Indian anti-terrorist chief Hemant Karkar was among those killed in Mumbai. He had been threatened since September for perceived mistreatement of Moslems but there appears to be a link to Somali pirates funding a revenge attack on India for recently sinking one of their ships .

I hope the Indian counter terrorism authorities will quickly find the time to carefully view the videos made by journalists or the public of events as I have noticed some older aged "gawkers" who would easily profile as islamists, one of whom I saw could easily be an Iranian. They might ask Pakistan's ISI to have a look and perhaps spot some of their own among them. Giving them up would be a goodwill gesture.

Given an excuse to rampage, such as a perfectly deserved and valid attack on islamic iran, attacks such as these will flare up in THOUSANDS all over the globe including inside America. There are reportedly some 40,000 suicide bombers and terrorist like the Mumbai ones already in place JUST IN AMERICA. Or demand to be catered to on an equal basis with centuries old former national mindsets and esablished religions. Or even given priority over usual national norms. Eurabia has agreed to allow over 100,000 Iraqis into their countries. Want to bet quite a number of terrorists will sneak in this way? Specially after Bush hands over to Obama. Obama’s planned Marxist type of Million Man Civil Security Force, intent on keeping him and Communist type government in control now and in the future, may become a double edge sword and be able to deal with islamic terrorist. Only of course, if Obama, with his 20-year anti-American Christian indoctrination (Dr. Wright) and his own Moslem upbringing, do not turn this civil force on all of us to ENFORCE islamic sharia. In many ways (except the former does not acknowledge there is a deity) Communism and islam are very, very similar in attitudes. The only real difference is that islam demands obedience to a moon god, while Communism demands obedience and dependency on the ruling government, with some figurehead like Obama at the helm.

BIRTH CERTIFICATE ISSUE LEGITIMATE - BUT IS OBAMA?

Does this Barack Obama birth certificate issue bug you because, although improbable, it's possible that he's not a natural born citizen, isn't eligible to be President under the Constitution, and this issue could be bigger than Watergate -- or any other "gate" in history? Are you afraid that if you were even to raise the subject with your friends that they will think you wear a tinfoil hat, because Factcheck.org, the final arbiter of truth in the universe, said so? Not! Are you with the news media, and after spending so much money to get Barack Obama elected, you'd hate to ruin your investment? Are you a talk radio host who thinks that if you say the burden of proof needed to demonstrate one is eligible to be Commander in Chief should be at least as high as, oh, say, the level to be eligible for Hawaiian homestead status (see 1.F. below), that you'd be forced to give equal time to someone who disagrees? Are you a conservative, libertarian, or any conscientious constitutionalist from any ideological side of life, who's convinced something's not right, but you're afraid your reputation might be tarnished because, after all, this could be one big Saul-Alinsky-style set-up, and the joke would be on you? Fear not! Joe the Farmer has prepared an outline showing that no matter how this issue is ultimately resolved, you have legitimate concerns, and that Barack Obama should, simply out of respect for the nation he was elected to lead, disclose the sealed vault copy of his birth certificate. Given the circumstances, if Barack Obama respected this nation, he would prove it by the simplest and easiest of gestures - unless, of course, all this talk about change and hope was just a bunch of bull, and he's just "another politician." Here's the outline: 1. Under Hawaiian law, it is possible (both legally and illegally) for a person to have been born out of state, yet have a birth certificate on file in the Department of Health. A. From Hawaii's official Department of Health, Vital Records webpage: "Amended certificates of birth may be prepared and filed with the Department of Health, as provided by law, for 1) a person born in Hawaii who already has a birth certificate filed with the Department of Health or 2) a person born in a foreign country" (applies to adopted children). B. A parent may register an in-state birth in lieu of certification by a hospital of birth under HRS 338-5. C. Hawaiian law expressly provides for registration of out-of-state births under HRS 338-17.8. A foreign birth presumably would have been recorded by the American consular of the country of birth, and presumably that would be reflected on the Hawaiian birth certificate. D. Hawaiian law, however, expressly acknowledges that its system is subject to error. See, for example, HRS 338-17. E. Hawaiian law expressly provides for verification in lieu of certified copy of a birth certificate under HRS 338-14.3. F. Even the Hawaii Department of Home Lands does not accept a certified copy of a birth certificate as conclusive evidence for its homestead program. From its web site: "In order to process your application, DHHL utilizes information that is found only on the original Certificate of Live Birth, which is either black or green. This is a more complete record of your birth than the Certification of Live Birth (a computer-generated printout). Submitting the original Certificate of Live Birth will save you time and money since the computer-generated Certification requires additional verification by DHHL." 2. Contrary to what you may have read, no document made available to the public, nor any statement by Hawaiian officials, evidences conclusively that Obama was born in Hawaii. A. Associated Press reported about a statement of Hawaii Health Department Director Dr. Fukino, "State declares Obama birth certificate genuine." B. That October 31, 2008 statement says that Dr. Fukino "ha[s] personally seen and verified that the Hawai'i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama's original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures." That statement does not, however, verify that Obama was born in Hawaii, and as explained above, under Hawaiian policies and procedures it is quite possible that Hawaii may have a birth record of a person not born in Hawaii. Unlikely, but possible. C. The document that the Obama campaign released to the public is a certified copy of Obama's birth record, which is not the best evidence since, even under Hawaiian law, the original vault copy is the better evidence. Presumably, the vault record would show whether his birth was registered by a hospital in Hawaii. D. Without accusing anyone of any wrongdoing, we nevertheless know that some people have gone to great lengths, even in violation of laws, rules and procedures, to confer the many benefits of United States citizenship on themselves and their children. Given the structure of the Hawaiian law, the fact that a parent may register a birth, and the limited but inherent potential for human error within the system, it is possible that a parent of a child born out-of-state could have registered that birth to confer the benefits of U.S. citizenship, or simply to avoid bureaucratic hassles at that time or later in the child's life. 1. We don't know whether the standards of registration by the Department of Health were more or less stringent in 1961 (the year of Obama's birth) than they are today. However, especially with post-9/11 scrutiny, we do know that there have been instances of fraudulent registrations of foreign births as American births. 2. From a 2004 Department of Justice news release about multiple New Jersey vital statistics employees engaged in schemes to issue birth certificates to foreign-born individuals: "An individual who paid Anderson and her co-conspirators for the service of creating the false birth records could then go to Office of Vital Statistics to receive a birth certificate . . . As part of the investigation, federal agents executed a search warrant of the HCOVS on Feb. 18, 2004, which resulted in the seizure of hundreds of suspect Certificates of Live Birth which falsely indicated that the named individuals were born in Jersey City, when in fact, they were born outside the United States and were in the United States illegally . . . Bhutta purchased from Goswamy false birth certificates for himself and his three foreign-born children." 3. Even before 9/11, government officials acknowledged the "ease" of obtaining birth certificates fraudulently. From 1999 testimony by one Social Security Administration official: "Furthermore, the identity data contained in Social Security records are only as reliable as the evidence on which the data are based. The documents that a card applicant must present to establish age, identity, and citizenship, usually a birth certificate and immigration documents-are relatively easy to alter, counterfeit, or obtain fraudulently." 3. It has been reported that the Kenyan government has sealed Obama's records. If he were born in Kenya, as has been rumored even recently, the Kenyan government would certainly have many incentives to keep that undisclosed. Objectively, of course, those records may prove nothing. Obama's refusal to release records at many levels here in the United States, though, merely fuels speculation. 4. Obama has refused to disclose the vault copy of his Hawaiian birth certificate. This raises the question whether he himself has established that he is eligible to be President. To date, no state or federal election official, nor any government authority, has verified that he ever established conclusively that he meets the eligibility standard under the Constitution. If the burden of proof were on him, perhaps as it should be for the highest office of any individual in America, the more-than-dozen lawsuits challenging his eligibility would be unnecessary. A. Had he disclosed his vault copy in the Berg v. Obama lawsuit (which was the first lawsuit filed on the question of his eligibility to be President), and it was established he was born in Hawaii, that would have constituted res judicata, and acted to stop other similar lawsuits being filed. Without res judicata (meaning, the matter is adjudged and settled conclusively) he or government officials will need to defend other lawsuits, and valuable court resources will be expended. Strategically from a legal standpoint, therefore, his refusal to disclose doesn't make sense. Weighing factors such as costs, resources and complexity of disclosing versus not disclosing, he must have reason of considerable downside in disclosing, or upside in not disclosing. There may be other reasons, but one could speculate that he hasn't disclosed because: 1. He was not born in Hawaii, and may not be eligible to be President; 2. He was born in Hawaii, but facts that may be derived from his vault copy birth certificate are inconsistent with the life story he has told (and sold); 3. He was born in Hawaii, and his refusal to provide the best evidence that he is a natural born citizen is a means by which to draw criticism of him in order to make him appear to be a "victim." This would energize his supporters. This would also make other charges about him seem suspect, including his concealment about ties to Bill Ayers and others of some infamy. Such a clever yet distasteful tactic would seem to be a Machiavelli- and Saul-Alinsky-style way to manipulate public opinion. But while this tactic may energize his supporters, it would convince those who believe him to be a manipulator that he's not only just that, but a real pro at it. This would indeed be the basest reason of all, and would have repercussions about his trustworthiness (both here and abroad), which Americans know, is a characteristic sorely lacking in its leaders. B. His motion to dismiss the Berg case for lack of standing could be viewed as contemptuous of the Constitution. See, "Who Enforces the Constitution's Natural Born Citizen Clause?" Are we to expect yet another White House that hides behind lawyers, and expects Americans to swallow half-truths on a just-trust-me basis? C. This issue poses the potential for a constitutional crisis unlike anything this country has seen. Disclosure at this stage, however, could even result in criminal sanctions. See, "Obama Must Stand Up Now Or Step Down." Thus, he has motive not to disclose if he were ineligible. The question not being asked by the holders of power, who dismiss this as a rightwing conspiracy, is what's the downside of disclosing? This is a legitimate issue of inquiry because Barack Obama has turned it into one. The growing number of people who demand an answer in conformance with the Constitution are doing their work; the people's watchdogs aren't. So they will know how much you buy and what calibers. Nobody can sell any ammunition after June 30, 2009 unless the ammunition is coded. Any privately held uncoded ammunition must be destroyed by July 1, 2011. (Including handloaded ammo.) They will also charge a .05 cent tax on every round so every box of ammo you buy will go up at least $2.50 or more! If they can deprive you of ammo they do not need to take your gun! This legislation is currently pending in 18 states: Alabama, Arizona,California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland,Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island,South Carolina, Tennessee, and Washington. For purposes of this chapter, "coded ammunition" means a bullet carrying a unique identifier that has been applied by etching onto the base of the bullet projectile. Section 3. Prohibition on possession or sale of non-coded ammunition. 1. All handgun and assault weapon ammunition manufactured or sold in the state after January 1, 2009, shall be coded by the manufacturer. a. Manufacturer registry - Manufacturers shall: i. Register with [AGENCY] in a manner prescribed by the department through rule; and ii. Maintain records on the business premises for a period of seven years concerning all sales, loans, and transfers of ammunition, to, from, or within the state. b. Vendor registry - Vendors shalli. Register with [AGENCY] in a manner prescribed by the department through rule; and ii. Record the following information in a format prescribed by the [AGENCY]: a. The date of the transaction. b. The name of the transferee. c. The purchaser's driver's license number or other government issued identification card number d. The date of birth of the purchaser. e. The unique identifier of all handgun ammunition or bullets transferred. f. All other information prescribed by [AGENCY]. iii. Maintain records on the business premises for a period of three years from the date of the recorded purchase. 2. To the greatest extent possible or practical, the ACD shall be built within the framework of existing firearms databases. The ACD shall be operational no later than January 1, 2009. 3. Privacy of individuals is of the utmost importance. Access to information in the ACSD is reserved for key law enforcement personnel and to be released only in connection with a criminal investigation. NEW SECTION: Section 5. Penalties 1. Any vendor that willfully fails to comply with, or falsifies the records required to be kept by this bill is guilty of a public offense punishable by imprisonment not to exceed one year, and a fine of $1,000. 2. Any manufacturer that fails to comply with the provisions of this section shall be liable for a civil fine of not more than one $1,000 for a first violation, not more than five $5,000 for a second violation, and not more $10,000 for a third and subsequent violation. 3. Any person who willfully destroys, obliterates, or otherwise renders unreadable, theserialization required pursuant to this bill, on any bullet or assembled ammunition ispunishable by imprisonment not to exceed one year, and a fine of $1,000. NEW SECTION: Section 6. Funding. 1. Establishing and maintaining the ACD shall be funded by an end-user fee not toexceed [COST NUMBER, ESTIMATED AT $0.005 PER BULLET OR ROUNDOF AMMUNITION]. 2. There is hereby established the Coded Ammunition Fund for deposit of the enduserfees described in this section. Moneys in the fund, upon appropriation, shall be available to the [AGENCY] for infrastructure, implementation, operational, enforcement, and future development costs of this chapter. 3. Ammunition manufacturers based within this state may submit a one-time taxcredit application for cost of purchasing ammunition coding equipment. OBAMA SAYS HE WANTS MORE MONEY TO FIX PROBLEMS

