Google has been pretty good with non-profit, non-commerical AntiMullah and our right to free speech and opinion but there are elements, I surmise in their techie department rather than management, who do not believe in any of that and instead of our rights, protect the Islamic regime in Iran when they get a chance. And Iran's ally in the White House.

When the site was back these two articles no longer exist!
Nor anything posted since Sunday May 8th!
I can reconstitute the salient facts as they came from various other sources and still exist but would request Google - in the name of freedom of speech, rather than RE-APPEARING pro-Islamic Iran tendencies among their techies, to restore these from Google archives.

Also in the article was a video of Syrian brutality at the hands of the same Iranian Revolutionary Guards (20,000 sent to help Bashar Assad), who have killed over 800 Syrians in a matter of weeks and just in the last week have brutally beaten and arrested TEN THOUSAND Syrians. In the same fashion they killed thousands in Iranian streets and prisons in 2009.
Come on, Google, these are part of reality all over the Internet, not just on Google and using your clout (and you have lots of it) to hide it is below an organization like yours. Again, Obama will not be in the White House forever to protect your interests and future Moslem regimes will be the first to attack and hobble, even ban you, if you say anything they do not like, so YOUR freedom of operation will also be jeopardized they way some of your techies are doing to us.
You should know how it feels. Facebook is attacking you in an ugly, underhand fashion!
Remember how your "hero" employee in Egypt was prevented, by Islamic Mullahs, from speaking from the platform to address the crowds he helped gather to ovverthrow Mobarak? Is that the freedoom of speech you espouse?

ISLAMIC IRAN HAVING TO BUILD NEW PRISONS TO ACCOMODATE RISING NUMBER OF ARRESTEES
According to the government controlled Asr-e Iran on May 2, the head of the clerical dictatorship’s prisons throughout Iran reported the construction and preparation of the “great prison” in Tehran.
According to Asr-e Iran, Esmaili, head of Iran’s prisons and torture chambers said: “In future, about 15,000 prisoners who are associated with Tehran’s judicial system will be transferred to Tehran’s great prison.
Esmaili added: “One of the concerns of the Prison System Organization is the increased population of prisoners in the Alborz Province. Therefore, one of the goals of building the new great prison in Tehran will be to transfer prisoners of that province to this center. This is a request by all greater Karaj city officials to, transfer about 15,000 prisoners associated with Tehran’s judicial system to Tehran’s great prison, in accordance to existing plans.
Karaj is about 35 miles from Tehran and the location of the most brutal prisons of the regime.
What is not mentioned here is that Iran's OFFICIAL prisons hold nearly 250,000 prisoners with a huge percentage being political detainees, though many are held as drug runners or a string of other accusations used to hide the real reason for their arrests and torture.
HOWEVER, as Esmaili has admitted in the past, there are OVER 100 "private/unofficial" prisons, over which he has no control, operated by various factions of splinter security gangs, the IRGC and the Bassiji. Each reporting to influential Mullahs or para-military power-brokers in the regime.
Here no humanitarian considerations even exist and executions are not documented or identified. People are simply shot or strangled in teh basements of these locations or taken out into nearby fields and slowly shot to death.
Bullets are aimed, without any hurry, at non-lethal points, starting around their ankles then breaking bones up the legs, knees, thighs, arms until their bodies go into final pain shock or bleed to death. The agony is a reward for the sadistic torturers of the Islamic regime.

HEADS UP! THANK YOU!
As you may have noticed there were a couple of days where we did not post much or anything new. Just so you know, we respond to assignments and sometimes just do not have the time or perhaps energy left or both every day.
This is the exception rather than the rule and since there is almost always a depth of articles on the various sections for our visitors to catch up on, we are glad to see that the statistics show no or very little change in numbers coming to the site.
And we also have to catch up on other matters like taking care of our obligations when we fall behind.
The gist of all this is to say a big thank you to the ever expanding and loyal number of our visitors from all over the world who arrive in nearly 40 different browser languages.
Not everyone agreeing with us, either. Many telling us this within the multitude of daily Emails we receive. And sending us news and information for which we are very grateful as our own sources may have missed something.
We have our opinions based on our experiences but try to share information (non-profit, non-commercially) to educate and inform. We report YOU decide. Unfortunately we receive far more information than we are able to share with you. (Some of it not even shareable).

