Obama Faces More Questions on Citizenship Wed Apr 29, 2009 10:50 It is good to know that we have persistent people that will keep fighting until we get a hearing. Is the truth finally coming out? Is relief in sight? AP- WASHINGTON D.C. - In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama’s qualifications for the presidency, the group “Americans for Freedom of Information” has released copies of President Obama’s college transcripts from Occidental College. Released today, the transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate at the school. The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship. This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama’s detractors have been seeking. The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about Obama’s legitimacy and qualification to serve as president. When reached for comment in London, where he has been in meetings with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, Obama smiled but refused comment on the issue. Meanwhile, White House press secretary Robert Gibbs scoffed at the report stating that this was obviously another attempt by a right-wing conservative group to discredit the president and undermine the administration’s efforts to move the country in a new direction. (GOD FORBID)! Britain's Daily Mail has also carried the story in a front-page article titled, “Obama Eligibility Questioned”, leading some to speculate that the story may overshadow economic issues on Obama’s first official visit to the U.K. In a related matter, under growing pressure from several groups, Justice Antonin Scalia announced that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments concerning Obama’s legal eligibility to serve as President in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey. This lawsuit claims Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president. Donofrio’s case is just one of 18 suits brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama’s citizenship or qualification to serve as president. Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama’s campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records. Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still ongoing but that the final report will be provided to the U.S. attorney general, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused to comment on the matter. The biggest political cover up in American history is taking place right before our eyes. Worse than Watergate, Whitewatergate, or any of the other cover ups of previous administrations, is the question of whether Barack Hussein Obama is eligible to serve as President of the United States of America... OR, is he a FRAUD, a USURPER, a man with no legal authority to sit in the position that he now claims to hold? And, the Judge further ruled that such a challenge could only be made on the 6th day of January following the meeting of the Presidential electors, at the session of Congress where the vote of the Electoral College is counted and the results announced. To use the Judge's words, this is "the exclusive means for challenges to the qualifications of President..." That means that no one, except a Member of Congress, and only on one certain day of the year following the Presidential election, can challenge the qualifications of the President. And then, the challenge can only be successful if a majority of the Members of Congress support the challenge! And that means that the requirements of the U. S. Constitution as to the eligibility of the man or woman who runs for President to serve as President are meaningless! Do you believe that the Constitution is a meaningless document? Do you believe that a majority of the Members of Congress have the right to ignore it? To render it of no force and effect? The Trial Court Judge in our case did! But we are not going to accept his decision. We are not going to accept the legal arguments made by Barack Hussein Obama's attorneys, and those by liberal California Attorney General Jerry Brown. That also means that if Barack Obama was born outside of the United States, he is not eligible to serve as President of our great country! So where was Mr. Obama born? He claims to have a copy of his birth certificate. That means that either he knows where he was born, or he's lying about having that document. And only Barack Hussein Obama's ACTUAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE can answer that question of where he was born. But he has teams of attorneys, all across the country, spending, and doing, whatever it takes to make sure that no one, and I mean NO ONE, will be allowed to see the one document that can clear up this controversy Mr. Obama has claimed that his Presidential administration will be the most transparent in history. Another question that the Obamaphiles don't want to answer is why, in 2006, was a law firm with ties to Mr. Obama researching the question as to how to evade the requirements of Article II of the United States Constitution, regarding the requirements to serve as President. 