U.S. President-elect Barack Obama said on Saturday that he was crafting an aggressive, two-year stimulus plan to revive the troubled economy, warning that swift action was needed to prevent a deep slump and a spiral of falling prices. "If we don't act swiftly and boldly, most experts now believe that we could lose millions of jobs next year," Obama said in prepared remarks for the weekly Democratic radio and video address. "We now risk falling into a deflationary spiral that could increase our massive debt even further," he said. A day after U.S. stock markets rallied on his apparent choice of Timothy Geithner as Treasury secretary, Obama gave a bleak assessment of the economy in his most detailed comments on the subject since winning the Nov. 4 election. Obama in October called for a $175 billion stimulus measure, but his comments in the radio address on Saturday signaled he was prepared to push for a much larger package, though he did not give a price-tag.

Indonesian Aspect Simplified/Editorialized Obama’s mother remarried an Indonesian Moslem named Soetero. They moved to Indonesia. Obama was registered as a student in an Indonesian school - with his religion shown as Moslem Indonesia did not ALLOW foreigners to enroll in their schools, indicating Obama had to have been an Indoneian national at the time. Apparently because his step father Soetero adopted him and gave him Indonesian status. At some point in time later, Obama - apparently named Barry Soetero - returns to Hawaii where he lives with his maternal grandmother. He moves to New York and lives in a drug infested neighborhood, Around 1981 he travels to Pakistan (and may have made several trips later with some inference that he was a drug mule). The MOST IMPORTANT part here is not the drugs but the fact that holders of USA passports were not alllowed to travel to Pakistan in that time period and would have been turned back in Pakistan. His mother was also there at that time so may have also travelled on a non-USA passport - her own Indonesian one. However, he used his INDONESIAN passport to go back and forth to Pakistan, where it was readily accepted. Since Indonesia did not accept dual nationality (till about a few years ago) Obama’s use AT ADULTHOOD of an Indonesian passport is itself a repudiation of any American citizenship he may have falsely claimed. Including to receive reduced fees to enroll at Columbia as an African-American minority. In reality Obama is NOT African anything minority since his father, while a Kenyan national was an ARAB not an “African” by BLOOD. His blood mixture does NOT qualify according to U.S. Federal rules as a minority African-American as his African blood (through a maternal grand mother) does not reach the required 12.5% African blood in his veins. He has just under 7% African bloodline. His blood is 50% white mother, 43.25 % Arab father and 6.75% African. Around this time period he also enrolled at Columbia university and has hidden and lost records so that it is not clear if he registered as a foreign student, or falsely as an African-American while he actually had Indonesian nationality. As per his passport. He cannot produce proof of his registration for at that time compulsory registration for Military Service (Draft) and here too may have used his Indonesian nationality to avoid the AMERICAN draft. Search of records to find this registration has come up empty, implying he never registered. While kind hearts may feel sorry and sympathize with this struggling youth trying to survive within the entangled web of his birth vagaries, for which he had no responsibility nor ability to change, leading to all this weaving and bobbing and current implications of ineligibility on his election to the position of president-elect, his foundational upbringing, mind sets and probability of becoming America’s version of Iran’s destructive Khomeini, puts even those kindest of hearts into strong fear and doubt mode. His current choice of cabinet and top posts to make up for his own lack of experience bodes for a contentious “clusterf**k” administration internally and his own hands-on attitude will probably end up in a forced expansion of dicatorial and controlling mind sets he already has toward the nation and he will increasingly enforce to control an out of hand management experience of a group who have little or no loyalty to him but deeply imbued with enormous self-serving interests of many kinds. The worst case scenario that could emerge in all these poisonous, swirling clouds of doubt and accusations is that Obama is in fact an ILLEGAL ALIEN according to our immigration laws. Don’t laugh. The framework of his unfortunate background as it is unfolding, could end with this eventual though sad conclusion. Talk about Constitutional Conflict and possible civil warfare in the offing. Little wonder he wants to build a million person Civil Security Force of brain washed Obamaoists. His fear is greater than ours.