Latest AP Poll Sample Skews to Democrats by 17 Points

Wow! The AP poll has Obama’s approval rating hitting 60 percent! And 53 percent say he deserves to be reelected!
And on the economy, 52 percent approve of the way Obama’s handling it, and only 47 percent disapprove!
He’s up 54–46 on approval of how he’s handling health care!
On unemployment, 52 percent approval, 47 percent disapproval!
57 percent approval on handling Libya!
Even on the deficit, he’s at 47 percent approval, 52 percent disapproval!
It is a poll of adults, which isn’t surprising; as I mentioned yesterday, you don’t have to be a registered or likely voter to have an opinion on the president.
But then you get to the party ID:
46 percent identify as Democrat or leaning Democrat,
(only) 29 percent identify as Republican or leaning Republican,
4 percent identify as purely independent leaning towards neither party, and
20 percent answered, “I don’t know.”
For contrast, the AP’s immediate preceding poll was 45 percent Democrat, 33 percent Republican;
the likely-voter pool in October 2010 was 43 percent Democrat, 48 percent Republican.
The poll’s total sample in October 2010 split 43 percent Democrat, 40 percent Republican.
With a poll sample that has a 17-percentage-point margin in favor of the Democrats, is anyone surprised that these results look like a David Axelrod dream?
(Interestingly, George W. Bush is at 50 percent approval, 49 percent disapproval, even in this sample wildly weighted in favor of the Democrats.)
UPDATE: Notice that in Gallup’s polling, party ID remains pretty stable. In roughly 40 polls since mid-2009, Democrats and Republicans have both ranged in the 40s with leaners.
During that time, the split has never been larger than 7 percentage points.
Their most recent split, from late April, is 31 percent Republican, 36 percent Independent, and 32 percent Democrat; with leaners, it’s a 46-46 split.
Of course, the OBL kill could have prompted more Americans to self-identify as Democrats. Some pollsters are okay with dramatic shifts in their party ID from poll to poll; they see respondents’ party self-identification as flexible, even fickle, changing from week to week and month to month. I am a skeptic of this notion, and before buying into dramatic changes in the party identification of the voting public, prefer to see the phenomenon confirmed through changes in behavior – i.e., voters changing their party registration.
ANOTHER UPDATE: The Associated Press media department writes to me, noting that they have added these two paragraphs:
The AP-GfK results were striking in that they found Obama with a higher approval rating than other recent polls that generally said he was in the low 50s. Polls often produce varying results because of differences in question wording and polling methodology.
Also, during periods when public opinion about an issue is particularly volatile, and at times when the public is being presented with rapidly changing information, it is not uncommon to see wider variations across polls, even those conducted around the same time.
Some conservatives criticized the AP-GfK poll as heavy with responses from Democrats that skewed the results. AP-GfK polls use a consistent methodology that draws a random sample of the population independent of party identification. Such identification is not static and tends to fluctuate over time along with other political opinions. However, the change in party identification in the current AP-GfK current poll is not a statistically significant shift from the previous poll in March and could not by itself explain the poll findings.
I appreciate the AP noting the criticism. They emphasize that their sample hasn’t changed significantly from the immediately preceding poll, where the sample split 45 percent Democrat, 33 percent Republican. But the question isn’t really whether the sample changed too much from their poll in April; the question is whether the sample accurately reflects the American public at large, and whether we indeed have 1.63 Democrats in this country for every 1 Republican.
If their sample had an unrealistic proportion of Democrats one month, it’s entirely possible they can get a similar unrealistic proportion the following month.
As mentioned above, the Gallup sample tells a different story, with the parties at rough parity. Rasmussen tells a different story, with the parties at rough parity. The most recent Reuters poll puts the two major parties at rough parity. The most recent Pew poll shows Democrats ahead by 7 percentage points.
Now, it is theoretically possible that all of these other pollsters are providing a less accurate presentation of adult Americans’ self-identification by party, and that AP has it right, that the country is nearly half Democrat and less than a third Republican. It’s unsurprising to see Democrats looking at this sample and concluding it looks hunky-dory; it’s precisely the result they’ve yearned to see for years. But for the rest of us, does that proportion really line up with all of the other evidence?

FRAUDULENT, MADE UP DOCUMENT? CERTAINLY!
MESSAGE RECEIVED BY EMAIL as follows:

I will tell you right now that I had never given this "birther" issue any credit.
I watched the hype and the crazies come out. I completely dismissed the entire ordeal altogether. In fact, it was not until the White House released the birth certificate that it had gained my attention.
I am the studious sort of guy, and I have plenty of time on my hands. So, I took a close look at this document. While I would have thought that this issue would have been closed for good (and, got the crazies to crawl back into their holes), I found two extremely strange inconsistencies that merit some attention.
First of all, the birth certificate that the White House released lists Obama's birth as August 4, 1961. It also lists Barack Hussein Obama as his father. No big deal, right? At the time of Obama's birth, it also shows that his father is aged 25 years old, and that Obama's father was born in "Kenya , East Africa".
This wouldn't seem like anything of concern, except the fact that Kenya did not even exist until 1963, two whole years after Obama's birth, and 27 years after his father's birth.
How could have Obama's father have been born in a country that did not yet exist?
Up and until Kenya was formed in 1963, it was known as the "British East Africa Protectorate".
But, this is not the only thing that I found that just does not jive. The other item that I looked into was the hospital that Obama was born in.
On the birth certificate released by the White House, the listed place of birth is "Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital". This cannot be, because the hospital(s) in question in 1961 were called "KauiKeolani Children's Hospital" and "Kapi'olani Maternity Home", respectively.
The name did not change to Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital until 1978, when these two hospitals merged. How can this particular name of the hospital be on a birth certificate dated 1961 if this name had not yet been applied to it until 1978?
also SNOPES has changed the name of the attending doctor AGAIN - very FLUID birth certificate!

HAS OR WILL PAKISTAN SLIP AL QAEDA NUKES?