2006? Two years before the Presidential campaign? If that doesn't raise questions in your mind, then nothing will! And then there's the statements made by representatives of the State of Hawaii! According to Dr. Chiyome Fukino, of the State of Hawaii's Department of Health, "Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawaii, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama's original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures." It is that very record that USJF financed lawsuits in Mississippi and in Hawaii were seeking to force into the public arena! But Obama's attorneys, and his allies in state government, stopped those efforts cold! So, the time of decision is now! Do we give up? Do we just ignore this threat to our Constitution? The guy who “wasn’t going to take away our guns”? Well, guess what? Less than 100 days into his administration, he’s never met a gun he didn’t hate. A week ago, Obama went to Mexico, whined about the United States, and bemoaned (before the whole world) the fact that he didn’t have the political power to take away our semi-automatics. Nevertheless, that didn’t keep him from pushing additional restrictions on American gun owners. It’s called the Inter-American Convention Against Illicit Manufacturing of and Trafficking in Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives, and Other Related Materials. To be sure, this imponderable title masks a really nasty piece of work. First of all, when the treaty purports to ban the “illicit” manufacture of firearms, what does that mean? 1. “Illicit manufacturing” of firearms is defined as “assembly of firearms [or] ammunition ... without a license....” Hence, reloading ammunition -- or putting together a lawful firearm from a kit -- is clearly “illicit manufacturing.” Modifying a firearm in any way would surely be “illicit manufacturing.” And, while it would be a stretch, assembling a firearm after cleaning it could, in any plain reading of the words, come within the screwy definition of “illicit manufacturing.” 2. “Firearm” has a similarly questionable definition. “[A]ny other weapon” is a “firearm,” according to the treaty -- and the term “weapon” is nowhere defined. So, is a BB gun a “firearm”? Probably. A toy gun? Possibly. A pistol grip or firing pin? Probably. And who knows what else. If these provisions (and others) become the law of the land, the Obama administration could have a heyday in enforcing them. Consider some of the other provisions in the treaty: * Banning reloading. BANNING SALE OF BRASS, ALREADY FIRED, CARTRIDGES BY THE MILITARY TO THE PRIVATE SECTOR IS IN PROCESS AND HAS BEEN LURCHED BACK AND FORTH AND WAS PREVENTED FROM TAKING EFFECT BUT NOW SEEMS TO HAVE COME BACK TO LIFE. In Article IV of the treaty, countries commit to adopting “necessary legislative or other measures” to criminalize illicit manufacturing and trafficking in firearms. Remember that “illicit manufacturing” includes reloading and modifying or assembling a firearm in any way. This would mean that the Obama administration could promulgate regulations banning reloading on the basis of this treaty -- just as it is currently circumventing Congress to write legislation taxing greenhouse gases. * Banning gun clubs. Article IV goes on to state that the criminalized acts should include “association or conspiracy” in connection with said offenses -- which is arguably a term broad enough to allow, by regulation, the criminalization of entire pro-gun organizations or gun clubs, based on the facilities which they provide their membership. * Extraditing US gun dealers. Article V requires each party to “adopt such measures as may be necessary to establish its jurisdiction over the offenses it has established in accordance with this Convention” under a variety of circumstances. We know that Mexico is blaming U.S. gun dealers for the fact that its streets are flowing with blood. And we know it is possible for Mexico to define offenses “committed in its territory” in a very broad way. And we know that we have an extradition obligation under Article XIX of the proposed treaty. So we know that Mexico could try to use the treaty to demand to extradition of American gun dealers. Under Article XXIX, if Mexico demands the extradition of a lawful American gun dealer, the U.S. would be required to resolve the dispute through “other means of peaceful settlement.” Does anyone want to risk twenty years in a sweltering Mexican jail on the proposition that the Obama administration would apply this provision in a pro-gun manner? * Microstamping. Article VI requires “appropriate markings” on firearms. And, it is not inconceivable that this provision could be used to require microstamping of firearms and/or ammunition -- a requirement which is clearly intended to impose specifications which are not technologically possible or which are possible only at a prohibitively expensive cost. * Gun registration. Article XI requires the maintenance of any records, for a “reasonable time,” that the government determines to be necessary to trace firearms. This provision would almost certainly repeal portions of McClure-Volkmer and could arguably be used to require a national registry or database. ACTION: Write your Senators and urge them to oppose the Inter-American Convention Against Illicit Manufacturing of and Trafficking in Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives, and Other Related Materials. J., I’m afraid it’s too late. The other day a census worker came to my door after I got my dogs inside and explained that she was locating my front door with her GPS recorder.