The National Intelligence Council analysis "Global Trends 2025" also said the current financial crisis on Wall Street is just the first phase of a global economic reordering. The U.S. dollar's role as the world's major currency would weaken to become a "first among equals," the report said. The outlook is intended to inform U.S. President-elect Barack Obama of factors that will influence global events. It is based on a year-long global survey of experts and trends by U.S. Intelligence analysts."The next 20 years of transition to a new system are fraught with risks," said the report, which was more pessimistic about U.S. Influence and the potential for conflict than the last outlook for 2020. Thomas Fingar, chairman of the intelligence council and deputy national director of intelligence for analysis, said harmful outcomes were not inevitable. "It is not beyond the mind of human beings, or political systems, (or) in some cases (the) working of market mechanisms to address and alleviate if not solve these problems," Fingar told reporters. "We could have a better world in 2025." China and India, following a "state capitalism" economic model, were likely to join the United States atop a multipolar world and compete for influence, the report said. Russia's potential was less certain, depending on its energy wealth and internal investment. But Iran, Turkey and Indonesia were also seen gaining power. POTENTIAL FOR CONFLICTA world with multiple power centers has been less stable than one with a single or two rival superpowers, and there was a growing potential for conflict, the report said. Global warming will be felt, and water, food and energy constraints may fuel conflict over resources."Strategic rivalries are most likely to revolve around trade, investments and technological innovation and acquisition, but we cannot rule out a 19th century-like scenario of arms races, territorial expansion and military rivalries," the report said." Types of conflict we have not seen for a while -- such as over resources -- could reemerge," it said.Global wealth was seen shifting from the developed West to the energy-rich Gulf States and Russia, and to Asia, the rising center of manufacturing and some service industries. Global rich-poor disparities would grow, leaving Africa vulnerable to increased instability.A reordering of the world financial system was happening faster than the report's authors envisioned, Fingar said. Last weekend's Group of 20 summit of advanced and major developing countries in Washington showed work had begun, he said. A shift away from an oil-based energy system will be underway or complete by 2025. Better renewable technologies such as solar and wind power offer the best opportunity for a quick and low-cost transition, the report said. There was a greater, but still small, risk of nuclear attack, based on spreading technologies and the weakening of international nonproliferation systems. If Iran were to acquire nuclear weapons, Fingar said, that could set off an arms race in the Middle East, which is considered in the report as an "arc of instability." The risk that militant groups would use biological weapons was greater than the risk of nuclear terrorism, the report said. The appeal of terrorism could decline over the next two decades, particularly if Middle Eastern countries provide productive education and opportunities for their young people, the report said. A Denver radio station allegedly calls Kenya and claims to speak to someone who represents himself as the "Kenyan Ambassador". While this call has some interesting aspects, what anyone with diplomatic experience would ask is why call Kenya to talk to the Kenyan Ambassador - presumably to the USA - unless he was on home leave from the Kenyan Embassy in Washington D.C. CLICK HERE TO GO TO AUDIO (comment on birth place around the 12th minute of the 15 minute audio) What brings on this kind of audio, real or otherwise and a dozen lawsuits throughout America, including to the Supreme court, rests with Obama's absolute refusal to provide anyone with his also alleged birth certificate, which more likely will prove to be a COLB (Certificate of Live Birth) not a BC (Birth Certificate) which lists a ton of information on it. Interestingly one of the two Hawaii hospitals claimed as his birthplace was not built until TWO YEARS after his again alleged birth date. Hopefully the Supreme Court, now deciding whether to look into the matter on December 5th, will help settle this once and for all. So far lawsuits have been rejected on the status/standing of those bringing them rather than the ACTUAL merits of the complaint or suit, which have yet to be formally addressed. Another mystifying clue to Obama's mother trying to manipulate the system comes from his younger Indonesian half-sister (Indonesian father), born in Indonesia, which until a year or two ago refused to accept dual citizenshi, nor allow non-Indonesian students in their schools, appears to have a Hawaiian "brith certificate", more probably a COLB not a CB. Her apparent false registration of Obama in Hawaii was repeated with his VERY definitely NOT Hawaiian born half-sister. Q.E.D. (quod erat demonstrandum)

Defying the U.N. Security Council, Iran has continued to both enrich uranium and expand its capacity to process even more material, the International Atomic Energy Agency disclosed today. This thought has not yet hit the radar screen. The new nuclear material made by Iran - “enough for one bomb”, could in fact POTENTIALLY revitalize the degraded nuclear fuel of anywhere from eight to a dozen nuclear warheads islamic Iran already had on hand, some in nose cones engineered/provided by North Korea on Shahab missiles. Those can be deployed with far more overall damage than just one “fully charged” nuke. So to speak. We now wait for the other shoe to eventually drop. Not if but when. Unless Israel “removes the shoe” while Bush is still around. Obama won’t and won’t allow it. Perfect example of a rock and hard place for everyone involved and many of those around them.

WHO AM I?

I was raised in one country but my father was born in another. I was not his only child. He fathered several children with a number of women. I became very close to my mother because my father showed little interest in me. Then my mother died at an early age from cancer. Later in life, questions arose over my real name. My birth records were sketchy and no one was able to produce a reliable birth certificate. I grew up practicing one faith, but converted to Christianity because it was widely accepted in my country. But, I practiced non-traditional beliefs and did not follow mainstream Christianity. I worked and lived among lower-class people as a young adult, before I decided it was time to get serious about my life. I embarked on a new career in politics. I wrote a book about my struggles growing up. It was clear to those who read my memoirs that I had difficulties accepting that my father abandoned me as a child. I became active in local politics when I was in my 30s and then burst onto the scene as a candidate for national office when I was in my 40s. I had a virtually non-existent resume, very little work history, and no experience in leading a single organization. Yet I was a powerful speaker who managed to draw incredibly large crowds during my public appearances. At first, my political campaign focused on my country's foreign policy. I was critical of my country in the last war. But what launched my rise to national prominence were my views on the country's economy. I had a plan on how we could do better. I knew which group was responsible for getting us into this mess. I made promises and alliances to promote myself and my agendas. Mine was a people's campaign. I was the surprise candidate because I emerged from outside the traditional path of politics and was able to gain widespread popular support. I offered the people the hope that together we could change our country and the world. The man was ACTUALLY sentenced to 93 days in prison because he didn’t sit down quickly enough for the judge. See video below The judge entered the room and the man stood. The judge then told those in the room to be seated, at which point the man remained standing for a couple of seconds, looked behind him for his seat, then began to sit down. At this point his name was called so he stood up again. Upon doing this the judge started screaming at him to sit, so he did. Then the judge ordered him to be taken into custody and removed from the courtroom. The “trial” took place in a closed courtroom where the man was sentenced to 3 days for the original ticket he received, and 90 days for contempt of court. Kangaroo court all the way. The writer of the article below got it backwards. Why then is Ian Freeman in prison for the next 100 days? Because he refused to stand for his equal, another man. He refused to call him 'honor' and this upset the man calling himself "Judge". Ian Freeman, host of the internationally syndicated radio show Free Talk Live and fellow Free State Project member appeared at court today in Keene, New Hampshire. As the owner of a property in Keene he has been charged with some sort of code violation for his tenants having a couch in the yard they rent from Ian. Several weeks ago a person claiming to be "an official" from "City of Keene" left a piece of paper demanding money and the removal of the couch. Ian met with the so-called official to ask if any of his neighbors had actually complained about the couch and was told that a female neighbor had filed a complaint. When Ian asked to speak with her, he was told that wouldn't happen.In the United States of America, there is a very basic right enshrined in the Constitution, the right to confront your accuser. I hold no reverence for this document - it's not anything I agree to or am party to - but supposedly the people calling themselves "government" have agreed to be bound by it. Ian presented the court officials with a response. He was not against removing the couch - a responsible neighbor takes note of the complaints of his neighbor. He just wanted to talk with the woman who filed the complaint, to find out what offended her about how his property was, and he'd then remove it if it still bothered her. A very adult-like thing to do.The court refused, and instead initiated a trial.Today, Ian appeared at their trial and intended only on calling the damaged person making a complaint against him. He never got that far, it seems. In keeping with the doctrine of "all men created equal", Ian Freeman refused to stand for the man called "Judge". It would be considered rude to refuse a hand extended to you in greeting, yet this man called "Judge" did not greet Ian by standing. Instead, he decided that Ian's refusal to stand was somehow and offense, and then proceeded to instruct some other men to arrest him. They ushered him off to a separate room for the supposed "trial". In addition to being able to confront your accuser, in America there's supposedly a right to a public trial. This is so the public can show outrage when the government people become overly aggressive and start hurting people. As is so common in New Hampshire, Ian did in fact have public support. Several liberty activists attended the government people's trial over this matter. Ian mentioned yesterday [MP3] that those attendees are a huge source of motivation and strength when confronting the aggressive government people, and today they made a very clear move to separate the public from the court railroading that would follow. In this private back room, the man called "Judge" convicted Ian of three counts of "contempt of court" (why shouldn't an ethical person be contemptuous of men using violence and threats to tell other men what they're allowed to store their property?) and sentenced him to 90 days in prison with fines with an additional 10 days in the cage for refusal to give the government people some of his money. Welcome to the United Socialist States of America. The government people own your property. They dictate to you what you can do on your own land. You no longer have to hurt someone to have the government people turn against and hurt you. You have no right to confront your accuser. There no longer need even be an accuser, no injured party. You have no right to a public trial. "We will use force against you" the government people are saying "if you don't obey us." Indeed, it wasn't even "obeying" they reacted to. No, the aggression they commit was triggered by what they perceive as an insult or as the man calling himself "Judge" said for "making a mockery of this proceeding".