Intelligence analysts are sifting through phone numbers and email addresses found at Osama bin Laden’s compound to determine potential links to Pakistani government and military officials while U.S. officials and analysts raise concerns about the safety of Pakistan’s nuclear materials.
According to three U.S. intelligence officials, the race is on to identify what President Obama’s top counter terrorism adviser, John Brennan, has called bin Laden’s “support system” inside Pakistan. These sources sought anonymity because they are not authorized to speak to reporters.
“My concern now is that we cannot exclude the possibility that officers in the Pakistani military and the intelligence service were helping to harbor or aware of the location of bin Laden,” said Olli Heinonen, who served as the deputy director general of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) from 2005 to 2010.
“What is to say they would not help al Qaeda or other terrorist groups to gain access to sensitive nuclear materials such as highly enriched uranium and plutonium?”
The U.S. has worried quietly about the infiltration of Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and military for years. Those concerns heightened in recent months when the CIA learned that bin Laden’s compound in Abbottabad was a stone’s throw from Pakistan's military academy.
Politico first reported this week that CIA Director Leon E. Panetta told members of Congress that bin Laden’s clothing had two phone numbers sewn into it at the time of the raid. Those numbers and other contacts found at the compound are key clues in an effort to determine what elements of Pakistan’s national security establishment provided support to bin Laden and al Qaeda.
“I can tell you that concern about al Qaeda and other terrorists’ infiltration into the ISI is not new on the part of the Congress or the [George W.] Bush and Obama administrations,” said Rep. Steve Rothman, a New Jersey Democrat who serves on two House Appropriations subcommittees that fund defense and foreign aid.
Mr. Rothman has attended top-secret briefings on the Abbottabad raid and the impact of the raid on Afghanistan and Pakistan.
“As a matter of course, and for good reason, the materials that were removed from bin Laden’s home in Pakistan are being run down for leads that could assist the United States in apprehending individuals or entities who have sought to harm Americans or who have enabled others to harm Americans,” he said.
Another U.S. intelligence official told The Washington Times that other phone numbers and emails were recovered in the raid.
Mr. Rothman said al Qaeda operatives in 2009 “came within 60 kilometers of what is believed to have been Pakistan’s nuclear arsenal,” though he could not elaborate on the incident.
“Two years ago, al Qaeda came close, too close for comfort,” Mr. Rothman said. “That resulted … in new safeguards and new measures taken by the United States and Pakistan and others to minimize any possibility of anyone acquiring the Pakistani nuclear weapons or material.”
Pakistan is neither a member of the IAEA nor a party to the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. Nonetheless, it has agreed to some IAEA safeguards on its civil nuclear program, but nothing comprehensive.
Analysts estimate Pakistan to have more than 100 nuclear weapons. The latest estimate by Princeton University’s International Panel on Fissile Materials, which takes account of the world’s nuclear material, estimates that Pakistan possesses between 1.6 tons and 3.8 tons of weapons-grade uranium and between 132 pounds and 286 pounds of plutonium.
“Up to now, the Pakistanis have said the nuclear material is under military and ISI control and particularly the plutonium and highly enriched uranium,” Mr. Heinonen said. “These are from facilities that are not under IAEA control at all.”
A Feb. 19, 2009, cable from the U.S. Embassy in Islamabad said the nuclear arsenal is “under the control of the secular military, which has implemented extensive physical, personnel and command and control safeguards.”
“Our major concern has not been that an Islamic militant could steal an entire weapon but rather the chance someone working in [Pakistani government] facilities could gradually smuggle enough fissile material out to eventually make a weapon and the vulnerability of weapons in transit,” said the cable, which was released Wednesday by the anti-secrecy website WikiLeaks.
The cable was prepared in anticipation of the February 2009 visit to Washington of Gen. Ashfaq Kayani, who is chief of staff of Pakistan's military. In it, the cable also acknowledged how the ISI and Pakistani army have elements that still support terrorist groups.
“We need to lay down a clear marker that Pakistan’s Army/ISI must stop overt or tacit support for militant proxies. … We should preface that conversation with an agreement to open a new page in relations; Kayani, who was ISI Chief from 2004-2007, does not want a reckoning with the past,” the cable said.
The details on bin Laden’s compound already have led some members of Congress to threaten to cut off military aid to Pakistan, which receives more than $3 billion annually from the U.S.
Mr. Rothman said he wants to use U.S. military aid to gain more leverage with Pakistan’s government.
“We should continue to use whatever foreign and military aid to Pakistan … in order to help guide the Pakistanis into creating the kind of stability and cooperation we are looking for from them on a consistent basis,” he said.

COMMENT in response to the numbers found in his clothing and Al Qaeda nuclear potential.Concur with the numbers probably being bank account numbers, which are more difficult to remember and the most useful. To himself or his family.
Arguably it could be phones of someone (like Pakistan ISI intelligence operatives) he wants to be informed if something happened to him.
Possibly a bit James Bondish, those phone numbers never used for anything else than to indicate he has been captured if and when they ring - period. No other use.
BTW you do not need to explode nuclear material to make a wide area unlivable as radiation carried by the wind spreads and pollutes everything in the wind's path. Dirty bombs are as likely as a big bang, which as mentioned, is not so easy to put in place.
Remember the horrible smell spread from New Jersey toward New York? (If I remember rightly).
There was no official explanation that I remember but I was fairly sure it was a test of how radiation would spread and "smell" was used to measure details of that.
I wonder how we are going to distinguish between revenge terror activity launched by Libya’s Ghaddafi and Al Qaeda vengeance. Except perhaps the chosen locations and type of “explosion”.
Al Qaeda reportedly has nuclear weapons in place in Europe, Libya has none we know about, though they were working on WMD’s with Saddam Hussein plus Iraqi and Syrian scientists/technicians - 20,000 of them at the time. Before he “came in from the cold”.
I am waiting for the other shoe to drop and this could take a few months (or suddenly soon depending on their contingency planning) with Libya and Al Qaeda providing each other cover as the source and Libya with the most money to buy suiciders among at least 60,000 already inside America.

BTW, the $3 billion military or other aid the USA provides Pakistan annually could be replaced by China in the blink of an eye so calls for cutting it off is a somewhat silly even counterproductive threat.

