In the meantime, this "people's" socialist President, rooting, so he says, for the small guy and telling us all to be frugal and spend less and give more to others (pay higher taxes) and let his administation spend it, pays an unbelievable $100 a pound for his steaks!! He complained how the price of Arugulo (how many of you know what that is?) - a fancy green leaf used in high end salads has increased in price. How many of you ever buy Arugulo? Costs many times more by weight than our usual lettuce. When you consider that being a multi-millionaire, Obama does not help his own family, even a brother living on some $12 a YEAR in a Kenyan slum, or an aunt illegally in the USA he places in public housing so as to not have her pay rent, provides an insight into his Communist mind set. Communist governments always have those at the top live in luxury, with luxury vacation homes, eat luxuriously and spend your money - by claiming all the money that is available in their country - and paying you the citizen, the lowest possible amount they can to prevent you from immediate starvation. Though starve you will in the long run while they dine on $100 per pound steaks and Arugulo. And heat their offices (like the Oval Office) hot enough to grow orchids, as Obama's Hitler look-alike advisor happily admits. And let their factories grind to a halt because their Communist "factory bosses" (our unions) create so much red tape and work rules rather than reward productivity that they are soon running deficits. I'm not sure "Eli. Eli. lama sabkatani" (forgive them father for they not what they do) as Jesus cried out during his crucifixion, can even be applied to the totally naive masses who voted for this apology for a leader. And who have thrown our country and all of us into a hell on this earth that Obama is creating on a daily basis. Some of you have already begun to realize this and his approval rating has fallen by about 15% in just the few days he has been in office. Give him a chance? For what? To create more destruction? Put more of us out of work as he creates executive orders to support the Unions and hurt the workers who want to pitch in and try to help save our plight? What a farcical situation you have created, while accepting that people like Chris Dodd, who received sweetheart mortgages (but cannot find the documents) even when the chairman or Country Wide publicly admits this? That this Congresman DID receive a special deal for supporting the mindless loans FreddieMac, FannyMae and other lenders were giving out (on executive orders signed by Bill Clinton and supported/protected by Democrats Dodd and Congressman Barney Frank) to unqualified borrowers. If this sounds like a sorrow chant, it is. Just as "Amazing Grace" originated in the bowels of slave ships, mine comes from the depths of the sinking America ship. Scuttled by Obama and his greedy Democrats like Pelosi, Murtha and cattle rustler descendant Harry Reid. With slaver Soros at the helm of their efforts to destroy us.

(b) a waiver signed by President Clinton on February 6, 1996 allowing Loral to launch a commercial communications satellite from China (id. at para. 137);

(c) the transfer on March 14, 1996 of export licencing authority from the U.S. Department of State to the U.S. Department of Commerce, which had more lenient licensing requirements than did the State Department (id. at paras. 117-132);

(d) a second waiver signed by President Clinton on July 9, 1996 allowing Loral to launch additional communications satellites from China (id. at para. 138);

(e) a third waiver signed by President Clinton on February 18, 1998 that not only allowed Loral to launch even more communications satellites from China, but also effectively forestalled any criminal prosecution of Loral and/or Loral officials as a result of an grand jury investigation by the U.S. Department or Justice into the unlawful transfer of highly sensitive, missile technology to the Chinese (id. at paras. 172-180); and

(f) an export licence granted by U.S. Commerce Department on March 23, 1998 allowing Loral to export a commercial communication satellite for launch in China. (3) Id. at 181.

Since Plaintiffs filed their Amended Complaint, they have uncovered additional payments by Schwartz to the DNC, DSCC and DCCC between August 1998 and June 1999 totaling another $595,000.00. According to FEC records, Schwartz also made the following payments during this time period:

(a) On August 11, 1998, Defendant Schwartz paid $250,000 to the DNC.

(b) On October 26, 1998, Defendant Schwartz paid $50,000 to the DNC.

(c) On November 6, 1998, Defendant Schwartz paid $100,000 to the DNC.

(d) On February 16, 1999, Defendant Schwartz paid $50,000 to the DSCC.

(e) On March 23, 1999, Defendant Schwartz paid $20,000 to the DNC.

(f) On April 20, 1999, Defendant Schwartz paid $25,000 to the DNC.

(g) On May 14, 1999, Defendant Schwartz paid $25,000 to the DNC.

(h) On May 14, 1999, Defendant Schwartz also paid another $25,000 to the DNC.

(i) On June 28, 1999, Defendant Schwartz paid $50,000 to the DSCC.

In addition, Schwartz and his wife just recently paid yet another $40,000 to a special fundraising account created to assist Mrs. Clinton in her bid for the U.S. Senate.