He then tells the State Legislators to approve the change. About 45 of the States approve the change in record time, and Obama proceeds to a third term, then a fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, and eighth. Finally, in the fullness of time, he steps down, and hands the reigns of power over to a daughter. There is no longer any need for elections. Thus begins the reigns of the modern Pharaohs. The dictators of the earth in America, Russia, and Asia have unbreakable iron grips on their slave populations, and prison camps are vast with people working to do the will of their leaders. In the fullness of time, the empires are finally broken by natural disasters and people struggle to survive as best they can by hunting and gathering. Civilizations form again AS SPACE TRAVEL EVOLVES, and in 10,000 years CITIZENS OF OTHER PLANET SETTLEMENTS WHO FLED PLANET EARTH, begin thinking and speaking of things like “One Nation, under God” and speak of divine ideas like religious, economic, and political liberty, along with a new concept: “the consent of the governed.” God will hear them and send back the spirit of the Republican Party. It may require a tinfoil hat mentality and a special view of the world but there are those who are convinced that Obama's election was organized and orchestrated by a secret national oligarchy in the USA that came to the conclusion that: 1. In their view, every country where Obama type "change" has happened has swung to the far left and quite often to Socialism and sometimes to extreme Marxism. Generally achieved through terrorist tactics. 2. Realizing America was on the brink of a dislocating change and with a premonition it would be toward a very far left, these "shadowy" figures decided that if we were to suffer a fall into Socialism or even Communism, then it would be best to let it come through one of their own choice - Obama - the home bred "Marxist". Instead of a foreign one they could not control or influence. In a discussion I had with one of these believers, I had a hard time, no, I found it impossible to persuade them that England's former glory, influence and power and involvement with global politics had receded to where it was no longer a force with which to reckon but a faded status where England was making survival only efforts with no energy or ability to disrupt or manipulate world events for other nations. The other, perhaps sour grapes, theory being bandied about reflects Obama's win as an intentional policy of Republicans (again some overarching oligarchy capable of puppeteering) to lose the election so that ALL blame will attribute to the Democrats in the White House, Senate and Congress, where they now exercise virtual monopolistic control over our lives. As the Democrat efforts to slow or stop the imminent crash our nation faces, let alone improve our lives, fails miserably, the populace, like the Romans of old will turn on their leaders, the very ones they cheered and brought to power, tear them to pieces politically and turn back to Republicans. Both of the above concepts are different ends of the same conspiracy theory stick. What you choose to believe depends on your mind set rather than facts, One thing becomes very clear, "what the heck were we thinking" when we just did what we did politically? With new Marxist or Socialist type stains appearing in blotches on our capitalism face with the incoming Obama presidency and Islamic Sharia law and finance rules decaying it like stinky teeth, we can only wait and see what will happen. The end question is not whether we will survive but who will and how many will not. Estimates of the latter range into the many tens of millions, who will not be there in a matter of a few years. Destroyed by the hardships of a Recession that will make 1929 a walk in the park. This latest British intrusion into Israel's internal affairs will likely get an additional boost next week, when Foreign Secretary David Miliband visits here and reportedly plans to raise the issue of settlement construction in Judea and Samaria with his hosts. WELL, IF the Brits want to have an open and frank discussion about "occupied territories," I say bring it on. A good place to start would be with Britain's own "occupied territories," which are far more extensive and widespread than anything it accuses Israel of possessing. Indeed, from Europe to South America to the Middle East to the South Pole, there is hardly a corner of the world in which Britain isn't involved in some territorial dispute or another as it obstinately clings to control over disparate chunks of terrain. The most famous of these, of course, are the Falkland Islands in the South Atlantic, which are claimed by Argentina. Although the islands are of little economic value and are home to more penguins than people, Britain fought a brief war with Argentina over them in 1982 which left 900 dead. And just last week, the British sparked a diplomatic row with Buenos Aires by issuing a new constitution for the Falklands, which it said is intended "to protect UK interests." This prompted Argentine Foreign Minister Jorge Taina to call a press conference at which he denounced the British for attempting to perpetuate "an anachronistic colonial situation." AND THEY call us stubborn occupiers? Half way around the world lies another fine example of British hypocrisy - the Chagos Archipelago, which London refers to as the British Indian Ocean Territory. Both Mauritius and the Seychelles have strong claims to it as their own, but that didn't stop Britain from forcibly expelling all the inhabitants between 1965 and 1971 to make way for a military base it wanted to lease to the US. And though the Chagossians, as they are known, have repeatedly won court cases against the British government demanding their "right of return," the Brits will have none of it, and have largely left the islands' former residents to fend for themselves in exile. As prominent British columnist Matthew Parris put it in the Times of London last week: "The saga is a stinking disgrace, a slur on Britain's good name." Nonetheless, her majesty's government simply refuses to let go. Thousands of miles to the south, even the polar icecaps of Antarctica have not escaped London's lust for land. Britain has staked a claim to a whopping 1.7 million square kilometers of the South Pole's frozen terrain, part of which overlaps with territories claimed by Chile and Argentina. But the fact that it is stepping on other nations' toes, and ignoring their rightful claims, does not seem to trouble Britain's Foreign Office one bit. Back here in the Middle East, our neighbors in Cyprus continue to suffer from some good old-fashioned British colonial covetousness. While efforts are under way to reunite the Greek and Turkish controlled parts of the isle, Britain doggedly continues to cling to 254 sq. km. of Cypriot territory in the form of the Akrotiri and Dhekelia sovereign military bases. This has sparked the ire of Cyprus' new president, who vowed earlier this year to remove the British "colonial bloodstain" from his country. WHILE WE are on the subject of British colonialism, need we mention the territory of Gibraltar, which Spain wants back? And what about Northern Ireland? So before Britain decides to preach to Israel about the issue of "occupied territories," it would do well to put its own house in order. Put in perspective, it is clear that all of London's harrumphing about Israel's "occupied territories" is just a lot of duplicitous hot air. By contrast, Judea and Samaria are the ancient heartland of the Jewish people, the cradle of our civilization, and Israel has every right - morally, historically, theologically and militarily - to be there. The same can hardly be said for Britain's dubious claims to various specks of land at other nations' expense. As Winston Churchill once famously pointed out: "The English never draw a line without blurring it." And nowhere is that line presently more blurred than when it comes to London's barefaced hypocrisy on the subject of "occupation."

There have been many arguments this past week over whether the president elect, Obama, will require students to do community service. Some are saying this is slave labor, some say because college discounts will be given it is worth it, some are saying it is for the better of the Country. If you missed it, Obama has created change.gov, “The Official Web Site of the U.S. Presidential Transition.” On this website Obama lays out his agenda for what he is going to change in this country. Now since the conversation began about what the agenda section of the site actually contained, it looks like it has been removed due to scrutiny. It appears as if it was taken down to be reworded. Now all we have left is the text below: “Obama will call on citizens of all ages to serve America, by setting a goal that all middle school and high school students do 50 hours of community service a year and by developing a plan so that all college students who conduct 100 hours of community service receive a universal and fully refundable tax credit ensuring that the first $4,000 of their college education is completely free.” Luckily, with the creation of the Internet, history cannot be changed so easily. This is the first quote on the site, which appears to have been removed as of last night: “Obama will call on citizens of all ages to serve America, by developing a plan to require 50 hours of community service in middle school and high school and 100 hours of community service in college every year.” Screen shot HERE… This has obviously been changed due to public scrutiny, something presidents get a lot of. 1. Israel is now alone: Unless you believe the Israelis will rely on someone who entered Pakistan on an Indonesian passport as an adult for its security.

War with Iran by Israelis inevitable. Same will never be approved by the Dalibama. Israel must act alone or accept an Iranian Nuclear presence. I don’t believe an existensial threat of this type will be accepted by the Holocaust survivors, and I can’t blame them for feeling this way. Middle East War soon.

2. Dollar collapse by summer now assured. If you thought Bushes economic management incompetant, and it is; wait till you see Waxman, Barney Frank, Pelosi and Harry Reid and Obama and what they will do.

3. Nationalize 401K’s. Won’t work, but guarantees no more savings in America. Bank runs will come sooner rather than later. They will close the banks. When they reopen your account balance will be missing a zero. Or do you think the Government will pay 4 trillion dollars in deposits in cascading bank defaults?

4. Raise Taxes of ALL types. Income, capital gains, excise: Same effect. No capital formation, no savings and, of course, lower Tax revenues. Depression assured.

5. Weaker Military: International Predators will fill the power vacuum. Wars will break out. I am divided on this one. One wonders whether the US military if commanded by Obama, to be deployed abroad, and broke.

6. Gun Control: Restive population will react, negatively. NO one will turn in firearms. Arms will abound.

7. More Government Controls on movement, money, everything.

But With no money to enforce its edicts, there will be corruption in the federal ranks. We will become a country of “Who you know”.

And, to some degree local federal protection rackets.

Government legitimacy already low, will dissipate further. We will start looking like a third world country. If Obama is around long enough, we will look like Kenya, and if he is around long enough , Zimbabwe.

Remember he supported Odingo in Kenya, and odingos atrocities, so we know obamas political bent if he can get away with it.

8. Higher Gas and other commodity prices. You think the Democrats will give anyone a permit to dig or Drill? They will relegislate the 1879 Mining act into the nonmining act of 2010.

No one in the US will even know what I am talking about. But They will know higher prices for coal, and any and all other minerals drawn from the ground. There will be no money to import it, so prices will skyrocket.

Inflation, and severely reduced standards of living will be accelerated by the Obama administration on anyone making less than 1,000,000 a year.

9. Scandal: There will be a hundred “new”Franklin Raines in Government. People with the intellect of Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and Calypso Louie Farrakhan. All of whom live in Obama’s neighborhood. Bill ayers archtypes will run things. It will be a mess. Again, lower expectations for and less legitimacy of the Central Government.

10. Black peoples raised expectations of “free Gas, free Mortgage “ as expressed by one typical voter will be dashed. There is No money. There are only more debt instruments to be sold into markets awash in debt intruments.

Sure the Social security and retirement checks will go out, but they will purchase 1/2 of what they do today.

Same for medicare, Medicaid, Government housing, Foodstamps.

You will get “Free” medical care. Just no doctor or medicine. Yet, these expenditures will go through the roof. Yearly deficits will now go to 1 trillion 2008, 2 trillion 2009.

Who will lend the money? No one. It will be printed.

Treasury quarterly refundings will have no bids at interest rates twice present levels by the summer of 2009. AT double , that is 400 basis points more, and then triple is 800 basis points more, in interest payments on US Debt.

