" as a prelude to have a so-called "revolution" (apparently by various States and members of "we the people" against the unfunded or "illegal" Federal government mandates imposed on them) FOR America before he can totally implement his destructive take over.

The first scattershot, little publicized (except locally), tea parties are next Friday in some 25 locations. Next round will have centralized lists posted all over the Internet so more and more will know where to attend at somewhere close to them.

I have had first hand experience, being caught up by and observing two revolutions and knowing others who went through the Soviet one, so perhaps I have an early feel for what Obama is doing to the USA and watching people and States react to the same kind of realization.

Instead of an estimated one thousand tea drinkers like this time, there will be many thousands as the anti-usurper flame catches the ready tinder. Not his obedient ACORN and the $BILLIONS O-Khomeini has set aside for them, nor the Million man Civil Security Force he has yet to unleash on us, will suffice to stop the millions and millions, who NEITHER voted for him nor trust him.

This is NOT something any of us individuals promote or encourage but something his actions encourage and trigger. In our opinion.

It is an observation of simultaneous events that have begun at a grassroots level without any specific political basis or incitement or clear starting point.

NOR is anything in all this here intended to be, nor is it inflamatory NOR a threat of any kind on him, his office, or anyone close to him or part of his administration. Nor anyone anywhere.

It is however, in our opinion, clearly a demonstration of free speech by "we the people" and protest at the destruction of our Constitution, society, beliefs and well-being he is deceptively flushing onto us.

As someone said in serious jest, as per our Constitution we will keep our guns, our God and our money -- you keep the "CHANGE"!

NATIONWIDE OPPOSITION TO OBAMA BEING BORN

The efforts are still uncoordinated and not well thought out. Friday 11 am till noon (lunch hour break?) - middle of th ework day may not be the best timing but the concept is fine and fits other uncoordinated reactions. Several States are now passing State legislature bills to nullify the federal government's "illegal" mandates and usurping of State powers where even certain federal crimes cannot be imposed on the States. New Hampshire is a path finder in this. Others are writing bills to avoid having to accept Federal monies on the one hand and on the other, knowing they only receive some 70 cents for every dollar they send to the Feds, to stop paying Federal monies. Then, like in Texas, independent action to deal with a federal situation, for the challenges from Mexico. Getting no response to several requests to the Obama Administration for help with Mexican drug gangs creating riots around El Paso and other border regions, Texas has just put its National Guard on Red Alert for the first time ever. Texas' State Constitution also already has a clause permitting seccession. Other States may have such clauses but will quickly pass legislation to allow them to seccede and quickly form regional alliances with neighboring states. Estimates show that the USA, instead of becoming the Obama USSA (United Socialist States of America) will break up into eight regional alliances. NON-Communist - with names to be decided. But Obama-Khomeini will have achieved the plan of his Islamist and Communist masters and his own ideals - in one thing. The destruction of the USA as a nation and world power.

ISLAMIC REGIME OFFICIALLY MAKING POLITICAL VIEWS A CRIME

Last week a Mullah bill passed making changing your religion or apostasy (from islam to anything else) a MANDATORY DEATH SENTENCE. Not simply as a Koranic teaching but now as the official law of the land. Although the Bahai religion is pragmatically a form of islam, it is not completely accepted as a true religion by the Mullah Shias and competes with their 12th Imamers, since Baha was supposed to be the 12th Imam. Now a bill in the islamic regime of iran's "parliament" is being passed to make political views a crime! Any activities or words that dissent with or oppose the Mullah political line can be punished with imprisonment and death.

Any gatherings - FOR ANY REASON - that the regime does not approve merit the same penalties. Again, any reason. Taken to an extreme a funeral gathering around a corpse the regime never liked can come under this catch-all law.

Any demonstration without written permission from the regime automatically calls up prison or death. Assuming the Bassiji Suppression forces fail to maim or kill you first right on the spot.

Any comments about any of the leadership comes under dissent and although currently met unofficially with arrest, torture and too often "private" execution where the person disappears for eternity never to be seen, can now be formally adjudicated. (Whatever that means in the Mullah regime, where they do what they want with or without laws).

