BOEHNER, I NEED MONEY ! I DEMAND YOUR MONEY! MY UNION BUDDIES WANT YOUR MONEY! GET ME RE-ELECTED! I HAVE TO PAY THEM WITH YOUR MONEY! I'M BROKE, MY CREDIT IS SHOT! I USED UP ALL THE MONEY THAT WAS THERE!
Having rammed his ObamaCare down our throats by using his control (at the time) of both Houses, Obama - as you can hear from the audio below - personifies "madness", which is doing (in his case "saying") the same thing over and over and hoping for a different result. Hoping to undo the last November profile of voters by insisting what HE wants without regard to what "we the people" want.
