AMERICA'S NEW BREED OF TRAITORS

Despite the different political and religious views of most American citizens, they have been united in their nationalistic and patriotic efforts to defend the United States against its enemies here and abroad. But, some Americans throughout the history of the United States have decided to assist America’s enemies in their efforts to destroy America. These traitors would sell top secrets to the enemies of the United States for financial gain, despite the consequences that Americans might encounter as a result of their unpatriotic greed. Unfortunately, in the 21st century, there are still traitors that live in America. However, these new breed of traitors are not selling top secrets to America’s enemies. But, instead, they are giving in to the cultural demands of those who would change the American way into the Islamic way. These traitors are allowing followers of Islam to intimidate them to incorporate the sights and sounds of Islam into every aspect of the American culture, especially in the public schools, in the business world, and in the federal government. Islam is using the ideological approach to acculturate its belief system into main stream America. Of course, like most ideologies, Islam is using America’s public schools as its springboard for indoctrinating America’s children. By introducing Islam to students in their mandated curriculums, the next generation of Americans could possibly be pro-Islam in their belief system. However, since Islam is a religion and a political ideology, why is the United States government permitting this indoctrination to occur in America’s public schools? Even though some people promote the idea of the separation of church and state in America, the concept is not included in the United States Constitution. But, evidently, if it was a constitutional concept, it would pertain to Christianity only, since anything related to the Christian faith is not permitted in most public schools. The acculturation of Islam into America’s schools will do considerably more damage to the American public than the attacks of Islamic terrorists here and abroad. Once the young, impressionable minds of America’s children are indoctrinated with the teachings of Islam, they will be more apt to accept Islam as America’s religion and America’s way of life. Possibly, the new generation of voters would vote a pro-Islamic agenda, especially since some Americans have already elected Islamic congressmen to represent them. Therefore, will America’s educational elite become traitors and sell out America’s Judeo-Christian heritage in the name of political correctness? Ultimately, if the Islamic agenda is successful, the Islamic curriculum taught in America’s educational institutions will be responsible for the creation of a new America with the new sounds of Islam. There are already many examples that verify that public schools in America have sold out to political correctness and Islam. Some schools are providing special time, time that Christians do not have, to pray to Allah several times during the school day. Some schools are permitting foot washing to take place during school hours, which is part of an Islamic religious service, to take place in government-supported schools. Some schools are mandating their students to research the life of Mohammed, but the life of Jesus is ignored. Some schools are mandating their students to dress up in Islamic regalia and role-play the life of a Muslim warrior. Also, some schools are considering the possibility of offering special dietary meals to meet the religious requirements of its Islamic students. Ultimately, Islamic students are given special religious rights that Christian students do not have. America’s business community is dealing with the special demands of Islam, too. Recently, Tyson Foods made a decision to give a special holiday to its 700 Islamic employees from Somalia that work at its Shelbyville, Tennessee processing plant (How did this many people from Somalia get jobs in a Tennessee plant?). Basically, Tyson Foods will not observe Labor Day anymore at its Shelbyville plant. Instead, it will replace it with a special Islamic holiday that recognizes the end of Ramadan, the Islamic month of fasting. However, this will be done at the expense of its American workers. Of course, there are many other examples that verify that Islamic believers are attempting to force American businesses to incorporate the Islamic way into their daily business schedule. One such example took place about two years ago in Detroit, Michigan. An Islamic woman was praying in front of a locker at a Fitness USA gym. When the woman was interrupted by another woman who was attempting to get to her locker, the Islamic woman complained bitterly. In fact, she filed a lawsuit against Fitness USA. Therefore, it is easy to see from these examples that Islamic followers have an agenda to turn the American way into the Islamic way. Hopefully, America’s businessmen and businesswomen will not give in to their demands and become traitors to the American way of life. Ultimately, the United States government is the main traitor to the American way of life. It is mind-boggling what the United States government is doing to ensure that the un-American concept of political correctness is extended to the followers of Islam in a Christian nation (Yes, America is a Christian nation, at least at present). But, apparently, for some unknown reason, American politicians have decided to promote Islam over Christianity. What would America’s Founding Fathers and statesmen say about this treachery? Most of them, if it were possible, would come back from the dead and attempt to get America back on the right track. However, since they cannot return, it will be up to the American people to take back their country from those who would change the American way of life. Americans must go to the polls in November and vote for new leaders that stand up for the American way. But, what have America’s leaders done that would make Americans think that they were being sold out? There are many examples to prove that the United States government is supporting Islam. Four of these examples are as follows: Muslims are permitted to have prayer each Friday in a special room located in the United States Congress Building. United States government agencies, such as the FBI, are teaching their employees the teachings of Islam from the Qur’an. The United States Congress has been opened with readings from the Qur’an. Some elected leaders have taken the oath of office with their right hand on the Qur’an. Therefore, it appears that hundreds of years of governmental standards and governmental procedures are being erased rather quickly. As a result, the religion and ideology of Islam is gaining control of the base of America’s governmental system. If the leaders of America’s political system continue to bow down to the demands of Islam, the sights and sounds of the Islamic way of life might just replace the American way of life. Also, could it be possible that Sharia, the legal system of Islam, might replace America’s legal system that began with the ratification of the U.S. Constitution over two hundred years ago? Most likely, Islam would never gain that much control over the United States government. However, who knows what could happen to the government of the United States in the next twenty to thirty years if the leaders that Americans put in office join the new breed of American traitors. Finally, if the new breed of American traitors continues to travel down the politically correct road that they are presently following, the American way of life might not be recognizable in the future. Many people that come to America do not have the same belief system that most Americans have. Therefore, if Americans give in to the demands of such a diverse group of people, the greatest nation in the world could ultimately lose its cultural and political identity. Therefore, it is very important that the new breed of traitors that regulate America’s public schools, the business community, and the government sector return America back to a state of normalcy.