And how little they know about anything. One 19-year old young lady said she wanted to run because she "likes the idea" and does not feel she needs to know anything about politics. And is a really good, worthy Moslem. What is saddest in our world today is that similarly apparently "clueless" Americans voted in our O-Khomeini as America's President. And he has immediately taken long planned steps to destroy us as a nation, economically and politically and as a Judeo-Christian society and impose his Communist ideology with islamist underpinnings. And boy, are he and his cohorts good at doing this! WINSTON CHURCHILL ON ISLAM

Our American (maybe), Marxist-Islamist, O-Khomeini President has sent a bust of Winston Churchill that was on loan to the White House, back to England. This possibly has roots partly in his Kenyan birth and consequently as a British subject and his resentment that his Kenyan father was a British subject and all this could end up scuttling his Presidency. Alan Keyes stokes Obama birth certificate controversy The controversy over the validity of Barack Obama's birth certificate is back on a burner with firebrand conservative Alan Keyes making serious new charges. His White House lawyer feared igniting another simmering legal controversy if there was any doubt about the oath's validity, although the Constitution stipulates the new president takes office at noon no matter what. It is a 3 meter (about 10feet) long man-eating catfish whose head alone is 1 meter (39 inches) wide!

After cutting up the catfish, people were surprised to find the remains of another man inside!

Swimming in the reservoir is now forbidden because it is feared another similar man-eating catfish is still lurking in the waters.

A non-profit Christian organization dedicated to protecting the traditions of the American family and defending the nation against radical Islam has released a documentary that exposes 35 terrorist training compounds being operated on American soil. On the evening of February 11, 2009, the Christian Action Network (CAN) held a special showing of Homegrown Jihad:

The Terrorist Camps Around the U.S. at the Landmark Theater in Washington, DC. Ryan Mauro, a terrorism analyst for CAN, says the video exposes the terrorist training activities at 35 compounds in the U.S., run by a Pakistani national known as Sheik Muburak Ali Gilani.

Compounds identified in the documentary are located near communities like Commerce, Georgia; Hancock, New York; and Red House, Virginia.

"You see them setting off explosives, training how to kill guards, highjack cars, all forms of terrorist attacks," Mauro says of the film. "And he actually says on this video if you want training in these tactics [to] contact any of my Muslim in America compounds in the United States."

But Mauro says, incredibly, the U.S. government does not have the authority to shut the camps down. "The big problem here is that his group is not listed as a foreign terrorist organization by the State Department," he points out. "So the authorities don't have the legal authority to go and shut these places down."

Mauro adds that CAN wants citizens who see the film to lobby Congress to pass legislation that would allow authorities to at least investigate these domestic terrorist training camps. Obama's election as the first black president of the Harvard Law Review led to a contract and advance to write a book about race relations. The University of Chicago Law School provided him a lot longer than expected and at the end it evolved into, guess what? His own autobiography! Instead of writing a scholarly paper focusing on race relations, for which he had been paid, Obama could not resist writing about his most sublime self. He entitled the book Dreams from My Father. Not surprisingly, Adolph Hitler also wrote his own autobiography when he was still nobody. So did Stalin. For a narcissist no subject is as important as his own self. Why would he waste his precious time and (terrorist Ayres') genius writing about insignificant things when he can write about such an august being as himself? Narcissists are often callous and even ruthless. As the norm, they lack conscience. This is evident from Obama's lack of interest in his own brother who lives on only one dollar per month. A man who lives in luxury, who takes a private jet to vacation in Hawaii, and who has raised nearly half a billion dollars for his campaign (something unprecedented in history) has no interest in the plight of his own brother. Why? Because, his brother cannot be used for his ascent to power. A narcissist cares for no one but himself. This election is like no other in the history of America. The issues are insignificant compared to what is at stake. What can be more dangerous than having a man bereft of conscience, a serial liar, and one who cannot distinguish his fantasies from reality as the leader of the free world? I hate to sound alarmist, but one has been fooled if one is not alarmed. Many politicians are narcissists. They pose no threat to others...They are simply self serving and selfish. Obama evidences symptoms of pathological narcissism, which is different from the run-of-the-mill narcissism of a Richard Nixon or a Bill Clinton for example. To him reality and fantasy are intertwined. This is a MENTAL HEALTH issue, not just a character flaw. Pathological narcissists are dangerous because they look normal and even intelligent. It is this disguise that makes them treacherous. Today the Democrats have placed all their hopes in Obama. But this man could put an end to their party. The great majority of blacks have also decided to vote for Obama. Only an idiot does not know that their support for him is racially driven. This is racism, pure and simple. The downside of this is that if Obama turns out to be the disaster I predict, he will cause widespread resentment among the whites. The blacks are unlikely to give up their support of their man. Cultic mentality is pernicious and unrelenting. They will dig their heads deeper in the sand and blame Obama's detractors of racism. This will cause a backlash among the whites. Our only escape from the plague this American-Khomeini has unleashed on us will be when the U.S. Supreme Court (SCOTUS) accepts one of the above cases and annuls his election onn the merits and anything he has signed, including the fraudulent stimulus (porkulus) bill and return control of government to the people (as opposed to the fraudulent ACORN provided and Saudi and Soros purchased ones) and away from his radical Marxist-Islamic, destructive for America, hands.