I said I had to let the dogs out right away and since she did not have an appointment she would need to leave right away, she left promptly. When I thought about it, any one with a Garmin or the like has been able to do this for years.

Why in the blazes the government would want Longitude/Latitudes of our front doors, since we all have 911 addresses already is a serious question. The only use of those would NOT be for domestic purposes, but for use of foreign nationals that did not know how to find addresses, but can read a map....or the 80,000 USA troops currently being trained for Martial Law in Georgia during martial law clamp downs, who are not from our localities but can find anyplace with GPS coordinates.

However I do see the point that this will make it faster to just type in the name of your favorite “Enemy of the State” (enemy of Oba-Hussein) and presto you have nailed a returning US Veteran or some sleazy pro legal immigration advocate or even worse, the lowest of them all by then an "Anti-American" who believes in the Constitution. The USA and its Constitution are far too dangerous to the totalitarian Left for it to allow the country to continue its existence.

For many years now, I have included in my Bio “if Leftists ran the country (and left to their own inane devices), it would be the end of the United States as a sovereign nation.” Unfortunately and tragically, I was—and still am—correct.

The United States Constitution is a document that was designed and implemented to severely restrict government interference and control over individual states and We-the-People.

The current US Federal Administration—under the rule of Barack Obama—is now operating under its leaders’ stated agenda of redistributing wealth (which is taken from the middle class and “redistributed” to the US and Global political power elite) and establishing new laws to take the US Constitution from limiting control over the US population to total control over We-the-People.

Thus far, with very few exceptions, not one of the ‘loyal opposition’ has truly tried to stop Obama. Instead, they seem to dutifully accept his programs that are tearing America apart—in favor of the global secular New World Order (NWO). This NWO will consist of—but not be limited to—the following for the USA:

Massive energy tax increases of at least an additional $1,800/year/family

Higher prices for all goods and services

Total government control of the media (See Rosa Brooks “news” bail out proposal)

Total government control of the entire financial industry (money will go to Obama and leftist supporters and be withheld from those who oppose them)

Torture is a bit strong for what appears to be the beating/disciplining of someone who offended or failed in their duties. Remember this is a different part of the world. We have worse bar fights in our Western countries and sometimes even bullets shot at one or other of the participants' feet, though these days with the shortage of ammunition after Oba-Hussein was elected (everyone around the country is stocking up so none is left on the shelves) nobody would waste bullets like this. Former Israeli Deputy Prime Minister Natan Sharansky has some advice for the Obama administration on reaching out to the leadership of the Islamic Republic of Iran: Don’t forget Iranian dissidents.

Concern for human rights is not only a moral issue, Sharansky told Newsmax at his office in Jerusalem recently. “It’s also extremely important for international relations, because the way the governments treat their neighbors depends to a great extent on how they treat their own citizens.”

The more undemocratic a regime is, “the more violent and aggressive it is toward its neighbors,” Sharansky argued. That in itself should be a warning for the Obama administration as it seeks to tame Iran’s ruling clerics.

Sharansky also said the Obama administration should not be lulled into giving the rogue regime more time to complete its nuclear goals, and that "tough measures" should be on the table should Iran stall.