CHANGE OF PACE ARTICLE Some of you may know that brother, Joel, is a loan officer at Sterling Bank. He works downtown in a second story office building, overlooking busy Riverside Avenue. Several weeks ago he watched a mother duck choose the cement awning outside his window as the uncanny place to build a nest above the sidewalk.

The mallard laid ten eggs in a nest in the corner of the planter that is perched over 10 feet in the air. She dutifully kept the eggs warm for weeks and Monday afternoon all of her ten ducklings hatched.

Joel worried all night how the mamma duck was going to get those babies safely off their perch in a busy, downtown, urban environment to take to water, which typically happens in the first 48 hours of a duck hatching. Tuesday morning, Joel came to work and watched the mother duck encourage her babies to the edge of the perch with the intent to show them how to jump off! The mother flew down below and started quacking to her babies above. In his disbelief Joel watched as the first fuzzy newborn toddled to the edge and astonishingly leapt into thin air, crashing onto the cement be low. My brother couldn't watch how this might play out. He dashed out of his office and ran down the stairs the sidewalk where the first obedient duckling was stuporing near its mother from the near fatal fall. Joel looked up. The second duckling was getting ready to jump! He quickly dodged under the awning while the mother duck quacked at him and the babies above. As the second one took the plunge, Joel jumped forward and caught it with his bare hands before it hit the cement. Safe and sound, he set it by the mamma and the other stunned sibling, still recovering from its painful leap. One by one the babies continued to jump to join their anxious family below. Each time Joel hid under the awning just to reach out in the nick of time as the duckling made its free fall. The downtown sidewalk came to a standstill. Time after time, Joel was able to catch the remaining 8 and set them by their approving mother. At this point Joel realized the duck family had only made part of its dangerous journey. They had 2 full blocks to walk across traffic, crosswalks, curbs, and pedestrians to get to the closest open water, the Spokane River. The onlooking office secretaries then joined in, and hurriedly brought an empty copy paper box to collect the babies. They carefully corralled them, with the mother's approval, and loaded them up into the white cardboard container. Joel held the box low enough for the mom to see her brood. He then slowly navigated through the downtown streets toward the Spokane River, as the mother waddled behind and kept her babies in sight. As they reached the river, the mother took over and passed him, jumping into the river and quacking loudly. At the water's edge, the Sterling Bank office staff then tipped the box and helped shepherd the babies toward the water and to their mother after their adventurous ride. All ten darling ducklings safely made it into the water and paddled up snugly to mamma duck. Joel said the mom swam in circles, looking back toward the beaming bank workers, and proudly quacking as if to say...... "See, we did it! Thanks for all the help!" Thankfully, one of the secretaries had a digital camera and was able to capture most of it (except the actual midair catching) in a series of attached photographs. A Persian opposition group, formed some three weeks ago by former Imperial Air Force Major-General Mehdi Rohani, calling itself Oghaab-e Iran (Iranian Eagle) out of California, has begun broadasting a "call to arms" or rather a call to demostrations inside Iran on Farsi language local media.