Zuhdi Jasser Recently, President Obama's transition staff announced that he would like to deliver a speech in the first 100 days of his administration in an Islamic capital to improve America's image in the Muslim world. The best venue for this speech is certainly Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The following is the speech President Obama will never give to the Muslim world - BUT SHOULD. I am here to tell you that I will do what I can to stop U.S. funding of the U.N., which dishonors its charter and what Eleanor Roosevelt and her colleagues in 1948 described as "the inherent dignity and equal and inalienable rights of all people." We will no longer compartmentalize our interactions with Muslims and non-Muslims in the world, where we ask for vastly different standards of human rights depending upon the nation and our fear of oil prices or of Al Qaeda. From this time forward, faith is irrelevant. What matters to me as President of the United States is the human rights of every individual in your countries. Full diplomatic relations will be predicated upon a respect for your citizens' freedom of religion, freedom of expression, freedom from blasphemy laws, freedom of assembly, freedom from apostasy laws, and equality of the sexes. I am told by my predecessors that my idealistic dream of freedom and liberty for the citizens of the Muslim world is laudable but simply impossible. I was told that your influence upon the cost of oil makes your apologetics for terrorism and the Wahhabi-Salafi inspiration of that terror immune from criticism. I cannot live with that hypocrisy, and neither should you. King Abdullah's recent interfaith initiative in New York was good enough on the surface of American soil, but until the women of Saudi Arabia have equal rights on your soil the window dressing of interfaith work will mean nothing to us. Reform your laws, reform your treatment of minorities and then I'll begin to believe that there is some truth in the King's interfaith work. Walk the walk and then we'll talk the talk. I have spoken to many Muslims who dream of someday making their pilgrimage (hajj) to Mecca in what is the most spiritual journey for a Muslim. But their bright spiritual dream is constantly overshadowed by the fact that their dream takes place in a nation in which not one of them would ever want to live or work. The abuse of human rights in Saudi Arabia is so great it makes the most holy of sites for their faith an anathema to them. It is truly sad for any human being of faith to find that their most holy site to visit is not even close to being their most holy of places to live. I hope I am not being too forward. But when I spoke of change - I meant real change and not a veneer. I am talking about the type of change in which the standards we set for our citizens inside the United States are the same we advocate for all human beings outside the United States. Our foreign policy for decades has been too much about short-term gains and not enough about the long term. I will not be another President in the long line of those who come to the Middle East and do photo opportunities with leaders, only to stay silent to the inhuman injustices perpetrated by your governments. Almost three generations have been lost since World War II. We need change before the fourth. Terrorism is just a tactic. We are fighting an enemy who cannot be defeated on the battlefield alone, but must be combated with ideas. We must marginalize and defeat the ideas of political Islam which ultimately drive the dreams of militant Islamists. They seek a theocratic Islamist state. I truly believe that change will not come from democratic reforms alone which will only usher in a government of the majority- a ‘mobocracy.' But real change will come when, in addition to democracy, we see the ushering in of the ideas of minority rights and of equality of all before the law. I believe there is an innate human preference of liberty over Islamism. Yes, you heard me correct—Islamism. I will be canceling the administrative policy which bizarrely prohibited the use of that term and other appropriate terms like jihadist or Salafist by our governmental personnel. We will never win a contest of ideas against an ideology we cannot name. If you disagree, begin the debate, but don't kill the debate. I truly believe that you will welcome this change since the majority of Muslims in your nations, if left to their own devices, would not want to live under political Islam. Most people want to live under governments based upon reason and the rule of law, rather than under theocracies based in oligarchy. It is time for the United States through my leadership to usher in a new Marshall Plan for the Muslim world - ‘a Jefferson Project,' if you will. We will no longer sit idly by as the Muslim Brotherhood spreads the ideologies of political Islam across the Middle East and into the West with little to no competition - no counter-project. I hope the legacy of my administration will be a global movement to counter political Islam. I know this will gain bipartisan support in the United States since the vast majority of Americans can ultimately appreciate the dangers of shar'ia and its driving theocracy. Just as you have pumped oil and Wahhabi literature into the West, we will begin an initiative to share equally with our Muslim global neighbors the ideas and scholars of liberty. Every diplomat will now begin handing out translated versions of classics books on liberty written by Bastiat, deTocqueville, Hayek, Rand, Jefferson, Madison, Freidman, or Adam Smith. We will translate book after book of ideas which carry the ideals of liberty, and reverse the project which the Brotherhood has tried to spread to the west. We will