US Interest payments on 12- 13 trillion in debt ALOne will cost another 1-2 trillion dollars 2 years before Obama leaves Office. within 24 months He will be very, very busy just trying to keep the Government open for business on a quarterly, then monthly, then weekly basis.

I predict there will never be an annual budget resolution in Congress during Obama’s term. Sounds dire, yes? A truly whacked out prediction? I am crazy, yes?

Actually it is an easy prediction to make. As it has already happened. We are in such straits now.

We are on a continuing resolution for Government operations until March 2009. So there will be no planning as budgets will have no annual beginning, nor fiscal year end, Ever again in the history of the treasury department of the United states.

All the above guarantees a hyper inflationary depression.

When empires implode their commodity lifelines are cut.

Especially debt based empires, with no manufacturing base.

Obama will be forced to surrender the nation or go to War. He doesn’t strike me as one worth following in either event.

My personal opinion is he really won’t be able to decide what to do or even handle the stress of the decision making process. His habit and practice and established tendency is to vote “Present”.

For perspective, he will make Carter and Mcgovern look strong.

Such weakness tempts this country’s strategic competitors to put him and this nation against the wall. What a place to be and led by this clown? it really is over. Would you fight for him? Would you give him your child to fight? Get real, few will give him anything but the finger he so enjoys giving others.

11. The US will now agree to the law of the Sea, the sovereignity of International courts, non us based Central banking, a supreme court subject to being overruled by the UN; in short serious moves will be made to end US sovereignity both domestic and international.

Obama has stated he favours all of this and so does the present leadership of congress. The vaccinated, floridated, publicly educated, American people don’t know what I am talking about in this paragraph.

It will happen. Interstingly, I don’t think the rubes who voted for this guy will care,the ones that understand that is, the implications, even as their wages decline to minimum wage or less.

I think those that understand will approve of tolerating those intolerant of their very existence; and of that of the US as a Constitutional republic.

We have now reached the tipping point where a rapidly declining middle class can no longer even vote to keep itself in existence; and keep what little it has from being redistributed to those who do not produce.

The middle class will be snuffed out. There will be rich and poor and no more.

11. National bankruptcy, previously inevitable, now will occur much more rapidly.

Obama is the Banksters creation he is happy to sell the nation out to the international bankers.

The treasury will fund at the Taxpayers expense the greatest increase in national debt ever, even bigger than Bush.

It will primarily be used to fund the Banksters purchase of entire industries , their stock and troubled bonds, at 10% of their actual value. The taxpayers will be left with the bill. Massively increased concentration of business, banking, insurance, etc in fewer and fewer hands will now occur.

You will be allowed to sweep floors, if you sweep faster than the other forty who applied for the job and for less than minimum wage. If you don’t believe me, it can only be because you have never been to or lived in a third world country. I have met so many university degreed taxi drivers in such lands I lost count long ago.

12. The American people elected him. They will get what they deserve.

The religionists will say the suffering emanates from legalized abortion, homosexuality, and pornography. I think such contentions highly controversial, and inconclusive as national bankruptcy approacheth regardless and it matters not a wit at this point whether such moral quandries were resolved differently.

Unless Jonah appears, or even more focusing, Elijah and Elisha appear, Broke is still broke. Actually worse than broke, indebted to the tune of 100 trillion…that we know about, and with only more promises to pay in paper available to service the debt.

When a people elect an empty suit, a transparent liar, an illegal alien to safeguard their patrimony, an international multicultural man of a different religion than that of this nation it speaks of national moral bankruptcy both of the electoral process and the people.

In the reckoning of such moral indebtedness, history shows over and over that such a people will get what they deserve for believing such empty, impossible, promises, and in trusting such a man.

Lets face it. He is no Cinncinatus, nor Pericles, nor Winston Churchill.

For Obama supporters, I am saying Obama is no Jack Kennedy.

In a Democracy, at some point the people in the cart over time vote for themselves the redistribution of the entire wealth of those pulling the cart. Such nations end up on the ash heap of history. America’s self appointed destiny and destruction are now upon us, and it will arrive much sooner given these election results.

The summer of 2009 will be sheer hell in the Bond markets. By 2010 there won’t be a bond market. Unless you call to buy US treasuries yielding 30% annually as junk paper…a bond market.

These are just a few of the hundred other things this guy will do to purposely ruin the country he hates.

And if you object, you won’t be able to speak due to the fairness doctrine, at least not to large audiences. Heck, Mcain felt you shouldn’t be able to Email 500 people w/o federal registration.

And that is now the law. I did not vote for him either. He is Obama “Light”. An offer from the duopoly political system to allow the pretension it is free. I question the willingness of the American people to throw off the shackles that Bush and now this guy will put on. They don’t have it in them anymore.

The country has been lost some time ago in my Opinion. Now that Obama has succeeded in his dream of becoming captain of the Titanic, very, very turbulent times lie directly, immediately ahead. At the election celebration on TV, I think I see some people now having fun throwing snowballs on deck from an iceberg that they heard came near the ship of state when Obama was declared elected.

Anyone making under 100k a year will get crushed. Anyone making over that will get really hurt. Survival is now an issue and in play. Time to look long and hard at lifeboats.

Congratulations to Lord Hussein Obama, the merciful, on his victory, may peace be upon him. I refuse to entertain delusional hopes that the US Supreme Court will factually investigate Obama’s Kenyan Birth.

When the sheeple recover and vote in Republicans in the house and Senate in 2 years to slow down the disaster, the damage will be done.

Obama knows how much time he has. Moreover, like my feelings about Federal courts, I hold little delusional hope that the party that gave us MCcain will stop or fix anything really.and by then it really will be too late.