APPEAL HEARING ON DISMISSAL OF ELIGIBILITY HEARING

As one of the 30 Military plaintiffs on the lawsuit of Barnett/Keyes vs. Obama, I was most interested in the appeal hearing on May 2, 2011 in Pasadena, CA, before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
This was the case that Judge David O. Carter had originally heard in September 2009, wherein he had stated that he was definitely going to look at the merits of the matter (in-Eligibility of the putative pResident), but by the time of the second hearing, a Perkins Coie (Obama’s White House counsel) employee was now a Carter Court law-clerk, charged with writing his decisions. Carter’s rulings and vicious attacks on Attorney Orly Taitz gave him the ultimate label of being a treasonous and cowardly ‘ex-Marine’ (a label formerly more suitable for ex-Marine Congressman John – ‘our troops are raping and murdering in the middle of the night’ – Murtha.)
Read below, as Orly describes this case, and the counter-productive efforts of Philip Berg and Gary Kreep (who has never filed a case on his own in this matter of (in)Eligibility. Orly’s presentation in 10 minutes was impressive indeed, and carried 10 times the weight of the 18 minutes of ‘arguments’ by Kreep. (NOTE: Phil Berg called him Gary CRAP in an interview for himself after the hearing: Justice is Served, IMHO
If you do take the time to watch this CNN produced video, be sure to observe some of the questions by the judges, and their responses to Orly’s vs. Kreep’s pleadings. They should have had a hard time sleeping that night, but then, again, this is the inimitable and infamous 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. We await their decision.

I need to explain a couple of points, which people might not know or understand. I filed this case as the only attorney on inauguration day (before Obama was inaugurated as President – while he was still a private citizen). Gary Kreep joined only towards the end.
I represent Ambassador Alan Keyes, 10 state representatives, and 30 members of the military (41 plaintiffs). Mr. Kreep represents only 2 clients.
After (Judge David O.) Carter ordered the case dismissed, Kreep filed his appeal right away. I filed a motion for reconsideration (instead), in order to preserve several issues on appeal. After Carter denied my motion for reconsideration, I filed my appeal.
Kreep had only one issue –(the) ‘standing’ of his 2 clients, members of American Independent Party: (Pastor Wiley) Drake and (Markham) Robinson, and the judges were saying that they do not have any particular standing; their standing does not differ from standing of others.
On the other hand, I have 41 clients with different standing and more hearings and motions and decisions, as I was an attorney on the case the whole time. Unfortunately a dirty trick was played in relation to time to speak during the oral argument. (Kreep got to speak first, and he used 18 of the allotted 20 minutes).
While people might think that undue influence by the White House on a presiding Judge is not important, it is actually of paramount importance. We have a case of the White House applying pressure on a federal Judge deciding eligibility of the sitting president, and the White House was doing this by using the U.S. Attorneys’ office and Obama’s personal law firm, Perkins Coie, which placed one of their attorneys as the attorney-clerk for the Judge! The 9th circuit court of Appeals is concerned about violations of due process and violations of the Constitution.
One of the cases before ours dealt with a magistrate judge reading some documents, supplied to her by the prison authorities, where the defendant did not have access to such documents. As I sat in the audience and listened to the Judges commenting on previous cases, I could hear them say that even the prisoners and criminals have their constitutional rights, and they are concerned about violations of those rights. (As a result) I could tell that I would have to stress the issue of such violations in Judge Carter’s courtroom, in that Obama sent a US attorney to act as his de-facto attorney after default.
It was an abuse of judicial discretion on part of the Judge to allow the US attorney to demand anything; to make a quid pro quo, and of course later to violate the same quid pro quo. It was a clear undue influence on the Judge by the White House to place Perkins Coie attorney Siddharth Velamoor as a clerk for Judge Carter. Additionally, it was a complete outrage, where a concerted effort was made by this Perkins Coie attorney and the court to attack me personally and try to elevate (Attorney Gary) Kreep.
You could see that for the longest time only I and Attorney Mario Apuzzo were continuing to push Vattel’s definition of Natural born Citizen. Kreep and (Attorney Philip) Berg were fighting us. If arguing the birth certificate (only) would be valid, then it would end the whole issue of eligibility. If you read all of Kreep’s and Berg’s arguments up until now, they have argued that Natural born is one born in the country (period – end of argument). I was arguing that it is a combination of birth (location) and citizenship of parents.
Also, none of these two attorneys dared to touch the issue of Social Security fraud. I am the only one who raised it in my pleadings. Again, if arguendo the BC is correct, there is still the Selective Service Registration fraud, which would not only remove Obama from office, but will have him in prison.
Of great concern is the fact that Kreep and Berg harassed me with frivolous law-suits, which cost me a lot of time and money. If these people are really on our side, why are they harassing me with law-suits? It seems they lead the cases towards a direction most favorable to (Obama’s) defense. If you read what the Obots on Politijab and Fogbow are writing, you can see that they are doing what Velamoor did: trying to attack me and elevate Kreep, and you know on whose side they are.
Lastly, if you look at the work done, Berg filed his 2 cases in 2008 and did not have any new clients or new cases for over 2 years. Kreep joined my Keyes, Drake and Robinson case and that is it. He did not file any more cases, no more clients. I filed multiple cases around the country and did over 40 trips all over the country to promote this issue with legislators all over the country.
I filed a motion with the court of Appeals asking for the maximum time, which is 20 minutes for the defendant and 20 for the plaintiffs. The court of appeals granted maximum time and stated that we need to divide it equally between 2 cases and the case with the lower numerical number goes first. Kreep’s appeal started with 09-, my started with 10-, so he was first. He was supposed to talk for 10 minutes and stop and let me speak for 10 minutes. Instead Kreep did something totally creepy: he spoke for 18 minutes and said that he wants the remaining 2 minutes for rebuttal. He clearly saw that the clock was set for 20 minutes, which was supposed to be divided. Luckily, as I stepped to the lectern, I noticed that the clock showed 2 minutes left and argued and demanded my full 10 minutes, but what Kreep did was a really yet another dirty trick.
We will have to wait and see what the court will decide. Keep in mind it is 9th Circuit, most liberal in the country, and we are talking about a liberal president. They might deny, but if they were to rule on the merits, we have much better merits, as Kreep’s two clients are just members of American Independent party.
Our case has better standing. Additionally, attacks on me personally were so outrageous that I don’t know how any appellate judge with a drop of decency in her or his blood can say that there was no undue influence. I looked at the judges when I spoke about those abuses; I could tell that they were embarrassed.
The undue influence abuse of judicial discretion was so flagrant that they could not say anything. What could they ask? Does the U.S. attorney believe that it is acceptable for the presiding Judge to get some slanderous letters about the plaintiffs’ attorney directly into his chambers, attack her in his memorandum order, and not give her an opportunity to respond? Can anyone argue that it is legal, acceptable or ethical? This might be OK in the environment of Chicago mafia, but not among decent human beings and or in a court of law. Neither the Judges, nor US attorney could say that I was wrong on any of these issues.
I am a civil rights defender, and as such, I filed formal complaints with the UN committee for Civil rights defenders and Inter-American commission for violation of human rights. What was done to me personally and my clients in these courts is unthinkable, particularly what was done by Judge Clay D. Land in GA ($20,000 fine just for bringing an (in)Eligibility lawsuit to his Court). I hope that the rule of law and decency will prevail, but we will have to wait and see.