In a psychological attempt to avoid alienating former Mullah regime operatives, employees and even Revolutionary Guard or similar organizations, and perhaps earning their cooperation, Rohani is NOT calling for the overthrow of the Mullahs. His stated and outwardly simple goal of "Persian Eagle" suggests the removal of 100 (one hundred only) of the worst of the worst of the Mullah regime and starting again from there. No other formal change to the Constitution, overall Administration or national structure has yet been proposed. This could , if believed by them, remove the resistance of people - outside the 100 - who would otherwise feel personally endangered by any change of regime. This way, "they may, they might" accept the promise of an amnesty as a reality. The strategy has some merit but with nearly 30-years of Mullah promises to the populace being broken or ignored, nobody's credibility has much of a chance. The other side of the coin, heard from people returning from Iran visits, indicates that the people are so disheartened by the intolerable quality of life in Iran that they are openly wishing and asking for a bombing on Mullah heads to take place. Even if it kills them and other civilians, too. Their lives, as described by a multitude of reports reaching us from inside Iran and brought back by recent visitors has reached untenable proportions of oppression and death at the Mullah hands, poverty, misery, drug use, prostitution, corruption, theft, confidence trickery and inability to pay for their daily basic needs of food and shelter, that it's no longer worth living. Suicides and AIDS infections are both at epidemic levels.

A logical question for Westerners might be "then why the heck don't they do something about it and overthrow the clerics!"

After enarly 30-years of mental and physical battery a henpecked husband or a battered wife does not have the spiritual wherewithal to oppose their spouse without external invervention.

Cowed into submission by mind-boggling, ruthless spiritual and physical abuse rising as often as not to being executed, tortured - at best - and the shame of intentionlly intended raped family members (of both sexes) to discourage men and women from repeat performances by law enforcement agents, an uprising requires more mental fortitude than the populace can muster -- without external encouragement, support and instigation. Currently, submissive suicides, show the extent of misery. By contrast, in Iran, some fervent pro-Mullah, pro-Revolution proponents, such as women driving the green checkered cabs, designated as "for women" though they also often take male passengers, sweat and suffer from the heat in their heavy, black Islamic robes and sometimes burkha type head coverings, proudly saying they are revolutionaries and as such will put up with every discomfort their actions have brought about for everyone. Meanwhuile, women passengers very often steal the day's take from male taxi drivers by asking to be driven to some distant or remote location and then extorting money by threatening to cry rape or even simply inappropriate, unislamic touching by the driver. One notorious woman has found her own way to earn a living, which she could not otherwise easily do in the chauvinistic, male society of islamic iran. In one area of Tehran, often called the Seven Pools, where heavily made up. absurdly coiffed, weirdly dressed, transvestite gays congregate (no gays in Iran, right!) and female prostitutes, too, gold and jewelry stores have sprung up all around to service these "trades" and the rubber neckers who come to watch the spectacle. (Shades of London's Kings road in former years). Staking out and identifying good victims, the attractive enough woman would visit a chosen store, offer herself to the owner on the basis of having no husband to allay her sexual needs and persuading the mark to close the shutters and have sex with her in the back. Reports all indicate she asks the victims to start by suckling her breasts. The next thing they know is waking up from the drugged sleep induced by what she has smeared on her nipples, buck naked, all clothing removed from the premises and all their inventory gone! They then have to decide how to explain any of this "unislamic" behavior to the authorities or to their famiies and generally prefer to pretend they were robbed by armed crooks. Leaving the real female thief unidentified and undescribed and thus "safe". The Mullahs cannot obtain the most modern technology for liquefying the gas from their fields as this is an American technology and restricted from them by US sanctions let alone others and more coming. This lack of an adequate system to replace antiquated ones they have and the lack of decent systems from other sources, impacts their capability of making the most of the huge reserves they have. 2. As bad or worse is the fact that Western companies are withdrawing or have withdrawn from developing the huge Pars gas fields and the technically challenged Russians have stepped in to replace France's Total Oil Group. 3. The Chinese, who have signed $300 billion oil and gas development, search, exploration, refining and drilling contracts with islamic iran, do not have technology to fit islamic iran’s needs, though they can improve refining of gasoline for domestic use. 4. Probable sanctions coning very soon will largely sink any special islamic iran agreements with other countries. While Algeria, by and large a “fanatical” islamic nation may try to disregard the international community, they may soon find themselves coming in from the cold as did Libya. Which has recently warned islamic iran not to follow in the footsteps of Saddam Hussein. 5. The “new” Pars oil and gas fields could take a decade to come on line in any great quantity , so the effect of ANY new GEPF is unlikely to hit us very hard in the near future. Unless Obama and his minions prevent us from developing our own gas and oil. OFFICIAL islamic iran Central Bank statistics, which inevitably underplay the truth when showing negative aspects of islamic iran, say that 25% (or about 18 million citizens) live beneath the poverty level in the Mullah country. Inflation has risen to 21.5% and increased by 1% in the last quarter. With the usual habit of the Mullahs diminishing real figures by at least HALF, the above numbers would in reality be: 50% of citizens or some 35 million people are living below poverty levels. This fits closer to some 30% (21 million) of islamic iranians being addicted to drugs and unable to earn a decent living. OR JUST AS LIKELY - TO DESTROY WHATEVER IS THERE SO NOBODY CAN FINDTHE TRUTH. Just as he and his campaign have "purged" anything in Kenya that would indicate he is a Kenyan and Kenyan born.