He has brought the dirtiest of the notoriously dirty Chicago politics to Washington D.C. and saddled our whole nation with the slime and stench that has always been around him during his Communist upbringing and continues to be.

Already States like New Hampshire are working on annulling Federal laws which go beyond the constitutional Federal restrictions to impose laws on States and have currently usurped State powers.

Washington State and California are looking at this too and at not sending money to the Federal Government instead of keeping it. California sends in more than they receive back for a net loss of working with the Federal government.

NY:"Moderate" Muslim Leader Beheads Wife

A New York Muslim leader has pulled a Mohammad and beheaded his wife.

Mr. Hassan was a community leader and a so called "moderate" Muslim.

He was the founder of Bridges TV. A show started to help combat the negative perceptions of Islam and also to build bridges to the non-Muslim world. Does that include beheadings?

Prominent Orchard Park man charged with beheading his wife

Orchard Park police are investigating a particularly gruesome killing, the beheading of a woman, after her husband -- an influential member of the local Muslim community -- reported her death to police Thursday.

Police identified the victim as Aasiya Z. Hassan, 37.

Detectives have charged her husband, Muzzammil Hassan, 44, with second-degree murder.

"He came to the police station at 6:20 p.m. [Thursday] and told us that she was dead," Orchard Park Police Chief Andrew Benz said late this morning.

Muzzammil Hassan told police that his wife was at his business, Bridges TV, on Thorn Avenue in the village. Officers went to that location and discovered her body.

Muzzammil Hassan is the founder and chief executive officer of Bridges TV, which he launched in 2004, amid hopes that it would help portray Muslims in a more positive light.

The killing apparently occurred some time late Thursday afternoon.

Detectives still are looking for the murder weapon.

"Obviously, this is the worst form of domestic violence possible," Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita III said today.

Authorities say Aasiya Hassan recently had filed for divorce from her husband.

"She had an order of protection that had him out of the home as of Friday the 6th [of February]," Benz said.

Muzzammil Hassan was arraigned before Village Justice Deborah Chimes and sent to the Erie County Holding Center.

The more I talked back to him the more tickets he wrote. Personally, I didn't really care. I came downtown on the bus. The car that he was putting the tickets on had one of those bumper stickers that said, "Obama in '08." I try to have a little fun each day now that I'm retired. The doctor tells me that it's important to my health.