A: I was told – in these exact terms, "we overruled him." (Obama) I have since followed up and received further details on exactly what that meant, as well as the specifics of how Leon Panetta worked around the president's "persistent hesitation to act."
There appears NOT to have been an outright overruling of any specific position by President Obama, simply because there was no specific position from the president to do so. President Obama was, in this case, as in all others, working as an absentee president.
I was correct in stating there had been a push to invade the compound for several weeks if not months, primarily led by Leon Panetta, Hillary Clinton, Robert Gates, David Petraeus, and Jim Clapper.
The primary opposition to this plan originated from Valerie Jarrett, and it was her opposition that was enough to create uncertainty within President Obama. Obama would meet with various components of the pro-invasion faction, almost always with Jarrett present, and then often fail to indicate his position.
This situation continued for some time, though the division between Jarrett/Obama and the rest intensified more recently, most notably from Hillary Clinton. She was livid over the president's failure to act, and her office began a campaign of anonymous leaks to the media indicating such. As for Jarrett, her concern rested on two primary fronts.
One, that the military action could fail and harm the president's already weakened standing with both the American public and the world.
Second, that the attack would be viewed as an act of aggression against Muslims, and further destabilize conditions in the Middle East.
Q: What changed the president's position and enabled the attack against Osama Bin Laden to proceed?
A: Nothing changed with the president's opinion – he continued to avoid having one. Every time military and intelligence officials appeared to make progress in forming a position, Jarrett would intervene and the stalling would begin again. Hillary started the ball really rolling as far as pressuring Obama began, but it was Panetta and Petraeus who ultimately pushed Obama to finally act – sort of.
Panetta was receiving significant reports from both his direct CIA sources, as well as Petraeus-originating Intel. Petraeus was threatening to act on his own via a bombing attack. Panetta reported back to the president that a bombing of the compound would result in successful killing of Osama Bin Laden, and little risk to American lives. Initially, as he had done before, the president indicated a willingness to act.
But once again, Jarrett intervened, convincing the president that innocent Pakistani lives could be lost in such a bombing attack, and Obama would be left attempting to explain Panetta's failed policy. Again Obama hesitated – this time openly delaying further meetings to discuss the issue with Panetta. A brief meeting was held at this time with other officials, including Secretary Gates and members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, but Gates, like Panetta, was unable to push the president to act.
It was at this time that Gates indicated to certain Pentagon officials that he may resign earlier than originally indicated – he was that frustrated. Both Panetta and Clinton convinced him to stay on and see the operation through.
What happened from there is what was described by me as a "masterful manipulation" by Leon Panetta.
Panetta indicated to Obama that leaks regarding knowledge of Osama Bin Laden's location were certain to get out sooner rather than later, and action must be taken by the administration or the public backlash to the president's inaction would be "...significant to the point of political debilitation."
It was at that time that Obama stated an on-ground campaign would be far more acceptable to him than a bombing raid. This was intended as a stalling tactic, and it had originated from Jarrett. Such a campaign would take both time, and present a far greater risk of failure.
The president had been instructed by Jarrett to inform Mr., Panetta that he would have sole discretion to act against the Osama Bin Laden compound. Jarrett believed this would further delay Panetta from acting, as the responsibility for failure would then fall almost entirely on him.
What Valerie Jarrett, and the president, did not know is that Leon Panetta had already initiated a program that reported to him – and only him, involving a covert on the ground attack against the compound. Basically, the whole damn operation was already ready to go – including the specific team support Intel necessary to engage the enemy within hours of being given notice. Panetta then made plans to proceed with an on-ground assault.
This information reached either Hillary Clinton or Robert Gates first (likely via military contacts directly associated with the impending mission) who then informed the other. Those two then met with Panetta, who informed each of them he had been given the authority by the president to proceed with a mission if the opportunity presented itself. Both Gates and Clinton warned Panetta of the implications of that authority – namely he was possibly being made into a scapegoat.
Panetta admitted that possibility, but felt the opportunity to get Bin Laden outweighed that risk. During that meeting, Hillary Clinton was first to pledge her full support for Panetta, indicating she would defend him if necessary. Similar support was then followed by Gates. The following day, and with Panetta's permission, Clinton met in private with Bill Daley and urged him to get the president's full and open approval of the Panetta plan. Daley agreed such approval would be of great benefit to the action, and instructed Clinton to delay proceeding until he had secured that approval.
Daley contacted Clinton within hours of their meeting indicating Jarrett refused to allow the president to give that approval. Daley then informed Clinton that he too would fully support Panetta in his actions, even if it meant disclosing the president's indecision to the American public should that action fail to produce a successful conclusion.
Clinton took that message back to Panetta and the CIA director initiated the 48 hour engagement order. At this point, the President of the United States was not informed of the engagement order – it did not originate from him, and for several hours after the order had been given and the special ops forces were preparing for action into Pakistan from their position in Afghanistan, Daley successfully kept Obama and Jarrett insulated from that order.
This insulation ended at some point with an abort order that I believe originated from Valerie Jarrett's office, and was then followed up by President Obama. This abort order was later explained as a delay due to weather conditions, but the actual conditions at that time would have been acceptable for the mission. A storm system had been in the area earlier, but was no longer an issue.
Check the data yourself to confirm. Jarrett, having been caught off guard, was now scrambling to determine who had initiated the plan. She was furious, repeating the acronym "CoC" (CHAIN OF COMMAND) and saying it was not being followed. This is where Bill Daley intervened directly. The particulars of that intervention are not clear to me beyond knowing he did meet with Jarrett in his office and following that meeting, Valerie Jarrett was not seen in the West Wing for some time, and apparently no longer offered up any resistance to the Osama Bin Laden mission.
What did follow from there was one or more brief meetings between Bill Daley, Hillary Clinton, a representative from Robert Gates' office, a representative from Leon Panetta's office, and a representative from Jim Clapper's office. I have to assume that these meetings were in essence, detailing the move to proceed with the operation against the Osama Bin Laden compound. I have been told by more than one source that Leon Panetta was directing the operation with both his own CIA operatives, as well as direct contacts with military – both entities were reporting to Panetta only at this point, and not the President of the United States.
There was not going to be another delay as had happened 24 hour earlier. The operation was at this time effectively unknown to President Barack Obama or Valerie Jarrett and it remained that way until AFTER it had already been initiated.
President Obama was literally pulled from a golf outing (see his clothes in the situation room photo) and escorted back to the White House to be informed of the mission. Upon his arrival there was a briefing held which included Bill Daley, John Brennan, and a high ranking member of the military. When Obama emerged from the briefing, he was described as looking "very confused and uncertain."
The president was then placed in the situation room where several of the players in this event had already been watching the operation unfold. Another interesting tidbit regarding this is that the Vice President was already "up to speed" on the operation. A source indicated they believe Hillary Clinton had personally made certain the Vice President was made aware of that day's events before the president was.
The now famous photo released shows the particulars of that of that room and its occupants. What that photo does not communicate directly is that the military personnel present in that room during the operation unfolding, deferred to either Hillary Clinton or Robert Gates. The president's role was minimal, including their acknowledging of his presence in the room.
At the conclusion of the mission, after it had been repeatedly confirmed a success, President Obama was once again briefed behind closed doors. The only ones who went in that room besides the president were Bill Daley, John Brennan, and a third individual whose identity remains unknown to me. When leaving this briefing, the president came out of it "...much more confident. Much more certain of himself."
He was also carrying papers in his hand that quite possibly was the address to the nation given later that evening on the Bin Laden mission. The president did not have those papers with him prior to that briefing. The president then returned to the war room, where by this time, Leon Panetta had personally arrived and was receiving congratulations from all who were present.
In my initial communication to you of these events I described what unfolded as a temporary Coup initiated by high ranking intelligence and military officials. I stand by that term.
These figures worked around the uncertainty of President Obama and the repeated resistance of Valerie Jarrett. If they had not been willing to do so, I am certain Osama Bin Laden would still be alive today. There will be no punishment to those who acted outside the authority of the president's office. The president cannot afford to admit such a fact.
What will be most interesting from here is to now see what becomes of Valerie Jarrett. One source indicated she is threatening resignation.
I find that unlikely given my strong belief she needs the protection afforded her by the Oval Office and its immense powers to delay and eventually terminate investigations back in Chicago, but we shall see.