Hasn’t it been established that Kenya does not offer dual-citizenship? Which would make the statement at the Rocky Mountain News besides the point- regardless of where they received the info. I don't know about Kenya. Dual citizenship typically arises because of the statutory pattern--it's just a result of each statute saying "a person is a citizen if . . . . " The reason the Rocky Mountain News statement is important is to trace the basis for the view that he might have had Kenya citizenship. This "no dual citizenship" argument is very interesting but look--suppose Obama was, as we believe, born in Kenya under circumstances where he did not become a US citizen under Sec. 1401(g). Is he a citizen anywhere? I assume he is a citizen in Kenya. And if so, how does he lose his Kenya citizenship? If he were naturalized in the US (which there is no evidence he was), how would his Kenya citizenship end? A troll who posts as Citizen Blade stated yesterday that McCain could not be a Panamanian Citizen--that citizenship in most places does not result from birth. In the case of Panama, much of their foundational legal pattern was copied from the US. I assume Gatun knew the answer; and I have seen other cases in ancient history regarding Panamanian citizenship so I believe the troll is incorrect. The point however of the dual citizenship because of offshore birth under circumstances where parentage result in domestic citizenship is why the "natural born" requirement contemplates birth within the confines of the U S--so that you don't have a dual citizen responsibility on the President. That would be a risk of offshore birth because whatever Citizen Blade may think about what other countries have done or do with persons born there, they could say, as many in fact do, that everyone born there is a citizen. And another point Gatun made which I do believe is correct, is that there is no provision in Panamanian law for how you would shuck your Panamanian citizenship. I am of the relatively strong opinion that if Obama can prove he was born in Hawaii, he will be held eligible to act as President, even if he was also at some point a citizen of Kenya or Indonesia or somewhere else, unless at some time after he reached adulthood, he renounced his U S Citizenship which I think did not happen. I am of the equally strong opinion, that if Obama proves to have been born in Kenya to parents married to each other, he will be held not eligible to act as President. The parents not married issue is a never never land but it doesn't take very much to have wedlock under Sec. 1409(c) so I haven't yet addressed that question.

I don’t know, but consider a Kenya birth to be far less likely than alternative explanations such as Canadian birth simply because of the logistics and expense—whether these apply to BHO in utero or as an infant only a few days old.