find your leading anti-Islamist and liberty-minded reformers and give them every opportunity to spread their ideas. We will begin women's rights and equality programs in every nation and lift up those leaders as icons of your next generations. We will begin translating many western liberty minded websites and videos for distribution in the Muslim world. We will also begin to help all the political dissidents who are prisoners of conscience and not leave them to forgotten diplomacy. Domestically, I am going to ask American Muslim organizations to make their thoughts clear on where they stand regarding the ideology of political Islam and its impact upon radicalization and its obvious conflict with secular liberal democracies. We will no longer cater to apologists unwilling to join us in this ideological debate on the side of liberty. I will ask them to unequivocally condemn the freedom deficits in their motherlands from Libya to Pakistan, while also calling out terror groups, networks and individuals by name. Having listened to Reverend Jeremiah Wright for many years, I know too well the impact of a fiery minister who mixes religion and politics. I will call for all interfaith work to be predicated on our imams, rabbis, and priests coming together to call out hate, intolerance, Islamism, and violence in Muslim sermons around the world. I will call for Muslim leaders around the world to begin the painful process of creating a post-modern Islam not at odds with modernity. The OIC has had an American Muslim representative for a little over a year now, and I am committed to making that position more meaningful and representative of real change. It will no longer just be a ‘listening' post. I call upon the OIC to repudiate laws which restrict freedom in the name of Islamic law--sharia. I call upon the OIC members to declare unequivocally that they reject the Cairo Declaration on Human Rights and reaffirm their signatory status to the U.N. Declaration of Human Rights. The two are inherently incompatible. The security of all free-minded nations and their citizens demands that our greatest minds and strongest personalities come together and counter the daily dose of despotism, monarchy, tribalism, corruption, conspiracy theories, anti-Americanism, anti-Westernism and political Islam which has become a staple for so much of the "Muslim" media. If I, as a minority in the United States who now stands before you as President of the United States, cannot advocate for real religious freedom and liberty for everyone who lives in your nations, then who can? Yes, you can change. Yes, we can all change and defeat Islamism, the greatest threat of the 21st century, together. M. Noticing that in infant stage 2009 they have fallen behind in their previous "kill one a day" rythm of executions, islamic iran (lack of capital letters on purpose as this regime is neither Islamic nor Iranian), the Mullahs executed 22 people in two days. Not a record -- 29 were hanged in one day last July. Reuters Agency, with strong insider ties to the Mullahs was allowed to video their demise. Twelve of them were in Yazd, Isfahan and Shiraz and 10 (all together) were done in the torture prison of Evin in Tehran. Accusations were the usual, rape, armed assault, murder, drugs that are used to convict without evidence. Thuggery appears to be absent this time around. Meanwhile two prominent brothers, both medical doctors who are experts on AIDS and HIV were convicted this week (first published here in July 2008) Iran Hiding AIDS EPIDEMIC click here and condemned to eight years in prison. Charged not with the real reason for their arrest - disclosing that some 30% of islamic iran's population of 70 million have full blown AIDS or HIV, - and that the holy city of Qom, populated by clerics and their religious students have a TEN times higher incidence of AIDS or HIV (from male to male sexual contact) than the rest of the country (and named some senior ayatollahs as being infected) - BUT INSTEAD for being one of four convicted for an alleged USA plot to overthrow the Mullah regime. Meanwhile in their own skewed form of clemency, the Mullahs have commuted the sentence of a woman called Kobra, one of eight people awaitings execution by STONING (two men and six women). Her sentence was originally eight years (which she has finished serving) and then the stoning. Now instead of the stoning, she is to receive 100 whip lashes and serve another five years in prison - for ADULTERY! In early days of the 1979 Khomeini/Carter revolution, it was common practise to give a woman 100 lashes and then hang her an hour later, making sure she felt the pain of the lashings THEN died choking, strung up by a crane at the end of a rope. For being accused of being a "loose woman". Sound familiar? Remember how those accused of being witches were tortured with drowning chairs and being burned at the stake by religious zealots around the world in olden times? That's the difference; islamic iran is even worse and just as mentally retarded TODAY. You want that mentality to have nuclear weapons? Obama wants to chat with them over tea? Does this indicate he has the same mental level as they do and can meet them mind to mind? Nobody else has been able to stoop so low. A Persian language TV rejoiced that he was a boon to islamic iran and was in the process of leading his own revolution. The American Khomeini. Meantime, here is a target our DOD should add to the target list for a strike on Iran. It is a building in Lavisan, a district of Tehran, traditionally a military center. This series of "housing" has been built for senior officers of the Revolutionary Guard and while the outside looks like a good use of a hillside, the interior shows how the top brass lives.