The military did great, the administration — or whatever that bunch is, kind of like “The Little Rascals” — have managed to turn it into spaghetti. Close allies of Iran's president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, have been accused of using supernatural powers to further his policies amid an increasingly bitter power struggle between him and the country's supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
Several people said to be close to the president and his chief of staff, Esfandiar Rahim Mashaei, have been arrested in recent days and charged with being "magicians" and invoking djinns (spirits).
Ayandeh, an Iranian news website, described one of the arrested men, Abbas Ghaffari, as "a man with special skills in metaphysics and connections with the unknown worlds".
The arrests come amid a growing rift between Ahmadinejad and Khamenei which has prompted several MPs to call for the president to be impeached.
On Sunday, Ahmadinejad returned to his office after an 11-day walkout in an apparent protest over Khamenei's reinstatement of the intelligence minister, who the president had initiallyasked to resign.
Ahmadinejad's unprecedented disobedience prompted harsh criticism from conservatives who warned that he might face the fate of Abdulhassan Banisadr, Iran's first post-revolution president who was impeached and exiled for allegedly attempting to undermine clerical power.
Ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi, a hardline cleric close to Khamenei, warned that disobeying the supreme leader – who has the ultimate power in Iran – is equivalent to "apostasy from God".
Alan Note: Mesbah Yazdi is the most fervent and fanatical "12th-er" (proponent of return of the Mahdi, Imam of End Times, 12th in line descendant of Prophet Mohammad, who disappeared down a well in Jamkaran, Iran as a 10-year old boy and never reappeared).
Ahmadinejad has so far declined to officially back Khamenei's ruling over Heydar Moslehi, the minister at the centre of the row. In the first cabinet meeting since the president returned, Moslehi was absent.
Khamenei's supporters believe that the top-level confrontation stems from the increasing influence of Mashaei, an opponent of greater involvement of clerics in politics, who is being groomed by Ahmadinejad as a possible successor.
But the feud has taken a metaphysical turn following the release of an Iranian documentary alleging the imminent return of the Hidden Imam Mahdi – the revered saviour of Shia Islam, whose reappearance is anticipated by believers in a manner comparable to that with which Christian fundamentalists anticipate the second coming of Jesus.
Conservative clerics, who say that the Mahdi's return cannot be predicted, have accused a "deviant current" within the president's inner circle, including Mashaei, of being responsible for the film.
Ahmadinejad's obsession with the hidden imam is well known. He often refers to him in his speeches and in 2009 said that he had documentary evidence that the US was trying to prevent Mahdi's return.
Since Ahmadinejad's return this week, at least 25 people, who are believed to be close to Mashaei, have been arrested. Among them is Abbas Amirifar, head of the government's cultural committee and some journalists of Mashaei's recently launched newspaper, Haft-e-Sobh.