I fear this 72 hours claim may well have emerged from the “echo chamber.” Isn’t it YOUR theory that Ann went to Kenya only for a brief time (measured in days rather than weeks or months)? We have reports of friends of Ann’s saying she was less visible socially during spring 1962, but no one asserts she completely disappeared. I thought you or someone else here—I’m sure not planning to scour thousands of posts—claimed something to the effect that it was Kenyan tradition to be with parental family and/or Barack Senior insisted on this trip to ensure his son’s Kenyan citizenship. With all respect, I think no to most of that. My thesis is that both Obama Sr. and Stanley Ann went to Kenya during the break between fall and winter (quarter?) semester in school, sometime in January 1961 after finals; got married; and decided that given Stanley Ann had been kicked out by her family, she would stay until just prior to the birth and then return to get the child U S Citizenship. Marriage in the US would have violated criminal bigamy statutes; marriage in Kenya was not only not illegal, it was the social norm to have multiple wives. She stayed too long--BOAC would not let her get on the airplane; and Obama Jr. was born in Kenya. She then came back (through the established 1961 BOAC schedule via Glaskow to Vancouver BC; to Seattle; and to Honolulu). She or one of her parents did something to register Obama Jr. as a birth in Honolulu. In the 50's and 60's there was a fair amount of transportation to British Africa through this route and through Vancouver B.C. out of Seattle. BOAC was not prohibitively expensive. There were cut price deals for students and others related to visiting Africa students which the wife of such a student would have qualified for. No I don't think she was only there for a brief time--I would be inclined to believe Obama might have said 72 hours to cover the fact that it has already come out and someone might have a record that put her in Kenya immediately before the birth; but 72hours doesn't mean she wasn't there a lot longer which I believe she was. No, I don't know of any reason Obama Sr. would have pursued getting Jr. to Kenya or worried about how to get him citizenship--I assume Sr. thought he was well connected enough to get citizenship whenever he felt like it. And no, I don't know of anyone--no single source anywhere of any single person that even inferred that Stanley Ann was ever seen, even one time, in Honolulu in the period between February 1, 1961 (or whenever fall semester ended) and August 8, 1961. And if my thesis is correct, no one will appear. That comes from the Chicago Tribune series which is an effort to lay a factual background for what Obama wants to say in public, particularly in the way of adding to or modifying his book. It's what lawyers call "self serving". Obama's birth location and citizenship was an issue in his earlier campaigns. No one had either the resources or the incentive to do enough research to reach a conclusive answer--proof that he was not a citizen or had not been born in Hawaii was not dispositive of the political contest. In the case at hand, if it can be shown he was born in Kenya, he is disqualified. But Obama knew, and has known for some time that he has a real Constitutional problem with the issue. Partial evidence of that is in his effort with the Sense of the Senate Resolution he got Clair McKaskil to introduce, ostensibly to support McCain--in fact to address Obama's problem. Against that back drop, this is his course of events as to how it might have happened and fit the provable factual time line. This is another one of those descriptions that doesn't set out any supportable fact that places Stanley Ann in Honolulu in the relevant period. Some might remember that she had a "new relationship with Barack Obama (sr)" and had "weekend discussions" which "now involved graduate students". Those things in fact happened in the fall semester of 1960. However it is not disputed that she dropped out of school after the first semester and was not there in the winter semester of 1961. The people who would have noticed that she was missing probably did. But she returned in August, of 1961 and was present between 1961 and maybe some point in 1962--we could speculate that she parted company with Obama Sr. by March or April of 1962 if the report that she was enrolled at the University of Washington for Spring Quarter, 1962 is correct. But the Hawaii record is very mushy for this period. I assume that an investigator could pin down exactly when Obama Sr. graduated; and when he in fact started at Harvard. An investigator could also look for Stanley Ann as a single mother student at Washington; with her child? Grandmother Sarah didn't remain silent at all. As late as January, there were articles interviewing the Kenya family in which Sarah affirmatively claimed to have been present when he was born in Kenya. Those are all now gone/expunged from the record. But enough people on line remember seeing them that there isn't any doubt they were there. You are correct about the wide group of people whose testimony needs to be controlled--in my view, that is why he will ultimately fail. Sarah has now been instructed not to say anything substantive to the press as have the other members of the Kenya family. Everyone understands that it is fatal to Obama's campaign effort if it can be shown that he was born in Kenya--and it is a relatively simple concept to get to what is in fact a fairly small group of people remaining who have first hand knowledge of 1961. Obama's personal response has been to stonewall--answer no questions of any nature. Stanley Ann's mother, who obviously knows, is sequestered. She remains in full possession of her facilities and will understand the game plan completely. And she will have able lawyers to resist subjecting her to a real deposition. What is in process is a classic coverup with a cooperative press. Obama has the advantage of a limited time line--he may only need to play defense until November. His principal adversary, Mrs. Clinton, probably has command of more factual material than anyone else. But her tactical ability to use it is limited. She can't be the person that actually uses the material because that will be politically fatal. And she has difficulty using her surrogates effectively--because she really can't be sure she will get the nomination if Obama falls, or at least falls too soon. All she can do is threaten--and if it appears that she is getting close to a breakthrough with her surrogates, Obama has the option of trading her the Vice Presidential nomination to get her to shut up. That course of action has its own hazards. His trip to Hawaii this weekend is timely. We may hear nothing about the outcome. But it is a fair assumption that some effort will be made to address the paper record with the Hawaii Department of Public Health to come up with a legend that will fit the available information. I have done this exercise before but it may be helpful to have it come up on this thread more than once.