Remember, Iran's total population is only 70 million, so 30% with AIDS or HIV means over 20 million people. About the same number or more are out of work and about 30 million are drug addicts (driven there mostly by misery and despair, including upper class teens and youth). And INFLATION has been proudly announced by the regime to have dropped to 22% (from a reality of nearly 50% in some staples like dairy products where prices often double overnight) Just as Khomeini intentionally made familiy members stand in long lines to obtain basic food items, chicken at one place, meat at another, rice at another, bread at others to occupy them and prevent them from organizing an effective opposition to his revolution, the Mullahs today are the dealers in drugs and alcohol (yes, imported brand name alcoholic beverage), kowing that a stupored populace cannot act up effectively.

Compared to this citizen, several million more like him (including a million homeless CHILDREN and abandoned women living just in Tehran streets) and whole families, often a dozen members at a time visiting main garbage dumps to find food or any item they can retrieve to sell or use at home to survive. This is an excellent example of the islamic iran you are not allowed to see.

By Mark S. McGrew I know that World leaders are fully accustomed to conducting business with all manner of criminals, terrorists, dictators and other illegitimate “leaders” of Nations. But Obama may be different, as no one knows his real name, his place of birth, who his true parents are or even his actual birth date. Every relationship must contain an element of trust. Without trust, marriages, business relations, families and friendships are destroyed. At the least, constructive progress is stymied. America is said repeatedly, to be a “Nation of Laws”. It is not. It is a Nation under the control of mob rule. When the American public understands that, America will be a Nation of Anarchy. Obama not only refuses to show proof that he is eligible to become President of the United States of America, but he has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to prohibit any one from discovering his true identity or his history. Because Obama is not eligible to be the President of the United States, any agreements he makes are subject to change or removal by the current American government of by future administrations, far into the future. Any and all agreements he makes gives foreign powers permission to deny them, rescind them or renege on them, far into the future. Any orders he gives to the American military are subject to being refused. Orders that Obama gives to America’s Joint Chiefs of Staff of the military can be refused. If Obama doesn’t like a particular Chief of Staff, or all of them, theoretically, he can fire them and replace them with new Staff. But even the order to fire a Chief or to demand his resignation can be lawfully refused by that Chief of Staff. The security and abilities of NATO are being compromised as well as current agreements and Treaties around the World. The only power Obama will have is that which is illegally permitted by a corrupt government. The United States Congress is required, under the US Code of Federal Regulations to count the Electoral College votes for President and Vice President, ask if any member of Congress objects to the count and hear that Congressman’s objection. This is under Title 3, Chapter 1, Section 15, “Upon such reading of any such certificate of paper, the President of the Senate shall call for objections, if any”. I accept that doing business with criminal organizations is a part of government function, but many World leaders have been embarrassed or removed for consorting with a liar. What Nation would be naïve enough to think that their agreements with America would be honored? What Nation can guarantee to its people that Treaties or agreements of any sort will be honored by future American administrations? International gangster operations succeed because the members have a relationship of some degree of trust. Trust is an unknown and non-existent factor for Obama. Every Nation on Earth that has taken the path of secrecy and refusal to obey the “Rules of The Game” such as Obama and his allies are taking America on, have failed. More importantly, they have left their gullible Partner Nations in misery and chaos. Obama and his supporters are international con men. They have much money and power, but they are stupid and most likely insane. History has proven this to be a very dangerous combination. This is what all World leaders must consider: You can protect yourself from a burglar or an armed robber, but the only protection from a liar, is to deny communications with him. Mark S. Officials at Occidental College in Los Angeles, Calif., have been served with a demand to produce records concerning Barack Obama’s attendance there during the 1980s because they could document whether he was attending as a foreign national or not.

The Supreme Court and Congress are both are being challenged to address the worries that Obama doesn’t meet the requirements of the U.S. Constitution that the president be a natural born citizen.

A long list of legal cases have been filed against Barack Obama.

“If Obama is sworn in as president, we will file a Petition for Writ of ‘Quo Warranto,’ a case that will challenge Obama as being ineligible to serve as president because he is ‘not qualified,’” said Philip J. Berg, a lawyer who has brought several cases to court.

Berg, whose information is on his ObamaCrimes.com website, indicated the issue isn’t going away.

Orly Taitz, a California lawyer, has filed a dispute against Barack Obama.

OBAMA TO START A NEW POLITICAL PARTY

Unsatisfied with having to deal with Democrats, who can block his Marxist dictatorship dreams and encouraged by the ardent messianic following he now has, Obama wants to complete his revolution to finish the take over of freedom in America, he has just begun, by forming his own political party. During the past campaign, in most States, he already set up his own campaign offices rather than use the Democrat Party ones.

These offices were to promote him exclusively, Obama, not the party or the election in general. And he designed his own Brand Name Emblem He used ACORN as his special, personal promotion and voter organizer establishments. Now he wants to combine both of these and open up his Obama Party offices in every Congressional and Senate district to achieve total control of the two Houses and rule by decree and if need be remove the 22nd Amendment and have no term limits on his presidential control aspirations.

After having dismantled and weakened the Military, including reducing their budgets and transfering both these and heavy duty arms to his planned Million Person Civilian Internal Security Forces, he would then be able to suppress dissent by force. Just as Khomeini did in Iran with his Bassiji recruits and Revolutionary Guards.

And so did Stalin, Hitler, Mussolini. And Islamist Terrorists like HAMAS (See articles below)

For all of you hopefuls for whom he became a projection screen onto which you could send your ideas of change and see it in him, Obama has only just started the take-over of the the USA and his plan to change it into the USSA - United Socialist States of America.