This is good news! "...CAIR and the Islamic Educational Center of Orange County were among several Muslim advocacy groups that signed on to a statement saying they are considering breaking ties with the feds over such snooping (FBI placed listeners in local mosques) and the FBI's previous breaking of ties with CAIR. But not every Muslim group supports that stand. A different coalition of American Muslim groups has issued a statement of its own commending the FBI. ' We, the undersigned American Muslims, have long known the true character of CAIR and its allies. Therefore: We observe that they denounce "terrorism" in general terms but not the specific actions of Islamist groups like Hamas or Hezbollah. They denounce violence but not the ideologies behind it. We observe their commitment to radical aims, their attempts to chill free speech by calling critics of radical Islam "Islamophobes," and their false, ugly accusations against moderate American Muslims who disagree with their agenda. We reject any claim that CAIR and its supporters are legitimate civil liberties advocates or appropriate partners between the U.S. government and American Muslims. We congratulate the FBI for adopting a firmer attitude toward CAIR, as a defense of Americans of all faiths from the menace of radical Islam, including Muslims of all backgrounds - Sunni, Shia, Sufi, secular, etc. We call on the U.S. Department of Justice to affirm and continue this decision. We call on the entire United States government to follow suit in rejecting relations with the Council on American-Islamic Relations.' Does our persistent (his own claim), dauntless President Oba-Hussein believe that persistence should apply to his ignorance, verging on idiotic foreign policy and gift giving? Or is his narcissistic nature going to blame his staff and throw them under the bus? Even Jimmuh, the idiot, Carter, father of our terrorist problems and continuing stain, was not this bad. Obama seems bent on rehabilitating Carter, removing him through comparison as our worst President and claiming that dubious top dog position for himself. Not usurping just the Presidency but usurping the worst kind. Apart from the DVDs bought at the White House gift shop for Prime Minister Brown as the formal Obama House present to the Prime Minister during his visit to the USA, (which do not play in Europe) the latest gifts to Her Majesty the Queen of England from the Obamas include mind boggling bad taste. And sheer ignorance of security. First, note his recent inability to send a a correctly addressed letter to French President Sargozy which Obama signed - addressing it to President Jacques Chirac, for quite a time the FORMER President of France, either indicates lack of knowledge, carelessness or a wacky staff. What a way to run the Obama House on behalf of America. One of the gifts to the Queen of England was a CD which still had a discount sticker on it. Sick humor or insult that shames America or another stupidity. With her usual royal aplomb she commented "how delightful". Also another gift was an iPhone! Better you think? Something she can use? Then you are as silly as our want-to-be President. What national security service (even of a Banana Republic) will allow a Head of State to accept and use an electronic send/receive device, presented by a technologically sophisticated country that would be interested in intercepting communications, might (at some point)want to remotely explode the device and remove the user's head or coat the ear piece with a slow poison or radio active material. That iPhone will very likely be crushed, destroyed and incinerated - not allowed to be used by anyone close to Her Majesty or anyone else at all. Are the security and intelligence advisers in Obama's administration that dumb or did they think they could sneak it by the very savvy British MI5? Obama has become living proof that the job/position does not elevate the man but the high minded man elevates the job to significance. He has diminished the American Presidency with his actions. In addition to bankrupting us all the way down to our grandchildren, creating Hitlerish Brown Shirt "volunteer" youth forces he will train in his government run camps and has over FIVE BILLION dollars budgeted in a form that ACORN can access and use to support and protect him, fraudulently influence votes and support their favorite candidates with TAX PAYER funds, he is making nice with terrorists and refusing to call them what they are. And in case the American people resist the stream of bills he has the Senate's Harry Reid and Congress' Nancy Pelosi ram through their Democrat controlled legislatures, he is pushing for the armed forces to swear their oath of allegiance to the Presidency instead of the Constitution, so he can throw them at us. And in case the military refuses, he has started to form his Civilian Defence Force (just like every dictator before him) which he wants to be better funded, better quipped and better trained than our official military. A military he is in the process of weakening by budget cuts and opposing new modern weapons systems for any of the branches. Wake up America! Opposition Tea parties are starting as people in the street realize their peril. Guns have been selling faster than some manufacturers can provide them and ammunition is becoming hard to find as it sells out to fast. A few days ago at a California gun show, all ammunition was sold out before the end of the day. Interesting to note is that one national chain is doing well again. Tandy leather, which sells leather crafting tools, leather and related items, which closed down a couple of years ago and is just starting to open stores up again - has started showing profits. Faced with the inevitable results of Obama-Hussein-Khomeini's detrimental actions, people are buying Tandy Leather items and crafts to be able to make their own leather goods for themselves or as barter items as oney loses value. Specially in the face of TRIPLING our national Debt in 65 days!