The opposition is out there scrubbing sources as fast as they are disclosed here.

However also, there is a vast array of citations on this thread to support my description of the facts.

There were a number of copies of a news report, the last ones to be scrubbed were in African periodicals which I do not read because I don't have the language, of an interview with a couple of Christian missionaries who were getting on a BOAC flight in Africa in July 1961 at the same time as a very pregnant white woman who could reasonably be identified as Stanley Ann (although I do not believe they identified her by name) which pregnant white woman was denied boarding because of her condition and airline policy.

There is a picture of Stanley Ann and Obama Sr. in the departure area of the old Honolulu Airport with Christmas decorations in place which Obama identifies as a wedding picture.

It is a reasonable inference that picture was taken sometime around late December early January 1960-1961.

In her divorce papers, Stanley Ann alleges that they were married on February 2, 1961.

Obama Sr. was already married to another woman.

Although that marriage would not be a defect rendering a second marriage to Stanley Ann void under US Law, it would have constituted a technical defect in the marriage (voidable) as well as a crime under US law at the time.

Marriage in Kenya would have been legal and in accord with conventional standards--many Kenyans have multiple wives. It is not unreasonable to speculate that Stanley Ann and Obama Sr. were leaving the Honolulu Airport to fly to Kenya to be married.

And following the marriage, she did not return to school for winter semester in 1961; he probably did.

Stanley Ann's next appearance in the record is on Mercer Island in August of 1961 accompanied by baby Obama. It is not unreasonable to believe that she remained in Kenya after the marriage with his family where she was supported.

Additional news reports which have been scrubbed have early stories reporting interviews with Sarah (the woman he calls "grandmother" who is not) and two of his half siblings, the three of whom claimed to have been present at his birth in Kenya.

A Wayne Madsen update asserts that a record of his birth in Kenya was found in Mombasa.

Susan Blake was one of Stanley Ann's classmates and friends at Mercer Island High School. Mercer Island is a suburb of Seattle.

An interview with Ms. Blake is still available in Video form in which she says that Stanley Ann visited her on Mercer Island in August of 1961 at a time when Stanley Ann had not yet learned to change diapers.

The visit was a stop over on a trip from some undisclosed location. Ostensibly, the trip was on the way to Boston to see Obama Sr. who was in school at Harvard.

In fact, Obama Sr. was not in Boston nor was he at Harvard until August 1962 -- the timing is wrong and Stanley Ann wasn't going Boston.

Susan says the visit was in later August which would not be fatal to this time line but is inconsistent with the fact that Stanley Ann had not yet learned to change diapers.

The commercial connection between Kenya and the Western US is found in BOAC schedules for July and August of 1961 which are posted on this thread -- through Glaskow to Vancouver BC.

From personal experience, I know that passengers destined in the Western US from British Africa went from Vancouver to Seattle, usually by surface transportation, to continue their journey in the US in this period.