He is the American Khomeini. And will just as surely destroy us as Khomeini did Iran. Less bloodshed - for now - but just as lethally in the long run. In this he has the full support of the kind of idiots who funded him on the Internet and the illegal donations from our enemies he refuses to disclose, including from Islamic countries like Saudi Arabia and Iran (and a bunch of terrorist affiliated islamic organizations). Similarly to Khomeini, his new, young following are idealistic without the experience to temper emotion with knowledge of the world, the same way as an 18-year old makes the best soldier but the worst driver. Notions of immortality and infalibility guide them. Add political naivete and an increasingly low education standard in the USA and you have the Obama follower, who will stupidly empower him and then whine when they suffer the results. Too late by then to save the nation and and themselves.

Upon your heads be it - UNLESS THE SUPREME COURT WAKES UP AND HONORS THE CONSTITUTION - so that a foreigner does not become (and stay) the next president tomorrow.

Reports from inside Iran indicate that instead of celebrating Obama's messianic accession to his throne on Tuesday, the islamic regime has organized street demonstrations all over the country where effigies of Obama are being burned and slogans against him are rife. All joking apart, if Obama REALLY wants to have a GREAT presidential legacy, while he still has the goodwill of the people, he should throw out the WHOLE current tax code and institute an user tax to replace it. As things look Obama is powerless to do anything about the almost certain crash of the economy and will bear the FULL responsibility for it.

Nancy Pelosi is already making the rescue harder with her recently stated, insane tax agenda, again something to be laid at Obama's feet as his catastrophe, so with that LOSE/LOSE prospect on the immediate horizon, then he should take the risk and try to replace one of the "losses" with what would be a highly POPULAR potential "win" and earn the gratitude of the U.S. populace. Brave step of REAL leadership, which Obama has yet to show but possible with his "new generation" public relations and "experienced organizer" methods to help him push through into effect.

At least he would have the excuse that his "heroic" effort to save the USA financially had never been tried before and it required a drastic pathfinder measure to confront a drastic situation. And Obama was man enough to try it. The window of opportunity before Pelosi and Harry Reid bog him down is VERY short.

That confrontation cannot be avoided so if Obama will butt heads with their power, he should have the guts and desire - using his honeymoon with the populace - to win this powerplay and take the Pelosi/Reid tax sabotage being torpedoed at him OUT OF THE MIX!

Sounds over-simplified but he should have his financial people sit and write a FIVE PAGE (yes, make that a criterion) new tax plan along the user tax lines. NO more filing of taxes, no more deductions, no more loopholes, no more pork barrel spending possible. One paragraph could deal with those below a REAL poverty level. Any sin tax would be cofered by the user tax on cigarettes or alcohol etc.

States would no longer have a sales tax but share the user tax amounts with the Federal government which would then have to become leaner and more like our families.

Budgeting will change and be awkward for a pork filled mentality in the Congress and Senate but bold change - IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION - is needed, not toying with it or a similar BIG change in the WRONG direction espoused by Pelosi and Reid.

Brennan, heads a firm that was cited in March for breaching sensitive files in the State Department’s passport office, according to a State Department Inspector General’s report released this past July. The security breach, first reported by the Washington Times and later confirmed by State Department spokesman Sean McCormack, involved a contract employee of Brennan’s firm, The Analysis Corp., which has earned millions of dollars providing intelligence-related consulting services to federal agencies and private companies. During a State Department briefing on March 21, 2008, McCormack confirmed that the contractor had accessed the passport files of presidential candidates Barack Obama, Hillary Rodham Clinton, and John McCain, and that the inspector general had launched an investigation. Sources who tracked the investigation tell Newsmax that the main target of the breach was the Obama passport file, and that the contractor accessed the file in order to “cauterize” the records of potentially embarrassing information. “They looked at the McCain and Clinton files as well to create confusion,” one knowledgeable source told Newsmax. “But this was basically an attempt to cauterize the Obama file.” At the time of the breach, Brennan was working as an unpaid adviser to the Obama campaign. SCOTUS DECISION OF MONDAY ON OBAMA BC