An Open Letter to Barack Obama: Are you a Natural Born Citizen of the U.S.? Are you legally qualified to hold the Office of President? Dear Mr. Obama: On October 24, 2008, a federal judge granted your request to dismiss a lawsuit by Citizen Philip Berg, who challenged your qualifications under the “Natural Born Citizen” clause of the U.S. Constitution to legally hold the office of President of the United States of America. Mr. Berg presented factual evidence to the Court in support of his claim that you are either a citizen of your father’s native Kenya by birth, or that you became a citizen of Indonesia, relinquishing your prior citizenship when you moved there with your mother in 1967. In your response to the lawsuit, you neither denied Mr. Berg’s claims nor submitted any evidence which would refute his assertions. Instead, you argued that the Court lacked the jurisdiction to determine the question of your legal eligibility because Mr. Berg lacked “standing.” Astonishingly, the judge agreed, simply saying, “[Mr. Berg] would have us derail the democratic process by invalidating a candidate for whom millions of people voted and underwent excessive vetting during what was one of the most hotly contested presidential primary [sic] in living memory.” Unfortunately, your response to the legal claim was clearly evasive and strikingly out of character, suggesting you may, in fact, lack a critical Constitutional qualification necessary to assume the Office of President: i.e., that you are not a “natural born” citizen of the United States or one who has relinquished his American citizenship. Before you can exercise any of the powers of the United States, you must prove that you have fully satisfied each and every eligibility requirement that the Constitution mandates for any individual’s exercise of those powers. Regardless of the tactics chosen in defending yourself against the Berg lawsuit, significant questions regarding your legal capacity to hold this nation’s highest office have been put forth publicly, and you have failed to directly refute them with documentary evidence that is routinely available to any bona fide, natural born U.S. Citizen. As one who has ventured into the fray of public service of his own volition, seeking to possess the vast powers of the Office of President, it is not unreasonable to demand that you produce evidence of your citizenship to answer the questions and allay the concerns of the People. Indeed, as the one seeking the office, you are under a moral, legal, and fiduciary duty to proffer such evidence to establish your qualifications as explicitly mandated by Article II of the Constitution. Should you proceed to assume the office of the President of the United States as anything but a bona fide natural born citizen of the United States that has not relinquished that citizenship, you would be inviting a national disaster, placing our Republic at great risk from untold consequences. For example: · Neither the Electoral College on December 15, nor the House of Representatives on January 6 would be able to elect you, except as a poseur - a usurper; · As a usurper, you would be unable to take the required “Oath or Affirmation” of office on January 20 without committing the crime of perjury or false swearing, for being ineligible for the Office of the President you cannot faithfully execute the Office of the President of the United States; · Your every act in the usurped Office of the President would be a criminal offense as an act under color of law that would subject the People to the deprivation of their constitutional rights, and entitling you to no obedience whatsoever from the People; · as a usurper acting in the guise of the President you could not function as the Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy and of the militia of the several states, as such forces would be under no legal obligation to remain obedient to you; · No one in any civilian agency in the Executive Branch would be required to obey any of your proclamations, executive orders or directives, as such orders would be legally VOID; · Your appointment of Ambassadors and Judges to the Supreme Court would be VOID ab initio (i.e., from the beginning), no matter what subsequent actions the Senate might take as well as rendering any such acts by such appointed officials void as well; · Congress would not be able to pass any new laws because they would not be able to acquire the signature of a bona fide President, rendering all such legislation legally VOID; · As a usurper, Congress would be unable to remove you from the Office of the President on Impeachment, inviting certain political chaos including a potential for armed conflicts within the General Government or among the States and the People to effect the removal of such a usurper. As an attorney and sitting U.S. Senator, I’m sure you agree that our Constitution is the cornerstone of our system of governance. It is the very foundation of our system of Law and Order – indeed, it is the supreme law of the land. I’m sure you also agree that its precise language was no accident and cannot be ignored if Individual, unalienable, natural Rights, Freedoms and Liberties are to be protected and preserved. As our next potential President, you have a high-order obligation to the Constitution (and to those who have fought and died for our Freedom) that extends far beyond that of securing a majority of the votes of the Electoral College. No matter your promises of change and prosperity, your heartfelt intent or the widespread support you have garnered in seeking the highest Office of the Land, the integrity of the Republic and Rule of Law cannot, -- must not -- be put at risk, by allowing a constitutionally unqualified person to sit, as a usurper, in the Office of the President. No matter the level of practical difficulty, embarrassment or disruption of the nation’s business, we must -- above all -- honor and protect the Constitution and the divine, unalienable, Individual Rights it guarantees, including the Right to a President who is a natural born citizen of the United States of America that has not relinquished his American citizenship. Our nation has endured similar disruptions in the past, and will weather this crisis as well. Indeed, it is both yours and the People’s mutual respect for, and commitment to, the Constitution and Rule of Law that insures the perpetuation of Liberty. As a long time defender of my state and federal Constitutions, and in consideration of the lack of sufficient evidence needed to establish your credentials as President, I am compelled to lodge this Petition for Redress of Grievances and public challenge to you. Make no mistake: This issue IS a Constitutional crisis. Although it will not be easy for you, your family or our Republic, you have it within your ability to halt this escalating crisis by either producing the certified documents establishing beyond question your qualifications to hold the Office of President, or by immediately withdrawing yourself from the Electoral College process. What's with Obama's choice of old-time Clinton cronies and recycled Washington insiders to run the transition to his new politics of change? Can't the anti-Washington insiders President-elect find anyone who isn't a Beltway has-been? Judging by the appointments to his transition committee and leaks about possible top staff and Cabinet choices, Obama appears to be practicing the politics of status quo, not the politics of change. Obama based his innovative campaign on an emphatic and convincing commitment to change the culture of Washington and bring in new people, new ideas, and new ways of doing business. But now, Obama has definitely changed his tune. As president-elect, he's brought back the old Washington hacks, party regulars, and Clinton sycophants that he so frequently disparaged. Like Jimmy Carter, the last President who ran as an outsider, Obama has reached out to the same old folks who dominate the Democratic Party and represent the status quo. His Transition Committee looks like a reunion of the Clinton Administration. No new ideas of how to reform the system there. The Chairman, John Podesta, was Clinton's Chief of Staff. He presided over the outrageous last minute pardons and his style is strictly inside-the-beltway and make-no-waves. Then there's Carol Browner, Clinton's competent former EPA Administrator who became the consummate Washington insider. She's Madeline Albright's partner and recently married mega-lobbyist and former Congressman Tom Downey. During the uproar over Dubai taking over U.S. ports, Browner brought Downey to meet with Senator Chuck Schumer to plead Dubai's case. Downey was paid half a million dollars to push Dubai's position. He's also a lobbyist for Fannie Mae, paid half a million to try to cover their rears on the subprime mortgage mess. Is his change? Federico Pena was Clinton's Secretary of Transportation and of Energy. The President felt he was unduly soft on Air Florida after their crash and lost confidence in him. Now he's back as a Transition Committee member. Bill Daley, Clinton's former Secretary of Commerce and the brother of the Mayor of Chicago, is the epitome of the old Democratic establishment. Clinton appointed him to the Fannie Mae Board and his son worked as a lobbyist for the agency. Aren't these the kind of folks that Obama ran against? Larry Summers, President of Harvard and former Clinton Secretary of the Treasury is not exactly an outsider either. He's also alienated more than a few with his bizarre suggestion that women may be genetically inferior to men in math and science. Susan Rice, Assistant Secretary of State under Clinton advised John Kerry and Mike Dukakis. Does that tell you enough? Obama has named one of his big bundlers - Michael Froman, an executive at Citigroup. Is this supposed to symbolize change? Obama's choice of a spokesperson for the transition is also surprising; hers' is definitely not the face of reason and new politics. Stephanie Cutter is the brash and combative former Clinton, Kerry, and Ted Kennedy mouthpiece. The liberal DailyKos.com once described Cutter as "a moron to the nth degree" when she tried unsuccessfully to force the New York Times' Adam Nagourney to treat her unsolicited email criticizing Howard Dean as "background" without mentioning her name. Speaking of brash, Rahm Emmanuel, the new White House Chief of Staff, makes Cutter look timid. Rahm is also a former Clinton White House staffer - and a very obnoxious one. He spent his White House years leaking to the Washington Post whenever he didn't like what the President was doing. Even Bill Clinton stopped trusting him. Any hopes of Obama keeping his commitment to reach across the aisle would go right out the window with Rahm's appointment. Instead of extending a hand to the opposition, it would be like raising just one finger. And Rahm's strident demeanor laced with the 'f' word in every sentence will do little to elevate the bipartisan dialogue in Washington. Christopher Edley, another member of the transition team, is Dean of the Berkeley Law School. He's a former member of the U.S. Civil Rights Commission under Clinton and his wife, Maria Echaveste was Clinton's Deputy Chief of Staff. Transition committee staffer Christine Varney was a Federal Trade Commissioner under Clinton and worked in the White House.Throughout the early debates, Obama criticized Hillary as part of the inside-the beltway establishment that needed to go. The news services are running an interpretation of a statement made by Hawaii's Department of Health stating that Director Chiyome Fukino reviewed Barack Obama's birth certification and he was born in Hawaii.

This is not what Director Chiyome Fukino said.

Her quote which can be reviewed at Hawaii's KGMB news is as follows:

"State law (Hawai'i Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record," said DOH Director Chiyome Fukino.

"Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai'i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai'i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama's original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures."

So why does this quote not verify that Obama was born in Hawaii? Because all it says is the certificate is on record.

Years ago, Hawaii allowed for a Certification of Live Birth document to be recorded well after the birth of a foreign born individual.

That is a person not born in Hawaii. In 1960, according to the US census, well over a third of Hawaii residents were of Asian origin/ancestry.

At that time there were many individuals who lived in Hawaii who were not born in the US let alone in Hawaii. Whites - Caucasian (Haole) were less than a third of the population.

There were less than 5000 blacks (at that time the description was Negro). The birth of a mixed black/white child would have been a notable event.

Hawaii was less than half the size it is today. Director Chiyome Fukino should be asked what the Certification of Live Birth document in 1961 looks like in both size and types of information.

A COLB document created for a person born in Hawaii 1961 should have at least five signatures (Doctors,etc) on it plus hospital location, etc. etc.

A genuine copy, at that time, would be a black background document with white lettering.