It is not an unreasonable thesis that what happened was that they went to Kenya, got married; her parents had kicked her out so she stayed in Kenya; got stuck because she was too pregnant to get on the airplane; Obama was born there; she immediately got on an airplane; on Mercer Island in August, 1961; on to Honolulu where she files some form of notice of birth.

What evidence is contrary?

A digital display purporting to be a copy of a birth certificate which is a demonstrated fake -- it is a clear fraud.

Other than a proform newspaper Vital Statistics announcement not supported by any extrinsic evidence, there is no factual support for the proposition that Obama was born in Honolulu.

Against this backdrop, instead of a credible response from the candidate and the campaign, we have not only a stonewall -- we have an aggressive effort to scrub the record and intimidate anyone from successfully organizing an investigative effort into the fact.

This is a critical issue. He isn't eligible to hold the office of President if he was born in Kenya.

If he in fact has an answer, he lays it out immediately--if he loses this argument, he is out.

He is betting that no one can effectively ask the question because if anyone does, he doesn't have an answer.

No real doubt in my mind. I have seen this play out many times in real life over many years in the law business.

Obama was born in Kenya.

Independent analysts, working separately, claim to have discovered that the original Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth used in the fabrication of the Barack Obama "birth certificate" belongs to the Presidential candidate's younger half-sister, Maya.

Examining the high resolution image originally posted by the "Daily Kos" left-wing blog and subsequently claimed as authentic by the campaign, and posted in lower resolution on the campaign official "Fight the Smears" website, at least two analysts have been able to independently discern the name "Maya Kassandra Soetoro" from artifacts left behind in the process of forging a new fake document for Barack from an image of Maya's original document.

Additional confirmatory information, such as her birthday and the nationality of her father have also been resurrected. A full report documenting all details is to be published in the coming days.

Israel Insider has not yet seen proof that would validate the claim. The dramatic claim comes just a day after a forensic specialist, posting on the Texas Darlin blog under the name Techdude (his real name is known to Israel Insider), announced the discovery of the identity of the original owner of the COLB document used in the forgery but would initially only indicate that it was a woman born in the 1970's.

However, he provided enough clues to enable another graphic specialist (screen name KG) to independently reproduce the incriminating evidence. (Techdude had said that he wanted to give the guilty parties time to confess to the forgery, but also to allow independent confirmation of his discovery.

(He even offered to pay for a trip to Vegas to the first person to discover the name and detail the method by which it was discovered.)

According to Texas Darlin, which exclusively published these latest revelations, there is more to come: "In the coming days, Techdude will provide a final report that fully discloses his discovery, and provides all the fancy technical data, images, formulae etc. that everyone has come to expect.

He will respond to questions posted on this blog to the best of his ability. (NOTE: KG has asked Techdude to donate the trip funds to help retire Hillary's debt, and Techdude has agreed.)"

In the meantime, KG has posted details on how artifacts of the name "Maya Kassandra Soetero" were discerned.

The revelation that the COLB of Obama's own sister was evidently used to create the electronic forgery represents what supporters of this analysis claim is a "smoking gun" that appears to implicate Senator Obama directly.

Hawaii law limits access to vital records to family members only, a fact which slowed down the ability of researchers to compare the purported Obama "birth certificate" -- which displayed from the start a peculiar provenance and inexplicable features - compared to genuine specimens.

Therefore, it would seem that either Maya K. Soetoro-Ng (as she is now called) supplied the document or its image to half-brother Barack or his campaign, or Obama/his campaign used it without her permission.

It appears unlikely, to say the least, that the campaign would have independently managed to obtain Maya's COLB, forged Barak's fake COLB using Maya's original, and verified the result as genuine without the candidate's knowledge and involvement.

This is particularly true given the high profile treatment with which the campaign has treated the purported veracity of the supposed "birth certificate" in its Fight the Smears website.

The apparent use of the Soetero document increases the likelihood of direct Obama involvement in the supply, production, and/or propagation of the forgery. The stakes couldn't be higher.