SCOTUS MONDAY OBAMA DECISION STATUS FROM PHIL BERG'S OFFICE Here is a very brief explanation of what today's ruling means to us... What today's ruling means is that WE'RE STILL ALIVE in the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals. Phil filed a Petition for Writ of Cert BEFORE JUDGEMENT (in the 3rd Circuit) with SCOTUS. They denied the petition for Writ before judgement under Rule 11 because the case before the 3rd Circuit is still pending and there is still a legal remedy available to our case in the lower courts. If this case is denied at the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals THEN Phil can once again go back to SCOTUS for remedy. The SCOTUS may yet grant the motion for emergency injunction against counting the votes for Soetoro/Obama - in effect preventing the Inauguration on the 20th. As I understand it then Biden would serve until this is resolved in some fashion. And Roberts COULD REFUSE to swear in Soetoro/Obama if this isn't resolved. If it comes to that then Roberts could state that Barry needs to cough up the documents proving he is eligible or he won't be sworn in. We just don't know what might happen next. In the meantime Bill Anderson's motion for "permission" to file his case as a friend of the court was granted. Anderson is an Electoral Voter from Arizona. WE ARE NOT DEAD YET!!! The Queen and I --- selected for competition Real ReelIt recently announced that Nahid Persson Sarvestani new documentary The Queen and I, about Farah Diba, has been selected to compete in January's Sundance Film festival. This marks the first time ever that a Swedish documentary is in competition at Sundance. Representatives for the festival ploughed their way through 1,623 documentaries from around the world, selecting 16 for the World Cinema section and 15 for the American section. "It's fantastic, Sundance is so big. I recently presented the film at IDFA in Amsterdam and was totally bowled over by the reception. The film screened six times to completely full houses," says Nahid Persson Sarvestani. "And since the Sundance announcement I've had emails from several major companies wanting to distribute the film. That's very cool indeed! "Two years ago Nahid Persson Sarvestani travelled to Iran to finish off her film "Four Wives – One Man", which went on cinema release last year. As soon as she landed at Teheran Airport she was arrested and subjected to intense interrogation, culminating in her being forced to sign a declaration that she would make no more films about Iran. And it was during these interrogations that she got the idea for her latest film. Going back thirty years, Nahid took part in the revolution which ousted the Shah and brought down the monarchy in Iran. Yet she has always been fascinated by the Shah's wife, Farah Diba. And it is to this seemingly unlikely subject that she has turned so many years after the revolution and the betrayal she felt at being forced into exile, a fate she shares in common with the former queen. During the two years of filming her former adversary, there were many moments of disagreement, but also of surprise and revelation. In the lower half of the prior HAMAS CHILDREN OF TERRORISTS article below, we posted a response to photos sent in which tried to present how badly the HAMAS/Palestinians were being treated. The comment we received back to that was as follows: " In response to the part of your e-mail in regards to comparing use of machine gun to hand gun, Jesus said an eye for an eye and I believe most religions supports that. If we truly Cherish our Faith then what we are witnessing is Zionism in action". Which triggered our effort to educate and enlighten as follows: Interesting concept/analysis. The eye for an eye is Old testament and NOT what Jesus said. ("Breach for breach, eye for eye, tooth for tooth as he has caused a blemish in a man so shall it be done to him again") this comes from Leviticus 24 paragraph 20 and was said unto Moses by God. Third chapter in Old Testament, Genesis, Exodus and then Leviticus. It applies to civil disputes NOT battlefield tactics. This is in fact one of the problems with the Jihadi Islam that is being waged on the West. It applies something from 1400 years ago into modern society which has evolved to where neither biblical Old testament (pre-Jesus) eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth – nor the Koran and Hadith suits who we now are. Whether we are better or worse today is an opinion everyone can have in different forms, but to force me or you or anyone to go back to before the Dark Ages (Ghoroun Bostan) and OBEY what was culturally allowed, accepted in those days is ludicrous and ignores that animals evolve. The human race is a form of animal and also evolves. Another misconception is created when we see six-foot plus tall Charlton Heston descend from the mountain in the movie Moses with the 10 Commandments. Tall, blond, handsome, right? Well the human race in those days were anthropologically about four feet tall on average, very HAIRY and to some degree resembled a slightly larger chimpanzee. Take old Elizabethan era houses in England as an indicator. The doorways are too low for most of us to enter easily, even the shorter ones. One reason was to keep as much heat in as possible, the other, they did not need to make them higher. THEY, only our feet tall, came and went easily. BTW a stranger who was FIVE FEET tall would be considered a GIANT and feared to the extent of being driven away from a village with stones being thrown to speed his departure. They were totally illiterate and spent all of their lives (except some nomadic tribes such as the Bakhtiari or Qashghai etc., in Iran for example) within a ten mile radius of the village where they were born. (It is interesting that Americans as a whole live and die within a 25-mile radius of where they were born, though they have access to TV and radio and learn a tiny bit about other places and occasionally travel for short trips elsewhere). The ONLY information on ANYTHING outside their village came from travelling troubadours (entertainers) or friars (similar to akhund), who lived off the people and if lucky would be the guests of the village leader (kadkhoda) and get some food and alms (money). The Kings, Princes and nobility of this era (even some 200 years AFTER Mohammad) fought wars and their armies would bring back knowledge of foreign customs etc. – plus they had a handful of literate persons, usually clerics or necromancers but overall the populace were ignorant to the Nth degree. That "ignorance and illiteracy" includes Mohammad and his Arabs and FYI "Allah' was a statue of a Moon God/goddess in Medina and the only one Mohammad did not destroy as the locals worshipped this one above others. NOTE the Koran only mentions animals that Mohammad had seen and none beyond that. If, as fervent Mullahs insist, everything that exists is ALL written in the Koran, and anything outside that is anti-Islam and to be ignored and avoided, then, by this definition, all scientific discoveries, flying to the moon and progress of mankind is anti-Islamic and blasphemous. Also, the name Allah predates Islam by about 1,000 years and has been found in archeological excavations. With Khomeini's blessings, since he had no use for the items, they ransacked, ravaged all the high society homes and stole antiques, paintings, carpets and expensive furniture (200 trucks per day went back and forth moving this loot to Palestine) in return for which they EXECUTED Iranians. You do NOT want to know what they did to female prisoners, some as young as ten years old, they executed the next day. It is HORRIFYING. When there was no loot left, they left. But before leaving threatened the prison vigilantes to become firing squads or be shot themselves. After you kill a number of people you lose your reluctance and become inured to this act. Response to a bunch of photos (some unclear as to whether the “oppressor” is an Israeli) Emailed out by a group of Iranians protesting attacks on Gaza. Very interesting “chicken or the egg” disinformation through photos (removed) And the question arises of which palestinians are being killed and who is actually killing or causing to be killed, more of such “palestinians”. Yes, the Israelis have declared war and are killing people in Gaza, which happens in war, but what would you do if you lived in Manhattan, New York and for the past year you had some 6,000 rockets fired at you from New Jersey? You never had a sure moment of safety FOR YEARS, never knew if an indiscriminate, un-aimed, random rocket would kill the civilian you, your family or a child? How long would it be before you got your neighbors together and drove to New Jersey and put a stop to it if law enforcement failed to do it? Just because 6,000 efforts FAILED to kill more people cannot be used as an apology for the actions. They are unforgiveable no matter at whom they are directed. There is no proportionality involved.