OSAMA BIN LADEN DEAD - BUT WHEN?
OPINION from inside the USA and from around the world insists on their deep rooted opinion that the whole Osama kill was a ploy.
Either he died in 2007, as so many think, and needed to be "officially" extracted from Afghanistan or the raid on him was perhaps real (though not as per the White House details) and he needed to be "officially" extracted from Afghanistan!
WHY? So that OBAMA can withdraw troops from Afghanistan - now it can be claimed no longer needed there - as it saves money to pull them out and makes him look good at for once keeping his campaign promises.
NOTE: part of the Swiss Cheese holes in the new Obama Birth Certificate query from a visitor, the following Swiss Cheese holes comment was included as to the status of the Obama regime.
"Just as his provided version of the OBL death simply does not scan with available details from a bunch of official and unofficial sources - which even though recent - are way beyond me to try to remember. A photo of dead OBL would not even begin to cover the territory, though I do believe he is dead. When a firefight takes place , for 20 minutes, on the ground and second floors of the building in which OBL is on the third floor and he has not grabbed a weapon - is hard to believe. Though quite possible if one of the SEALs got there rapidly before everything erupted down below.
Why Obama, in his own announcement said "captured and killed" rather than "was killed" is potentially a big deal. Why kill an "unarmed" high intelligence potential man and take his body away instead of capture him alive and take him away onto the ship does NOT scan or pass any smell test.
What is far more likely is that they tried to take him alive and may even have taken him onto the ship and he died of a heart attack or because of his kidney illness - or perhaps shot himself in the head to avoid capture when one of the SEALs stormed into his room. The SEALs supposedly double-tapped him. In case you have not had miitary or law enforcement training means that if you are not using full automatic fire, you always fire shots at a human target in pairs. Bang! Bang! Not singles. Here one shot was reportedly in his eye and the other in his chest. At an unarmed man? High level intel source?
Such pairs of shots are usually aimed at the same point - two in the chest and/or two in the eye etc., not as described.
GREAT JOB SEALs! Terrible, NON-credible, purely political, self-aggrandizing follow up by OBAMA! No wonder President Bush wanted no part of the Thursday self praising Obama junket in New York.
If you count in the original announcement Obama pointed to himself 24 times for the event - to the SEALs only THREE (3)!
Look at him, the Commander in Chief almost cowering in a corner of the room (wearing golfing clothes from earlier in the day?) in the photo of the top level people watching "live".

Nearly flawlessly executing the operation in Pakistan to raid the compound where Osama bin Laden was living --- among the military and police leadership of Pakistan, by the way --- the U.S. Navy's SEAL Team Six along with elements of other U.S. government assets killed America's most wanted man. This is a victory for all of us, no doubt. A tremendous Bravo Zulu to the men and women who made it possible and gave the operation the best chance of success. Bin Laden is dead. What I am hearing from the media, the government, and our President, however, is making me queezy.
In announcing the killing of bin Laden, President Obama said we are at war with Al Qaeda. We killed the head of Al Qaeda --- our enemy. Today, many in the media and elsewhere are making statements that can only be considered irrational, naive, and simply wrong with regards to the war in which we are engaged. I fear America will refocus its energy on Al Qaeda, while the enemy's main focus of effort, the Muslim Brotherhood Movement in the United States, will continue to move forward at light speed unimpeded by anyone in the U.S. National Security apparatus.