PITFALLS OF THE OBAMA PRESIDENCY

By George Friedman The 2008 U.S. Presidential Race Barack Obama has been elected president of the United States by a large majority in the Electoral College. The Democrats have dramatically increased their control of Congress, increasing the number of seats they hold in the House of Representatives and moving close to the point where — with a few Republican defections — they can have veto-proof control of the Senate. Given the age of some Supreme Court justices, Obama might well have the opportunity to appoint at least one and possibly two new justices. He will begin as one of the most powerful presidents in a long while. Truly extraordinary were the celebrations held around the world upon Obama’s victory. They affirm the global expectations Obama has raised — and reveal that the United States must be more important to Europeans than the latter like to admit. (We can’t imagine late-night vigils in the United States over a French election.)Obama is an extraordinary rhetorician, and as Aristotle pointed out, rhetoric is one of the foundations of political power. Rhetoric has raised him to the presidency, along with the tremendous unpopularity of his predecessor and a financial crisis that took a tied campaign and gave Obama a lead he carefully nurtured to victory. So, as with all politicians, his victory was a matter of rhetoric and, according to Machiavelli, luck. Obama had both, but now the question is whether he has Machiavelli’s virtue in full by possessing the ability to exercise power. This last element is what governing is about, and it is what will determine if his presidency succeeds. Embedded in his tremendous victory is a single weakness: Obama won the popular vote by a fairly narrow margin, about 52 percent of the vote. That means that almost as many people voted against him as voted for him. Obama’s Agenda vs. Expanding His BaseU.S. President George W. Bush demonstrated that the inability to understand the uses and limits of power can crush a presidency very quickly. The enormous enthusiasm of Obama’s followers could conceal how he — like Bush — is governing a deeply, and nearly evenly, divided country. Obama’s first test will be simple: Can he maintain the devotion of his followers while increasing his political base? Or will he believe, as Bush and Cheney did, that he can govern without concern for the other half of the country because he controls the presidency and Congress, as Bush and Cheney did in 2001? Presidents are elected by electoral votes, but they govern through public support. Obama and his supporters will say there is no danger of a repeat of Bush — who believed he could carry out his agenda and build his political base at the same time, but couldn’t. Building a political base requires modifying one’s agenda. But when you start modifying your agenda, when you become pragmatic, you start to lose your supporters. If Obama had won with 60 percent of the popular vote, this would not be as pressing a question. But he barely won by more than Bush in 2004. Now, we will find out if Obama is as skillful a president as he was a candidate. Obama will soon face the problem of beginning to disappoint people all over the world, a problem built into his job. The first disappointments will be minor. There are thousands of people hoping for appointments, some to Cabinet positions, others to the White House, others to federal agencies. Many will get something, but few will get as much as they hoped for. Some will feel betrayed and become bitter. During the transition process, the disappointed office seeker — an institution in American politics — will start leaking on background to whatever reporters are available. This will strike a small, discordant note; creating no serious problems, but serving as a harbinger of things to come. Later, Obama will be sworn in. He will give a memorable, perhaps historic speech at his inauguration. There will be great expectations about him in the country and around the world. He will enjoy the traditional presidential honeymoon, during which all but his bitterest enemies will give him the benefit of the doubt. The press initially will adore him, but will begin writing stories about all the positions he hasn’t filled, the mistakes he made in the vetting process and so on. And then, sometime in March or April, things will get interesting.Iran and a U.S. Withdrawal From IraqObama has promised to withdraw U.S. forces from Iraq, where he does not intend to leave any residual force. If he follows that course, he will open the door for the Iranians. Iran’s primary national security interest is containing or dominating Iraq, with which Iran fought a long war. If the United States remains in Iraq, the Iranians will be forced to accept a neutral government in Iraq. A U.S. withdrawal will pave the way for the Iranians to use Iraqi proxies to create, at a minimum, an Iraqi government more heavily influenced by Iran. Apart from upsetting Sunni and Kurdish allies of the United States in Iraq, the Iranian ascendancy in Iraq will disturb some major American allies — particularly the Saudis, who fear Iranian power. The United States can’t afford a scenario under which Iranian power is projected into the Saudi oil fields. While that might be an unlikely scenario, it carries catastrophic consequences. The Jordanians and possibly the Turks, also American allies, will pressure Obama not simply to withdraw. And, of course, the Israelis will want the United States to remain in place to block Iranian expansion. Resisting a coalition of Saudis and Israelis will not be easy. This will be the point where Obama’s pledge to talk to the Iranians will become crucial. If he simply withdraws from Iraq without a solid understanding with Iran, the entire American coalition in the region will come apart. Obama has pledged to build coalitions, something that will be difficult in the Middle East if he withdraws from Iraq without ironclad Iranian guarantees. He therefore will talk to the Iranians. But what can Obama offer the Iranians that would induce them to forego their primary national security interest? It is difficult to imagine a U.S.-Iranian deal that is both mutually beneficial and enforceable. Obama will then be forced to make a decision. He can withdraw from Iraq and suffer the geopolitical consequences while coming under fire from the substantial political right in the United States that he needs at least in part to bring into his coalition. Or, he can retain some force in Iraq, thereby disappointing his supporters. If he is clumsy, he could wind up under attack from the right for negotiating with the Iranians and from his own supporters for not withdrawing all U.S. forces from Iraq. His skills in foreign policy and domestic politics will be tested on this core question, and he undoubtedly will disappoint many. The Afghan Dilemma Obama will need to address Afghanistan next. He has said that this is the real war, and that he will ask U.S. allies to join him in the effort. This means he will go to the Europeans and NATO, as he has said he will do. The Europeans are delighted with Obama’s victory because they feel Obama will consult them and stop making demands of them. But demands are precisely what he will bring the Europeans. In particular, he will want the Europeans to provide more forces for Afghanistan. Many European countries will be inclined to provide some support, if for no other reason than to show that they are prepared to work with Obama. But European public opinion is not about to support a major deployment in Afghanistan, and the Europeans don’t have the force to deploy there anyway. In fact, as the global financial crisis begins to have a more dire impact in Europe than in the United States, many European countries are actively reducing their deployments in Afghanistan to save money. Expanding operations is the last thing on European minds. Obama’s Afghan solution of building a coalition centered on the Europeans will thus meet a divided Europe with little inclination to send troops and with few troops to send in any event. That will force him into a confrontation with the Europeans in spring 2009, and then into a decision. The United States and its allies collectively lack the force to stabilize Afghanistan and defeat the Taliban. They certainly lack the force to make a significant move into Pakistan — something Obama has floated on several occasions that might be a good idea if force were in fact available. He will have to make a hard decision on Afghanistan. Obama can continue the war as it is currently being fought, without hope of anything but a long holding action, but this risks defining his presidency around a hopeless war. He can choose to withdraw, in effect reinstating the Taliban, going back on his commitment and drawing heavy fire from the right. Or he can do what we have suggested is the inevitable outcome, namely, negotiate — and reach a political accord — with the Taliban. Unlike Bush, however, withdrawal or negotiation with the Taliban will increase the pressure on Obama from the right. And if this is coupled with a decision to delay withdrawal from Iraq, Obama’s own supporters will become restive. His 52 percent Election Day support could deteriorate with remarkable speed. The Russian Question At the same time, Obama will face the Russian question. The morning after Obama’s election, Russian President Dmitri Medvedev announced that Russia was deploying missiles in its European exclave of Kaliningrad in response to the U.S. deployment of ballistic missile defense systems in Poland. Obama opposed the Russians on their August intervention in Georgia, but he has never enunciated a clear Russia policy. We expect Ukraine will have shifted its political alignment toward Russia, and Moscow will be rapidly moving to create a sphere of influence before Obama can bring his attention — and U.S. power — to bear. Obama will again turn to the Europeans to create a coalition to resist the Russians. But the Europeans will again be divided. The Germans can’t afford to alienate the Russians because of German energy dependence on Russia and because Germany does not want to fight another Cold War. The British and French may be more inclined to address the question, but certainly not to the point of resurrecting NATO as a major military force. The Russians will be prepared to talk, and will want to talk a great deal, all the while pursuing their own national interest of increasing their power in what they call their “near abroad.” Obama will have many options on domestic policy given his majorities in Congress. But his Achilles’ heel, as it was for Bush and for many presidents, will be foreign policy. He has made what appear to be three guarantees. First, he will withdraw from Iraq. Second, he will focus on Afghanistan. Third, he will oppose Russian expansionism. To deliver on the first promise, he must deal with the Iranians. To deliver on the second, he must deal with the Taliban. To deliver on the third, he must deal with the Europeans. Global Finance and the European ProblemThe Europeans will pose another critical problem, as they want a second Bretton Woods agreement. Some European states appear to desire a set of international regulations for the financial system. There are three problems with this. First, unless Obama wants to change course dramatically, the U.S. and European positions differ over the degree to which governments will regulate interbank transactions. The Europeans want much more intrusion than the Americans. They are far less averse to direct government controls than the Americans have been. Obama has the power to shift American policy, but doing that will make it harder to expand his base. Second, the creation of an international regulatory body that has authority over American banks would create a system where U.S. financial management was subordinated to European financial management. And third, the Europeans themselves have no common understanding of things. Obama could thus quickly be drawn into complex EU policy issues that could tie his hands in the United States. These could quickly turn into painful negotiations, in which Obama’s allure to the Europeans will evaporate. One of the foundations of Obama’s foreign policy — and one of the reasons the Europeans have celebrated his election — was the perception that Obama is prepared to work closely with the Europeans. He is in fact prepared to do so, but his problem will be the same one Bush had: The Europeans are in no position to give the things that Obama will need from them — namely, troops, a revived NATO to confront the Russians and a global financial system that doesn’t subordinate American financial authority to an international bureaucracy. The Hard Road Ahead Like any politician, Obama will face the challenge of having made a set of promises that are not mutually supportive. Much of his challenge boils down to problems that he needs to solve and that he wants European help on, but the Europeans are not prepared to provide the type and amount of help he needs. This, plus the fact that a U.S. withdrawal from Iraq requires an agreement with Iran — something hard to imagine without a continued U.S. presence in Iraq — gives Obama a difficult road to move on. As with all American presidents (who face midterm elections with astonishing speed), Obama’s foreign policy moves will be framed by his political support. Institutionally, he will be powerful. In terms of popular support, he begins knowing that almost half the country voted against him, and that he must increase his base. He must exploit the honeymoon period, when his support will expand, to bring another 5 percent or 10 percent of the public into his coalition. These people voted against him; now he needs to convince them to support him. But these are precisely the people who would regard talks with the Taliban or Iran with deep distrust. And if negotiations with the Iranians cause him to keep forces in Iraq, he will alienate his base without necessarily winning over his opponents. And there is always the unknown. There could be a terrorist attack, the Russians could start pressuring the Baltic states, the Mexican situation could deteriorate. The unknown by definition cannot be anticipated. And many foreign leaders know it takes an administration months to settle in, something some will try to take advantage of. On top of that, there is now nearly a three-month window in which the old president is not yet out and the new president not yet in. Obama must deal with extraordinarily difficult foreign policy issues in the context of an alliance failing not because of rough behavior among friends but because the allies’ interests have diverged. He must deal with this in the context of foreign policy positions difficult to sustain and reconcile, all against the backdrop of almost half an electorate that voted against him versus supporters who have enormous hopes vested in him. Obama knows all of this, of course, as he indicated in his victory speech. We will now find out if Obama understands the exercise of political power as well as he understands the pursuit of that power. You really can’t know that until after the fact. There is no reason to think he can’t finesse these problems. Doing so will take cunning, trickery and the ability to make his supporters forget the promises he made while keeping their support. It will also require the ability to make some of his opponents embrace him despite the path he will have to take. In other words, he will have to be cunning and ruthless without appearing to be cunning and ruthless. That’s what successful presidents do.In the meantime, he should enjoy the transition. It’s frequently the best part of a presidency.