If you try to kill me and my family with a shotgun or hand guns and I have a submachine gun at home and fire back and kill you and your fellow attackers with my higher fire power does not excuse your attempted murder nor place the blame on me. I am not going to get into a “pissing contest” by providing even more numerous photos of palestinian atrocities. They are available from NON-Israeli sources.

REASONS WHY OBAMA WILL NEITHER PUBLICLY SPEAK ABOUT WHERE HE WAS BORN NOR PRODUCE HIS ORIGINAL BC

Alan note: On January 8th the Electoral Votes will be certified by Congress at which time EVERY citizen of the USA will have standing to sue Obama and demand he produce documentation to PROVE he is eligible to be President.

SCOTUS (Supreme Court) has a hearing scheduled on the 9th to review a law suit up before them. If Obama refuses to comply by providing documentation they decide (if they decide) to require, then at a hearing on January 16th they can review another case and declare (if they so wish) the Electoral Vote (retroactively) nullified.

Will SCOTUS have the courage to defend the Constitution as is their role? And risk race riots verging on civil war? Or will they fold and throw our Constitution under Obama's bus.

We know why Obama is not speaking of his BC, what we all want to know is “What are the reasons why SCOTUS, SENATE, AND THE HOUSE will not force him to play his hand and release his real original birth certificate.”

They have the power, what are the actual reasons for not making sure he is a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN. IT’S THE LAW.

Jetxnet posits the following: There appears to be an unprecedented level of collusion between numerous political power brokers on both sides of the political divide, elected and appointed officials on both the federal and state levels, as well as members of the corporate media.

It is interesting if not alarming to take a few steps back in an effort to gain a wider perspective, and finding unusual alliances and political 'bed partners' among various members this group.... Some events... have taken place within the past several years ... that have effectively changed or otherwise had a direct impact on the social and geopolitical landscape of America and its power structure.

A few examples include such things as NAFTA (North America Free Trade Agreement), the SPP (Security and Prosperity Partnership) treaty, border and immigration issues, the PATRIOT Act, the Global Poverty Act of 2007, the management of the oil "crisis," the most recent economic crisis and the remedies enacted, and the recent G-20 economic summit, where President Bush essentially provided economic oversight of U.S. economic institutions to the European Union.

The goal is the North American Union (NAU) by 2010, thus selling out America as we know it.

The NAU is just part of this global geopolitical agenda. The other part, of course, would be to have the other continents condense into Unions, such as Africa, South America, and the Middle East.

Obama is their pick. They believe because of his Arabic name and the color of his skin, he will be able to draw Africa and the Middle East (ME) under Western elitist influence. They surmise this is imperative as both the ME and Africa are engaging China more-so than the West.

Furthermore, Africa and the ME, when combined, account for 2/3 of the world’s energy resources.

The quest for a Middle Eastern and African Union is at the top of the list, and they believe Obama is the best choice to make that happen.

A lot of this information is layed out by the founder of the Council of Foreign Relations and a top foreign policy advisor to Obama - Zbigniew Brzezinski.

In his book, The Grand Chessboard, Zbigniew states that is imperative to get control of the Middle East and Africa in order to achieve a one-world Western, yet Marxist, dominated government.

His logic is based on the fact that by securing Africa and the ME, Russia and China would have no choice but to go along with the West in terms of facilitating this one world government owned and operated by the Western Elite.

Statements have been made in the public domain that if Obama was not born in Hawaii but rather in Kenya, that he actually committed a crime involving fraud.

That leads me to think that if that were true, then Obama has a Constitutional and state common law right to avoid further self-incrimination and to remain silent.

That could explain why he has neither talked publicly nor wants to talk in any court of law about where he was born.