Nearly flawlessly executing the operation in Pakistan to raid the compound where Osama bin Laden was living --- among the military and police leadership of Pakistan, by the way --- the U.S. Navy's SEAL Team Six along with elements of other U.S. government assets killed America's most wanted man. This is a victory for all of us, no doubt. A tremendous Bravo Zulu to the men and women who made it possible and gave the operation the best chance of success. Bin Laden is dead. What I am hearing from the media, the government, and our President, however, is making me queezy.
In announcing the killing of bin Laden, President Obama said we are at war with Al Qaeda. We killed the head of Al Qaeda --- our enemy. Today, many in the media and elsewhere are making statements that can only be considered irrational, naive, and simply wrong with regards to the war in which we are engaged. I fear America will refocus its energy on Al Qaeda, while the enemy's main focus of effort, the Muslim Brotherhood Movement in the United States, will continue to move forward at light speed unimpeded by anyone in the U.S. National Security apparatus.
Let's review the Muslim Brotherhood's objectives and doctrine:

OBAMA CONSENTED - DID NOT ORDER THE OSAMA TAKE DOWN OPERATION

Note: the SEALS practised this operation for an extended period of time at Bagram Air Base where they had built a scale model of the Abbotabad Osama mansion. Confirming they had the pertinent , pretty solid information, reportedly from August 2010. Such detailed and dedicated practise would not likely be carried out on a less than very likely target.

IMPORTANT SPECIFIC: When 48 hour go order issued, Obama was “told, not requested”.
His Administration scrambled to abort. That order was overruled.

Did Osama commit suicide when he found himself trapped in order NOT to fall into US hands alive?
His self-inflicted head shot coinciding with SEAL shooting at him. The woman jumping in front of him to protect him also wounded.
SEAL Double tap: one hits woman, one hits Osama in the chest. He puts a sidearm to his head/temple and blows a hole in his skull.
Does this fit the wishy-washy, changing fluid details we are being fed by the White House to increase vote getting credit for Obama? Which would be diminished by a suicide! Let alone a leak of his trying to ABORT the operation!

It´s literally just down the block from Bin Laden. The city (Abbottabad) houses numerous Pakistani military installations. It´s now obvious that Pakistan was on the other side all along. To top it off, the Blackhawk that crashed, reported crash landing in the drill square for the Pakistan Military Academy according to a local tweeter. Jennifer Griffin of Fox reported some hours ago that this area is a retirement haven for Pakistani officials (I guess the Pakistan version of “The Villages”). Her sources tell her that everyone knows everyone here; it’s a tight community. Every single piece of civilian owned land in the neighborhood of this compound was originally owned by the Pakistani military and sold off at well below market prices to retired connected and corrupt Pakistani military and intelligence officials. VARIOUS INTERNET COMMENTS The compound he was found in IS currently owned by someone directly connected to the senior retired military officer corps in the Abbottabad area. The compound was known locally as the “Waziristan Mansion,” because the land had been bought and the huge, hidden house built by a mysterious somebody from Waziristan. Well, I reckon the building of a new, secretive 18’ wall compound next to lots of military installations would have drawn a little bit of attention. If Osama was even slightly afraid of the Pakistani military, he would never have situated his hideout at this location. On the contrary, he seems to have regarded the Pakistani military as a protective presence. That tells us pretty much everything we need to know. Joking aside, given Osama´s health (kidney) problems, it is likely that the (very) close location of two major hospitals is a factor in the location of the hideout. Of course, it´s not likely that he was undergoing treatment so close to major military installations without the knowledge of the Pakistani military and intelligence services. |

BREAKING! OSAMA BIN LADEN IS DEAD!
Initially reported killed by an USA missile but now reportedly shot by a smallish USA Special Operations/Commando operation at a compund near Islamabad, where he was apparently shot to death. DNA confirms one dead body is Osama bin Laden.
The attack was kept secret from Pakistan authorities until it was under way and the attack team was swooping in to avoid him being warned and fleeing his custom built compound and building.
It is certainly clear that he was given up under pressure by a Pakistan informant, just as Iran gave up a senior Al Qaeda (Al-Zarkawi) operative in Iraq.
The location was said to be in Abbotabad, a Pakistan military compound where Osama was living in a large house built in 2005 at the outskirts of the military base with 18 foot high walls around it, and a hospital and police station nearby. He was living quietly but openly among the Pakistan military and ostensibly under their protection.
The four helicopter American attack on his large residence resulted in a firefight in which Osama, possibly his eldest son and two or three of his people (including a couple of runners/messengers) died in the shoot-out.
Apparently one helicopter, all of which had taken off from a Pakistani airbase in North Pakistan, failed to make it back and was destroyed but there were no American casualties.
Dead body, in American hands, definitely identified by DNA as Osama. Reports say it will be buried at sea - to avoid creating a "holy" pilgrimage site. But undeniable photos must be taken and offered to the public to confirm his death to naysayers.
The Obama White House was quick to announce that the body would be treated with full Islamic ceremony, deference and procedure! Of course!
He was no longer actually running anything much but it's a prominent person removed from the Al Qaeda hierarchy.
Could be very disheartening for them but at the same time it could trigger sleeper cells into action - here and in Europe - AND confuse our security officials as to whether it's retaliation from Al Qaeda or by Ghaddafi (or both) for the death of his youngest son.
Meanwhile, our military bases have raised their threat level to B (bravo) in case of a retaliatory reaction with new concrete barriers, safety procedures etc.
The worst Al Qaeda threat which might be in place in Europe rather than in the USA, is a Nuclear bomb, they claim to have over there and detonate to avenge him if anything ever happens to Osama.