Obama II is or is not a Natural Born US citizen. The problem is that so many people are totally uninformed as to the law as it existed in 1961 as it relates to the transmission of citizenship to a child born outside the US or its Outlying Possessions (OLP). In an effort to clear the air, to get the FACTS out so people can clearly see the issue without opining or guessing as to the legalilties, allow me to pontificate a bit. For the record, I am a recently retired Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent, with more than 25 years experience. Part of that experience is understanding and comprehending immigraiton and nationality law which is at the center of this issue. In short, I know a "little bit" about what I speak of. In 1961, as opposed to TODAY, Section 301(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, as ammended (INA) required the following: A child being born to one alien parent (ie. Non Citizen) and one citizen parent in a marital relationship, required that the sole US citizen parent to have resided in the United States for a period of ten years, five of which must have been over the age of 14. Today's version of the law has somewhat different residency requirements for the US citizen parent. But the law, as it applied on August 4, 1961, required ten years presence, five after the age of 14. Barack Hussein Obama I (dad), was a citIzen and national of Kenya. He was not, nor had never been, a United States citizen. Ergo, he is the "alien" parent in this scenario. Stanley Ann Dunham (mom) was a US citizen by virtue of having been born in the US. At the time of Barack Hussein Obama II's birth on August 4, 1961, Ms. Dunham was 18 years old, having been born in November of 1942. As such, if Barack Hussein Obama II was born outside the US or its Outlying Possessions, on August 4, 1961, then Ms. Dunham could not transmit her citizenship to her son because she failed to have accumulated the necessary physical presence requirements that the LAW (that pesky and inconvenient thing that oftentime gets in the way of "change") demanded. The earliest in which Ms. Dunham could have transmitted her citizenship to a child born outside the US would have been when she was 19 years of age, which was in November of 1961 and NOT in August of 1961, when Obama was born. It's that simple. If he was born in Kenya, or anywhere else for that matter, other than the US or its OLP's, then he is not, nor can never be, eligible to hold the office of President of the United States of America inasmuch as he does not, nor never can, fullfill the requirements of Article II, Clause V of the Constitution of the United States. It's not an optional thing, regardless of whether or not someone thinks it's fair or not. It's the law, that pesky, recurring inconvenience that seems to get in the way, time and time again. Now, the quesiton remains to be answered if he was born in Kenya or not. The State of Hawaii has weighed in and states that there is a record of Mr. Obama's birth on file in the Department of Vital Statistics. However, THAT is not enough. There are two entirely different and distinct birth documents issued by the State of Hawaii. The first is a Certificate of Live Birth which is the traditional birth certificate we all are familiar with for children born IN Hawaii. Then there is a different document entitled Certification of Live Birth, which is issued to children born OUTSIDE of Hawaii but whose birth is registered in Hawaii pursuant to a quaint and scarcely known Hawaiian law, Hawaii Revised Statute 338-17.8. This law allows for the registration of a birth in Hawaii for a child who was born OUTSIDE Hawaii to parents who, for the year immediately preceding the child's birth, claimed Hawaii as their principle place of residence. Dunham and Obama Sr. both resided in Hawaii for the year immediately preceding Senator Obama's birth. Ergo sum, his birth, even if it occurred in Kenya, could legally be registered in Hawaii, and a Certification of Live Birth could have been issued, giving the uninitiated the impression that he was born in Hawaii when in fact, he was not. It is misleading when the State of Hawaii states that they have examined Obama's birth record and it is valid. It could very well be the case. The ISSUE however, is whether or not he was born in Hawaii as he claims, or if he was born in Kenya. There is of course, a plausible scenario in which he could've been born in Kenya and yet have his birth recorded in Hawaii as having been born in Hawaii when in fact he was not. It's quite simple actually. His mother could have lied. That's right. Ann Dunham could have given birth in Kenya, brought Obama back with her to the US and then fraudulently registered the birth in Hawaii. Is it likely? Who knows? Is it possible? As Sir Aruthur Coynan Doyle has written: Once you have eliminated what is impossibe, whatever remains, however unlikely, is possible. In this case, anything is possible. And it's so unfortunate that all but one relative on Ms. Dunham's side of the family are deceased. His maternal grandmother, who he conveniently just visited in Hawaii, is the one living relative that could possibly shed light on this subject. A simple question asking her if her daughter went to Kenya prior to Barack's birth would end the speculation, assuming of course, her response is truthful. And therein lies the rub. With so much fraud being perpetrated by the DailyKOS, Stop the Smears, and others, it's difficult to believe anything at this point. And isn't it oh so convenient that Obama goes to Hawaii on October 23, 2008 and the Hawaiian Department of Health, after his visit to Hawaii, issues the statement that the document they have is legitimate. The wording of their statement leaves alot to be desired. It's a non answer to a question. Yes, the document is valid. And? Was he born in Hawaii?????? Silence. The now infamous document posted on Stop the Smears and the DailyKOS, which has been determined to be a forgery by no fewer than three court certified Forensic Document Examiners, was a Certification of Live Birth and NOT a Certificate of Live Birth or Birth Certificate. However, in an effort to obfuscate the issue, the term "Birth Certificate" has been used interchangably with "Certification of Live Birth". Assuming that Mr. Obama has a legitimate Certification of Live Birth, the question must be asked: "Why post a forgery?" The answer is as follows: A. There does not exist a legitimate, authentic birth document for Obama showing birth anywhere in the US. OR B. He does have a legitimate Certification of Live Birth issued by the State of Hawaii. However, that document shows his place of birth as being in Mombassa, Kenya and NOT in Hawaii as the forged copy claims. What is troubling and frustrating is that Obama can, and has had the ability to do so for quite some time, resolve this matter by simply providing a certified copy of his authentic birth document. The only reason that is reasonable for his failure to do so is that he simply doesn't have a document that shows he was born in the US. His documents all show birth in Kenya. As to his Indonesian passport, that, in and of itself, is problematic for Obama. In order to have obtained Indonesian citizenship, which is the only way one legitimately gets an Indonesian passport, he must have renounced his US citizenship, assuming for a moment, that he was, in fact a US citizen at any time. The fact that he renounced his US citizenship in order to obtain citizenship in Indonesian also makes him ineligible to hold the office of President of the United States under Article II, Clause V of the Constitution of the United States. Look. The facts and the law, are just that, the facts and the law. Wishing it wasn't so, being upset that the law is the way it was in 1961, wishing that people wouldn't bring that pesky inconvenient issue of the law, won't change a thing. Mr. Obama, like it or not, whether you think it's fair or not, if born outside the US, is NOT, nor never can be, eligible to hold the office of President of the United States. Period. End of discussion. IF, in fact, he was born in Kenya, as it appears he very well was, then his continued candidacy and the acceptance of campaign funds and donations, is a fraud. Furthermore, this issue is likely to throw this country into a Constitutional crisis, the likes of which we have never seen, making the elections of 2000 and 2004 look tame by comparison. And don't you think Obama knows whether or not he was born in the US or not? ALAN NOTE: and would have already proved it, if that were true?

Because here's how one scurrilous compendium of racist smears puts it: Obama graduated from Columbia College in 1983, and after spending a year in New York, moved to Chicago.Wayne Allyn Root says, "I don't know a single person at Columbia that knows him, and they all know me. I don't have a classmate who ever knew Barack Obama at Columbia. Ever! ... Nobody recalls him. I'm not exaggerating, I'm not kidding. Questioner: Were you the exact same class? Root: Class of '83 political science, pre-law Columbia University. You don't get more exact than that. Never met him in my life, don't know anyone who ever met him. At the class reunion, our 20th reunion five years ago, 20th reunion, who was asked to be the speaker of the class? Me. No one ever heard of Barack! Who was he, and five years ago, nobody even knew who he was... the guy who writes the class notes, who's kind of the, as we say in New York, the macha who knows everybody, has yet to find a person, a human who ever met him. Is that not strange? It's very strange... When asked about his undergraduate training at Columbia University, The New Times states that Obama "declined repeated requests to talk about his New York years, release his Columbia transcript or identify even a single fellow student, co-worker, roommate or friend from those years." Many of his classmates don't remember Obama. He's not in the yearbook. Columbia couldn't find a picture of him at school. What can be said with some certainty is that Mr. Obama lived off campus while at Columbia in 1981-83 and made few friends. Correct me if I am wrong but Fox news reported that two employees of the Hawaiian Health Department have stated they have seen the vault copy of Obama's birth certificate and state it is genuine.

Question: how coincidental is it that a few days after his trip to visit his deathbed sick grandmother, "who might not make it to the elections on Nov. 04", who seems no longer to be of interest to him or the MSM, results in this "double " statement emerging?

Comment: it is all in the words!

The reported statement, as above, indicates there IS a document in the vault that is genuine but NOT not what it is. Nor what it says.

a) A COLB (post-fact Certificate of Live Birth) or a real birth certificate which proves Obama was born in Hawaii (or not).

b) Nor that it proves he is a natural born citizen. The two statements are almost certainly factual but not necessarily accurate and are intended as misleading disinformation for people to jump to incorrect assumptions or conclusions based on what has been stated.

I wonder what it cost him in cash and promises and submit he flew there to have a one on one, face to face without trace with one or both the new "witnesses".

Can those two officials be deposed under oath by anyone? Now that they have spoken publicly?

WHOSE SIDE IS OBAMA ON? Saudi Arabai and other oil producing contries which have funded his campaign with HUGE amounts and want something in return. Like prevent the most viable challenge to the$700 BILLION they receive from us every year by blocking use of coal?