But his right to remain silent would not extend to withholding his original Certificate of Live Birth.

Disclosure of documents is not testimonial (coming from a person's mouth) and his 5th Amendment and state common law right to remain silent and to not incriminate himself would not prevent such disclosure. This leads me to the main point.

Obama at present finds himself in a trilemma:

(1) Does he state publicly that he was born in Hawaii if he knows he was not and thereby "perjure" himself in the court of public opinion should the truth be eventually discovered? If he so swore under oath before Congress or any court of law, it would be actual perjury.

(2) Will he produce his original birth certificate which may show and will he tell the public the truth that he was not born in Hawaii but rather Kenya and thereby betray his natural instinct of self-preservation and his life-long ambition to be President of the United States? or

(3) Does he remain silent as to where he was born and continue to refuse to release his original birth certificate and thereby earn the contempt of those in the public who believe that he has not convincingly proven that he is a "natural born Citizen" and eligible to be President? I submit that Obama has made the third choice.

The consequences for Obama are the least drastic and he gains the most benefits under the choice involving remaining silent and not producing his original birth certificate which is exactly what he has done to date.

There are at least two reasons for this:

(1) To date, no court of law has been willing to accept any case challenging his "natural born Citizen" status. The courts have dismissed law suits against him for reasons of jurisdiction, standing, political question, justiciability, and for reasons unknown.

These procedural obstacles have allowed him to escape having to defend the underlying merits of the claims against him which would necessarily involve his having to make declarations under oath as part of legal discovery and before the court itself in case of a trial.

He will simply continue to pursue this procedural strategy, as being so successful will allow him to maintain his silence and not produce his original birth certificate with the cost to him personally of only having to pay his team of lawyers.

This strategy explains why he is willing to spend enormous amounts of his own money and resources for his legal defense (maybe not even his own money if he can make a case that he can use his campaign contributions to meet the costs involved) and cause private individual plaintiffs and public institutions (courts and public entity defendants) to spend theirs with no end in sight.

This strategy also provides great impetus to the sales of his past and future books, thereby further filling up his coffers.

This strategy also explains why he is not willing to simply spend less than $100.00 and produce his original birth certificate for the benefit of those Americans who want to see it.

Lastly, this strategy provides an answer to the question of, assuming that Obama in the end simply produces his original birth certificate which shows he was born in Hawaii, why would Obama risk the public then perceiving him as one who played a dirty little game for the sake of aggrandizing his own image and increasing his profits.

(2) Obama wants

(i) people who simply voted for him,

(ii) people who are apathetic to the eligibility issue or because of ignorance, fear, or self-ambition refuse to address it; and

(iii) people who in good faith believe he is eligible to be President (these categories may overlap), to believe that all the law suits and internet chatter questioning eligibility to be President is political sour grapes, racism, or "tinfoil hat" conspiracy nonsense.

These "explanations" for this outcry against him provide great camouflage for his silence and refusal to release his original birth certificate.

This strategy limits any contempt backlash to only those who oppose him on the eligibility issue and to no one else, thereby greatly reducing the price associated with the public contempt component.

The benefits Obama gains from stone-walling compared to the price he has to pay for complete disclosure makes the choice to refuse to speak about where he was born and to produce his original birth certificate most attractive for Obama.

The stakes are high in this game for the Office of President.

Obama has shown that he has the arrogance and audacity to play the game any which way he wants, simply to win that Office and greatly profit thereby.

The question for many concerned Americans who doubt whether he is eligible to be President is what they can do to get the nation’s political, legal, and social institutions to adequately and honestly investigate and decide whether he is indeed qualified to be President.

Obama’s strategy is now preventing these Americans from learning the truth about whether he is eligible to be President. The ball is in the court of those who challenge Him.

Sierra Leone and Zimbabwe are perfect examples of those mistakes. Sierra Leone is in perpetual civil war, and Zimbabwe - once the thriving, stable Rhodesia - is looting the very people (the white men) who feed the country.

Yet Westerners do not admit that the same kind of savagery could come to America when enough immigrants of the right type assert themselves. The fact is, Americans are sitting ducks for Third World exploitation of the Western conscience of compassion.

She discovered that Harry Reid's great-great uncle, Remus Reid, was hanged for horse stealing and train robbery in Montana in 1889. Both Judy and Harry Reid share this common ancestor. The only known photograph of Remus shows him standing on the gallows in Montana territory. On the back of the picture Judy obtained during her research is this inscription:

Both groups have links to Israel’s archenemy Iran. Israel has said that its aim is to smash Hamas’s rocket-firing capability but also to topple the hardline Islamist regime that seized power in the Gaza Strip in 2007 after bloody street battles with its secular rivals Fatah. Until that goal is achieved, many in Beersheba are packing their bags and heading for Tel Aviv or Eilat. “Maybe 30 or 40 per cent of people have left the city,” said Ron Shukron, 26, running one of the few grocery shops still open.