Today, Iranian TV and Radio stations discussed the annivesary of the Khomeini revolution and analysts described it as the mistaken and misled populace being brain washed by a strong street campaign that once the "devil" Shah was driven out, then the "angel" of Khomeini would step in and provide them with a "good life" and a promise of paradise. The parallels between the islamic Khomeini revolution and American Khomeini-Obama's revolution of "Change" is striking. Including the late Shah trying to use a weak, prayer spouting General Azhari as military chief of staff to keep the military focused and then appointing a very principled proponent of democracy, Shapour Bakhtiar, as Prime Minister to try to deal with a bloodthirsty "Mongol" type invasion by the Arab religion aligned clerics. Obama's choices for his Cabinet and senior White House positions clearly consist of many lawbreakers and foreign driven philosophies like Communism and jihadist islam. And just as Jimmuh the idiot President Carter imposed islamic-Khomeini on Iran, Obamessiah has accepted support and now has to repay imposition of demands by the islamic Mullahs in iran and Saudi Arabia. And to cover up his lack of any firm agenda - except for the word "change". And no knowledge of how to create a CORRECT, beneficial form of change. Instead of the catastrophe even the non-partisan Congressional Budget Office warns he is forcing on us through self-serving elected officials. Including three so-called Republican traitor Senators with addled porridge for brains. The Internet, instead of hundreds of thousands of Khomeini's message audio cassettes used in Iran, with instructions to recipients to copy and spread them, lead to huge fund raising fraud and no donation was too small or too dirty to refuse. Including three donation transactions, given by the same person, using his credit card as a test but in the name of Osama Bin Laden, Al Qaeda #2 Al-Zawahiri and even dead dictator Saddam Hussein - all the amounts were accepted without any verification or rejection in this obviously impossible situation. As with islamic-Khomeini, the "change" revolution of American Khomeini-Obama was based on a personality cult with only an empty underpinning. Where he became the projection screen onto which (as with the islamic-Khomeini) the biased, gullible followers shone their "imagined" changes, they imagined he was indicating. Since he refused to identify any particular form of change, he quickly became all changes to all his believers/followers. In 1978/79 myriads small, toy, plastic telescopes had transparencies of Khomeini's face stuck on the wider end and pointed at the moon at night to show a naive populace that Allah favored Khomeini to the extent of putting his image on the moon. Just as with the islamic-Khomeini cult, where his total ignorance, lack of real experience in anything to do with government - leading to his stating that the complete next year's national budget was written on a small piece of paper he had in his pocket. Obama has come to realize you cannot create an Afghan surge out of thin air - it requires retraining 30,000 U.S. soldiers from Iraq for mountain fighting, something his lack of experience and refusal to listen to good advice here and with Guantanamo, shows up as his pitiful lack of knowledge and experience. Except where it covers his activities as a dirty politician with lots of empty rhetoric. Like with so many of his peevish decisions based on arrogant "I won" emotion rather than facts, he is having to back down. Again, and again. STATES AND CITIES PLANNING SECESSION ALREADY?

And throws a tantrum that he won the election and could not care less what others think or suggest as a better way to save America. Hopefully some of the court cases, which doubt his eligibility and now his ability to be President will come to the fore and remove this American Khomeini from the White House and prevent an irreversible dismantling of America's security and fiscal recovery.

Increased Government Intervention Will Lead to Unmitigated Disaster 02-06-2009 The fiscal stimulus bill being debated in Congress not only won't help the economy, it will make the recession much worse, says Peter Schiff, president of Euro Pacific Capital.

Schiff scoffs at the notion the economic decline is starting to level off and concedes no government action means a "terrible" recession.

But the path of increased government intervention will lead to "unmitigated disaster," says Schiff, who gained notoriety in 2007-08 for his prescient calls on the housing bubble and U.S. stocks.

The problem, he says, is the government is trying to perpetuate a "phony economy" based on borrowing and spending. With the U.S. consumer tapped out, the government is "now taking on the mantle" of consumer of last resort, he continues, predicting the bond bubble will soon burst - if it hasn't already - ultimately leading to a collapse of the dollar and an "inflationary depression worse than anything any of us have ever seen."