Even the Snopes anti-rumor site acknowledges that Obama's constitutional fitness to be president depends solely on his being born in the United States, because his mother -- not yet 19 at the time of his birth -- would not have had a sufficient number of years as an adult citizen, according to the laws prevailing at the time, to pass on "natural born citizenship" automatically.

There have been reports, so far unconfirmed, that Obama was born outside the country, either in Kenya, his presumed father's native land, or in Canada.

The fact that the Obama campaign has been touting as genuine a forgery since June 12 will likely increase pressure to not only account for the fake but produce a genuine paper birth certificate.

Obama, in his book Dreams from My Father, specifically mentioned having such a document in his possession, but it has not been submitted for public inspection or analysis if it in fact exists.

As strident as the claims are with respect to the source of the purported Obama COLB, and despite the claimed ability to replicate Techdude's work, not all experts are convinced.

Veteran forensic analyst Joseph Cannon expresses frustration with what he considers Techdude's vague instructions for "resurrecting" the artifacts that allegedly spell Maya's name.

AJ Strata, who has been an extreme skeptic with respect to the fake certificate claims, believes this latest analysis is a "joke" from a "cult," proof that "the inmates have taken over the asylum."

Indeed, there are still too many unanswered questions to reach a reliable assessment about the veracity of Techdude's claims for the hidden name. Much appears dependent on his ability to lay out replicable instructions and demonstrate graphics which show the hidden name appearing.

He promises a full report in coming days. Until then, the jury is still out. Intriguingly, too, Maya Soetoro-Ng is believed to have been born outside the United States, in Indonesia, so her apparent ownership of a Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth raises questions about how such a document could have been produced for an Indonesian-born girl.

There do appear to be circumstances which would enable a foreign born child to get a US birth certificate, including a consular report of an overseas birth by an American citizen, or an adoption. Those factors and circumstances, too, may shed light on Barack Obama's citizenship status and his ability, or inability, to document it.

Ironically, but perhaps not coincidentally, the Obama campaign has challenged the credentials of Republican opponent John McCain, because he makes no secret of being born out of the country, in Panama.

But both of McCain's parents were Americans so, unlike Obama, are by statute able to pass on natural born citizen status to their foreign-born child.

SYRIAN HEZBOLLAH LINKED GENERAL ASSASSINATED

Syrian President Bashar Assad's top aide and adviser, General Mohammed Suleiman, was assassinated on Friday, according to Arab news sources. Suleiman, who was also Syria's liaison officer to the Hizbullah terrorist organization in Lebanon, was shot and killed by an unidentified sniper in the Syrian port city of Tartous. Syrian authorities tried unsuccessfully to prevent publication of the news. The country's Albawaba newspaper, which reported the incident, speculated that Israel might have been behind the killing. Both Albawaba and the London-based Al-Hayat newspaper raised the issue of last February's assassination of Hizbullah second-in-command Imad Mughniyeh, who died in a car bombing in Damascus. Syria blamed Israel for the killing, but Jerusalem denied any involvement. This shadowy figure who acted for Bashar Assad in the regime’s four most sensitive and confidential spheres: 1. He was the president’s liaison man with the North Korean government. On his frequent trips to Pyongyang, Gen. Suleiman organized the consignment of components for the plutonium reactor in northern Syria, which Israeli demolished last September, and the security of the North Korean scientists and technicians who accompanied them. 2. Muhammad Suleiman was also the president’s private channel of communication with Iranian military and intelligence chiefs; in this capacity, he most probably facilitated the Syrian-Iranian-North Korean connection. The Syrian reactor was designed to produce nuclear fuel for the Iranian program and radioactive weapons for Syria. 3. The late general also acted as the president’s contact man with Hizballah’s leaders. He worked directly with Imad Mughniyeh, head of Hizballah’s security apparatus, who was killed in Damascus last February. 4. His key function was the management of Assad’s personal interaction with the Syrian chief of staff, generals and heads of military intelligence. There was no state secret from the powerful general. He was to have accompanied the Syrian president on his state visit to Tehran Saturday; instead he was laid to rest in his home village of Driekesh in the north. Damascus has done its utmost to keep the general’s death under wraps, but word has spread and theories abound: Speculation ranges from an outside hand, or a jealous rival to an internal element who felt the concentration of so much power in one hand was a threat to the regime.