I previously wrote to you concerning my idea as to an Article 138 Investigation as a means for Usurper Obama to prove his eligibility. I have done more thinking into this matter and I feel I have an equally good idea which may prove successful in requiring Obama to prove his eligibility to be president. As you know, there have been thousands of letters leading up to and post election from everyday citizens to their Congressional representatives in hope of getting them to address the obama eligibility issues. I know I had written numerous myself which as theirs, resulted in absolutely nothing. All we received for our efforts were either no reply or a form letter thanking me for for my inquiry concerning the eligibility of Obama to be president. None of these efforts ever demanded a factual reply from our congressional leaders. At best, the only supposedly proof they cpould muster was the fake cerificate of Live birth by Hawaii, which we all agree does not prove that Obama is a Natural Born Citizen of the USA. Now, I will address the intent of this suggestion. Orly, under the "Soldiers and Sailors relief act" one of the provisions is that any member of the Armed Forces of the United States of America can write to their Congressman at any time while on active duty and can in no way be harmed in any manner for that consultation. I know I wrote my Congress man from South Carolina on two Occasions during my career in the US Army. Unlike a normal letter from a citizen which can only receive a generic form letter which doesn't answer the inquiry, a letter from a member of the Armed forces will receive an actual Congressional inquiry using the Chain of Command or any authority necessary to obtain an answer to the complaint by the service member. In my case , I had actually originated a congressional investigation in one of my complaints and in another received redress as to my complaint. In this it means, a service member will receive continuous updates from his/her actual Congressman and not an aide as well as replies of all the other agencies used in handling this complaint. Specifically, A service member writes a letter to his/her congressman and complains that they do not feel that Usurper Barack Obama is a legitimently qualified President of the USA as per Article II of the US Constitution. Specifically, as he is not a Natural Born Citizen of the USA as he had only one parent who was a US Citizen and therefore he is not a natural born citizen. You can even add the other reasons and suspicions you have investigated and found to question his eligibility. Therefore, I feel that I am not at ease in following any order given by him as Commander in Chief as I feel if at a later date it is proven he is not eligible to be President, then any prior order he had given, any legislation signed and enacted into law by him, any treaty initiated and signed by him would be illegal. My concern at that point is that I could be brought before the World Court in the Hague and possibly be prosecuted for war crimes. There has been not one shred of evidence that Barack Obama has ever been vetted by anyone concerning his eligibility. There has though been numerous suits filed in behalf of citizens of the USA regarding his qualifications. None of these case have ever been heard on the merits and have all been rejected only as to the Standing unit. As A member of the Armed forces I do have standing with you as my duly elected representative to protect my rights and freedoms. As someone who like myself took an oath of Office to support and defend the constitution of the US against all enemies, both foreign and domestic, I can not in good faith allow someone to give me orders I feel that can potentially harm the USA by not having been qualified. I will not harm my charachter of service until this matter is resolved, but I will only give this a reasonable period of time to be investigated properly by you and an answer given which without a doubt proves Barack Obama is a qualified Commander in Chief by meeting all requirements in according with the US Constitution under Article II. In requesting this proof, I am requesting that you submit actual proof of Barack Obamas citizenship by providing me a certified, long Copy of his vault birth certificate which has been proven by forensic evidence to be true and which contains as a minimun all of the information on it which would be required by any American Citizen in order to obtain a US Passport. I do not want to see the phony cerificate of live birth that he posted on his web site, fact check.com or has been on other news and internet sites. This has been proven as a fake by at least two forensic document examiners as well as it doesn't show where he was born, the attending physicians or other pertinent data required to prove his citizenship. Additionally, I do not desire an account of the testimony of a Hawaiian official who stated that she had actually seen the actual Vault copy of Obamas Birth Certificate and can verify his birth. This official in her public statement never mentioned she verified his birth place or anything that was evidence to prove Barack Obama is a natural Born Citizen of the USA. There are plenty of legitimate doubts by many people and organizations throughout America and even abroad. I am requesting that as My duly elected representative , you, immediately launch a Congressional investigation, hold congressional hearings or any other means in order to demand that Barack Obama prove his citizenship and his authority to be President of the USA and my Commander in Chief. I await your urgent reply to me considering this matter. I further ask that as within my rights, that you forward all supporting documents and any information gathered throughout any agency to me as well as your findings. Thank you for your service to our nation and I would like to end by saying that I respect and value the sacrifices of fellow Americans like myself who have sacrificed in service to our country. It is our US Constitution in which we have bled and died to protect. I am now asking you to do your part in protecting the freedoms these American Soldiers have fought and died for. Angry Voters Flood Capitol with Calls Against Stimulus

By Mark Impomeni President Barack Obama's presidential campaign prided itself on being a grassroots effort. Obama aimed to inspire millions of Americans to engage in the political process, some for the first time, to help bring about change. But the Obama Administration and Congressional Democrats may be learning now that there is a flip side to inspiring Americans to action. If they don't get what they want, they will let their elected officials know about it.

Switchboard operators at the Capitol say that frustrated voters are jamming phone lines with calls to Senators and Congressmen against Obama's and the Democrats' proposed economic stimulus plan.

Some Senators report that calls to their offices about the plan are running in the hundreds per day, up from just a handful last month. Voters are upset both at the cost of the plan, which is at over $900 billion currently, and the recent tax troubles of Obama Administration nominees, which is feeding the perception that there are different sets of rules for the well connected and the ordinary citizen.

Government and fiscal policy groups say they have seen an increase in calls, e-mails, and web site traffic from voter anger at the stimulus bill and the tax issues. David Williams, vice president of Citizens Against Government Waste, said that people are feeling like "suckers" for paying their taxes while so many Obama nominees have been shown to have not paid theirs.

Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington Deputy Director agreed, saying that frustration among the electorate is palpable.

Internationally some countries have started to use barter instead of money to obtain food shipments from other countries.
